The mini fridge doesn’t work well, a bunch of kids were here and they are playing ding dong ditch,$20 parking PER DAY is absolutely insane because this is NOT a location where that is necessary. The door is messed up and has to be slammed just to close it all the way. The AC is the only thing that was good because it actually got cold.
- 3/5
Checking area is nice and clean, the rest of the hotel was dirty. Only one elevator worked. The restroom was dirty. The carpet was severely worn out in room. The AC worked sometimes, set it at 68 and the room was still warm. Not really good hotel to stay at overall.
- 5/5
Very nice place to stay, just don’t like having to pay to park. But place is very nice. Staff was amazing
- 1/5
It’s in a dangerous neighborhood, I was a victim of attempted armed robbery in the parking lot. I never made it inside as I had to run for my life.
- 5/5
The room was very comfortable! The bathroom was very ckean and the shower water was as hot as I needed! The bottom of doir to rewmstroom was so swollen it rubbed on the floor! It needs repair and to be cut higher so it does not drag!
- 4/5
I like the convenience of being on the first floor. We had a problem with gnats in our room, but it didn’t interfere with visit. My cleaning lady was really nice.
- 1/5
This hotel was NOT handicap friendly. I had a terrible time getting around in the long, winding hallways and dealing with the heavy doors. The man who checked me in also told me my room had a bathtub and it did not. (I was too tired by the time I got moved in to ask for another room and move again.) Doubletree hotels are usually very nice, but this one was old and gross. It felt more like an old 2 star hotel with new furnishings and a fresh coat of paint. They also didn't give us the Doubletree cookies they're known for and didn't even have them for sale in the snack bar. I do not recommend this hotel if you expect the luxury Doubletree Hotels are known for; nor do I recommend it for handicapped people.
- 3.5/5
The hotel itself was very nice, didn't smell too hotel-y. The staff were friendly. The cookies were phenomenal. My room was located next to the stairs which was nice. Although we did not eat dinner at the hotel restaurant, it was nice to have that as an option. The bed was amazing, and even the pull out couch was comfy. There were plenty of outlets for the devices. The snacks in the lobby were reasonably priced. It was nice to be able to contact the front desk via text. Overall just very accommodating for our short stay. We were disappointed that the breakfast buffet wasn't being served, and instead had to order and pay for breakfast. One of the reasons I chose the hotel was for the breakfast buffet, as we were traveling through with a baby, a buffet would've been more convenient. Nevertheless, the prices of the breakfast were fair and it was tasty and a nice portion. The only other disappointment was the pool. While open and active, it just looked dirty/murky. We did not end up swimming unfortunately.

The location, courteous staff and reasonable price When we open the door to our room, the room was musky even with the a/c on. The bathroom was not to standard. Obtw, at breakfast, the bread container was full of flies.
- 4/5
Overall the appearance and general presentation N/A
- 2.5/5
Location We booked online with booking.com and when we got to the location the woman at the front desk tried to send us away saying she can’t see my reservation on her screen yet so I’d have to wait a couple of hours. I told her “ma’am I have confirmation and I’ve paid in full” she spoke with a heavy attitude “that she would have to enter it into her screen manually but it’s on the other screen.” So I said to her “so you can see the reservation then?” She stated “well yeah but I didn’t want to enter it manually” This is absolutely absurd, rude and lazy behavior. Seen a customer away until later because she doesn’t want to do her job? Also breakfast was not included but was supposed to be and they didn’t tell us just handed us a bill in the middle of breakfast.
- 4/5
Staff was helpful and friendly. Lobby area is very nice. Room is nice but very small and not enough drawers to store clothes and accessories. Bathroom is nice but not enough room on sink to accommodate cosmetics, etc.
- 5/5

The two stars I’m giving are only for the night front desk agent and the housekeeping crew. The night time agent is SUPER friendly and goes above and beyond. But this place is CLEARLY understaffed. The night time line at the front desk is out the door and he is ALL ALONE!!! If you need anything to your room, he can’t do it. He is super nice though! The lady during the day makes you feel like you are inconveniencing by asking her ANYTHING!!! I believe her name is Irina or Irma. I’ve never been to a DoubleTree that doesn’t offer you cookies ANY time you go in or out or come to the front desk. She never offered, as opposed to the night time attendant, and actually said WE HAD TO PAY FOR THEM!!! We are 1000000% never staying at this DoubleTree again.

It was a nice property. Not on the busiest street. Decent amount of parking. Wish there was more where I could see my car from my room. The pool was very overhyped online not great. Breakfast wasn’t the best. The staff that checked us in was great. The staff the next morning was just not very kind and the staff that worked breakfast wasn’t very nice either. The guy I checked out with had an attitude. We had a $50 credit when we booked so we went to the gift shop to use it. They had no pricing in the gift shop and so we went over to the Checkin counter to check out and he was very very rude while checking us out for that. About telling us pricing and everything. Had housekeeping bang on our door twice. I understand we should’ve put up our later sign thing but banging on the door how they did was ridiculous
- 5/5
Room was clean and the staff were very good easy check-in
- 5/5
Everything was fine

- 4/5
Very clean , this hotel had everything we needed including the gym Could of done with a few more coffee/ milk capsules in the room , however the staff provided more when I asked.
- 2/5
Staff were friendly at the restaurant and bar Saw roaches in front lobby. Asked 3 times for clean towels and they never brought them. Finally went to front desk to get them. They also charged $20 a day for parking in a regular parking lot with no security.
- 5/5
Be aware, however, that when I made reservations the description regarding "parking available" was extremely deceiving and if you don't expand that portion, you would not know that the costs is $20 a day for parking when the parking lot was not full and there were an abundance of spaces available. I found that to be deceiving and I will chose to stay elsewhere as I believed that the cost for parking was outrageous!!!
- 4/5
We got a good rate on the room. However, be prepared to pay for parking. It was $20 a night.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean spacious room, nice indoor pool.
- 5/5
Overall it was clean and staff was nice The ice machine on 4th floor was not working I didn’t like that I had to go to another floor for ice. Also the toilet in room 425 has flushing issues.
- 3/5
Getting a cookie at Check In Had to pay for parking, no breakfast included, bathroom seemed old with dark spots around shower, long distance to walk from check in to room.
- 5/5
Loved my stay here!!!
- 5/5
Clean room very cozy
- 4/5
Breakfast was average for a buffet. Needed gravy for fried breakfast potatoes and didn't have the waffle maker going for whatever reason. In your room there was a sticker to scan to get 10% off was to let staff know this but bill came before could tell anyone and wasn't in mood to track someone down to do anything about so the added money was the tip in my mind. Asked for a room away from main noise and room was told in back but was by by freeway so had that all night to listen to to try to fall asleep.
- 2/5
The hotel lobby is beautiful and the rooms are outdated and musty. The tvs are NOT smart TVs so families with children will be disappointed with the lack of Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney + access. Our room smelled musty and slight sewage luckily I always bring air freshener. Parking was easy and readily available. The bar was slow service because they only had one bartender. The bartender was nice and doing her best. I would not stay here again and as a hilton member I would rather stay at a TRU by hilton than this doubletree.
- 4/5
Property was good! We enjoyed our stay
- 5/5
Easy access to downtown without the cost.
- 2/5
The room was not properly cleaned when we checked in. There was pubic hair on the covers and the towel hanger was hanging on the door with the screws hanging out. The pool/hot tub was filthy as well as the pool floor. I wouldn’t recommend. The staff was nice.
- 5/5
Only stayed one night and didn't get to take advantage of the amenities, but I saw the pool was full of kids. The design of the hotel is a little weird, but the place was clean, and the staff was friendly and professional.
- 3/5
I love this property but this is the 3rd time housekeeping try to open my door at 10 AM when the check out is at 11 AM. This is disrespectful and so disappointing.
- 3/5
Staff
- 3/5
Breakfast is served until 11 but they’ll run out of items before 9, and if there’s no buffet there’s only one waiter in the resultant and we waited over 30 mins just to be greeted
- 3/5
I thought the beds were super comfortable. The spa was nice and hot. Overall, this hotel was overpriced and kind of run down, it seemed dingy. They have a huge parking lot, yet they charge $20 per night for parking which is completely unreasonable. I would not recommend this hotel.
- 1/5
Rude staff and inedible food
- 4/5
Overall the hotel was very nice. The 1st floor is a bit dark and the dire doors were closed and not all opened when walking to pur room. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning.
- 1/5
Room where to expensive and we had to pay for parking and for breakfast. I have stayed at Hilton before and never had to pay for Parking or breakfast
- 3/5
Room was clean and spacious
- 3/5
No breakfast, parking charge $20, no hot water in one room, road noise heard. Why are they charging for parking? They have a huge lot. Restaurant on premises only open from 5-10 pm
- 5/5
Hot tub had what looked like genetic material floating in it, but that was likely all the teenagers staying that weekend. Otherwise, a great time.
- 5/5
Great place nice & clean everywhere i loved the Bar.
- 4/5
Parking $20? REally? Why? Seemed like a true cash grab. The room was terrific and no complaints there at all.
- 1/5
Layout was terrible and they nickel and dimed me as a Hilton Honors member
- 2/5
The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. They were very matter of fact in their directions. The hotel charges a high parking fee for being in a part of town that has plenty of parking. The hotel carpet is dirty. The corridors smell like marijuana. One large towel was provided for a double queen room reservation. The Double Tree should improve the character of the hotel. On the bright side, the welcome cookies were very good.
- 1/5
Price was outrageous, room was tiny and dirty, bathroom was moldy and disgusting. Took an entire day to get fresh towels. Parking was an additional $20 per day breakfast was included but they harassed me and tried to make me pay extra daily. $250 per night plus all the extra nonsense and parking ... A bunch of drunk folks in the parking lot smashing bottles ...I would recommend making a drive to stay at a better location.
- 3/5
Had to pay for parking. Breakfast isn’t included. Staff was friendly.
- 4/5
$20 fee to park overnight seems excessive! Bar and restaurant both onsite, but neither serves food until 5 pm in the evening. We had an event to go to which meant leaving the hotel at 5 to get there so had to leave even earlier to stop for a quick dinner on the way. Would have much preferred relaxing at the bar with light bites before rushing off to our event. Also, no place in the lobby to grab a coffee before heading out the next morning. Very odd layout to the building. Many steps required to get to the elevator and then our room which might be a concern for some guests.
- 2/5
Old and dirty And I left something in the room and they claimed they didn’t find it
- 3/5
Toilet did flush well. No body cleanser in shower. Bathroom door loch broken. 213
- 5/5
Amazing service always
- 1/5
The Room was musty and damp. Shower dirty. Never experienced anything like this.
- 3/5
It was a beautiful hotel inside. Beds are comfortable the only issues I had was I had to hunt down housekeepers to service my room everyday. I found a housekeeper manager in the elevator for help because the ones on the floor spoke no English . Then when they came 2 days out of 5 nights I stayed. They never changed bed to new sheets they just made the bed. ( remote was under the sheets) they brought new bath towels but no tissue when I text for service. They charge $20 daily for self parking when there’s no security. Never will stay here again. Not happy with stay.
- 2/5
The room was dirty. Staff were not welcoming.
- 4/5
20 dollars for parking and 18 for breakfast?

Mikoh provided amazing customer service, and our stay could not have been any better!! Thank you, Mikoh, and Hilton!!
- 5/5
Thank you so much, Mikoh and Hilton!!

- 5/5
Clean room.
- 2/5
nice hotel, bad part of town. my biggest complaint is there parking lot is always at about 30% occupancy and they charge $20 per night. no security guard walking around protecting your vehicle, what's the $20 for ? it should be free.
- 3/5
Forced to pay for parking in their massive empty lot. It’s not the four seasons in a metro area - why they’re charging for parking is beyond me.
- 5/5

- 4/5
Prices were a little high with additional fees to pay.
- 4/5
It's a good place.
- 5/5
Very nice room and amenities
- 5/5
Great stay
- 3/5
Buy your breakfast thru the hotel or hotels.com! It's only $9 that way otherwise it's $16 at the hotel a nd it's not worth it! Only thing good was the coffee.
- 5/5
Our stay was pleasant.
- 5/5
Room was very clean and larger than expected. The staff was nice and helpful.
- 3/5
It was okay, just had to pay for breakfast and parking it was clean place to stay though and good location for where we were going
- 5/5
It was good
- 2/5
Cigarette smell was terrible
- 5/5
We will come to stay here again.
- 1/5
Blood droplets on the floor of the room. Very obvious. Maintenance arrived and promptly stuck his ungloved fingers in it and decided it was lipstick. It was not lipstick. The front desk staff was laughing about it. This was a horrible hotel. Whatever the substance was, it should have been cleaned by housekeeping.
- 4/5
P.S. I love the orange lemon water you have available for your guests.
- 1/5
Not at all Hilton expectations and failed to deliver the Hilton experience
- 3/5
Unnecessary to pay for parking at this location. 2 water bottled should have been free regardless of memebership.

The door on the restroom was broken and the toilet did not flush well.

Great place to stay, clean rooms, great staff. Be aware they will charge you $20.00 per day to park at their hotel.

clean rooms great staff
- 5/5
Facility was beautiful. Front desk staff was very nice and professional
- 5/5
Room was spacious and clean. The stay was peaceful, no noisy neighbors or outside disturbance.
- 5/5
It a great poperty. Awesome people there.
- 5/5
Comfortable bed, great breakfast, nice friendly staff, cookies were great!
- 3/5
it was ok i just didnt like the fact i had to pay for parking i see it unnecessary not every one goes to for any amusment that surround the area.
- 4/5
overall it was a pretty good stay. i will say the toilet in our room kept making super loud noises and wouldnt flush. also the cleaners tried to get into our room twice when we were clearly still in there, so that was super frustrating.
- 3/5
Breakfast was burnt the waffles were good and the bar was amazingly good
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Great property. Nice, clean, and awesome pool area.
- 2/5
I stayed here for two nights and the experience was just okay. I’ve stayed at nicer locations for the price. The biggest issue I had was with a staff member when I called to request extra towels and linens. I was told that I had called too early, and the attendant was rude and rushed me off the phone. Customer service like that really affected my overall impression of the stay. I hope management looks into this and works on improving how guests are treated.
- 5/5
Was all great
- 5/5
Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Check‑in came with a little hiccup, but the hotel made it right upon a quick discussion at checkout, and I appreciated how they handled it. The restaurant and Starbucks on-site are super convenient, which is why I was surprised they don’t offer room service. It seems like it would be an easy and really nice perk for guests. Even so, I was happy with my visit and would consider staying again.
- 3/5
The room was comfortable. The hotel was very big, you had to walk a long way to get to the elevator, hallway after hallway. There were no close parking spots. The parking lot felt a little unsafe from a person that did not appear to be staying there. The Starbucks didn’t have frappachinos.
- 3/5
They have a $20 nightly parking fee. The provide no security or reasonable expectation that your vehicle will be safe in their parking area.
- 5/5
Can’t say anything bad
- 2/5
There was soap scum and mold on the shower as well as it being very slippery after running the water
- 3/5
Room was okay except the door lock over lock was broken and we had rented combined rooms and the door looked like it had been kicked in between the 2 rooms. The staff was the friendiest either and the door I didn’t understand at the price we paid for the room why we had to pay 20.00 a nite for parking when the hotel owed the parking lot.
- 5/5
Good!
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
NICE HOTEL
- 5/5
Excellent quiet hotel in strategic location. very clean, quiet and friendly, very friendly staff. thanks to Nury for the smooth check in.
- 5/5
Room was good, was able to check in a little bit early but staff was great.
- 4/5
Nothing really stood out. There was no buffet as promised.
- 1/5
Wast that clean and had a nasty moldy odor
- 4/5
Hotel was a nice vibe, Staff were super nice. The shower pressure is low, and you have to pay for parking,
- 5/5
Friendly staff, and cleanliness in rooms. We’ll definitely go back
- 1/5
Barhroom wasnt completely clean more so the toilet The hallway to the elevators was way too long and was not marked where the lobby and i was cgarhed 20 for misc cgRge fir no reason was from the 3rd floor
- 5/5
Great room and stay
- 5/5
The room was spotless. The staff was courteous. I love that they have a bottle of water available in the room for sale even though I didn't need it. I will definitely be back when I'm in town.
- 5/5
Ok
- 1/5
Room was dirty when we got there, a hole in the door. Holes in the couch. The door had stains. When we asked for additional towels they send them to the wrong room and when we told them hey you we didnt get towels we over heard them saving we gave them the wrong room number. And they didnt refill the body wash at all so we barly had enough for the four of us for 2 nights. The only thing good was how kind the night time front desk person was when we first got there and the water in the lobby. Even their famous welcome in cookies were stale. I would not reccomend unless your on a SEVERE budget.
- 4/5
Few things came up during this stay: room was not cleaned one day despite telling staff to come back in afternoon (could be 2/2 to language barrier). Someone tried to walk behind me in
- 5/5
The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean.
- 3/5
Room was in good condition. Comfortable bed. The Keurig only had tea and decaf coffee. I didn't discover that until the morning when I was ready for coffee. That was disappointing. There's an awful smell, worse on first floor. Smells just like dead rats. We had to move to another room, upstairs where the smell wasn't as bad. Imagin
- 1/5
Room was great, $20 for parking was silly.
- 5/5
Clean, outstanding customer service.
- 3/5
Our shower flooded every time we tried to use it despite alerting someone 3 times. Thank goodness we had two rooms in our party or we wouldn’t have been able to take a decent shower
- 5/5
Spacious room. It was also very quiet in the room! Was clean and restocked towels and coffee the next day. Would stay again.
- 5/5
Property was impeccable
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
And our warm cookies. It was late evening when we arrived so those warm cookies were delicious. Will stay here again for sure. Bar/restaurant was friendly and fun. Had some good laughs with them.
- 4/5
Room was ok. Very loud people in the rooms.
- 4/5
Walk in shower leaked all over floor
- 4/5
The rooms were very nice for the price ,unfortunately we had extremly loud people outside around 1 am
- 5/5
Clean
- 2/5
Mean, curt
- 1/5
The room was the size of a small supply closet. When you open the door one step youre in the bathroom. 2 steps to the right your on yhe bed. Absolutely the most uncomfortable room ive ever stayed in motel 6 is better
- 4/5
Outrageous that you charge for parking! You have a Starbucks but it wasn’t open. ;/
- 5/5
Clean room, excellent and very nice and understanding staff which’s was the best part! Easy to get in room, easy to check out, easy all the way around and very very great staff!
- 1/5
Shabby rooms, out of date decor and in poor repair! Room and bathroom didn’t appear clean. The manager gave us a different room, an upgraded room which was better. I specifically asks to be on the side of the hotel AWAY from the highway. When we returned to the hotel at 9:00pm we found our room to be freezing cold (temps outside were quick cold) - only 62 degrees on the thermostat! And we had no heat! After several tries, it “couldn’t be fixed!” So they moved us for a 3rd time! And what do you know/ THE ONLY open room they had was the same suite on the opposite side of the hotel right next to the highway! My husband and I were up ALL night! Sounded like tractor trailer truck running right through the room!! Not to mention a cheerleading event was in town and the halls were loud and packed w/ kids gathering and being loud. The next morning, after a less than mediocre breakfast, and with much discussion the hotel agreed to refund us our money. Avoid this hotel if at all possible. They put all their money into the lobby modernizing- but those pics you see are not representative of the hotel as a whole. The only positive I can say is that parking was free and the area seemed okay but nothing was around except the highway.
- 3/5
Room was in good condition didn’t have a safe hotel seems out dated and older than what I was expecting didn’t really feel like a nice top end hotel for the price really felt like a normal low end hotel
- 5/5
Excellent
- 4/5
Rooms were good, nothing exceptional.
- 5/5
Clean and easy to get to
- 5/5
Dinner was fabulous, Dwight was amazing. He was very friendly and welcoming.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, comfy beds, fresh hot cookie when you arrive for your Family! Free waters and coffe in room w/ keurig. We will definitely be back! The front desk was very very polite and asked for us to please come back! Oh we will ! Thanks for a great night sleep!
- 4/5
Great place, Clem and very quiet
- 5/5
Everything was excellent
- 5/5
Service from everyone is really top notch. Especially the wonderful people at the front desk. I had a very pleasant time.
- 5/5
staff was nice location good room clean
- 2/5
We were told our breakfast was not included in the price. Property is old and needs updating. First floor near room 130 smells like sewage. Some base boards are busting at the seams. AND our door was left cracked open even upon arrival, so security breached.
- 5/5
Yes I love the cookie and clean room!
- 5/5
yes
- 5/5
Always my preferred place to stay at Fort worth. My second time and will be reserving my next trip soon.
- 4/5
Everything was great except the $20 charge for parking every night.
- 1/5
We looked forward to this Doubletree because we stayed at another in Dallas. I think hotel was understaffed, we requested for toiletries thought would arrive 2hrs but never received it. We didn't even received our fresh baked cookies. So we probably won't book another Hilton Doubletree again.
- 5/5
Was great

Staff and amenities
- 5/5
Clean hotel. Welcoming staff
- 5/5
Room was great. Staff excellent
- 5/5
🙂
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
My only complaint is the gravy for the biscuits. Could have been better if just a little help
- 4/5
The room was clean except for the floor. It seemed the carpet hadn't been vacuumed (we found Oreo and other crumbs). Also, the fact that parking fee is extra should be very clearly advertised at the time of booking. Other than that, we were pleased with the stay.
- 5/5
Great check in
- 3/5
I have to say we got an extremely good Black Friday deal that included breakfast so I can’t complain that much. But it is definitely an older hotel. Had to switch rooms a couple times bc of the smells. Breakfast was regular. Definitely more of a 3 star and not 4 star.
- 3/5
Nice room. Bathroom faucet leaked from the handle across the counter. It got my stuff wet and the in bathroom kleenex was wet. All else was fine and comfy.
- 2/5
Shower water wouldn’t stay warm it kept getting freezing cold or scorching hot. The cleaning staff was extremely loud very early in the morning.
- 5/5
Very clean and spacious room. Also loved the amenities.
- 4/5
A very nice bed and shower. Tv good size too.
- 1/5
The room was not clean. We found a cockroach in the corner. We were not offered to move to a different room
- 5/5
Clean room and bathroom. Appreciated the larger TV size.
- 5/5
Staff was great. Rooms were cleaned daily. They accommodated us very well and there were a lot of us staying there.
- 3/5
Room was not supplied with hand washing soap. I had to ask staff twice for soap before we finally received a bar. Restaurant worker ignored my husband when he attempted to place an order - this is after many calls were made to the restaurant for room service. The staff at the bar ended up helping us. He was very helpful. Food was good but very pricey. The walking distance from the front desk to elevators is long!
- 4/5
Nice place. Plenty of room
- 2/5
Mattress and pillows were not comfortable, walls very thin, could hear everyone passing by. No hand soap in the bathroom! This last one was the most annoying, the room was not cheap - hand soap should always be offered.
- 5/5
The hot tub
- 5/5
yes
- 2/5
Arrived at 3:30 pm & the room was not ready! I thought the desk clerk processed me in all but issuing me keys as she ran my credit card for incidentals, however, I had to do this all again later when I returned. Didn’t know parking was an additional $15. I won’t stay here again as I feel the cost for an overnight stay should include parking on the premises. Hide the price of parking in our nightly fee so we don’t know not charge us additional! What are we supposed to do? Park across the street for free! It’s just a matter of principle for me.
- 5/5
Great property. Staff was extremely nice and helpful.
- 5/5
Decent hotel. Friendly staff. Could be a little more efficient, but oh well.

Breakfast was mediocre, the stay was nice.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great

Bed was nice

I would not recommend this Double Tree it does not stand up to expected Doubletree standards.
- 4/5
Room was very spacious and well placed, tv was decent size, bathroom was to die for.
- 1/5
Neighboring room had dog barking
- 1/5
The rooms were dirty, I had to move to three different rooms due to issues with the electricity and bugs. I wish I would’ve read the reviews on google because their ratings and feedback were more accurate than Expedia. It smelt like weed and the cleanliness was really horrible
- 2/5
The hotel was coated with a horrible cologne scent that cause an asthma flare.
- 5/5
I loved the location. The room was clean for the most part, it was a string of hair in the shower and sink, tho… room had an odor, like old carpet maybe. Once I turned the air on didn’t smell it anymore… All minor. If I’m ever in FW again, I will be staying at the DoubleTree.
- 5/5
Great
- 3/5
we had a bad mirror so lighting wasn't really good but we got offered a different room and then it had no conditioner in it but they did give it to us so I give it a three this time because everything should be up-to-date
- 5/5
Great stay! Wonderful price for 3 rooms and 4 night!
- 5/5
Everything about this hotel was SPLENDID to say the least! Definitely one of my favs!
- 2/5
Room was falling apart. Literally. A piece of the shower fell off when we didn’t even use it. The floor was unlevel and the ceiling had a line going down the middle that looked like it was barely being held together. Told I was given the last king bed and it definitely was not a king.
- 5/5
The staff was very attentive and helpful in every way. Ms. Chavez did a great job in explaining everything and making sure that i was good. The room was clean and served it's purpose.
- 5/5
All went well. Very happy
- 5/5
I was extremely pleased, Mikoh went above and beyond to make our stay a very enjoyable one. Thank you Mikoh for everything. When I come back I will definitely come to with yall
- 5/5
The staff at check-in and at the bar were exceptional as well as the room. I will be back this Thursday for another stay.
- 1/5
The a/c was loud all night! The toilet took 9mins to refill spurt by spurt (YES, WE TIMED IT). And THE BREAKFAST WAS HORRIBLE in all aspects. Potatoes were cold, tge freanch toast sticks were cold AND HARD, the sausage and bacon were cold xwell, the eggs looked like from a carton jug (no fluff in them what so ever as real eggs), the apple fritter I tried to eat was hard as a rock and they even put a bill on tge tabke when i pre-bought our breakfast when i booked the room? WTH?? You say "free breakfast"??? Nothing was free or given !! Oh wait, they said they waived the parking feeTHAT WASNT EVEN MENTIONED WHEN I BOOKED MY ROOM !! So yeah, TERRIBLE AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! I WILL NEVER. GO. BACK. NOR RECOMMEND. IT. TO. ANYBODY. !!
- 5/5
Breakfast was fresh and a variety of items to choose from.
- 4/5
Quiet place. Nice staff.
- 5/5
Clean room nice staff
- 5/5
Excellent Time , great rooms
- 5/5
Great staff. Accomodating at coffee cafe. Purchased the breakfast buffet for all of us. It was more expensive but sure beat the commotion we had at McDonslds. They were accomadating with our party with children. 4 stars because Pool was not heated, very cold.
- 5/5
Clean and comfy

Solid visit… would stay here again.

Hotel in general was great, cool and clean atmosphere. Hotel rooms were very clean and presented nicely. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful
- 2/5
There were pubic hairs all over one of the beds
- 4/5
Our stay overall was good, we we're only there for one night. Location was good, and front staff was friendly

Everyone was nice we got there early . Check in was at 3pm i asked if we could check in early they let us check in early with an early check in Fee.. the hotel was empty.. many rooms were empty oyr room was Already Ready.. as a courtesy I Think they didnt have to charge me a Fee for Early Check in... that was Very Disappointing.. I will Not. RETURN.. because of that Customer Service Lack of Kindness.. Im a Manager over 30 years in Customer Service. I know that Fee could have been Waived.. so I will Not RETURN or Recommend your establishment..
- 5/5
Wonderful breakfast, clean room, great stay.
- 4/5
All the above!
- 3/5
And there’s no complimentary coffee to go in the mornings. You’d have to buy breakfast.
- 4/5
Clean room , am people where helpful. Night time men where rude and not helpful, seemed they dont enjoy being there, didnt try to assist me.
- 5/5
One of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. Staff was very accommodating.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Right off the freeway super easy to fine and close to everything. Love it.. Thank you
- 2/5
Beware. This hotel doesn't keep up with what packages you pay for with Expedia and charges you all kinds of extra fees hoping you don't catch it.
- 4/5
Great location when visiting Fort Worth downtown area. Nice spacious rooms.
- 3/5
Thought it was outrageous that we were charged $15 per night for parking. There were no luggage carts in the building where the rooms were, had to go over to the building with the lobby to get a cart for check in and when leaving.
- 5/5
Everything was great excellent service. The only thing I didn’t like was I was charge parking $15 a night and $17 for continental breakfast.
- 5/5
The room was clean and there was plenty of parking. The bar seemed lively.
- 5/5
Shoutout to Pernell for making me comfortable -Travis
- 5/5
Nice well maintained and pleasant hotel! Rooms are large and clean ! Area around the hotel is a little rough , but I felt safe here ! I would recommend !
- 3/5
I didn’t know that I have to pay $15 parking fees
- 5/5
My stay was ok. I didn’t book breakfast at the hotel but I didn’t know there’s an extra parking fee. They didn’t mention it on the property. The room is clean, bring your own hair conditioner tho. Food at the bar is ok. Gym was open and spacious.
- 4/5
Everything was excellent the only thing I didn’t agree with is that we were charged for $15 for parking not understanding why they have plenty of parking available.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
Star was excellent
- 2/5
Room was not stocked upon arriving, air half worked always hot wouldn’t go down to temp. When we asked for supplies that morning was told would be sent to room arrived back that evening and had to ask again and got delivered within 5 mins. The first night a dog barked all night long but we addressed with staff and did not hear the other nights.
- 5/5
Our experience at Smoke and Barrel was fantastic. Our server was so kind. Our room was very comfortable. Front desk staff was so sweet.
- 5/5
Good stay
- 5/5
The room was comfortable. They shower and sink area had black hair in it, but other than that it seemed clean.
- 5/5
My stay here was excellent in every way. Clean, friendly employees, great value, very nice pool and hot tub. The only thing that would’ve made it better was if they had a complimentary breakfast and didn’t charge so much for it. However, if you can for go breakfast, the rest is awesome!
- 5/5
Clean, close to airport.

- 4/5
The hotel looked relatively new. The staff were professional.
- 5/5
Great room and great experience.
- 5/5
great
- 3/5
Shower door would slide open during use. Water pressure was poor.
- 5/5
Love this place. We always stay here when in town. Clean, amazingly hot shower and the restaurant food is always good.
- 5/5
The staff was great and very nice and helpful and courteous will rebook in the future.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
The room was comfortable and clean. The pillows were great. Check-in and checkout were easy. Hotel was quiet. The only thing out of service was the pool.
- 5/5
Love it here!
- 4/5
Good value
- 4/5
Room wasn’t very clean.
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Checkin was fast and the staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable - we really enjoyed our stay
- 2/5
Rooms were not very clean bathroom specifically and the carpet was stuck and dirty had to wear shoes around the room. Pool was closed. Front desk was below average and always seemed to be playing with their phone.
- 4/5
Great.
- 5/5
We stayed in a queen suite, which sleeps 6. I was impressed with the 1 1/2 baths. The furnishings in the living area and the separate bedroom were tastefully done. My only complaint was we should have been told that there were doors near the centrally located elevators accessible from parking lot. Walking to elevators from check-in area was like navigating an intricate maze. As older people with mobility issues, having to walk a long way, with luggage, was challenging. I wish the clerk at check-in had told us about the access via parking lot. Overall, this was a very nice property. I would definitely stay
- 1/5
After the trip I voiced my opinion and Hilton made it right. Thank you Hilton. Hopefully they will update the room.
- 1/5
I was extremely disappointed with the hotel, I booked 2 nights and was only able to stay 1 night because my brother in law passed away, expedia tried to explain this to them but they still refused to give me a refund for the day I wasn't able to stay there. Ended up paying 300 for 1 night only.
- 5/5
The hotel is so welcoming, clean and safe.
- 3/5
I went breakfast and wanted over easy eggs but they didn’t have any eggs
- 4/5
A bit of a stale musty odor. Everything else was fine.
- 2/5
Hotel was ok. Our shower leaked pretty bad and the bathroom door had expanded due to moisture so difficult to open/close. I did advise the staff
- 4/5
Clean rooms/ hotel. convenient to our destination to TCU. Our biggest negative was the inconvenience of the restaurant closures.
- 3/5
They gave us free breakfast to compensate, but it could have been fixed sooner and easier.
- 5/5
Always love staying here
- 4/5
Me parece que a los recepcionistas les falta empatia
- 5/5
Entire staff was very friendly. Food / Drinks were very good
- 2/5
AC ,and bathroom not good condition
- 5/5
Sitting area in the lobby
- 3/5
Room service was not good for the price and bogus charge
- 4/5
Not bad but the room was more of a three star hotel than four star
- 1/5
Walked into my room for the first time, and it was a mess had to switch rooms. Towels and bed had other peoples hair on them. People running the hotel through the night, load and hitting people’s doors through the night. Looks great from the outside but not worth the $$$ to stay there.
- 5/5
Staff and place was great, definitely gotta uber everywhere, they only had breakfast and dinner which is cool, had a blast and had a good gym
- 4/5
The facility was very clean and for the most part staff was really good. Had trouble getting necessary items when I chose to not have housekeeping. Called and asked twice and asked at the front desk and never received additional toilet paper or towels as requested. The area isn’t the greatest but the hotel was safe.
- 1/5
the hotel lobby is impressive (very well decorated, like the pictures) but the rooms are old, with cracks in the mirror, old restrooms, water leaks in the shower, on top of that they charged for parking the car outside the hotel $15 per day and the breakfast included, they asked for tip for the breakfast.
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
Great place
- 5/5
One of my favorite places to stay I love the staff the hotel, always have a great experience staying here
- 5/5
Very clean very professional staff
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Staff was nice, rooms clean, bed was so comfy
- 3/5
Loved the city but not the hotel. Rooms are in need of a refresh.
- 2/5
I booked the room for hot tub it was cold we had to pay extra for parking and breakfast the room was ok . For the price I paid I should have went downtown . Not worth the price we paid .
- 5/5
Exceptional. I will be back. The amenities were excellent, the room was superb and the staff were always there with a big smile. The breakfast is a must, it is great.
- 5/5
The bed was very comfortable and the food options were tasty
- 5/5
Amazing!
- 3/5
Why they charge you for the parking, it’s not covered or guarded..and everyone has to drive to get there…
- 5/5
Its was a lot of homeless people around
- 5/5
Everyone was very nice the rooms were clean
- 3/5
The over stay was okay. I do feel they could do a better job with the cleaning of their rooms. They really need a deep cleaning of the room and restrooms. I know the building is old and they have attempted to upgrade. But the cleaning could be better. Overall the bed slept well.
- 5/5
Check in was super fast an easy, parking lot has tons of space and felt very secure. Overall would definitely stay here again
- 4/5
Quiet and comfortable room in nice building with plenty of usable amenities.
- 3/5
Nice property
- 5/5
Sir, the place was awesome. Customer service was amazing. The rooms were extremely clean and the beds were comfortable.
- 3/5
I was not told that there was a parking fee prior to purchasing my stay. This is an inconvenience that is unacceptable and I will not be staying here again.
- 5/5
Nice, quiet hotel. Parking is crazy since they are repainting the drive up area to hotel lobby. Inside looks nice. Have to walk a long way to elevators.
- 5/5
Super nice, did have to pay $15 for parking though.
- 3/5
pretty substandard all around
- 5/5
Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast staff were exceptional. Our cups of coffee were never empty. The breakfast buffet has a good selection, so each morning offered something different. They were constantly refilling or restocking. We were never disappointed. Would stay here again when we return to the Fort Worth area, plus it's near highway 35W.
- 1/5
There was a very bad odor in the 2 rooms we got the carpets looked like they needed a good wash. The rr doors were cracked and needed to be painted. The shower head hardly let out any water and we had to stand in the corner of the shower to get wet. It says queen beds but I’m thinking those are full beds they seemed smaller. The ac worked but it felt so humid in there when i left the hotel I feel like I smelled like the dirty carpet!
- 5/5
Everything was great

Another disappointing property that lets people smoke. Wedd in their rooms
- 1/5
The room was hot and the ac would go past 70. It wasn't very clean and the staff we not helpful with my reservation.
- 4/5
Otherwise great!
- 5/5
The bar staff was approachable and friendly.
- 2/5
Expensive for poor.
- 2/5
Had i known about these extra hidden costs ahead of time i would have booked elsewhwre. Especially since there were cheaper properties nearby.
- 5/5
Quiet & easy service. I just wish breakfast was included
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
I did not like that we had to pay for parking!
- 5/5
Clean and quite place
- 4/5
The property was being remodeled so the entrance was under construction. The lobby and other main areas were gorgeous. The warm cookies upon arrival were a nice touch. The staff was great. The two downfalls were around dining and parking. Booking through Expedia gave us 2 adult breakfast meals free but each day they charged us and we had to get the charges removed. Thankfully, the staff was kind and quick doing so but it was inconvenient. The toilets flushing mechanism definitely needs work. Lastly, we were charged $15 per night for parking and you don’t have any option. The frustrating part of this was that the parking was just an open lot, no security or monitoring so being charged for that without any warning was pretty silly. The pool was small but perfectly fine for our two kids. Overall, the stay really was great just a few minor inconveniences and when you are a family on a budget that doesn’t travel much, those inconveniences aren’t something you look forward to. I would definitely stay at the hotel again despite the few hiccups. The staff truly was great.
- 5/5
Location
- 3/5
Starting out rocky. When we first arrived at the hotel bikers had the entrance blocked off. They were smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol. I was surprised the hotel asked the bikers to move.
- 5/5
My hotel stay was great. It all started with the exceptional desk agent Michael. He made sure everything went smoothly.
- 5/5
Dope spot.
- 5/5
Beautiful stay! Our team stayed here during a baseball tournament. Great space and atmosphere. The bar area and food was amazing. I’ll definitely come back by.
- 5/5
Convenient
- 4/5
Nothing really outstanding, location is convenient.
- 4/5
Staff friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
Older hotel, smelled stale, long walk to rooms from lobby and poor or no signage, location is away from restaurants
- 4/5
was out of food on menu not just filet but asparagus too other wise the staff was great
- 1/5
The room was not clean at all. Hair everywhere, ice bucket still had old liquid in it, and there was half eaten food in the chair.
- 5/5
The only thing need a lil more attention housekeeping should check the fridge, it was old food left in the fridge from the previous guest.that left a small odor so we didnt put our food in there..
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly and helpful, from the check in to the breakfast attendant. Nice, clean hotel property!
- 4/5
Perfect if you are wanting to be close to TCU it’s about a 15min drive
- 5/5
Friendly staff, nice location.
- 1/5
They don’t deliver what’s promised on the website
- 4/5
Lovely night staff at the front desk.
- 4/5
Nice
- 2/5
The hotel was run down. Lots of homeless people all around it. The hotel charged for parking even though there was plenty of parking all around the hotel. They were reluctant to clean the room when requested.
- 5/5
The room and bath were very nice. I especially liked the walk in shower. It was quiet and comfortable. The restaurant downstairs provided really nice affordable meals (dinner and breakfast) and the staff were very gracious.
- 4/5
Ok for a couple night stay
- 1/5
Beautiful lobby - rest of the property is poorly maintained - looks and smells like trash once you leave the lobby! Hallways and rooms look and smell like a sewer!
- 4/5
This was a decent stay for my few days in Fort Worth on business. The only hiccup I ran into was the check out process. There was only one employee who was very overwhelmed and didn't let the long line know that check out was just dropping the key into the bowl on the front desk. Hopefully in the future, the hotel can adequately staff the front desk, especially at check out time on a weekend.
- 4/5
The staff were great, especially Chris, the evening bar tender. They were all friendly and took care of any need that I had.
- 5/5
The hospitality and the rooms very nice
- 5/5
Check in was great. Easy and very friendly staff. Hotel smelled amazing and was super clean and very well decorated.
- 2/5
Everything about the stay was great except the noice at night! The windows were so thin we heard EVERY car driving by. I won’t be staying here again for this reason.
- 4/5
Main problem is transport
