Homewood Suites by Hilton DFW Airport South, TX

I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. This is our second time staying in three years and both experiences were great. Morris who operates the shuttle is so kind and Mohammad checked us in at 2:30am and was very helpful. We like to stay here because we can leave our car safely in the parking lot while we travel and then come back for a night before we drive back home. It’s very safe, we’ve had nothing but great interactions with all the staff, and it really is very clean.

Location. Location. Close to everything. I’m not used to breakfast tacos on the menu at some other places I’ve been but they had them here! Staff were super friendly and helpful. My guest was having issues logging in to the hotel WiFi but that was resolved in less than 2 minutes. Thanks to the staff who knew what they were doing. Check in and check out were a breeze!

We stayed in a suite and there was plenty of room. We used the sofa bed and there were no complaints about it being uncomfortable. The breakfast was very nice with many options.

My traveling companion did mention that their room was equally nice but that it was somewhat noisy given the volume of the TV in the room next to them.

The breakfast was great - high quality, especially for free/included Oops! Overbooked for the room type we reserved. On the positive side- we got more space for no price increase. ?

Great location for where I needed to be. Nyles at the front desk was very personable. The bed was terrible for my back but that was my only complaint.

The property was very clean and well maintained. The stove, fridge, microwave etc made the stay more affordable since we could make our own meals. It would be nice to have updated charging stations in the room. Usb-c etc

Yes so nice

Oddly enough, there was no cold water. Brushing teeth with hot water was a challenge. The toilet would not refill unless the tank cover was removed and the mechanism manually manipulated. House keeping was every two day, which left dirt and gravel from shoes on the floor, tracked in from the after snow wet ground. Lastly, there was grit on the sheets.

Hotel and the room both were nice and clean. The room was spacious for a family of 4. We stayed at this hotel recently and while the property itself is very nice, our experience was unfortunately overshadowed by how a serious issue was handled. The hotel and our room were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good, which we appreciated. However, the bathroom door in our room locked from the inside and we couldn’t open it. When we went to the front desk for help, we were told there were no other rooms available and that maintenance had already left. When my husband asked what we were supposed to do and whether we should even leave, the response was essentially, “well, it’s up to you.” without offering any solution. We had two little kids with us and it was 9pm, so trying to find another place was extremely inconvenient. There was no urgency or real effort to assist. My husband eventually managed to open the door himself, but we should never have been left to deal with it alone. Overall, while the hotel itself is clean and nice with good amenities, the way the front desk handled this situation was very unprofessional and unacceptable, and it significantly impacted our stay.

First unable to get a 1st room as requested, the bathroom sink faucet leaked while in use (contacted front desk), ice machine not working on the 3rd floor- but overall a good experience! Staff was amazing!!

The hotel was wonderful. The Front desk and the staff I encountered was warm and courteous. The lobby decor was great and the room was clean and well put together. The location was also good for me, every place I went was 30 minutes are less from the hotel.

Clean room/ friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing. Bathroom sink wasn’t draining properly, but staff came to fix it within 5 minutes of us notifying them.

Left my watch on the night table. Called an hour after leaving and they took my number and said they would call me back after they look. They never called so a few days later I called, they said they never found it. Thieves!!!!!!

Absolutely beautiful hotel. 10/10. However the service is awful - they claim to have a policy where you can only have 2 shower towels per room per day. We were beyond perplexed by this and the front desk employee was SO rude about it on top of it. At these prices especially, limiting something like towels is inexcusable. 10/10 hotel with 0/10 service.

We were family of four and the room was equipped for two, when we asked for bedding she said we don’t have extra bedding! Same for towels! Shampoo was empty at bathroom and we called and she said she can’t bring it to the room and we have to go down ourselves. When we checked out the next morning I reported that to another gentleman who was at front desk and apologized indicating that the issues didn’t suppose to happen.

Was a bit disappointed that the pool was closed while we were there, but other than that we had a great stay here. Room was plenty big enough for our family and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was very big! A lot of amenities included!! Had glassware, a sink, oven, microwave, and a pretty decent size fridge and freezer! Shower was nice, tv was nice!!

We went for a concert at Globe Life field and this is just enough distance away from the huddle and bustle. Great location, close to Dallas and Fort Worth. Miles at the hotel was the best guy at reception and so helpful!!!

We booked our room a month in advance and when we got there they had no rooms with a double bed all they had were rooms with king beds. They could have offered and extra room but instead they just shrugged their shoulders and did nothing. We had to leave and go find a different hotel and we are still waiting on a refund.

-Room had a beautiful layout -Conditioner holder in shower broken -Key cards didn’t work for outside entrances 2/3 of the stay. -Room took an extremely long time to cool and felt humid most times. Ice-maker on my floor (2) was broken and had a loud running water sound 2/3 of the stay. -Most staff was very friendly but couldn’t do any room service, not even to bring bottles of water, but to understaffing. -To top it off, though I’d already paid thru hotels.com at the time of booking, at checkout I was told I hadn’t paid and had a balance of $440 some odd dollars… So needless to say, initially things started of well and went downhill after the first day…

Make sure you go to the right one! Apparently there are several of these hotels around the area and going to the wrong one happens often (yes it happened to me lol) No restaurant on site, but there is a bar and free breakfast. Free use of computer/printers was appreciated.

You would think when you rent a hotel by the airport with an airport shuttle you would be able to leave your vehicle there. Instead we paid $200 for a room we were in 7 hours and then got to pay $128 to leave our vehicle at the airport. I will never stay at one of your properties again. The LaQuinta is more cost effective and safe to leave your vehicle. Also not sure how to watch a TV that faces a wall and cannot be turned due to all of the cables. Had to turn the whole dresser it was sitting on.

Great location with easy access to the highway. The staff were very friendly. Felt like home.

Overall there wasn't anything that i didn't like. The staff was nice and the room was clean. This was my first time staying at a Homewood Suites and it was more than i expected and i would stay there again.

The hotel was under construction and some stuff was out of place. Like there was a spider web in the bathroom. The bathroom door was off so you had to push it in a bit. The sheets had red spots on them we had to change them right away.

Newer hotel in the Euless/Ft Worth area but already needs alot of maintenance. Overall, I enjoyed the room and stay but found several issues with the condition of my 1 bedroom suite. The dresser in the living room area was missing a handle, the tub spout and control handle were movable to an alarming degree revealing holes in the tiled wall, a lamp in the living room didn't turn on, and when using the guest laundry only 1 of the 2 dryers was operational. On a positive note, the daily breakfast selection was decent and well stocked...including the coffee.

Room was nice but several things didn't work, i.e. electric blinds, garbage disposal, water pressure too low. Not enough lighting because of the blinds. Staff was really great.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area

Our shower had not appeared to have been cleaned. Very large amount of hair. We told the front desk and they promptly came to clean the bathroom. Other than that the hotel was great. Breakfast was wonderful with tons of food options.

This is a beautiful hotel. It is clean from the front door, through all hallways, and your room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you call when you get to the airport, they will send their hotel shuttle. The driver was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. They provided and long list of surrounding food options, many of which are close by and they will take you in the hotel shuttle. This is my 2nd time staying here and I will definitely continue to use this hotel when I travel to Dallas.

The lady at check in would not put my husbands honors number, this is the first time I have had problems with this. I travel with a small service dog and they have a good grass area with boggy bags and trash. The breakfast was very basic, I think they could do a better job considering they have a large space, the coffee was very bland. I was supieses with the room size and cleanliness, would certainly recommend it and will be staying there again

I called ahead of our stay about the golf simulator. They replied yes, we have one and it’s almost always available. During our stay we were informed it hadn’t been working for “quite some time”. This was the reason we picked the hotel over another in the area. The stay was pleasant, but this was frustrating.

I had to catch some sleep during the day and it was very quiet. Also rooms were very cool and clean. Complementary breakfast was great with lots of great options with plenty of staff , which were very friendly , and were steady cleaning the breakfast area.I am a very picky person when I stay away from home and this place exceeded my expectations by far. This is the place to stay if you’re in the area.

Had a layover at the airport and decided to get a nearby hotel. Very convenient, clean, and it was quick and easy to check in and get a bit settled. Continental breakfast was standard but had a cute Texas state shaped waffle maker and many options for breakfast. Easy parking as well.

This was by far one of the best home suites I’ve stayed in. I travel for work a lot and I have come across subpar hotels. The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, they had fully stocked cabinets with dishes, pots and pans, glasses, and drinking glasses. The area was safe, everything worked and the tvs were smart. They had a nice bar area to sit and have a drink or two. There was a full breakfast in the dining area from 6am-1030am. The only thing was the gate to the pool was not working so I couldn’t go to the pool.

Stayed for a weekend for SX at ATT Stadium, perfect distance and easy travel to and from the stadium. Great quiet hotel, very nice amenities. We actually loved having a mini kitchen due to our kiddo, heating/making food for the baby. Very family friendly, great breakfast as well! Loved our stay :)

Only stayed one night but it was great. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to DFW airport easy commute to AT&T stadium. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but a nice amenity to have.
