    the AC wasn’t working good, the room smelled something that bothered me for the entire 4 days. I wouldn’t stay at Home2Suite anymore. In overall, room is equipped with kitchen, fridge, sink, etc which is nice if you want to stay for long period of time.

    What a great concept - Home 2 Hilton. However, the facility is only as good as the employees you have working it. In the 6 /nights we were there, they only checked our room the 2nd day we were there. After that - we were taking our trash to the trash bin in the hallway and went the front desk for fresh towels and washrags the 4th night we were there. The coffee urn was always empty, if I saw guest reporting that it was empty, the Urn was taken to the back, but wasn't brought back out until guest inquired about the status of the coffee. The breakfast bar was unattended. Once items were depleted - they were just left empty. It was very hard to manipulate/grab the hot food items as there wasn't enough space to open the flap door, reach in and grab the food. Many mornings I cleaned the breakfast bar because the people who made their mess didn't find it necessary to pick up after themselves, and the staff never checked the presentation of the breakfast bar. 1 dryer was broke the days were there and the laundry facility was always in disarray. I reported the water cooler in the fitness room was empty and it took 1 1/2 for a new water to appear. The day we arrived there was a wet pool towel and ice bucket in the "ice machine room" after 3 days we picked them both up and placed them in front of the Housekeeping door by the elevators. I'll reiterate - the facility is very nice, but the staff just didn't have the drive or pride to keep it nice.

    The breakfast was very poor, with few options. The hotel has serious issues with its cleaning staff; during our stay, everyone in the hotel had to leave their trash in the hallways, and our rooms were not cleaned—there was only one person working for the entire hotel. They need to find a solution to this.

    Breakfast was really good to me. One day was chorizo tacos, the next was biscuits and gravy and they always have an automatic pancake maker going as well as cereal and oatmeal and the usual bread options. Location was also really good, choose to 35 but also had a back road of you wanted to avoid the highway to get to the shopping center down the road that has everything you could need and a pluckers! We will definitely be rebooking here!

    I checked in on Sunday April 25, 2026 it wasn’t a good experience at first However, a few days later I had an AMAZING customer experience with representative KEY. Key was so helpful, patient, professional, informative, and kind! She provided me with the tax exemption form and moved me to a room closer to the exit. If it wasn’t for Key, Home2 Suites would’ve received a two or three star rating.

You can't have a room key card and the electronic key on your phone. One or the other. I used my phone as the key but my wife uses her phone for pictures a lot so her phone is perpetually low battery so she wanted a card. We couldn't do both.

    Breakfast: Don't think you can have a morsel after 9AM, the employees stand by at 8:59 to make sure you don't get a crumb after 9:00 am...and breakfast is mostly fake eggs and sausage, but an assortment of cereal, juice,oatmeal, breads etc. The irratating thing is how the employees guard the food! I feel that I am owed some compensation for the discomfort of staying in a dirty room for four days.

    The suite we reserved was very spacious and nice. Loved the separate bedroom with a door and separate temperature controls for that bedroom and the rest of the suite. Decor in public areas was updated and welcoming. The staff quality was mixed with a few being helpful and pleasant but several that were not helpful or accommodating and ignored you when you stood at the front desk and then seemed very put out at simple requests like extra pillows, towels, and toilet paper. Our room was not cleaned one time during our 3 night stay, even after we told the front desk person. She said they were short on staff but assured us it would be made up the next day but it was not. The day we tried to utilize the breakfast buffet—it was not being re-stocked and there was not much available for us.

    This stay was terrible. The water would not get hot, the toilet has issues flushing, the faucet in the bathroom has a slow flow of water, dripping all day and night. The breakfast was horrible and cold. It appears that they never prepare anything flesh; it was left over from the day before. When complaining to the front counter gentleman, he looked at us as if he didn't care about the issues. This was a nice building from the outside, but sad on the inside.

    On the 25th after checking in got to my room on the 1st floor I took my shoes off & my socks got very soaked because the rug was very wet I put my shoes back on went to the front desk told them about it & Patricia said she could get me another room it was late I said let’s deal with it in the morning but the room smelled like mold the whole night sun comes up I went back to the desk & got a different room at the 2nd room remote control didn’t work went back down to the desk Lakisha got me a working remote control also the breakfast Orange juice machine was out, also I got back from being out all day my key wouldn’t open my door went back to the desk a young man working there helps me gets a hanger goes to my room with me puts the hanger under the door & was able to open the door he said now the key will work & it did but didn’t feel safe after seeing him do that

    our room fob kept deactivating daily. had to wait til 3pm the next day to get new room fob otherwise we had to ask staff to let us in our room. breakfast was horrible and ran out of food daily. orange juice machine wasn’t working. we couldn’t get fresh towels because hotel ran out. had to ask for toilet paper because we were told rooms get resupplied and cleaned every 4th day during long stays. no room safe available in room. air conditioner was dirty and full of mold. there was a hole in the ceiling of our room. the pool was closed for maintenance for the first 3 days we were there. i will never stay at this hotel again.

    Our stay was for a week and the large, clean rooms were very accommodating. With the well stocked kitchenette it was easy to enjoy the hotel leisurely. The breakfast was good as as well, only lacked some fruit selection on some days. Would stay there again, easy to get around to the Ft. Worth area from there.

    Staff gave us everything we needed, whether it be more towels or conditioner. Mindy was amazing and helped us out a lot. She always had a smile on her and was so helpful. The breakfast was amazing!!! We would highly recommend just for the breakfast. Sometimes the food would get taken by other guests, but the staff would replenish right away.

    Everyone was so accommodating from day one. My handicapped son had some difficulties, they rode in like the calvary. Super clean, pool area was great, the dog park was well equipped and very large. The breakfast was wonderful!!

    Hotel is in a fairly quiet location, front desk workers were very friendly, however not sure I'd choose to stay again. We were there for 3 nights. At check in I had chosen a room via the Hilton app and checked in digitally. Drove to the property and noticed the room had changed and our key still wasn't ready. Checked in at the front desk and they said the app doesn't work with their hotel. Fine, walked to our room and opened the door. AC was set to 65 degrees and an ottoman was laying on its side for some reason. King bed came with 3 total pillows, no additional bedding for the fold out sofa, and only 2 towels for 3 people. Other than that, the room was very nice and came with a kitchen sink, microwave, and a full size fridge. Had to get up very early the next morning and returned around 7 PM to an uncleaned room. Repeated the next day with the same thing, so asked when our room would be cleaned and was told we needed to ask for full service. So asked around 7 AM, room didn't get cleaned until around 2 PM on the 3rd day. When they did, they ended up taking the extra clean towels we had asked for and replaced with standard 2 towels. The free hot breakfasts are also really terrible unless you plan on making your own waffle. So we're very unlikely to return in the future.

    The biggest negatives-it’s a pet friendly hotel so it was swarming w happy dogs and large dogs that were noisy at all hours. One of the elevators was out of service so there was a long wait time at busy times for the day bc the hotel was booked when we were there. Breakfast was great and staff was amazing. Overall~We’d probably give it another try next trip to Ft Worth.

    Very clean and welcoming. Breakfast had divulgent items along with healthy options. Room was clean with huge comfy bed. I try to stay here every time I come to Fort Worth.

    Very good value for money, and excellent for longer stays. Convenient for I35W but just far enough away not be bothered by the noise. Texas Roadhouse within walking distance for good food, and just about everything else within a few minutes drive.

    We Arrived at 6:30 and our room was not ready. Very disappointing after a 5 Hour Dr. to not be able to go to a room. I am diabetic and the breakfast was not diabetic, friendly except for a boiled egg. We were not told we would not get room service during our stay. So when we arrive back at our room at 10:30 at night into a room that had not been cleaned nor fresh towels put in everyone in our group was very upset.

    The water was out. The breakfast was not good compared to other Home 2 locations I've visited. The sheets smelled musty and were very thin. A partially eaten plate of breakfast food was on the floor in the stairwell. Very different experience than I've had at other Home 2 locations.

    The overall experience was good except the free breakfast was an atrocious joke. Only thing that looked edible was cereal. The egg Mc muffins were bland and felt like they were very old. The weird omelette looking things had no flavor no cheese and some kind of blob of stuff I couldn’t make out what it was except I saw an onion or 2. The room overall was clean and Roomy but when I went to wash my one spoon and cup there was soap but nothing to scrub it with. We had no ice bucket and no conditioner in our room. Minor things is all. Overall Great and friendly staff and I would consider staying here again if I needed to but I will definitely not eat breakfast there again.

    The hotel was great for our stay while waiting to close on our house. Being pet-friendly meant we didn't have to find a kennel for our dog The full size frig and microwave allowed us to save some money by cooking in. Breakfast was available in the lobby and there were plenty of choices. The best part of the stay was the staff. Of particular note Tiffany at the front desk who went above and beyond to get printed copies of our needed closing papers

    We were given two tiny towels. When we went to ask for more, the desk clerk said that there were no more for the day. No apology for the inconvenience - nothing. Really treated like it was an unreasonable request that we would have a towel for a shower! Woke up in the morning to two really big spiders in the bath and still no towels. Truly didn’t meet even the minimum standard for a hotel.

    I was only here for a night for a work trip, but it was so comfortable and cozy for the one night! The front desk staff was wonderful and friendly during check in and check out. The breakfast area was super clean and organized. I would definitely stay again!

    This is one of the worst Hilton hotels I have stayed at in a while. The roof above the shower was falling apart. The shower had mold. The staff was rude and lazy. We asked for 2 more towels a number of times at the front desk and were told they didn’t have any and that housekeeping would drop them. Well housekeeping never came. Didn’t even come and get our trash. We eventually had to just go into the housekeeping section on the 3rd floor and get the towels our selves. This hotel was gross and the staff was lazy. As a Hilton honors member I would never recommend this to anyone.

    The front desk staff was very friendly when we arrived. I also appreciated them greeting us each evening when we came in. I asked for additional coffee for my room, and they were very nice about giving it to me and offering other condiments to go with it. The room was nice and clean. I liked the fact there was real coffee cups and the coffee pot made a full cup of coffee. I know these things seem small, but they are BIG to me. There was plenty of parking and the lot was lit up very good. I felt very safe coming in at night.

    The pillow collection was inconsistent and had no form to them. It seemed they needed to be throw out years ago. The couch had stains all over it. My comforter smelt nasty, it was certainly not fresh and clean. Morning breakfast was not good at all. Oatmeal and waffles gave 3 of the 4 of us stomach issues! Only positive is the staff was very friendly.

    This property was a good fit for us on our short staycation in Ft Worth. We enjoyed the quiet room. Would have enjoyed better pillows. The breakfast had lots of options but most of the hot items were cold and no microwave to warm them up. Overall this hotel fit our needs

    When we first got there, we was put in the wrong room. I booked a suite but we was put in a one room with a king size bed(they fixed the problem). In the middle of me complaining about the wrong room, there was another guy at the front desk having room issues as well. The next room we got into, the tv in the bedroom didn’t work and the ac in the living room didn’t work. So we switched rooms again and then we were finally comfortable. (June14-June 16)
