    Check in was quick, very nice staff. Location perfect. Nice and quiet. Free parking. Spacious room. The gym was great says my husband, especially the spinning bike. The fan in the bathroom was loud and pretty useless. Towels didn't even dry out over night.

    Stayed here for one night as a pit stop. I stayed at 2 other Hilton’s on my trip that were amazing. This one was just ok.. I was under the impression from another booking site that there was a hot tub but it’s no longer there and appears to have been filled in (see pics) Pool was supposed to be heated too but was really cold and dirty! A lot of bugs in the pool and around it.. room was fine but only like 3 channels on tv. Wouldn’t stay here again.

    The staff at the Hilton Garden Inn is exceptional. Shayna Darrell and the rest of the staff are always friendly and helpful. When my dog was sick( I had to put him down) Darrell and Shayna were so kind and understanding. Darrell helped take Bear out to the car because he could not stand up. The kindness shown by the staff at the Hilton is why I stay there for each visit. It is like visiting family when I stay at The Hilton Garden Inn in Frederick.

    We were in Frederick, MD for our date night without the little one. Booked this place for the night and thought there would be a hot-tub, but was informed that it is closed permanently. So that was a little disappointing. Staff there were super helpful and friendly. The building is overall maintained nicely in the public area, but our room has a peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. Overall clean and comfortable, and pretty reasonable for a stay.

    We were in town for a wedding and spent two nights. We loved the convenient location to downtown Frederick. The hotel was clean and safe. The room was spacious and provided all of the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and helpful. We used the the gym which was bigger and had more equipment than most hotel gyms. We would recommend this hotel to others and will definitely stay here again.

    Beds are a little hard so if you like the softer beds they may feel uncomfy. Pet friendly! If you do early check in dont expect to get a hot shower right away! With the morning rush there was no hot water at 2 pm. Best time to shower i found was after 9pm. Plenty of hot water then.

    Shower faucet ran contiguously, pool was filthy and nasty with what looked to be vomit and hair floating everywhere. Breakfast took forever. When waitress and cook weren’t busy eating, they were in no hurry for anyone else. Our meals were brought out one at a time, and not how they were ordered. We were finished eating when last meal arrived. There’s more to complain about, but not worth the time. I am really surprised, because Hilton has never let us down.

    Staff was outstandingly helpful, professional, and friendly. Appreciated the morning breakfast and especially the coffee options in the lobby. The location is good, and the stay was peaceful. The only issues are related to the facility itself: The HVAC system in the rooms is a challenge to sleep with, despite earplugs, and it goes from cold to hot fast, not really settling in on the set temp. The bathrooms are old.

    My room was fine but when I asked Amish for extended check out, he told me that I had to be a Diamond or Platinum member. It was later confirmed by another staff but he was very professional when explaining it and never offered a reason why. The front desk staff on Sunday morning explained it professionally and I understood. Also the breakfast was cold and my fiancé received her breakfast immediately and mine arrived 15 minutes later. There was also lots of discussion between several guests about whether the turkey sausage were actually turkey or pork. The menu showed turkey links and they were patties. I do not eat pork and tasted 1 and did not eat the others. I would like to receive some accommodation for the unsatisfactory breakfast experience.

    Elevators and public areas are really outdated. The patina on the elevator brass is something else, along with the fading green paneling and a persistent “human smell.” I didn’t use the pool or gym, but I walked by and both looked older. Staff were genuinely very sweet and helpful. The gentleman who helped my mother with her morning coffee and toast was kind and attentive, and the gentleman who checked us in was also helpful and very kind. The room itself was pretty meh, but it was well cleaned and the sheets were neatly made. I do wish they offered more of a breakfast bar (or something along those lines). I didn’t eat here, but honestly, given the options nearby, I probably should’ve tried it. The mall across the way has a few chain spots, but they all feel like this place too—older shells of something that used to be there.

    The bed was decently comfortable. The lobby is pretty. The first day I ordered an omelet and it took the poor guy like 25 minutes to get it to me. He was very nice and trying very hard but I think there were too many people and only one cook. There was no hot shower on either morning. I was told after day one of this to let the water run longer before getting in. I did that but it still never got hot. Very disappointing-especially for such a relatively expensive place. Also, no one told me that for people only staying two days, no one cleans your room. To blame this on Covid 5 years after the fact is just ridiculous. You should tell people up front that if they want their room cleaned, they have to ask. This seems crazy to me 5 years post covid.

    Staff was friendly and remembered us the next day after check-in. Breakfast was delicious - better on the weekdays when it's made to order instead of the weekend buffet. Check-in and check-out was simple and fast. Bedroom area was meticulously clean. Facilities were outdated. The interiors look straight out of the 70s with dull browns, greens, and stripes. Bathrooms need to be re-caulked and had mold and mildew in the cracks. I would not recommend for children too young to take a shower standing up.

    Staff was great for the most part. Requested late checkout and was granted no issue. Cleaning people were very rude and kept knocking and asking when we were leaving.     I loved the location and the quick check in. The water pressure and temperature were absolutely amazing. Room had a broken panel on the wall, the bathroom floor was not cleaned correct , the remote batters were dead, they never told me what the breakfast cost when I checked in. I woke up, went to the breakfast "bar" and assumed it was continental, but was given a bill within 5 seconds of sitting down. Didn't return the next 2 days $15 for eggs and bacon didnt seem worth it. Then needed change to tip the housekeepers, but front desk had nothing. Not to mention, the bathroom had 3 different shades of light bulbs and was throwing me off.

    Sorry to complain, but we want you to improve. Hotel is nice and nice location. Room didn’t have enough towels per guest, one bath and one hand towel. But did provide more upon request. Rooms accoutrements short, no shampoo, soap, toilet paper not restocked. Breakfast was the quality of a free breakfast but full charge. If providing breakfast improve the quality, get real syrup and condiment dispensers and utensils. Make real food and not the freebie quality. Maintain consistency with other locations. Or provide breakfast with stay like other Hiltons.

    When we arrived for our reservation, the staff at the counter seemed annoyed and would not look at us. We checked in and went to our room which seemed nice on the surface but the chair in the living room had a large stain on the seat that appeared to be urine. The shower head was detached from the wall and so was the spigot so we could not get the water to turn off completely. The final straw was the mattress. It was so bad that we cut our trip short and drove home to Ohio so we didn’t have to go through another night in that bed. I really like the Hilton brand but this property has a lot of room for improvement.

    We arrived well before check-in, but Jhalea was gracious enough to find ready rooms, which was fantastic after 4 days on the Appalachian Trail. Rooms were everything you expect from the chain, clean, comfortable and well-maintained. My only minor complaint is that the laundry room requires you to download an app to wash/dry clothes - no way to pay cash. Then you have to ask for your unused balance back through the app. Convenient for the hotel but a pain for the traveler.

    Comfortable hotel. Has a welcoming lobby with different places to sit/lounge. The bar is a nice addition. Complimentary coffee was nice in the mornings. The place was clean enough but if you looked deeper, some things could use a deep cleaning but not a deal breaker where it felt gross.

    It would have been nice if there was some literature in the room re: time of breakfast. We missed the breakfast. And it would be nice if coffee was available around the clock in a coffee butler for the guests. All in all, the stay was a wonderful experience.     The hotel is very clean, modern and up to date. However, the staff is very unfriendly and rude. There are so unaccommodating. I asked for my room to be cleaned and we came back to a dirty room once again. We had a three night stay and our room was not cleaned even once. It was disgusting and we were told that it will be done. Our AC as well was not working for two nights and were told to be patient and it will come on. Also...we kept getting locked out of our room and having to go downstairs to get another key. It was so inconvenient. The overall hotel and room is very nice but the staff is beyond rude which leaves a bad experience overall.. I am not sure if he is the owner but Anish greeted us with a terrible attitude overall and seemed he was like that to all the guests.

    Overall, we would have had a perfectly nice stay, but the temperature regulation in the room was terrible. The thermostat was set at 69F when we arrived and cold air was blasting. We had to turn the heat on in June to make it comfortable. After that, every hour or so the A/C would turn back on at full fan. We’d have to get up and reset the thermostat. Eventually, we had a very nice serviceman come up, who reset the thermostat. He explained that it has a motion detector that resets the temp to 70 when you leave. When we were sleeping or watching TV the motion detector didn’t work, and we got blasted with cold air on and off all night. I slept with a hoody on. My wife got up several times to reset the thermostat. Not a great way to get a restful night sleep before driving all day.

    The staff was not friendly, and the breakfast buffet tasted like it had been prepared the day before. While the bed was very comfortable, I recommend bringing your own pillows, as the ones provided were worn and uncomfortable. Additionally, the shower’s water temperature was difficult to adjust; it often turned very hot, and even when set to cold, it wouldn’t cool down effectively.

    Not good. The building is tired; moldings in the bath are rotted; the Wi-Fi doesn't connect ( they said they were fixing it but 18 hrs later still not fixed), the tub faucet wouldn't shut off, the A/C sounded like an idling diesel engine AND breakfast (not included $15) was seriously rubberized eggs in the steam tray.

    First morning we weren’t charged for breakfast. Then the following morning, we were charged over $60 for two adults and two kids and my son only had a cup of cereal. There also wasn’t any information in the room in regards to wifi, TV channels, amenities, hours, etc. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

    Staff never at the front desk, the grass almost 6” high around the property. Even tho I prepaid for my breakfast, both mornings I was there by two different restaurant’s staff I was told I had to sign a bill with the fees of the breakfast since it their rules. Even after the front desk staff verified the breakfast was prepaid still they both wanted me to sign a bill! Not sure why the Hilton thinks I s a good idea to keep these lines under their names!

    Wouldn’t recommend. Outdated. Shower didn’t work.. phone didn’t work.. wasn’t the cleanest. You can tell housekeeping only cleans what’s visibly dirty and does not clean highly touched surfaces or seating. Makes the cleanliness questioned just yuck. Felt uncomfortable having to sleep there while I was on a short vacation. I was only offered a partial refund and a maintenance request was never put in after I called to complain to the front desk from my personal phone because again, the room phone didn’t work. Is that a safety concern?

    In the bathroom there are cut out sections of the counter top on the side, and empty inside, maybe there were drawers in the before. I don't like that. Looks creepy. Also, there was an empty water bottle shoved in one. I would change those in the rooms.

    It was a last minute decision to stay in the Frederick area and we booked this hotel based on other reviews. Alyssa at the front desk is professional, helpful and friendly...she is a great representation of the hotel. Our room and the hotel lobby was clean, inviting and cozy. We also enjoyed a night cap at the bar and the bartender was friendly and professional. Quick but great stay. We'll be back!

    Easy check in. Some basic issues with cleanliness. We were woken up in the middle of the night by a dripping sound and found that the mini fridge in the room had been unplugged resulting in the ice box melting near an electrical extension cord that was fashioned right next to the refrigerator - big safety hazard. Would not recommend the breakfast as it’s not included in the reservation and for $15/person the selection was very disappointing. Overall was an alright place to lay my head for a night but probably wouldn’t stay again.
