Great location, right in town and easy to walk to all the shops.

Our pillows were in bad shape. One was all the way flat like having no pillows. The other like a brick. I slept with no pillow. But besides that the hotel was perfect!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our room had somewhat of an odd smell and there were things I noticed like significant dust on the fake plants and stains on the cloth on the bed frame. However, the location was perfect and the property overall was beautiful. The staff was very friendly.

Top notch luxury without feel pretentious!

They tell you there are 2 options for parking. A $50/day parking garage attached to the hotel, or a valet parking that is $50/day. They did tell us there is a parking park age near by that is free, but a walk. The parking garage was free and about a 1 minute walk. So much more convenient and free.

The Harpeth is a lovely property and the only hotel in the historic downtown of Franklin. The 1799 restaurant was very good. The staff was always helpful and kind and worked to overcome every issue.The hotel itself is quite nice; the balcony rooms are best.

My wife wanted to take a bath but the tub was filthy. Call front desk and 35 mins later someone came to clean it. Then my wife had to clean it again to get off all the chemical residue. She started to fill it and it had a sheen like an oil slick. Not handled very well.

I did not have breakfact but the location is really good, right in downtown and easy to walk around. The overnight parking cost seems high and could be a little less. I wish the bar would stay open longer than 10pm

I’ve stayed here twice and have not found the front desk staff very friendly. Both times I have felt as if I am inconveniencing them by checking in. Very unexpected and disappointing.

Concierge and valets were friendly and attentive. The front desk responded quickly to requests. A hotel is very clean. Water is HOT.

The hotel was great but be sure to check your bill. We were charged two nights of valet parking for $50 each even though we did not utilize valet.

The room was amazing. Kimberly Elder the Sales Director was over the top accommodating. Ivory at the front desk was amazing. This property is great but the people you encounter here make it the only place I stay when in Franklin.

Loved everything about it (minus the higher priced valet or else walk a couple city blocks to self park)! The restaurant and bar on site were wonderful. The room was clean and gorgeous. It was such a nice vibe! Stayed here when visiting The Factory for work.

We stay here multiple times a year on the drive to college drop off or college pickup. It is EXACTLY the safe haven I need after a long car ride with a 20-something! Valet is super helpful, even when we had a U-haul in tow. Check-in is easy. Rooms are nice and clean - I love the robes.the breakfast cafe is also really goo! Plus the walkable location to good bars and restaurants is great!

The room was so pretty with a larger bathroom. The staff members were so hospitable and kind. Also, the location was impeccable! I was able to walk all around town and enjoy the shops and Christmas lights.

My husband and I was in Franklin for a wedding and stayed at the Harpeth Hotel. The room was nice but the restaurant was exceptional. Our food was tasty and the waiter extremely friendly. We enjoyed the live music in the lobby. We would’ve loved to have listened for hours. Everyone was having a good time. I would recommend this hotel to all.

This room was nothing special at all for $877 a night, towels were rough and cheaper looking, no bar soap, no counter space for cosmetics etc

I like the look, atmosphere and location of the Harpeth. It’s getting a little worn but hope they keep it nice. I’d like to come back soon. Their room numbering convention is a train wreck. Not sure what we’re being tested for but I failed a few times.

The latte was good, and the selection of breakfast was, also. The room was spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The valets were excellent greeters as were the hosts at the check in desks. We waited 15 minutes for our bill at the bar after asking. When I got up to ask another bartender, I got snipped at by a little brunette with glasses. When the manager started to help us she told him we had just asked for it! The other staff were very kind and the valets outside were great. The maid walked in at 9:00 am without knocking. And, again at 9:45. Also, they were knocking around in the room right above us at 11:00pm. The bathroom counter objects had not been dusted in weeks, neither were the lampshades.

Absolutely beautiful hotel within walking distance to downtown Franklin. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfy and the turn down service with cookies was wonderful! We enjoyed the whiskey tasting in the afternoons. The food at the cafe was delicious! We loved absolutely everything about the hotel!!!!

The location is great. The room was spacious. I don’t think our AC/thermostat was working properly. The parking garage accessibility was strange and excessively expensive. It’s a nice place but I had higher expectations.

The perfect staycation for my husband and me just down the road from our home in Nashville! Highlights included walkability to Downtown Franklin and The Factory, live music in the lobby in the evening, and a spacious comfortable room. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose!

The staff was extremely helpful, from the valets outside to the concierge and wait staff at the bar. We stumbled into Franklin's street festival which was a bonus....great town with plenty to walk to We didn't stay long enough

The hotel was nice and within walking distance to Main Street in Franklin. The television and the phone in our room were broken and the clock didn’t keep time. Someone fixed the tv the night before we left the hotel. The staff was friendly and there was music in the lobby Friday night. The lighting in the room was great. The closet was small and the bathroom was a nice size although the sink counter was small. The benches at the foot of the bed were great for suitcases. Layout of furniture was not thought out and we moved a small table into the bathroom to have space for our toiletries. I might stay there again when in Franklin for the location, but for the price we expected more.

I liked the closeness to downtown. I enjoyed the room amenities. Large shower and positioning of the bed in the room. I like the balcony and the availability of food and drinks within the Harpeth. I didn't like that I had to pay for parking in the garage closest to the Harpeth. I was told later by the staff that I could park down the road at the public parking garage for free.

We enjoyed our stay for our Anniversary. Everyone was very welcoming and the hotel was immaculate and well decorated. They gave us champagne for our Anniversary and turned down service that evening. Close to many nice restaurants and shops.

We had a great one night staycation and couldn’t have been happier! Everything was clean, great room. We will definitely be back!

Attractive and well appointed property in the heart of historic downtown Franklin. Would suggest a courtyard view room if it’s availability as central courtyard is beautifully set up. Concierge staff go out of their way to accommodate every request. Samantha and her colleagues made our stay perfect. They were helpful, cheerful and welcoming. We loved the “whiskey talk” and tasting. And thank you for the complimentary valentine champagne. A great place to stay in this lovely town.

Perfect location. There's a free public garage just south on the other side of Main St. You can walk to anything in downtown. Hotel is excellent!

I like how spacious and clean the bathroom was. Some of the staff are friendly. The place let dogs stay in the hotel As a pet friendly hotel, i would have thought they would have some amenities for pets but there wasn’t. The wifi didn’t work at all when we were there. There were loud noises at night when we were sleeping and also in the morning. It sounds like somebody was dragging or dropping things.

The check-in was very slow due to only one person checking in at check-in time (4:00 pm). The check-in person did apologize for the delay.

Quaint and beautiful during the Christmas holidays, very friendly and helpful staff, large and comfortable room, excellent room service and restaurant, and particularly nice texts during my stay to see how things were going and if I needed anything. The service was outstanding. The room itself wasn’t as clean as I like for it to be. There was spills on bottom of bed and the mildew in bathroom was pretty bad. There was no microwave in room. With paying the price of room per night I would have thought we would have one.

The Harpeth hotel is by far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. You could sense the staff genuinely wanted do an amazing job and were kind and gracious. We needed a lot of accommodations and everything was perfectly facilitated. It was an amazing experience and I would tell everyone that this stay was a value for the convenient location, the cleanliness and the treatment that we received. Will be going back for sure!

Brand new hotel

Excellent property! Don’t hesitate to book this hotel. Perfect location with walking distance to shops and restaurant’s. This is wonderful boutique hotel. Classy with amazing service.

We have stayed here before and loved it so we decided to stay again on this trip. However, it was not the same. Understanding the huge glitch of the world it made the hotel go down the entire stay of 3 days. We had to be let in room each time by staff member. We felt we were being treated like a child and asking permission. Was an inconvenience. They had no real records of who was staying, room types, request or any access to anything. Such a bummer for what you pay to stay here and expect at the Harpeth

We went to Franklin for the first time and stayed at the Harpeth Hotel and from the time we checked in the customer service was beyond amazing . My husband and I have traveled to a lot of places and this was by far the best service .

We loved the hotel and staff. Only concern was the extremely slippery shower floor, I had a bit of a fall.

Shout out to the valet staff James and Sohum who went above and beyond to help us. We did have an issue in our room with the air condition but they were quick to fix the problem. This is a fabulous place and I would highly reccommend the Harpeth in Franklin, TN.

Absolutely adorable hotel in a adorable town. We had an overnight before flying out and we really enjoyed our time at the hotel service was great. Staff was amazing.

Property was pristine. Felt safe in Franklin.

I did not like that there wasnt a bathtub in my room and i asked for an upgrade but the only one available was a corner suite. Too expensive for me. Also, seems different chefs handle room service bc the first 2 nights i ordered, ot was perfect. Third night of same dish, was C-, at best. Also, refreshing the room left me with a coffee stirrer twice. Little things but...coffee. i didnt want to soend $48/night for parking, so i opted for free parking deck a block away. Staff are super friendly, but bed wasn't great, shower didn't have handheld, and room service wasnt consistent. I wouldn't stay there again.
