Highly recommended. It was home away from home. Very quiet atmosphere, it was clean, the breakfast was scrumptious, everything stayed in stock for breakfast, and the hotel room was nice. No complaints!

Great location. I went for a wedding about 15 min away. Close to I35. If you want to get some regular shopping in you have various options Coffee maker in the room could be better quality. While they offer coffee downstairs there is no hot milk. You can buy a Starbucks but first thing in the morning i want a cup of coffee in my room. I don’t want to have to go downstairs

Love the layout of the room with a real couch that was super comfy (not scratchy) with a TV that was easy to see from the couch! Nice A/C and bed. Breakfast was great and they used real eggs (not dehydrated ones)

The room was clean the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was better than some we’ve stayed at. We did have an issue one night with the lights in the room, but it was readily taken care of and we were moved to another room till management could fix it. So the staff was prompt to help with the situation. We definitely will be staying at Hyatt again!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent three-night stay left me with no choice. The room had multiple broken amenities that were never fixed despite repeated complaints: a non-functioning toilet, a broken blackout shade that let in blinding light all night from outside, and a phone that didn't work. On the second night, I reported all of these issues to the front desk. When we returned on the third night, nothing had been addressed — and there was only one staff member available to handle the entire hotel. I went without proper sleep for all three nights due to the constant light intrusion. When I followed up the next morning requesting some form of compensation or resolution, I was told there was "nothing they could do." No fix. No discount. No apology of substance. Just indifference. Three sleepless nights left me exhausted, with a headache and back pain. A basic functioning room is the bare minimum any hotel should provide. This property failed to deliver even that — and then failed again when given the chance to make it right. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

What a great stay. The staff was welcoming and helpful the entire time. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty of options. Everything was so clean. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. The area is also easy to navigate with plenty of food and shopping options. All around we were very pleased with our stay and would recommend!

The staff were extremely friendly. The facilities are very clean. The included breakfast was great. This is the second time we stayed and would stay again.

I got there 30 mins before the 3pm check-in and no issue with getting my room then. I had a King Suite and it was great. I loved the layout of the couch area and the bed area. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, windows had blackout curtains. Minor complaint of noise in the hallway and then during the middle of the night when the rain picked up and was hitting the windows. I didn’t use any of the amenities or take advantage of the continental breakfast. I would definitely stay again if visiting the area. It was conveniently located near restaurants, shops and I35W.

Overall a great hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is tasty. Fresh fruit and eggs every morning. Hot and freshly prepared. Front desk staff friendly and attentive. Clientel is pleasant. Hallways are quiet and clean. Housekeeping staff amazing. We have stayed there several times and will stay there in the future. Location is near several trendy restaurants and shopping is nearby.

Room was nice and quiet. Slept fine. The toilet broke in the morning. I told the front desk at breakfast (8:30) and they seemed shocked and yet unhelpful. They said maintenance would be arriving in 30 min and they would “send them up”. We returned to the room at 9, no one came up. I tried calling from our room and the phone kept giving a busy signal for the front desk. I even tried calling from my cell phone and no one answered. Eventually I figured out how to get the toilet to refill the tank so we could flush. I was really annoyed no one was available to help us. The toilet stopped working again shortly after. We checked out and left, but there was no one downstairs to tell. Won’t be returning or recommending this hotel.

When we would go to the bar for an evening drink, she was very put out to serve us, appeared to be disturbed from a FaceTime conversation. She was rude when we taking our order. However, in the morning, when we went to breakfast, the odor was always gone. Is this normal for your employees??

Property was nice. Front desk was a little light on customer service. My TV did not work for the duration of my stay, but I was hardly there. Still I reported it twice and nothing was done about it. I left with a feeling that it didn't matter.

Quick easy check in. Close to Ft. Worth.

In general it's a nice stay. They really could use a laundry service as they have only one washer and dryer at $2.50 to wash and then again to dry. Shouldn't have to do laundry. And there is no visible in house security. Not that it's unsafe but if something goes sideways we'd have to wait for law enforcement.

We stay at this property Everytime we go to Fort Worth! The staff is very friendly and always know us when we return.

The location was fabulous easy access to major roads and yet it was far enough away to feel separated. The room and bathroom were comfortable clean easy to move in. The Ac was wonderful the love seat was comfortable and made our stay feel like home instead of just a bedroom. I would stay here again. The staff was friendly and helpful

The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. However, our interactions with the same female employee were consistently unpleasant. One night, we went downstairs to get snacks, and she didn’t even acknowledge us—still glued to her phone. We left and got snacks from H-E-B. On our last night, she seemed annoyed we interrupted her phone time, rolled her eyes when I said I was using Apple Pay, and smacked her gum while checking us out. Every encounter felt rude and dismissive. In contrast, the male employee was kind, helpful, and professional—clearly the reason he’s Employee of the Month. I prepaid for breakfast through Hotels.com but was charged again. After calling, I received a partial refund ($34 out of $50) and still haven’t been sent the itemized receipt I requested. Overall, the hotel was clean, and one staff member was great, but the service from the other really impacted our experience. We won’t be booking our employees to stay here for their travel.

Not what it’s hyped up to be.. stay there four times and the service was terrible.. house keeping didn’t clean the room for 2 days entered our room but didn’t clean it then lied and said she was never in our room.. management is just as bad as house keeping and wouldn’t recommend to no one

This was our second stay at this Hyatt Place property, it's location was convenient for our needs while visiting the area. Dining & shopping close-by. The facility is well kept, welcoming lobby & dining area, clean rooms, love the comfy mattress but sure wish I had my bed pillows from home! Breakfast was adequate & tasty. This visit policy changed they required us to check-in for entry to dining area. The problem, I had to argue our way in accused of not pre-paying for breakfast for our stay (as I did). I reserved the hotel months in advance WITH breakfast - they claimed I did not. Fortunately, we worked it out to my satisfaction. Patience won the disagreement! Sure I understand why the need to verify entry but couldn't that have been identified when I checked in. No mention we might have an additional fee. Thank goodness the oatmeal, yogurt & fresh berries were good! Actually mini- quiche and breakfast meats great too. Filled the belly!

Very nice property and experience. Not a full service property - turndown service, concierge, etc - so that’s why not 5 star; but very high quality experience.

The location was good too - we found a brilliant bar on our first night (54th Street) that not only served 54 diff we ent types of beer, but had great food too at reasonable prices. We also ate at Eggtastic for breakfast and lunch (super service), the Towne Grill and Delucca Pizza - all great meals and within 10-15 mins walk from the hotel. Finally, great location for Grapevine, North Dallas and the Stockyards. Really pleased at our choice and was a lovely way to spend the first 5 nights of our stay on the Dallas / Fort Worth area. Thank you!

Hotel is average, but the worst think was low water pressure in shower and lukewarm shower, reported it first morning and nothing was changed. Cold showers for 3 days. Plenty of other choices close by, we will try one next year.
