Great, quiet resort!

Pretty place but room small and bit cramped. TV very small. Water temp not hot but Luke warm in shower. You could hear the water pipes clinking loud when other room used bathroom.

Hot tub was out of date

Very quaint property but with zero amenities. One limited hours restaurant (Italian). Office does not open until 8:30am. Customer services is non-existent when trying to understand CC charges. 3rd party service provider couldn't even find my reservations (stay was exactly one week ago). Only redeeming factor was that the room was spacious. . . . . . .but very dark.

This was the coolest place I've stayed and so affordable. We had our own studio hacienda. Fireplace, tiled shower, jetted soaking tub. Couch, table, fridge, microwave. Everything you could want. They have wine tasting free that we enjoyed. Restaurant on site was amazing. Absolutely wonderful.
- 3/5
Have fun
- 5/5
Beautiful location, exceptional value, very pleasant staff, very nicely decorated and comfortable room. On site restaurant was great for dinner and the adjoining golf course had a nice restaurant for breakfast and lunch.
- 3/5
The swimming pool with hot tub was nice. The wine tasting was fun. Alejandro was a nice guy who gave us good info about restaurants. It was very quiet. The room was noisy in that the AC kept coming on and going off. The bathroom door squeaked really loudly. There were other seemingly random knocking noises coming from the bathroom. There was no blanket.

EVERYTHING to be honest! It was very beautiful area, the room was PERFECT! Staff was wonderful! Just being able to sit on our lanai, look at the stars and eat our dinner was a treat! The jetted tub was a special treat likewise! Nothing!

Beautiful location but not too much nearby. I was hoping for more of a resort feel. They do have a pool and hot tub but it really did not ‘feel like’ a resort.

Loved the staff, everyone we encountered was exceptional. Jess at the restaurant was outstanding! We loved the fireplace and the huge tub. The unit was spacious and comfortable. We will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. You can't see the TV from the bed. The bedpost blocks the view. We needed ice but couldn't get any because the lobby door was locked. If it was accessible, there was no signage?

Quietness . The Views. Outdated. Nothing fun to do. Pool could be bigger way too small. And hot tub was cold!

A boutique hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Front desk was very kind and accommodating. Room was southwestern style. Fireplace in room. The queen bed frame was close to the wall and I got a bruise from hitting it in the dark. Outside lights shone in the room.

Property was otherwise very quiet and worked for our 3 night stay.

The location was good and the pool is a nice size. Located close to a grocery store. The front desk folks were nice and accommodating. The pool furniture needs to be refreshed as the cushions are on the dingy side. Found gum stuck on a table at the pool. The bathroom towels were thin and mine had a hole in it. They could spring for better toiletries as the product was on the cheap side and the little containers were hard to open. The rooms are nice and big, but overall they need new paint and freshened up.

The room was clean, comfortable and had a nice view. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temperature, in addition to being quiet and clean. The meal we had at Piedro’s was delicious.

Very quiet location with decent views. But it is far from anything to do but golf. On site restaurant is excellent food but the hotel is not affiliated with. Breakfast is an uphill walk to golf course with no transport available. No water is provided in rooms or anywhere on property! Not ok in hot climate.

Our stay was wonderful. We had a long drive from Albuquerque with long delays caused by an accident. We needed a place of refuge and relaxation and the Inn provided that and more. We will be looking for a much longer stay next time. Jim

First time stay we will be back. This is a beautiful property - like what Arizona used to be before the big city and all the ultra modern - ultra expensive resorts moved in. Our room was very traditional southwest , it was immaculately clean with a nice patio facing the golf course. The grounds were spotless. We ate at Peitro's the food and service was outstanding. The staff of the resort was extremely friendly and helpful. We were very pleasantly surprised here. If you like quiet, small and nice views without the boujie price tag of Lincoln Avenue this is your place. The golf club has a great restaurant as well so two solid options for eating - we tried both and loved them. A hidden gem for sure - I almost don't want to give it away :)

The room was absolutely beautiful and so was the property. It was truly a wonderful experience!!!

Nice location, extremely comfortable beds. Clean room, nice bathroom with jetted tub for 2 and a separate shower. Nice view from private balcony. We stayed in room 232. The stairs, walkway to the room and the private balcony need to be replaced due to the decay of the plywood used in the sub-flooring giving a loud hollow sound and weak feeling when walking anywhere. Several times when on the balcony, I felt the sponginess of the sub-floor bow down and all saw all the seems are broken. It felt like I was going to fall through the flooring at only 150lbs!!! The exterior door needs painting. Strange red industrial hook in the niche next to the fireplace (the kind you would hang a bicycle from in your garage!) needs to be removed. The lighted magnifying mirror in the bathroom does not work. There is NOT adequate lighting over the jetted bathtub to see well enough to shave your legs when it is dark outside. The property is clean and room spacious, but needs updating. We checked in around 4:45pm and once in the room noticed that we could enjoy free beer or wine spritzer at the pool until 6pm. We went to the reception area and asked for it on a Tuesday and were told that the restaurant was NOT open, so we couldn’t have it although we were there between 5-6pm.

They were friendly, the view was beautiful and the beds so comfortable to sleep in. All in all a wonderful stay
- 4/5
Our stay was fabulous. We got there before check-in and they were able to accommodate us, which was wonderful. The only thing I can say is that room service didn’t come to replenish the coffee. We were only there two nights, but coffee the second morning would have been great!
- 3.5/5
Comfortable, great AC, good location, great dinner only restaurant, friendly staff. Rooms are dated, no tech outlets, restaurant only open for dinner, golf club house was open for breakfast and lunch but service was terrible( short staffed and unorganized, poorly trained)

Had a family emergency and told the desk clerk before paying him that I would only stay one night instead of two and he told me since I did go through Expedia the refund would be through then. Expedia contacted them the next day and they refused to give me my money for the extra day I did not use . The clerk knew and plus I left way early the next day so they had time to rent out the room I have stayed there before and really enjoyed my stay there but it’s hard to believe they could not refund my money

Cons: Pool in four walls No pool service Dingy pool towels No food service, asked and they pointed up a hill about 2 miles away that was the golf club cafe No real bar Rooms Motel 8 at best! Apparently no spa services on Wednesday Out in the middle of nowhere 30 min from airport Pluses: Golf course Exterior architecture is nice Ability to get an Uber Kind front desk staff

The location is beautiful and we had a fire place with a little patio The pull out bed is uncomfortable with a scratchy blanket. The room is outdated and didn’t feel inviting.

Very small "suite".
- 5/5
Yes the fire place was warm and cozy and the Hoyt tub was great, but more importantly the bed was very comfortable. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about this place, we had a great stay and we will definitely be back.
- 3/5
Shower was low pressure and had mold, furniture and carpet is dirty, no breakfast, no gym. Apathetic energy from staff at check-in. I do not recommend staying here.

Had a great stay! The restaurant is lovely and view from the room was beautiful. My daughter loved the pool area! Would stay again :)

Beautiful location.
- 5/5
Perfect getaway for a birthday celebration! The suite was very spacious, clean, and organized. We loved the automatic fireplace and the romantic jetted tub—perfect for relaxing with some candles at night. We also appreciated the complimentary wine they gave us. We had a blast decorating the room for the birthday party. Amazing value for the price. We will definitely be back!
- 4/5
Great views great staff, rooms are very nice lots of space. Loved the patio screen’s patio door were able to enjoy the breeze moonlight and view of the city. Small pool very much connected to restaurant. Good for relaxing only. Golfers couples would love
- 4/5
Always love staying at this place. The staff is very accommodating and wonderful. We stayed in one of the luxury suites this time up towards the top that had amazing views! Love the layout and everything about it. The only thing we didn’t like on this particular trip was this particular bed was very firm. Made for some kind of sleepless nights. Other than that, the experience is always great and we will keep coming back.
- 5/5
Lovely setting, very romantic, nice pool and restaurant. Front desk is very helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
Cute little spot. Nice quiet location.
- 5/5
Our room was quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The fireplace and two chairs in the seating area were cozy, and there was nice balcony for morning coffee. The building is older and could use some updated paint and decor. The pool and hot tub were oddly located directly next to the outdoor seating area for the restaurant, making an evening hot tub soak slightly uncomfortable, but the view of the 18th hole from the hot tub was nice. We utilized the spa on site for a couples massage and the experience was outstanding.
- 5/5
Very nice boutique hotel next to a golf course and situated in a quiet are. There is no exercise facility but the area is walkable if a person can navigate hills. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
Really nice property, but very limited staff and extra services. We had to go to the office to get more coffee each day and usually not any staff even in there. In fairness, we stayed in the middle of the week and only stayed a few days. I just wish the modem that ran the TV would have worked, too. Super nice golf course and club, though.

Beautiful, quiet location. Recommend for couples.
- 5/5
Property was beautiful, staff was so friendly and helpful. I ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. We had a wonderful family vacation and bonus we got to bring our best friend, our Golden retriever Charlie. He was a huge fan as well.
- 5/5
We thought it was a very pleasant and quiet place to stay. The room was very comfortable and the staff was friendly. We wish there was a better set up where the pool was located so the restaurant guests and the pool visitors did not have to see each other in the evenings. Overall, it was a great place to stay and would recommend it to anyone. We would love to visit again!
- 5/5
I love how peaceful the resort is and how beautiful the night sky is because of the dark sky requirement. The room was large and comfortable. The bed and pillows were cushy and great sleeping.
- 3/5
This place needs a major update, dirty carpets, torn up draperies, dirty cushions and no shade in the pool area. No housekeeping services for the entire stay. No ice machines. 10 year old single serve Keuring coffee maker. No in room safe.
- 4/5
staff friendly and helpful. Room clean. View was Excellent!
- 2/5
1. Do NOT think they will bring anything to your room, my disabled wife asked for extra towels and we were told to come get them from the front office. 2. DO NOT run the tub & shower too close as you will not have hot water for both...You need to wait about 15 minutes before running the next one no matter how short your shower is. 3. No matter what the website states NO ROOM SERVICE...Per the bbq place listed on the website they have not offered service for MULTIPLE years. When called & spoke to front office about room service since it is listed on their website we were told "no, but you can come to the Italian restaurant next to the office and take it back to your room". *We booked due to website stating room service as we planned to have room service the first night and just staying in but due to false advertisement the first night was stressful & ruined as we had to find some place to eat quickly as dash\uber doesn't deliver there. We left comments & reviews hoping hotel would reach out but nothing...Customer Service is not their priority.
- 4/5
The quiet area surrounding this property is its best feature. Downsides would include no fitness room and the location of the pool which is directly next to the upscale restaurant patio eating area.
- 5/5
Property was very clean and relaxing
- 4/5
We had to climb 4 flights of stairs to our room with no elevator option or porters. This was not described when booking!! We are older with health issues and would not have booked this location.
- 5/5
The jacuzzi tub spewed out black crud when turned on. They promptly cleaned and flushed it out. Wound up not using it. Otherwise it was a great stay!
- 5/5
It was very peaceful and great for vacation!
- 5/5
I loved it here! I traveled solo, it is safe, peaceful and breath taking views. The staff is helpful, room is clean. 10/10.
- 4/5
Clean comfortable but dated room limited choice for food and bar great views
- 4/5
This resort was beautiful and peaceful with beautiful views. The restaurant on property is dinner only Wed-Sun, and excellent. The golf club is very close and open to the public and serves breakfast and lunch which is very good. The pool is wonderful! The only thing I would recommend is that management consider replacing the very small refrigerators with larger ones. We had to buy ice for our cooler daily at the local grocery store which was very close but somewhat inconvenient for our needs, as we stayed for 5 nights. If you are staying for only a night or two it was fine. A few utensils and plates/bowls would also be nice.
- 5/5
Our view of the valley was beautiful. Very peaceful, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We have stayed here several times, love it, will always return.
- 5/5
Beautiful, tranquil property- just what we needed. Loved The restaurant, Pietros, too. Would highly recommend.
- 4/5
no lake view, never went to the bar
- 4/5
Nice spacious room with a view of the golf course.
- 2/5
There are no elevators at all. Flights of stairs with a heavy bag was not anticipated. The coffee pot was dirty and old. If you have an event In Scottsdale I’m sure there are better options.
- 3/5
Great views and beautiful area. Room could have been cleaner - dead bug behind coffee maker, torn bits of paper on floor, stains on couch and carpet, scuffed indoor paint. Not what I had hoped for at that price.
- 2/5
Old worn room with items that only worked some of the time. We needed to ask for housekeeping. No water provided.
- 5/5
Quiet and beautiful
- 5/5
Nice location, quiet, clean, nice views, close to restaurants and shopping.
- 3/5
It is dated and could use updates. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling, the furniture is scratched and worn, some jets didn’t work in the jacuzzi tub. They also would not provide regular coffee mugs, only paper, or wine glasses for our complimentary bottle of wine. I would stay again because of the price and location, but they could definitely do some work to improve the quality.
- 5/5
Great room love the jet bath tub will definitely be booking again.

Everything was great! Room was cozy & clean, staff was very friendly and helpful!

One of the best places I’ve ever stayed at. Clean room, clean grounds, friendly staff in the lobby and the restaurant. View is gorgeous. Nice and quiet. This was exactly what we were looking for an will be back consistently. Thank you to you and your staff!
- 5/5
The room was clean, quiet and spacious
- 3/5
For us IEM is in a great location, but the age of the room and equipment is showing. The room was loud due to HVAC equipment that we surmised was for the unit below us. Since we could not control it, we really did not get a good night's sleep either of the two nights we were there. Everything about the room can use an update.
- 4/5
It was an extremely quiet place to stay!! It is older and has no elevator, so it couod be difficult for disabled or elderly.
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room, nice room amenities

Room was spotless. Staff could have checked their attitude. Not terrible but not friendly. I asked about how to get to the specific door since the buildings are separate from desk. He replied "works like a hotel" yeah thanks.

Nice and quiet up in the hills. Great food at the restaurant. Attentive staff. Spacious room. Reminded me of being in Italy.

- 5/5
The view was incredible and the location was perfect for us.

It seems clean. The room is noce although a bit dated. Nice view and location. Nice young man checked us in.

We stay at this Inn all the time. They have nice rooms with fireplace and plush chairs. Always quiet and pretty clean.
- 5/5
Jerry at the front desk is the best !
- 5/5
Room was great, staff was helpful and polite. Very relaxing and the golf course was excellent.
- 5/5
Easy check-in, clean room. Love the spacious shower and jetted tub! Views were nice!
- 4/5
Property is in a great location, golf course nearby and hiking trails. Very quiet property. Room very comfortable and clean. One suggestion that I would have is they need to upgrade to an actual coffee maker and a larger mini fridge. But also be nice if there was a few plates and utensils to make using the microwave more functionable.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Staffing was minimal but met our needs and were friendly. Amenities were simple but enough for our visit. The website sells a room service option of BBQ dining experience, but turns out that was not an option for us. It really is a restaurant in town that delivers and they weren't open when we were ready to experience this.
- 3/5
Fireplace was nice. Room was clean and staff nice. Not that great of property and pictures of the property were a little misleading
- 5/5
Fantastic people at the front desk.
- 4/5
The view and property were awesome. We enjoyed using the hot tube. I called the front desk four times during regular business hours and nobody picked up.
- 5/5
Outstanding resort. Huge casita with a very comfortable bed. Small scenic balcony and gas fireplace were nice touches
- 5/5
Everything was spotless and the staff were so accommodating. We will be back.
- 2/5
Old bathroom. Entry Door did not lock, phone did not work
- 5/5
Clean and reasonably spacious. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Only drawback is there are no elevators for the second floor. I would request a ground floor next time. It’s a beautiful setting.

Spotless, comfortable beautiful view
- 5/5
Beautiful place! Will be back
- 5/5
The resort is so relaxing. The views are breath-taking. I will definitely return.
- 5/5
The only suggestion I could offer is to update some of the small features in the room i.e. electrical oulets with USB ports would be nice, and the microwave and frig were a little dated. But those aren't complaints at all; merely suggestions to make a wonderful place just that much better. Thanks for making our visit very special.
- 5/5
The layout of the room was perfect, from the extra bathroom sink to the 4 poster bed, the fireplace, the patio right outside the bedroom with a gorgeous view. The jacuzzi tub was a big hit!
- 5/5
Perfect
- 5/5
Loved it! Large room, patio with view, big Jacuzzi tub, fireplace. Property was quiet and clean, gorgeous area. We will stay again for sure!
- 4/5
I already addressed this when asking to evaluate my checking in. I am a senior citizen who struggles climbing stairs. I had to use four sets to go up or down. I wished I would have been asked about that, felt very unsafe to me. Somehow I believe seniors should be placed in rooms that require no stair climbing. And I saw some ground-floor level rooms. Along that same line of thought, it was extremely dark when I returned each night, a few light features, yet seemed to add to my insecurity about climbing the stairs!!
- 3/5
Booking was listed as guest receiving a complimentary bottle of wine. Was informed by on-duty staff that they ran out of wine.Really? Two days before Xmas?Failure to adequately plan is unacceptable. Room was nice, but a bit dated.

The Patio was great but the room needed some decor updates taking advantage of niche and mantel to exhibit local art. Lovely area
- 5/5
I will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
We loved our stay! The room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The view from the balcony was wonderful. I would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
The entire room and experience were outstanding. We booked the luxury room and loved the view, the bedding, and the fireplace.
- 3/5
Check in was good, room was nice, hated the bed! Was lumpy and I couldn’t sleep.
- 5/5
Beautiful scenery & fireplace awesome
- 5/5
Beautiful area, quiet and peaceful, very clean rooms. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Wine tasting was enjoyable. Pietros had great food. Hot tub was a great place to unwind. Will definitely visit again!
- 5/5
Jerry was great a checkin. Room was ready early.

- 4/5
Having a couch and a fireplace was a pleasure.
- 5/5
Beautiful and whirlpool bathtub was great. Only issue was wifi is very spotty and doesn’t stay connected for long
- 5/5
Location was great, felt truly serene. Amenities were nice. Staff was helpful. Food was fabulous!
- 5/5
Beautiful facility. The rooms are very clean and fir the most part quiet. All staff made you feel like home. Their restaurant Pietro’s is excellent. They’re service is impeccable.
- 5/5
Excellent clean property. Very well managed.
- 5/5
Beautiful room, comfortable and clean! Perfect location for shopping, restaurants and activities!
- 3/5
If you are on the lower floors you will enjoy all the noise from upstairs neighbors
- 3/5
Not the worst but not the best either. Staff was ok.
- 5/5
Check-in was incredibly good. The golf club restaurant was excellent — reasonable prices and generous portions. We’d definitely book again.
- 5/5
Great room, clean and comfortable. Attentive staff
- 5/5
This place was great.
- 4/5
Somewhat inconvenient to get across street and upstairs with bags and no elevator. Area around rooms very dark at night on path. Lobby services very limited and closes at 8 pm
- 5/5
Second time I stayed here, and I highly recommend. I love that they have a room off the bedroom for privacy. Nice large jetted tub and shower plus a gas fireplace. Great value plus a free bottle of wine at check in!
- 5/5
The room was excellent! We absolutely loved staying at the Inn for the week. The views were great especially at sunrise and the golf course. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable as we sleep like a baby! We are planning to come back and stay again. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so nice and to all have a Happy Thanksgiving and a Merry Christmas!
- 5/5
The property is beautiful with multiple mountain, golf course and city views.. The room was clean and spacious. Check-in was simple and friendly… There’s a nice pool at Jacuzzi spa near the check-in area… The only negative for me personally is the lack of a gym facility… With that said there are plenty of areas to walk and hike near the property… I will be returning for another visit… This time I will definitely play the golf course! Thank you, John O

Beautiful location, very convenient to MAYO clinic
- 5/5
Loved it!
- 5/5
Nicely laid out room. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
The room is spacious with a patio with a beautiful view. The free wine tasting was a nice touch and Pietro’s Restaurant on site is absolutely delicious with great service.
- 4/5
Beautiful setting, nice property
- 3/5
Rooms have a nice Southwest feel but need some updating. Stained carpet, leaking faucet, torn wallpaper, some minor dirt on walls in bathroom, etc. I also never got the bottle of wine that was promised when I made the reservation. Finally, not much of a flame in fireplace. I still would stay at your hotel again but some improvements are necessary.
- 5/5
Great room. Comfortable bed. Restaurant was excellent. Helpful friendly staff.
- 5/5
Clean room. Nice balcony view.
- 4/5
Room needed more trash cans and a larger refrigerator.
- 5/5
Pietro's was our go to dinner spot.
- 5/5
Spacious, amazing views, quiet area.
- 3/5
Room was clean but had not been updated in a long time.
- 5/5
Big beautiful rooms, jacuzzi tub was nice! Beautiful views. Pool and hot tub. Wine tasting every day. The restaurant on site was amazing. Staff that work there are great.
- 3/5
Check in was okay, the staff member who helped us at check in didn’t really offer much in terms of details of the property. We had to go back a few times to ask additional questions. We didn’t have a good response time when we called to ask for more bathroom essentials. We were quite disappointed with the size of the pool. The photos on your website make it appear much bigger than it actually was. We were also expecting more of a bar in the lobby as there is a photo of that on the website also. Maybe that is part of the restaurant, but that wasn’t open most of the time we were there. We were expecting a golf view room as we paid extra for it, but there didn’t appear to be any rooms with a great golf view. We did enjoy the fireplace in the room and the bed was comfortable.
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
From check in to check out, the stay was perfect. The property is well off the traveled road; very safe, very quiet and very beautiful. I have been driving across country and spending every night in big city hotels, so to stay here was truly an upgrade and wonderful change. The bed and the pillows were comfortable, the bathroom had a standalone shower AND a deep, jetted bathtub, which was amazing. The room had an east facing balcony and the sunrise was majestic. 10 out of 10, would stay here every time I come through Arizona. Heck, would probably just stay there to get out of the big city.
- 5/5
Absolutely loved our stay at the Inn at Eagle Mountain. Staff was very friendly. Grounds are absolutely beautiful and was very convenient for us. Ate at Pietros one night and had breakfast at the Grille at Eagle Mountain Golf Club one morning and food at both places was great. Looking forward to coming back.
- 5/5
Absolutely amazing view from the balcony. Could see out over scotsdale and surrounding areas. Room was air conditioned and it worked very well. Wasnt needed to much but worked great.
- 3/5
Wine tasting was great, great conversation with the sommelier. I’d definitely will return for a stay it was well worth it.
- 5/5
Beautiful rooms, great views and a very peaceful stay
- 5/5
ac instructions say to only run to 72 which is pretty uncomfortable in phoenix area.
- 5/5
Friendly service, speedy checkin and free upgrade!
- 4/5
No amenities, really. Restaurant is only open Wed-Sun. We were there Sun-Tues. so no room service. No maid service. Only saw one staff member when we checked in.
- 5/5
Everything was up to par
- 5/5
Great stay. Private room, beautiful balcony, clean.
- 3/5
The person who checked us in seemed bothered and a bit rude. Beautiful surroundings around property and room was spacious. I wouldn’t say the room itself was amazing but comfortable for the one night stay.
- 5/5
Nice place
- 3/5
Not happy with the fact that I was supposed to get a free bottle of wine but that was not the case I received 3 bags of s
- 5/5
Very nice little oasis in the desert
- 5/5
Room was large, clean and loved the balcony and fireplace even though we didnt get to use it
- 5/5
Very clean suite. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was a broken lamp and they fixed it right away. I wish they had some more hooks than just one to hang towels or coats. The decor is older but the room was nice and large. The pool was nice but hot tub by the pool needs repair. Overall the experience was very good. The location is very near Fountain Hills and so beautiful with a more natural setting.
- 5/5
it was a great stay and we will be back
- 5/5
This stay was exactly what we needed to relax and recharge. The property was peaceful and beautiful, the room was cozy, clean and comfortable and the on-site amenities were perfect. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. If we find ourselves in the area again, we are very likely to return for another stay.
- 5/5
The property was beautiful
- 5/5
Beautiful views with surrounding mountains. Very quiet area as it’s surrounded by a golf course. Staff was very friendly. Clean rooms.
- 4/5
I love this property will definitely be booking again possibly for the new year.
- 5/5
Parking bad lots bad condition
- 4/5
The surroundings
- 5/5
Wonderful property seem to have wine tasting and a restaurant that we were unable to utilize due to other plans a golf course very quiet and serene. The only thing I would suggest is that they may be update the bathrooms to reflect the rest of the property.
- 5/5
Beautiful view and roomy accommodations
- 5/5
I travelled to Arizona from Toronto because I am always on the east coast when travelling to the states (family) and wanted to see what the west had to offer. 10/10 stay to say the least. the resort was so peaceful, quiet, and clean. I love the fountain hills environment and will definitely be coming back. Thank you!
- 5/5
I always enjoy this place for little staycations with my fiancé. We have came here a couple of years and we are never disappointed. Front staff is always nice, pool closes until 11pm which is great(most hotels close them like 7pm, 9pm), beautiful mountain views and even the golf course with the lake is so beautiful.
- 5/5
I am in the hospitality business and she shined.
- 3/5
Wine bar was fun and inviting. Italian restaurant onsite had good food
- 5/5
The room was absolutely perfect. And the hotel staff were all exemplary! Our children and grandchildren came out to visit and swim, and the hotel staff greeted them as if they were guest as well.
- 5/5
Went for a solo weekend and had an amazing time. Restaurant on property was delicious and the massage was well needed.
- 5/5
Beautiful area and friendly staff. Rooms outdated, but clean
- 5/5
Very nice property and friendly staff
- 5/5
Great bang for the buck.
- 3/5
Grounds were very beautiful, however staff was very odd, unfriendly, and seemed to be annoyed. Almost felt like they were from another dimension. There was drug use on the property, not your typical MJ and Nicotine, I am talking hard drugs....when reported this to multiple staff, one gaslit me and said that is false, another stated cameras dont work on property, another said cameras do work. Another directed me to the GM who lives on site. Perhaps they are all involved. Not quite sure. However, the room was nice, and property was nice. otherwise I do not recommend this place.
- 4/5
There was a terrible person at check in. Didnt get rooms together. Pretended he couldnt find my second room booking. Flat out refused to look at my reciept for booking. Continued to insist i only had one room. Spa checkin lady just sat there not helping the people behind us in line. Took over 30 minutes to get checked in.
- 5/5
Beautiful place. Great customer service!
- 5/5
Nice area, very quiet.
- 5/5
Unique stay & wonderful wine tasting Tues.- Sat. ! A nice touch!
- 5/5
Great experience! Wonderful staff! Clean rooms
- 5/5
The perfect spot for a quick staycation before school starts. Check in was a breeze… room…clean and comfy!!!
- 4/5
Cool hotel. Bring your wall mounts for your cell phone cables.
- 4/5
Great little adobe-like buildings with that Southwest feel. Rooms were adequate and clean. There were gaps on the side and bottom of the door to the room that we stuffed with napkins but not a huge deal. Be aware that you may need to climb some steps to get to a room so request something on the first floor if you can't because there are no elevators., this was not a problem for us but certainly could be for others. All in all, we appreciated the stay and the price.
- 5/5
Check-in was easy. Directions to our room or easy to read. It is easy to navigate the property. The room was clean and comfortable Very well maintained.
- 5/5
spacious, beautiful
- 5/5
One night stay getaway. Lovely night view.
- 3/5
Pool was a very long walk feom my room. I found the check in person a bit rude.

Room was nicely air conditioned and comfortable. Bed was very comfy. The views were very beautiful especially during the night :)

Property is older but classic and clean. Have stayed many times and will continue to.
- 5/5
The only main issue I want to mention is the bathroom had so many ants coming in from the window at the end of the tub. They kinda avoided coming in once realizing there was people I think, but the first day, I wiped around the tub with a baby wipe and had to have had about 20+ ants on it. As well at the cleaning crew doesn’t clean that small window above the tub, bunch of dead bugs. We didn’t seem to find ants anywhere aside from the bathroom(includes counters and shower and near toilet), but I’m short and it took some work to clean out and around the tub before setting it up for a bath. A couple of the jets weren’t working, but wasn’t a major concern. There was also one wash cloth that still had hairs from a previous user… FYI, if you want pizza, pick it up on your way in. Apparently pizza places don’t deliver to this property. Other options were available in food delivery apps. All in all, great stay, would book again even with the ant issue and dirty washcloth.
- 5/5
Property is quite, well maintained and offers all the amenities needed for a lovely stay.
- 5/5
Nice that they have an on-site restaurant. The room was very spacious and quiet. Wish the pool was bigger. Staff were extremely nice and helpful.
- 5/5
This property is super quiet which to us is THE most important thing.
- 5/5
Stay was short, just one night, but the hotel was wonderful. Staff was great! I will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
The perfect place to stay in or go out. For our anniversary, we wanted an all-inclusive spot we wouldn't have to leave for a short 24 hours. The Inn hit the spot. The room was great, the food was amazing, and the nearby amenities were very convenient. Next time we will stay longer for sure.
- 4/5
Rooms were large. A little dated.
- 3/5
outdated property
- 5/5
Staff were great! Amazing homemade salsa at breakfast!
- 2/5
The restaurant on property is fantastic! They were very nice when our friends checked in a day later and we asked for their room to be close to ours. The golf course is beautiful!!
- 5/5
Nice small balcony with patio table and ; chairs with mostly nice view. Looked down on the roofs and a/c units but also golf course and city view were amazing. Bed was big and comfy. Bathroom was huge with a separate jacuzzi tub. Fridge was nice. Coffee maker was broken. Tv in the bed area was really small but with the awkward layout maybe not possible to put a bigger one. Fireplace was cool though we did not end up using it as it was hot time of year. The property was mostly good but it was confusing as it looked like there are permanent residents living there. The door leading into our room was sketchy so we both were laughing at being afraid to open the door and see our room for the first time. Restaurant was closed as it was the 4th of July but the front desk guy gave us some great suggestions and we took his advice and had a great meal in Fountain Hills. Pool was nice. Lobby quaint. They had an evening wine tasting while we were checking in that looked really great.
- 5/5
Fantastic!
- 5/5
The location, the room and the views were all great. The decor was lovely. We appreciated the quiet space.
- 5/5
Superb

Read this for description of five stars. Perfect spot for two mature ladies who wanted a quiet, serene, home base away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Scottsdale and the price tag of a five star resort. I’ve stayed at The Boulders before and this small inn had the same vibes. Not the place for someone who is looking for full resort amenities. This is a golfer’s paradise.
- 5/5
It was a very nice room.privacy was good.and nice area.nice view.fair price.i would and will stay again in the future
- 5/5
very nice and relaxing
- 5/5
Loved the property, the golf course was gorgeous!
- 5/5
Beautiful stay. So quiet, serene and clean.
- 5/5
Beautiful property. Everything was nice and close to the room. (Lobby, pool, parking spot) We got in a little late and wanted to order from the bbq place to be delivered to the room from what the website said but no one ever answered the phone. Overall a nice place and will definitely return!
- 5/5
great
- 3/5
Lacked drinking water
- 5/5
Very nice location, friendly staff, and perfect for our family.
- 5/5
If you really want to use the Jacuzzi inside the room, just make sure that it works
- 1/5
There was a power outage in the community, and they didn’t offer to find suitable accommodations nearby (the room temperature when I left was 80 degrees-unacceptable)
- 5/5
Quiet and don’t see or hear from housekeeping unless needed. Parking is not abundant.
- 4/5
Rooms are private with the exception of noisy water in the room next door. There were some blood stains on the sheets of one of the beds.
- 3/5
Honestly it wasn’t the best.
- 1/5
Based on online pictures, I thought the place was a nice, fancy hotel, reality was different. The room carpet had big old stains on it, the room in general looked old and patched with silicone too many times. For the money it was a huge disappointment.
- 5/5
Excellent!!
- 5/5
Beautiful area, quiet and relaxing
- 3/5
Rooms are very private and clean. Resort is very quiet but the spa is closed on Sundays, no room service like they advertise and their restaurant is also closed on Sundays. If you aren't there to golf, don't go on Weekends. We were doing a stay cation so we were able to do other things but of you're coming from out of town, you might be disappointed
- 1/5
Would not give me a room even though booked.

Facility is super clean. Enjoyed our stay.

- 5/5
Beautiful resort, close to the pool, restaurant and golf course
- 5/5
Great property, beautiful location, helpful and friendly staff!
- 5/5
The first room we were in the bathtub was dirty and that bothered us a lot. We told the front desk and they did move our room. The new room was much better.
- 5/5
Great stay. It's such a lovely and quiet area. The tub is fantastic for a relaxing evening. Pool/spa is great. The views are just beautiful. This was my second stay and will stay again.
- 4/5
When checking in we were informed that housekeeping had to be requested the night before service and that we had to leave our ID's at the front desk to get pool towels. There is a restaurant on site but it's only open from Wednesday thru Saturday. There are no elevators on the property so having to lug our luggage up 3 flights of stairs was no fun. Otherwise, Cheryl the spa receptionist was a sweetheart. She didn't take our licenses and gave us better quality towels than the front desk. Also, we did eat a Pietro's and the food was delicious. Our room was slightly dated but very comfortable, especially the beds. We did have spa treatments and would highly recommend the spa, however I would call in advance to get your appointments set up as they fill up quickly. The property itself was very pretty and the surrounding area was very scenic and provided hiking, golf and other outdoor activities. I personally look forward to spa treatments as my activity on vacation. Also relaxing by the pool was very nice.
- 5/5
Beautiful property with gorgeous views nice for a quiet escape. The rooms could use an update, but they were clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the jetted tub for a soak and the very comfortable bed which contributed to sleeping a bit late. But the crown jewel was the dinner at the on site restaurant, Pietro’s, which was spectacular! The service was wonderful and even breakfast at the golf club was delicious with gorgeous views to enjoy as we lingered over coffee. Will most definitely return to this underrated gem! Go and enjoy before people figure out what a bargain this beautiful resort is.

Super calm well maintaind
- 3/5
Air conditioning was a bit loud in the room.
- 5/5
This property is definitely a hidden gem! The accommodations were absolutely amazing! Loved having a jetted tub, fireplace, and our own patio. The mountain view was amazing. The staff were super friendly. This was the relaxing retreat I needed.
- 1/5
I was told by Expedia that I would receive a room upgrade if available and a bottle of wine upon check in for my status. I assure you the hotel was nowhere near booked and I didn’t receive any wine. The beds are HORRIBLE. I actually didn’t even stay the night because they were so uncomfortable and my head sank, leaving my feet elevated. Overall a dated property that doesn’t honor their perks incentives with their partners.
- 5/5
The location and layout of the hotel is amazing. View from room is amazing. Super comfortable, clean, and quiet accommodations. Definitely a must stay when you are in the Phoenix area!
- 5/5
Perfect. Just what I needed. Quiet, peaceful place to reset.
- 5/5
This was our second stay. Excellent property. Well maintained. Convenient yet quiet. Great value. We’ll be back.
- 5/5
Property was gorgeous. Rooms were lovely, spacious, and comfortable. On property restaurant was beautiful and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy more of what it had to offer. Will be back for sure.
- 5/5
This was such a great get away. Affordable and amazing
- 5/5
Loved the views, quietness , the Italian restaurant and staff and the great golf course.
- 3/5
The property is nice, on the golf course in fountain hills. The pool is literally right along the restaurant which is odd. The front desk clerk was not friendly and a bit off putting. The restaurant staff was fabulous. The food was good but a little pricey. Overall the stay was good but this place really needs updating. The jacuzzi tub is quite old and discolored and the carpet was very stained.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Perfect place for our visit.
- 4/5
The property was very outdated. No streaming on the TV. Fridge is too small for really anything. VIP was a bottle of wine, but we don’t drink. Definitely needs some upgrades!
- 5/5
Loved it! Will stay again in the future
- 5/5
Really enjoyed our stay. The suite was very spacious. Very quiet area.
- 5/5
The Inn at Eagle Mountain was lovely. If you are seeking a quiet place to relax, make your reservations. The location was perfect for us as we were visiting relatives in nearby Fountain Hills. Traffic was generally light and it was easy to get around. Very scenic at the Inn and we enjoyed the patio at our room. Nice sized room.
- 4/5
Beautiful area.
- 3/5
Uneven walking area with high risk of falling. No onsite breakfast options. No daily housekeeping services.
- 3/5
Hugely overpriced for what it is.
- 5/5
Nice and quiet location
- 5/5
My stay was extremely pleasant
- 3/5
The king suite was okay. Relatively clean but a little outdated, especially the bathroom. Our wifi in our room didnt work so I had to go to the office and was told that they thought it was fixed. Not a big deal I downloaded a book and left. However while I was there I could hear a bunch of children yelling and playing in the pool and surrounding area. There were adults staying at the hotel including us that would have loved to use the pool and have some peace and quiet. Then the staff mentioned that not all the kids were guests. So we decided not to use the pool since it never quieted down. To me a resort is quiet and comfortable with well behaved children. This property should not be listed as a resort!
- 3/5
The pool and hot tub were empty, due to it being chilly, but were lovely and we enjoyed. Front desk staff varied widely, some staff were helpful, friendly and one in particular somewhat rude. The setting is stunning and landscaping is very nicely done but something was not up to standards of a 200/night establishment.
- 5/5
It was nice
- 5/5
Sunrise unique
- 5/5
The property is located in a beautiful area surrounding Phoenix, with wonderful views it offers peace and peace of mind. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant are friendly and the service is excellent. I would recommend it and will return.
- 5/5
Nice spot. Good restaurant. We enjoyed the stay.

Location and views outstanding. Dinner and staff at Pietro's restaurant outstanding. Did not encounter housekeeping staff. Front desk personnel when I checked in did not have my bottle of wine ready. Upon check out 2 days later same staff did not have my bottle of wine available. Told me I could have beer even though I told him I do not drink beer. I was given 3 loose cans of Stella Artois Lager Beer in a garbage bag when I checked out. Sad and not up to the standards of the rest of my hotel staff encounters. Nan
- 4/5
The room was nice and was convenient for going in to Fountain Hills for dinner.
- 4/5
Needs to be cleaned better before someone checks in. Also the door did not lock and could be pushed opened so we needed to get another room. Staff was helpful with all that.
- 3/5
Nice property but dated and needs some TLC
- 5/5
Nice place
- 4/5
Nice
- 4/5
Stayed only for one night. Lovely dinner at Pierson and breakfast at golf club
- 5/5
Great property
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The location was convenient to shopping and dining options. We enjoyed the Italian restaurant on the site. We were very pleased with the overall condition of the hotel. We would highly recommend this inn to friends and family. Beautiful sunsets!!!
- 3/5
The property was off the beaten path, which was nice, and the view was awesome. That said, there was not an option for breakfast, not even something to pick up and run in the office. We had difficulty with the internet, something they never addressed, and since I was working on some important business items, had to go offsite (far offsite) to a cafe to be able to work on my laptop. Also, room service was only available if you requested it, something that we didn't find out until the third day. The room was clean, but dated.
- 4/5
Very nice place. Low on amenities like robes, glasses and cups in the room. But very responsive when we requested assistance.
- 4/5
It was perfect for one night
- 4/5
I would prefer to have access to the ice machine on my own. I had to wait for the desk person to finish her phone call before I could get ice, and then it was a frozen block that wouldn't fit into the ice bucket.
- 5/5
Lovely suite with a fireplace and desert views.
- 5/5
Wonderful and relaxing stay. Beautiful suite with a fireplace and even a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine.
- 5/5
Great views, quiet place surrounded by nature, very idyllic and unique
- 5/5
Great time. Nice room very clean and quiet. Away from crowds and traffic.
- 5/5
Lovely grounds & comfortable room. Very limited dining options on property & nearby
- 5/5
Very peaceful, nice area.
- 3/5
The property was very quiet, but needs some attention. Units are old and not well kept. They still don’t offer maid services which is an old Covid policy. And you have to leave your drivers license in order to use their pool towels…that’s a new one! For the price you would expect better services.
- 5/5
Great experience! A little gem in the area. Amazing view, unique design and friendly staff. Highly recommend it to anyone who’d like to experience something different In Phoenix.
- 3/5
The grounds/location are excellent-rooms need updating as they’re dated. Shower head in bathroom was old and harsh.
- 2/5
Dated
- 5/5
Great facility. The amenities of a hotel with the privacy of a condo.
- 5/5
Nice property
- 2/5
My room was very dirty. I played golf at the course that day. When I checked in, I decided not to look for another place to stay since I only had one night there. I'll never stay there again but I will play the course. I'm sure it was nice 20 years ago. The wifi was good and the staff was nice.
- 5/5
Lovely adobe, southwestern charm with beautiful views
- 4/5
This place is very old school and not all bad. We had the king luxury suite for one night. Check in was easy and a cheap bottle of Cuvé was given to us. Parking was easy. The rooms are dated. TV in the bedroom would not work. The carpet had very visible stains especially in the bedroom. And just needs to be replaced. The little fridge was so loud and it needs to be replaced. The biggest disappointment was the whirlpool tub barely had working jets. No pressure, they looked ancient and badly needed replacing. The room was very clean. The bed was super comfortable and the fire place is a nice touch. And the staff at Pietros was very friendly and accommodating even at 50 minutes to close. The food was ok but not fine dining. The pool is small but looked clean. There is a hot tub as well, but it was too chilly for both. The views are very pretty. It's a funky little gem with good sized rooms. It just needs a little TLC. We left very generous tips for wait and maid staff and would definitely stay again. But would request a room with a better jetted tub and view.
- 5/5
Amazing views! The entire resort and rooms were beautiful. The restaurant was also delicious!
- 5/5
And the view was amazing. Sunrises were... well... look at them.
- 2/5
Too dated and not kept up

Excellent desert and golf course views in a beautiful southwestern style inn. Lovely jetted tub and spacious suite. Loved it!

The property is beautiful and quiet. It is a bit dated. We had connection issues with the television both nights we stayed. Thought the room was going to be cleaned each day but not sure if this was supposed to happen. The view is amazing and the fireplace was a beautiful extra.

The room was clean and staff was friendly.

I like the jacuzzi tub. There were no bathrobes. In my opinion, its overpriced by $100

Very nice place with a great location for the East Valley. Accommodations were nice and rooms. Great value as well.

No house keeping for a 4 night stay. Coffee for one morning which was terrible. Room temp cannot be lowered to below 72 so warm and stuffy for sleeping. No view like ad shows, only dirt and a street. Supposedly an ADA room which was not requested but got it but tub rim is at least 18 inches high so no ADA person would be able to shower. Checking out no one asked us how was our stay. Will not stay there again.

This Inn is very quiet and the room was spacious. We were there over Christmas and were disappointed the dining room wasn't open.

Boutique type of hotel with "cottage" or apartment like buildings (2-4 per). Will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit.
