Overall, the stay was okay when we first arrived, but there were several issues that made it uncomfortable. The room had no place to hang clothes, which was inconvenient. The inside of the room had a strong mold smell, and combined with the loud AC noise, it gave us headaches. The bathroom also smelled moldy, and the amenities were very limited. The Wi-Fi was also very laggy and kept disconnecting. The breakfast, however, was okay.

I have stayed that this motel before. One of the reasons I like it is because it is always quiet. The who stay here to include the staff have always been nice and courteous.

They could use new pillows.

Common areas were very clean and the rooms. A problem with our bathroom door was fixed in a fair amount of time . Breakfast was very good and hot food was was very warm The staff over the top kind and helpful . We had a very nice stay.

The water pressure was terrible, the tiles coming up in the bathroom, things seem to have been broken and repaired several times over. There was no crib as advertised.

This place has changed since our last visit a year ago So has the area. Lots of homeless hanging out by hotel. The change of scenario getting worse. We also had plumbing issues (no water) 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed there. I talked to the front desk first night we arrived and was told the problem would be fixed that evening. It was fixed so we decided to stay. Next day we had no water to shower. Again, I complained to front desk and was told that plumbers were on the way to fix problems. I was also told that it was a water main break and the city was responsible. However, I talked to another guest that had been staying there for bout a month and he said this problem of low water pressure or no water had been ongoing since then. I was offered a different room but did not want the inconvenience of moving all our belongings. I did ask management for a discount of which they said they would provide. As of this review, (2 days later), I have not received any discounts or credit back to my account. I will never stay here again. This place is starting to go down. Especially the surrounding vicinities and homeless people. Not a safe environment.

We had no water at all from Saturday afternoon until the time we left Sunday morning. This led to us leaving super early in morning as we had no place to shower or use the restroom, and did not have breakfast...one of the reasons we chose this hotel. The smoke detector was missing from our room. I made the front desk aware Saturday around 4 PM, and nothing was done about it...at least up until the time we departed early Sunday morning. . The refrigerator in our room froze our drinks. Yes one could argue this is trivial, but it shouldn't happen. I'm a fan of LaQuinta, and stayed at this hotel because we're fans of the chain/brand. We were promised that a manager would be in touch, but nobody has reached out. We even emailed the manager Sunday, and have not received any response. We feel we should get a full refund.

There was no water in our room for the last day/night.

No water, had to get bottled water to brush our teeth and wait until the morning to flush the toilet before leaving. All we needed was a shower and had to go without before flying home. Wouldn't stay here again.

I did not experience the breakfast but the room was nice and cool. The only disturbance was the noise coming from a compressor or machine that turns on and off every 30 minutes or about. Aside from that everything was very nice.

Convenient location for Arlington tourist activities. Could use a little refresh… not the most update, clean property.

Affordable hotel to stay at. Breakfast was good. There definitely appeared to have some drug activity in the parking lot. The local church puts up unhoused people in this hotel. Staff were present but I got the feeling at night they did not feel safe. I would recommend just staying in your room and not using amenities.

Booked double queen room. Beds appeared to only be full size ? Mattresses need replaced support worn out on sides near center night stand. Room 217 floor has soft spots along one side of bed. Appears tried covering it up by putting sitting chair over the spots. Refrigerator was not cold. Set on 7 out of 8 scale. Turned it to full/ 8 cold setting to get it to feel cold. Positives breakfast was good. Staff was friendly and helpful

Furniture was dusty, there were pieces of dog food on the carpet, so apparently it was not vacuumed. The ceiling was poorly repaired from an obvious water leak; it was bad enough I was concerned it would cave in.

It was an average hotel (I didn't think it warranted an 8.6 rating; I'd give it a 7). It wasn't that expensive so beggars can't be choosers. The room had an odd smell initially until we got the AC going. Went down for breakfast the first day and they started cleaning up with 20 minutes left so not everything was fully stocked. Pool was ice cold but expected. Overall it was fine but I wish I had stayed elsewhere.

The hotel and location are fine. There is no restaurant on site. The highway is pretty loud in your room. It seems like the windows do not keep any noise out.

The hotel/room was clean. Although it is next to the highway, there was very little noise. We had a pet room, on the 4th floor. Comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was the standard. Easy to access. Options to eat close by to hotel.

The rooms were clean, but not too sure about the area. They minimal security cameras. My catalytic converter was stolen off my vehicle while I was parked there. I wouldn’t stay there again for that reason.

The hotel smelled like pot and they didn’t have one of our rooms ready. We were two hours late to our original check-in and we still had to wait. Then we had 2 rooms leave early due to sickness and they gave them a credit for one and will not respond to the other credit. Very frustrating!

This hotel is dark, gloomy and beat up. It doesn’t smell fresh, and the breakfast was limited and sub par.

Only time I dealt with staff was at check in, which was super quick & easy. The property was clean, I would only suggest they cut the little bushes or trim them being that they’re blocking the sign out front on the road. The breakfast was amazing!

We stayed here 3 nights. We were in town for a Cowboys game. Our room was not cleaned one time. We did have someone knock on our door once but it was in the evening after we had been out all day. We didn’t want to leave our room when we had been gone most of the day. We don’t stay in Air B&Bs for this reason primarily. I want my bed made and fresh towels daily. The girl did offer us fresh towels when she knocked on the door. Other than that, we didn’t see any staff! Checking out, the guy told me to just throw my keys in a basket and they would get to it later. No customer service at this hotel AT ALL. The bed is hard and the pillows are so hard they won’t even fold in half. Good luck getting hot water for a shower… took a good 6-7 minutes of running water for it to get warm. I’ve never experienced a hotel quite like this one! Would not recommend!!

The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and cool (the way I like it). It was in close to Walmart (my favorite store). It was quiet and the front desk clerks and the employees were very friendly. Made sure we had what we needed and wanted. I will book with this hotel again and again.

The AC was loud when it ran.. The hot water didn’t get hot it may have got lukewarm if that at best. The room was warm and fridge wasn’t cold when we got there…

Stayed here last minute because I had an electric issue at my home and even had to extend a few days. EVERYONE that I encountered on the staffing team was amazing. The front desk answered my questions anytime I had one and always did it with a smile and always gave extra helpful information. Breakfast was great and they always had a variety of options for my family. Property was clean inside and out. Always plenty of parking. Internet was also great for me to work from with no issues. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if needed.

Great peaceful stay!

Check in was smooth and quick. The room was clean, and a good layout. The towels were scratchy, bring your own. The pillows were very hard, bring your own. The TV is small. Having a refrigerator, microwave, iron, ironing board and hair dryer was all very handy. I especially appreciate the shower head was high, as I hate having to stoop to wash my pits. The parking lot seemed safe. The place was nice and quiet.

The room was clean and well put together, I’ve been to many La Quinta inns and this one was by far the nicest. The housekeepers make the room spotless and comfortable. Front desk, I wish I could remember her name, was very kind and helpful. She did great!

Beds where really hard

Light out in the bathroom. Too dark to put on makeup Patched holes throughout the room. It was clean and staff was very nice.

I arrived in the almost earlier part of the morning and was exhausted so I didn’t have time to review my hotel, however upon waking up and seeing the filthy, torn, broken furniture I was so taken back, not to mention the nasty out dated furniture, the doors had obvious water warping, microwave was not clean.. the whole room was not clean! So I spoke with front desk to have us moved to a much better room, to only find mold in the bathroom of the next room and unfortunately had to return to our original room. Staff was absolutely amazing and that’s about it! I do not recommend and I will upload my video to my tiktok because La Quinta must do better! People pay all their money with an expectation to have a clean decent room.

The property is really starting to look rundown. There was some major leak on one floor and open ceiling with repairs occurring. The pool is VERY old and not well maintained. Would not stay there again. Used to favor Choice Hotels but seems their property maintenance is getting neglected.

The water pressure on my room was really low and a small stain that couch. I wasn’t sitting there. It looked dry though. I wasn’t sitting in there but came right out.

My husband asked if we can have the ground floor instead so we dont have to take the elevator. She immediately said, i dont think they have available rooms at the first floor. So we are like what?? She ran to the front and made us wait for a while and came back that she can move us to the ground floor. Its been a while and my kids are still traumatized riding the elevator after what happened to us and will remind me what happened there. We had my diabetic senior mom with us and she didnt feel good already that time.. nobody reached out to us after this incident and not even given an apology!!

Gross, dank, and mildew smelling room, with no ventilation. I cut my 2-night stay short. Front desk couldn’t edit my stay, so conveniently no refund for night 2. I wasn’t even asked why I was leaving early. Which was very telling.

We stayed in the king family suite. My husband and I traveled with our two children, and we are all relatively low maintenance travelers. For our family, the space worked just fine. We had the kids sleep on the pull out couch and we stayed in the bedroom. We weren’t in the hotel much beyond sleep. The couch and chair in the living area were so dirty. We had the kids sleep on the pull out couch and covered the exposed parts of the couch with a spare sheet. The bed and pillows were so uncomfortable that we were in a lot of pain during our trip. We needed extra blankets and the hotel actually didn’t have any to give us for several days. The mini fridge and mini kitchen was a hit for us. The gym had equipment that was out of order. The pool was amazing but the hot tub was gross. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping was great. Bring a sound machine in case you get a room by the highway. If we HAD to stay again, it would be fine. But I don’t have a reason to not shop around for other hotels next time we visit the area.

The property was very convenient. 8 min from the globe life stadium where I went to a concert . Also very close to fast food and gas stations so the location was very ideal!

This Hotel was SPOTLESS! I always bring my own wipes to clean and make myself more comfortable. There was not a speck of dust, dirt or anything that come onto my wipes. The remote, phone and all high touch surfaces were very clean, which started the stay off wonderfully. The staff was so nice! Everyone was friendly and spoke and we really enjoyed Imani at the front desk. We even showed her our outfits for the concert we were in town for. Overall, great stay and if I'm ever in the area again, I'll be back

I booked my room thru Hotel.Com,and I got double room ,two different reservations 08/10/25 to 08 12/25,which I try many times to cancel but till now no cancellation, the booking that I did stay was from 08/11/25 thru 08/13/25 which we did stay at the Quinta Inn Forth wood Tx ,very disappointed with HOTEL.COM and with the Manager for Quinta Inn for charging me a room I didn’t book at all , I am hoping they come thru with refunding the booking I didn’t reserve

We had a great stay, in town for a concert at and it was very close to Globe Life Stadium. Beds were comfy, and the room was clean. The hotel was sold out but thankfully it wasnt noisy. Free Breakfast and Parking are a big plus! Lots of variety at the breakfast buffet.

The buffet is very good, the bed is not comfortable since it is quite hard.

Unfortunately the pool was green so I would not let the children swim in it with 100° outside and 100% humidity I feel like that should be a needed amenity if advertised. Breakfast was above average beds were very comfortable.

I was holding my infant and almost fell cause when we first walked in we almost fell because the carpet was really wet. I did notify them at the front desk and they said it’s because they shampooed. They should have at least waited until it was completely dry to have it open for guests.

Nice clean hotel. We had a peaceful stay and the morning breakfast was good. Plenty of stores, restaurants, and shopping nearby and just minutes from Downtown Ft. Worth and Arlington. We would stay at this La Quinta again during our next visit to Ft. Worth/Arlington.

The outside of the hotel was nice, and it was a good price. We had stayed at a La Quinta many years ago and it was nasty, so we have not stayed since. Due the price, we decided to try it. NEVER AGAIN. The bathroom was not very clean; broken tiles on the shower and the floor. The shower curtain was old and smeared. We chose this hotel due to the weight room and pool & hot tub. The hot tub was roped off with CAUTION tape, and one of the treadmills had a sign on it that said it was broken. My daughter tried the other treadmill, and it was clearly malfunctioning too. If you went faster than 2.0 mph, it would abruptly stop right in the middle of a fast pace walk. Breakfast was just mediocre.

I’ve stayed at this La Quinta before and had no issues, which made this visit all the more disappointing. The room was unusually noisy, and the chair at the workstation was broken, making it hard to get anything done comfortably. I even had to request a lid for the ice bucket—something I expected to already be in the room. While staff were courteous and responsive when I brought these things up, I hope improvements are made soon. I know this property is capable of a better stay based on past experience.

La Quinta was very quaint and very friendly. The breakfast was amazing.

Clean room, quite area, excellent front desk service.

The pool was closed. There was no housekeeping. They wanted us to bring the used towels all the way down to the front desk to exchange for new ones. There was no housekeeping. Breakfast ended too soon at 9am. Lastly, there was no housekeeping. No beds made, no trash emptied, no fresh towels. Unfortunately, I will not be recommending this establishment.

Air conditioning wasn’t working our first night and took a while for us to be offered another room..at midnight. Otherwise the stay was fine.

It had a strange smell as we walked in the room. Stayed on second floor and as i was walking down the hall I stepped on a spot that was soft and wasn't sure if I stepped there again if I would go threw the floor. But the staff was very friendly and helpful from check in to check out and any questions I had about the area we where at.

Staff was very efficient and at front desk. Checked in in minutes and in a clean room.

All other guest were complaining about pool, kids wanted to get in the pool and water was green. Very dissapointed

The shower pressure in room 314 is very low it’s almost like you got a quick bath in the shower
