Bathroom door had no lock. AC was not working properly.

The absolute worst motel I have ever stayed at in any country. If I ever have to return and there are no options, I’d rather sleep in my car or on the sidewalk.The room is in deplorable condition: broken floors, damaged doors, barely working locks, and broken AC buttons. The bed wobbles, the bedspread has cigarette burns, and the curtains and the entire room reek of cannabis. The window faces a shared walkway and is broken, so it cannot be opened. If you open the door, anyone passing by looks straight inside.Cleanliness is disgusting. There is trash under the bed; the desk and chairs are so sticky that clothes stick to them. The fridge smells awful and barely cools. The floor was mopped with a sickeningly strong chemical pine scent which, mixed with cannabis, made the air unbreathable. We kept the door open for 3 hours, but the air remained suffocating. Front desk refused to change our room without even checking the computer.The environment is terrible. The neighbors had a non-stop party with loud music until 3 AM. People constantly hung out on the walkways, stairs, and parking lot, smoking cannabis and making noise. A security guard ignored our complaints. Additionally, a loud car kept pulling into the parking lot for quick, suspicious meetings, looking heavily like illegal activity. At 5 AM, someone upstairs started stomping and moving furniture. Dogs barked constantly, and nobody cleaned up after them. Safety is non-existent. Avoid this place!

This place is nothing like the photos. They have local people living there. No separation. Awful! I would love my money back

The room… clearly the door to the room kicked in the door and the bathroom door, someone had put metal in the microwave which looked like something exploded in it, there were drops of blood stains on the roof near the smoke detector and in the bathroom by the toilet, someone had burned a heart into the bathroom door, the phone didn’t work and there were food crumbles by the broken looking hvac. The experience… two people knocked on our door at different times in the night, looking for the same person. The police were in the parking lot when we first arrived and talking to our neighbors just before we were going to bed. Stray dogs were running around and people kept “cruising” the motel parking lot. My wife and 12 year old boy asked to never stay at a Motel 6 again and I should’ve paid the extra $40 for the extremely nicer place. We didn’t complain because the phone didn’t work, and we didn’t feel safe going back to the lobby until it was check out so we could just leave.

Elevator broken. Cops had to be called after 2am due to fights breaking out. Room was perfect.

The place is lit up like a max security prison. My toilet had almost no water pressure and had to multi flush to get the pee water down. I had cockroaches throughout, sticky floors and towels that were still a little dirty! Positive: shower pressure was high, water was hot. Cable TV and AC that worked great.

Everything is okay but they need to change the beddings.

Party hotel noise all night. People hanging around outside. Felt very unsafe. Would have been better in the airport. Please don’t book here

Had to book a last minute stay in fresno. The booking was very simple, but this place needs a major overhaul. During our checkin, we found live roaches and bugs. Stained sheets, water running. Don't understand how a place stays in operation in this condition. I asked for another room almost immediately. Front desk asked me why I needed another room. Are you kidding me??? After getting another room, a whole different bunch of problems. Heavy smoke smell, more Stained sheets, tagged doors and walls.Sadly I was with my son but never again will I stay at a motel 6. Its too bad this place has so much potential to be something nice.

It was a terrible experience. When I arrived the night manager was trying to overcharge a person who had booked online. Saying the price had gone up 100 dollars. The room stunk, the air conditioner didn't work, the hot water didn't work. In the middle of the night people were outside screaming and pounding on our door. Very unsafe. We left at 5 in the morning because we did not feel safe. When I told the lady at the front desk she laughed and thought it was funny and said there wasn't anything she could do. She said they have security and they didn't see anything and that she was watching the cameras all night and she didn't see anything. Terrible experience. Travelocity needs to take them off their website. No one should be staying at this hotel. Motel 6, as a corporation, needs to revoke their franchise and close this hotel immediately.

The cleaning crew used too much fabuloso to clean and it was overwhelming. We used the elevator and me, my husband and 10 year old son started coughing and lungs burning from how strong it was.

I did not even stay . I pulled in and seen hookers and drug addicts everywhere. Nothing complete dump

Roaches everywhere

Property was about what you would expect from a motel and extended stay. Plus a lot of homeless people who otherwise harmless. Walls are paper thin and you could hear everything outside and next door. Having noisy neighbors doesn’t help. If you plan on being outside of the motel for the entire day and need just a place to stay the night this place is ok. Otherwise stay elsewhere. Location wise, There is a nice shopping center very close by for shopping and dining.

The manager has no considertaion hes rude he lacks communication skills the rooms are dirty even after being cleaned the floors are disgusting they worry about the wrong things

The price was good but the location bad. This place was all bad vibes, we got there and homeless people were all over the property making it look scary. We notice that a lot of people staying there was not for work or leisure, it seems like this people made this motel their home already. I say that because a guy from the bottom room was having an argument with his girlfriend and a guy from the upstairs room was yelling at the by their names. I saw all this through my car, I right away said we’re not staying here and my husband told the receptionist about it. Overall, I didn’t like this place.

The price This is the worst motel 6 i have ever stayed at. It was dirty, had hairs in the tub, had hairs on the pillow, killed a cockroach, smelled like dog, couldn’t sleep because of loud people above us, had druggies hanging outside 24/7

This place was infested with homeless after our concert we arrived to the hotel around 10 pm. Approximately 11:30pm some homeless guy with a dog knocked on the door didn’t open the door or respond he began yelling if he can have some money for the vending machine. He ended up walking away. 30 minutes later he came back in the same clothes with another person in but with their face covered. Ended up calling the police but with issue we ended up just driving back home instead of staying.

Maids are polite if u ask them for what you need they will give you extra blankets if needed I don't like the outsiders.. they pretty strict about letting people on property that does not have a room tho..

Room was dirty- wet towels on the floor, dirty mattress, and burn holes in the blankets. When I arrived there was a dog that seemingly came from nowhere and wandered into my room with me.

Room wasn't properly swept or mopped. The shower head was held on by duct tape and Spewed water everywhere. We actually had a room that had good channels which is rare. Convenient area for shopping and dining.

We had to change rooms twice the first room had cigarette burns in the sheets and mattress, the second room the TV didn't work and there were cockroches running around. I donot recommend this hotel.

The service was terrible.

When I arrived there is a customer ahead of me who was cussing out the person behind the counter. My sister said at the same hotel and when she arrived an hour before me it was another customer cussing out the person behind the counter. When I drove into the facility and look for parking I saw at least three people who were engaged in illegal activities. One person was outside with a colostomy in a hospital gown. Another person had his door open to his hotel room and was blasting out curse words and music. Three people were smoking weed. Throughout the night I can hear cussing screaming yelling and shouting throughout all three stories of this hotel. It was not a safe or pleasant experience. Residents are not obeying the rules and it felt like it was a hotel for people in prostitution and Drug addicts. The shouting and the yelling and the loud voices with music literally woke me up every hour of the night.

Staff is very nice most of the time but the entire place needs a large overhaul. No idea which channels you might end up with or if your TV will work.

We stay here because Dennis and Sophie are amazing staff members that go above and beyond for thier guests.

They Leve u alone and was very helpful with as many times we lost are key It didn't say eny thing about a 100 $ deposit that I didn't have so I had to barrow it from my mom

So the room definitely wasn't up to my cleaning standards as far as like how I like my places to be cleaned the pillows were flat there was cockroaches and when I went to go and take a shower I turned on the water and put the faucet up so I could turn the shower on and then the whole entire thing just came off the wall the faucet

The front desk man was very rude n unwilling to help with a reservation mistake I had to call Expedia n do a two way call to make him help us. The area at night is not safe homeless n sketchy people. Room smelled like cigarets no house keeping at all. I won’t be staying here again not a safe place, pay extra for a better stay elsewhere.

My family entered a room that turned my stomach so badly I couldn’t eat until the next day, We literally walked in and turned right around. I told the desk manager that I couldn’t accept the room and no questions asked he refunded my payment. He knew.

Staff-rude, room: bedspreads- paper thin, lots of burned-looking holes on them, smelly. Towels- dinghy white-gray. I scared to use them but had to. Glad that I travel with my own pillow and emergency blanket. They really need to step it up.

The multiple homeless and other sketchy characters hanging around the parking lot at all hours, the high as kites couple playing loud music, fighting, screaming and slamming the door in the next room at 2 am til they got kicked out…otherwise, bed was comfortable, toilet flushed, and no bed bugs.

It was horrible,the people in the room next door had alot of children they were yelling all night and the couple were arguing and banging on our wall all night,its 7:27 am and they are still awake...We couldnt sleep and they came to knock on our door because we called the front desk 4 times during the nigjt and they didnt do anything..we didnt open because it was the neighbors...If I could file for a refund I would like to know how to go about doing that..I am tired and got no sleep all night!

It looked like the sheets had not been changed; there was black hair in the sheets and in the sink. It smelled so strongly of cleaning product the entire stay and gave me a migraine. I would never return.

There were people hanging out when i checked in and all during the night. I heard the people above my room walking all night. The music playing outside and the people talking kept me awake.

I know some people are living there and this is probably them because they feel more comfortable with the property. But for those of us working the next morning, it is very difficult.

I didn't feel too safe outside of the hotel. There were a lot of folks standing around outside being loud. I even had a gentlemen knock on my door asking if i knew somebody. The last night i stayed it was very loud, a lot of banging doors and being loud.

I really enjoyed this Motel 6, for the price you get a really decent room. Its Fresno so lots of night activity, but felt safe and lots of fast food and Dennys across the street. Would stay again

Room smelled like smoke. The bedding had dirt, hairs, and stains on it. The shower faucet looked like it was going to fall out of the wall. The tv did not work either.

Night staff was very rude and dismissive. We booked a non-smoking room and the room smelled terribly like cigarettes. The room also only came with 2 towels even through we explicitly stated there were 4 people on our reservation. When we asked the gentleman at the front desk for more towels, he only gave us 1 extra towel and refused to give us another. Absolutely ridiculous.

The shower curtain rod broke off the wall. The water runs ok The blanket had wholes.

The door card would not work after 3 attempts. The management had to send someone with a master key each time I came back to the room. Very inconvenient!

The area was not anything like i had expected. Safe enough but the amount o poverty striken people caught me by surprise

Environment was very uncomfortable the entire stay. The other patrons, almost seemed to be living at the location, where constantly walking about the property well into the evening. The room itself was disappointing, the bedspreads had burn holes all over them. Our room only had 2 towels. They also never came to clean it. We definitely wont be returning to this location.

What I liked about the property is that there a lot of places by there I can eat or go shopping..and the girl that works during the day is so sweet. She always make me smile.but all the staff are nice .

Checked into the room and it smelled awful. People outside smoking and think we saw a unsavory behavior happen.. The place was gross and we were put in the extended stay section. We didnt even stay the whole night. Felt very unsafe. Booked another hotel that night and left. We are out but lesson learned.

The bed made me itchy almost all night I checked to see the blankets but didn’t find anything not sure. The blanket hard cigarette burns on them.

All of the staff other than the night desk clerk is great. The night guy is rude, he acts like your bothering him if you need your keycard needs to be rekeyed because it demagnizes. Just so unprofessional

Most of the staff is amazing but the night desk clerk is very rude. Doesn't want to "write" down wifi password and since he's a bit hard to understand it takes quite a few times to actually get the password. Tried to overcharge me for food items that were listed as 2.00 said it was 3.00 and that the list was old. Not real happy and will make sure I'm here I do what I have to do in the office during the day so I don't have to deal with him. Otherwise great place to stay

These are slumlords. There’s so much illegal activity on the premises, they don’t care. Drugging, partying, prostitution, and many unhoused and illegal activities happening onsite. We got our keys deactivated not once but twice and had to get it reactivated both times. The rooms are filthy, beds were dirty, towels had hair on them. Do not stay here!!!!

My microwave stopped working and they replaced it immediately. They address all issues immediately

Pool was filthy, lots of homeless around screaming and yelling all hours of the night. Asking for money, active drug use on the sidewalks. Room was semi clean, air conditioner barely worked took over 3 hours to get room decent to be in.

I booked a non smoking room and got a room than stinked of cigarettes. I asked for another room. It was a little better but the smell of cigarettes still lingers. I would not recommend this place for children or people who cannot stand the smell of cigarettes.

I think people live in this property longer term. People were loitering in the parking lot, lot of homeless people around. Door looked like it had been kicked in and not well repaired. The slide lock was loose from the door. I stayed the first of 5 nights cuz i got in late, but checked out early because I didnt feel safe. I was staying there by myself as a woman. And as I was leaving there was a fight in the parking lot and the guy got stabbed in the face. Not a great area. The property refunded my money no problems or questions. Im pretty easy going and laid back but this was a lot. The staff was nice but the motel is just cursed with being in a bad area.

Area is ghetto but had good nights of sleep. Shower curtain bar is broken so water all over the floor. Bath tub seems to be painted to make it look new. (Careful it’s very slippery in there.) mouse traps behind fridge. (Didn’t want to look in the trap in case there was a mouse in there.)

Dirty! Burn holes in dirty bed cover holes in the curtains, Used syringe on top of bathroom door frame. Sheets dirty Pillow stuffing coming out of pillow. Cops everywhere. 3 men and one girl having sex in the pool area. My BF had a prostitute adking him for drugs for sex. Could go on.

We've been in this room for almost two days without a tv I told the manager we never get a room with wifi they seem to put us in a room were there is know wifi signal.now today the second day still know tv!!!!

There is a lot of people roaming around the motel.., even the parking lot is not safe. The sheets were super dirty. The room doesn’t look like the pictures. It was horrible ame scary for tourists.

The staff was really nice and helpful but whole motel stink inside and around it . We got non smoking room and it didn't help at all . We booked 2 rooms one was on first floor one on the 3rd and it didn't matter they both stink like cigarettes and weeds really bad . Also their window curtains all had stains and tears and have holes in them ... i think its really time to change them up . We really regret booking this motel it was our first time staying at Fresno so we didn't know that area at all and by the pictures motel looked pretty good but its only pictures.

The people at the front desk during the night shift are rude. The doors on the room don't shut with out applying force. The is people yelling and fighting all hours of the night and they harassed my friend for just dropping food of to me . Wanted him to go rigester in the office

A bunch of people slamming their doors and throwing things. There was a wad of hair in my bathroom that the cleaning person left. I requested non-smoking, but it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I couldn’t sleep at night because of all the arguing I kept hearing next door.

Bum City! Drug addicts around and on property. The outside was dirty. Room lacked table lamp, clock. No battery cover on tv remote. Bare minimum. This motel is in a lousy part of town. If you’re sensitive to dangerous looking people, it’s not the place you’ll want to stay.

As soon as we arrived there was groups of homeless people all around the property shouting etc, we had to ask several people to move away from our room door so we could enter.

The room was very bare. no place to hang up clothes, the bathroom was in bad shape, no comfortable chair to sit in.

Couldn't sleep due to constant noise or people outside my door at 3 am.

Its ok for low their low budget rooms

The room was chilly and the unit did not provide heat. There were no place to hang clothes and no suitcase self.

Other budget friendly options are better.

Nothing special. No amenities like shampoo or tissues. It was quiet and I got a good night sleep. No breakfast available but Starbucks and restaurants are close by. Close to freeway.

Easy freeway access

Called for towels, man at the front desk asked for how many guests? I said 3. He said we only allow one extra towel per room. What was the point in asking for the amount of guests then. Also its been 15 hours. Still no towel. The shower curtain rod in the bathroom is hanging on for dear life so the shower curtain doesnt even close off the shower(its curved) and the room above us hasnt stopped moving since 12 last night. Moving furniture. Dropping things. Walking heavy. Ill never stay here again.

Clerk gave us a room that was occupied! 3rd floot room when I had requested 1st floor when reserving. Minor inconveniences like no ice bucket, no dial tone on phone although it apparently worked. Holes in sheets. Bed comfortable. Taco Bell and Dominoes across parking lot for quick dinner. You get what you pay for.

It’s a Motel 6. Not fancy and in a poor area. Not fancy at all.

The hotel key from the previous person was still on the table. In the bathroom, the soap wrapper and hair was plugging the drain hole in the tub. There was hair all over the place and soap in the shower from previous tenant. The microwave wobbled precariously on top of the refrigerator. The floors had trash comma third degreThe floors had trash, not swept or mopped. Disabled person with service dog was assigned a third floor room. Security lock ock did not work on door. Tub and sink were both stained.

Affordable thats what i like of this hotel

The room is quite dirty. We stayed for 3 nights, but no cleaning room at all. The room is for non-smoking, but it is filled with smoking odor. We need the new towels, but we had to go back and forth to put the old ones to change the new ones. No service at all.

CRACK HEADS EVERYWHERE!!! It was so bad that I left in the middle of the night and stayed somewhere else. TERRIBLE HOTEL!!!

Phones in both rooms didn't work, so to call the front desk, you have to call the listed number. I had some packages delivered prior to arrival, which the front desk denied having. I told him what time they arrived, and still denied it. I walked down to the front desk, pointed out my packages through the window, sitting 10 feet away, and he finally gave them to me.

Smoke detector wasn’t attached to ceiling. Sheets and curtains had tears. Microwave was damaged.could see daylight around the door. Table had damage. Bed was mildly comfortable.

Don’t go here. It’s really bad. There was obvious signs that my door had been kicked in and then repaired. The tv didn’t work at all. There was burnt cigarette holes in the blankets. There was trash in the room still. It was just really bad. Never again. We just needed shelter overnight in a pinch because of unplanned travel.
