Es un motel muy malo hay muchas cosas muy feas los baños estan horrible los cuartos muy sucios y no lo recomiendo para la familia

The room was sufficient. It was quiet even though the highway is just across from the road. The building needs a remodel and there was trash around the property and there was a funky door around the building. The pool was not work/empty. These hotels/motels are like dating apps…you rarely get was is advertised. My room was clean, the tub was dingy. The ice machine wasn’t functioning. The property is, however, very well lit-up. I guess they do leave the light on for you.

The area was very run down, lots of homeless gathering around property, "working girls", ect. the room was dirty, floor boards grey from dirt and walls has something on them food or ???? Bed sheets were cleaned, it did not use the blanket or cover as unsure of when last washed. Thank God I did not have a blue light with me. The guy working did give a great Indian food recomendation.

Front desk was super nice and sweet. The hotel room floor was really dirty my feet got super dirty. There was dried blood on the wall, mold and the sealing. The tub and toilet were yellow and bathroom wall had stains.

Didnt know there was breakfast. Rooms need to be cleaned and deordarized. Blankets/sheets/pillow case need to be washed right. One still had blood stain.

If the floor was mopped, if it wasn't covered with roaches, laying in bed felt like just lyon a box springs, the front door had but nails in the panel so the door could close, bath tub was extremely diy, the VA for had a hole in it, the edge of the bathtub was full of cigarette burns the microwave and fridge was filthy, TV didn't work, three days without a tv, swimming pool was empty only had a bunch of dirt and debris. I could not relax in that room. No house keeping came to clean the room, just gave us towels, sheets and toilet paper. The AC unit was very dirty, buttons broke, all the baseboards was full of dirt and mold, bathroom sink did not have a stopper, the curtains had whole in it.

I was double charged once by booking and at the property. I inform the staff before checking out but I had to waiting till 11:30 AM for a manager. Unfortunately I couldn’t wait due to work

I didn’t like anything. It felt like my life was in danger because there was hookers in the parking lot and gangsters outside in the parking lot in the middle of the night. The ground in the room was disgusting. We tested it with a wet white towel and it was just black when I wiped a small area on the ground. The bedsheets were dirty. The top of the mircrowave was dusty on the edges. There was no shampoo in the shower. The outside of the room was all dirty. It was felt like I was sleeping in a dirty distrusting room.

Good price but was sad that the pool wasn't open since it's around 90 degrees in Fresno and I was hoping to get to swim since it was advertised as having a pool! Also the room had mold in the shower and old appliances (fridge looked like it might fall out). It smelled like it was recently cleaned on the surfaces though and the sheets were clean - thank goodness

The room was disgusting filthy there was black mold in the restroom above the shower cigarette burns in the nightstand, as well as the bedding, food and different types of filth matter, splattered on the walls I would not stay here ever again. I am requesting a refund and reporting it into the county for black mold.

this hotel is in a bad area, mostly homeless and tweakers around the hotel. it was a little scary, im glad i was only there to sleep and get to the airport early in the morning.

Asked if there was coffee...answer: No Asked if there was a microwave...answer: Not sure... Motel 6 should remove their name from this establishment. It is not up to their standards. It is in a 'seedy' area, just off the freeway. The rooms have just enough to sleep...although, there is a small refrigerator. Too big to hide under a jacket...

The pictures were different from what the original place was

Room was fine, but they hadn't had the AC on at all before we arrived--even though we booked a day or so in advance--and the weather was in the 90s, so the room was SO hot when we arrived. We checked in around 10 or 11pm and then struggled to sleep for a couple hours while the AC worked to cool the room down.

Was advertised with laundry services, none were available. Room was dirty, smelly and area was unpleasant.

The TV or cable did not work. There was no microwave in the room as stated the stench from smoking made me nauseous could barely sleep.

Scary area of Fresno, the motel itself is a typical Motel 6 and is ok but I wouldn't stay in this area again

Me and my girlfriend got bitten by bed bugs. We have bites around our bodies and the pictures were not same as the bedroom advertised. It was in poor conditons.

I do not recommend anyone stay at this hotel..not clean at all..floors dirty, walls dirty, tub and shower broken, shower curtain moldy..they haven't had a working ice machine for months according to Tina at front desk..

It's a very unsafe location, full of prostitutes and pimps. It was okay for a few hours of rest but definitely won't be staying at this location again.

The stay was quit. The hotel is located in a depressed part of town. The hotel its self was safe.

My worst terrible experience in Fresno, first and last time, there’s cockroaches everywhere, bathroom was very dirty, Smells so bad everywhere. Really think two times, next time you want visit here.

The cleaning is rough and you have to live with a huge number of cockroaches. I don't understand why Hotels.com lists these hotels and introduces them to customers.

A great disappointment. No pool even it was in the reservation (a private decision of the manager ... no covid guidance of the city of Fresno), no shower in one of the room, ... a very bad experience.

One of the worst motel 6 I've ever seen pool was so filthy and dirty with dead pigeons and in the parking lot look like a little miniature junkyard with abandoned vehicles and car parts all over the place.

This was the worst property we have ever stayed at. We could tell it wasn't safe by the check in. Behind glass, while we stood outside. It was obvious that the area was not safe. The parking area was trashy. As in, trash all over the parking lot. The pool was DISGUSTING!! The water was dark gray/black, with grocery size bags of garbage floating in it!! Expedia, you need to delete this facility from your list!!

Who doesn't know how to mop clean a floor?

As for me I had comfortable staying at the motel and feel good relex comfortable while I was doing organizing my stuff with much of spaces all by myself to focus on without no one bothering me and not being so nosey by anyone else!!

The sheet has stains on it, I asked the guy to give me new ones, he was nice enough to give me 2 new sheets, but of them is just full of stains, that it feels like it wasn’t washed at all.

After driving 6+ hours from SD we wanted to stay at a comfortable clean quiet place. We got neither of these.Came into our room that said non smoking reeking of smoke, walls dirty with brown spots in the bathroom. We were in our room and within 10 minutes of being there my sons had killed two roaches from what seemed to be coming from underneath the bed. I bent over to see and there was a take out bag underneath the bed. I saw a bed bug on a pillow and immediately asked for a different room. The room they placed us in was different the only thing wrong with that one was the toilet seat cover was broken and it leaked water at times from the bottom. Apart from that the bedding seemed clean the walls clean and the room didn’t reek of smoke. Only reason we did not book it was because this room was more decent and we had already pre paid for the night. They need some serious renovation.

So far so good. Thanks for the hotel. Well, need to control non-guest on campus. Thanks for the service.

The property was very dirty had dog poop around the parking lot by the stairs to walk up to your room people fixing cars in front of your room all night long once we got in our room the microwave had food already in it from the previous guest not a good place to stay at all

There was mold and crumbling drywall in the shower. No soap, shampoo or creamrinse in the shower. Towels were very thin needed 2 to dry off. No coffee pot for morning coffee. No hairdryer. Would not stay here again.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. This particular does not provide shampoo so pack some. The area is a little rough. so lock your cars and don't leave anything of interest inside. Overall decent spot for the price.

I have stayed in many Motel 6 sites along Interstate 5, but this was the worst. The floor was so dirty it was actually sticky (so glad I brought my slippers!), there was mold around the tub, the toilet took 20 seconds for water to finish flushing, and the room smelled bad.

Do not stay here, when we first arrived there where prostitutes outside of the property. The room wasn't clean, everything was dirty in the room. Also found a bed bug crawling in the bed.

1. No toilet paper AT ALL. No tissues. NOTHING. 2. Stains on covers of beds. 3. Bathtub was dirty. 4. After travel companion cleaned the tub enough to be willing to sit in it, she was at eye level to see that the “pedestal” part of the toilet was thick with dust. 5. I had clean feet when I put my shoes on in the morning. I took my shoes off in the motel room, walked across the floor of the room barefoot… and when I stepped into the shower I left black footprints. 6. When I moved the curtain to step OUT of the shower, I saw where the curtain had been against the side of the tub was all mildewed. Other than that…. It was peachy.

The staff are friendly and for $80 a night I was very happy to see a microwave and fridge ... definitely worth the money but the first night I got there and showered and walked to my bed the bottom of my feet were literally black .... and my bed sheets had stains on them when I arrived to the room. I checked out cause I thought I was going home but missed my flight so ended up needing to come back same day I checked out and I was told I was placed on the DO NOT RENT to list lol not sure if it was my skin color or the outfit I was wearing I guess they assumed I was one of the many hookers in the area. I also had a random guy bang on my door at 3am with a gun in his pocket my second night there I was terrified for my life .... laundry room out of order also no ice machine and the pool water was literally green. I’m not complaining but don’t worry about me coming back ... wouldn’t bring my kids here perfect place for a quickie or a shoot up though.

no maid service, overrun with cockroaches, no latch on bathroom door & door jam had been repaired in a shoddy fashion. The dumpster was being rummaged through by a local homeless looking person. At $80/night, it was only $50 cheaper than the Doubletree, which would have been fine if this property had been on a par with Motel6 facilities I have been accustomed to.

This Motel 6 was the worst, absolute worst. The motel is located in the worst part of town, shady characters are in the parking lot all hours of the night. I asked the staff for a late checkout, the staff who answered my phone call at the front desk said "Ok, no problem", but the rest of the staff wasn't notified, so at 10:00 am I get a LOUD knock on my door like it was the damn police asking me to check out. Another knock at 10:30 by the maid service. The pool was so dirty, no one was in it, and it was really hot out. The parking lot is filthy. That's what I get for trying to save a few bucks. The room was clean and the wifi worked, those are the only good things I can say about the place.

Location is problem. The area have change greatly. I didn't feel safe only stay 1 night . Homeless and other night walker very visible.

Utterly disgusting! The shower curtains were moldy, counter dirty, fridge dirty, stains on the towels, and crusty stuff on the phone! In addition, the walls are paper thin! I was woken up at 6am by men arguing outside my room! I can only hope that the bed was clean. I definitely DID NOT sleep well! Pay the extra 10-20 dollars to stay somewhere else!

Filthy, filthy, filthy, filthy. Mold all over the bathroom. Floors were filthy. Pillows, pillow cases, sheets, and blankets with all sorts of blood stains and other colored stains. Terrible area (which understandly is not the Motels fault.) Cleanliness is DEFINITELY in their hands, though.

This place isn't safe for a family place there was alot of prostitution out in building very disappointment ppl knocking on our door during the entire night, people fight outside our room, cleaning house walked in on us without our consent. The was hair everywhere in our bed sheets in the bathtub an soaps her dirty very very disappointment

This was a terrible , crime ridden place to stay. It was so bad we left at 1 am because we were in fear for our well being. The place was filthy, there were hooker and drug addicts all over the parking area. Stranger knocked on our door all night into the morning hours. We finally had enough and left. They double charged my card card. I want a refund. If Expedia is a valid travel site, they need to remove this motel from their site. “Warring”....! This may cost you your health and or you life if you stay here....

Toilet breaks, I had to pour water in the tank to flash it then I went downstairs to complain. The receptionist stated they would need to come into the room. I asked if I could just be transferred and he said no they have to go inside the room. I said I’ll just complain onto hotels.com where I made the reservation and he said okay. About two hours after two people came to the room to attempt to fix the toilet. I really didn’t want anyone to come inside the room because no one of the workers nor homeless people staying at the room were wearing mask so which is why I asked to just be transferred. After crying cause I felt stuck at a motel that was completely full of homeless people not wearing mask, I left and drove home 7 hours instead of staying. Hotels.com nor the motel 6 did not refund me 65.00 I spent who had my live in danger.

this hotel is not as bad like the area its in. i was pleasantly surprised to see how nice the rooms are. absolutely fell in love with the wood furnishings. most would say its outdated furniture however i think it looks distinguished and refined. the rooms are clean however the mirrors could've been wiped over again maybe use vinegar next time nd wipe with newspaper? not really a big deal but just a suggestion

Not a family stop type of place for sure. The room was reasonable but outside area run down and neighborhood, to put it gently, rather rough ( full of streetwalkers, homeless and street hustlers at night). Did not feel safe walking dog at night. Also constant noise from adjecent highway.

There was no hot water in the shower, and they double charged my credit card. They documented my reservation at hotels.Com as a no show and they charged my credit card for an additional night. When I called to dispute the manager was uncooperative and told me to contact my bank.be was upset he continued to blame me and argued that they only charged me once. I had him send me the invoice as I had my proof when He emailed it to me I saw that they attached my hotels.com reservation to a different room. When I told him what they had done he said there were 2 guest with my same exact name and claimed to email me the wrong invoice. My name is not common... it's been over a week and I am still waiting for my refund.

The place was dirty, there were cockroaches everywhere. The bath tub was old and broken. There were no hangers. I got a second floor room and there are no elevators. When I asked for first floor, the worker told me that there are no rooms left. When I said that I need help with my luggage, he finally gave me a first floor room.

I did not even stay because when I enter my room and turn the light on ROACHES start running all over the place and when I checked behind the furniture it was a white powder and a lot of death roaches :(

Nice hotel, very helpful staff. Only qualm is location, while adjacent to some good restaurants the area is a haven for prostitutes and meth addicts. Be careful if you're in the area after dark.

I would give the hotel itself a C-, and the location a D. It was clean, but an example - my door lock was broken off the hinges. The location is sketchy. I was offered 2 different drugs walking to my car at the McDonald's parking lot just up the street. Very transient area.

Pool and jacuzzi was closed. Ice machine broken. Pillows flat. Substandard bedding and linens. Old TV. No closet and no place to hang clothes.

Very bad. I booked with king size bed but their lock did not work and gave me queen sized bed room. The breakfast was not provided as the state inspectors told them to stop serving breakfast just the day before our stay.. so we can understand how dirty and unhygienic place that was.

Prostitutes outside roam the streets with their pimps and clients. We couldn't get any sleep with the commotion going on. There were fights in the middle of the night. I didn't even want to get near the pool because it looks contaminated from the parking lot. When I came in to check in, the staff told me to wait for 20 minutes because he was eating. When we got upstairs, the room was dirty and the tv was so old. The remote control didn't work so I had to get up to change the channels.

Room was not clean at all, very misleading on website not at all what they but on the site is we as t you get. Very mad and did not stay there had to go somewhere else. Not happy at all.

The price is decent. The room was clean it had clean towels, soap, shampoo, lotion. Refrigerator, microwave, comfortable bed, a.c. unit was decent also.

The mattress felt very worn out. It was not comfortable. The breakfast room had some weird guy (homeless?) in there staring at me so I just poured some juice and left.

Had to choose between going up steep stairs for room or smoking room down stairs. Carpet torn & dirty. Burn hole in bed cover. Bed barely made, sheets not tucked in, just thrown on bed. No grip bars in bathroom. Ice machine broke, was told we could go to gas station to buy ice. Microwave making constant beeping noise. They exchanged it. Place not clean. Appliances and lights unplugged. I had to pull out furniture to plug in lamp, coffee maker. Got tired of contacting front desk. They did respond, but. It was too late to find another place. Smelled in room.
