We stayed at the Omni for 4 nights and I have to say that this was the best hotel experience my wife and I have ever had. The food was phenomenal, the atmosphere was gorgeous, and my 3 year old had a blast at the kids pool. The hotel staff upgrades us to a suite and gave me a birthday gift. Every employee at this hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. I will absolutely stay here again.

Over all a great stay. Small things like getting room with a balcony that I guess I should have asked, but assumed would be overlooking course or other amenities was there over looking parking lot and highway never would have expected so didn’t request my fault!

Our stay at the Omni PGA Frisco Resort will forever be one of the most special memories of our lives. I had let the management team know ahead of time that I was planning to propose that evening, and they went completely above and beyond anything I could have imagined. When we arrived, they had already upgraded our room to a beautiful king suite. Originally we were placed on a lower floor, and my (now fiancée!) asked if we could possibly move to a higher floor. I went to the front desk ready to pay extra for a higher-level suite since they had already upgraded us once—but to my surprise, they didn’t even ask for payment. Instead, they moved us to a top-floor suite with absolutely incredible views. That moment alone showed how much they care about creating memorable experiences. Before we even checked in, I received a thoughtful call from Jason Charles, who wanted to coordinate with me about the proposal and see what extra touches they could add. That level of attention meant so much. Around sunset, we went to dinner at the resort steakhouse (Trick Rider) and the service there was phenomenal. When we returned to the room afterward, we were completely blown away. The team had staged the room beautifully—flower petals scattered throughout, candles placed all around, and the bed arranged with a heart-shaped floral display. They also surprised us with complimentary champagne, a wooden board with macarons, and chocolate-covered strawberries. It was absolutely magical

From the family oriented golf option of Swing; to the spa; to the late night ice cream at the Apron- my family had an incredible time. We hosted some friends that are local to Frisco, and it was the perfect place for our reunion.

Everything was great except the pillows. There was only one type of feather pillow and it was very uncomfortable. It seams like most hotels these days have more than one type of pillow to choose from. Everything else was great.

The front desk staff were very nice, very efficient and the check-in process was seamless. My room was clean and beautiful! The entire hotel is amazing!

I don’t know it was pretty bizarre service. We had a very large group to stay there multiple cabanas pool service was at times atrocious very hit or miss fire alarms went off in the Casita. Things weren’t set up. It was just an odd experience and service was not equal to the facility or the price..

Incredible property. My family took a short getaway and enjoyed the stay immensely. Comfortable, well-appointed rooms. Excellent on-site amenities. The most friendly and welcoming staff. Have dinner at Trick Rider, you won’t regret it. The resort is deceptively bigger than you’d expect, and you don’t have to be into golf to enjoy yourself.

The spa is amazing, not over crowded, relaxing and clean.

Perfect stay. The only thing if I was nit-picking would be that I think there was supposed to be some pool side staff to take orders but they didn't come around much. But again I'm just being nit-picky there. This place was really amazing and if you live in the DFW area and want to get away for a weekend but not fly or drive anywhere far this place is awesome. Everyone was super nice, the whole place in general was really tasteful, elegant but comfy. 10 out of 10 recommended.

This place is fantastic!

The staff at the Omni made my birthday stay so personable and special, from the upgraded room to the birthday cupcake and card left in my room. Each employee was generous enough to stop and talk, offering whatever assistance they could. The drone night display was impressive to watch. Sitting out on the balcony was amazing, taking in the view and relax. I plan to come back and have recommended it to five of my friends. Three of which have booked a stay. Thank you for everything, Omni. Ten Star stay hands down.

I had a great stay. The front desk argent Kayla was amazing. Everything was great from the food to friendly staff.

From check in to check out everything was wonderful. Did a one night stay girls night and it was perfect. We each enjoyed the spa with 80 minute massages. Spa was beautiful with great amenities. Each of us loved our service provider. Enjoyed the adults only pool on the 6th floor with great drinks, especially the blood orange spritz. Dinner at Ryder Cup Grill was to die for! Brussel sprouts, pork chop, chicken, any artichoke dip were our favorite but everything was just so tasty. Our service was wonderful there too. Before leaving the next day we enjoyed lunch at the Ice House. At checkout the front desk agent quickly called concierge for our car and bags and gave us water to go. High recommend staying here, it’s great for a stay-cation for couples, girls nights, weddings, parties. Will return again soon!

Beautiful property with some activities on the weekend. Resort fee of $45/night was high for what was included. Had to pay $35/night for self parking. So after we paid for the room, we still owed $300 for fees, etc. The pool was just an average pool with very slow service. Trash was not picked up around the pool even though there were several employees in the area. We did enjoy the evening walks and the putting green located within walking distance from the hotel. Most employees were friendly and helpful, with the exception at the pool.

Great Property but was not for me - Their target demographic is definitely people with a lot of disposable income as they nickel and dime you for everything - I mean if you pay for the hotel do they really think you’re not gonna bring a car - price of parking should be included, not extra!

It was a great experience. Parking was not free $30/day if not using valet (Valet $45/day). I wish breakfast was included, but food prices were fairly reasonable. Great experience overall.

The property was spacious and clean. Plenty of areas to relax and hang out. Staff were accommodating, friendly, laid back, and overall excellent.

Our room was nice with a great view of the gold grounds. The restaurants we ventured out to were welcoming and upbeat with friendly staff. The adult pool, although a little smaller, was inviting and had a cool set up. You have to get out there early to get a lounger though. The staff were top notch, friendly, and attentive. The lobby concierge was so knowledgeable and helpful. We ate at the Trick Rider steakhouse and that was amazing and 5-star worthy. Overall, we really enjoyed staying here. I will come back!

very scenic, clean

Plan to walk for a while from the elevator. The hotel should have been smaller or taller. Hallways are too long. Also the restaurant inside the hotel reminds me of a cheep buffet type setting like Golden Coral. If you play golf, maybe golf compensates for the hotel experience, if you do not plan to golf, stay somewhere else. The hotel and the hotel restaurants are poor quality for the price you are charged.

Which we enjoyed a glass of wine at the bottom of the Apron … Spent time on the adult pool in the morning , then moved to the Family pool by the Apron Restaurant . Food was excellent at both the adult and family pools ! Will consider another stay !

The Omni PGA in Frisco is on the golf course and beautiful. One of the pools overlooks number 10 and is stunning. Everything about this hotel is excellent!

It was a nice staycation!! We don’t golf, but the greenery was beautiful. The extra fees added up quick but worth the experience was worth it. The people were so nice and many different pools options.

I would've given it a 9.5 out of 10, but dropped it to an 8.5 because it didn't have a microwave in our suite. For the price we paid I would've expected it to have such a common amenity such as a microwave. Overall, we plan on going back again - it was a beautiful location and had a relaxing vibe.

Such friendliness displayed from Every staff employee! Very comfortable and quiet room with view of swimming pool and golf course. Our meals there were tasty and reasonable for the high quality. Inviting outdoor seating around fire pits for night gatherings. Loved the ability to walk the PGA trail while my husband golfed. Definitely will return!

This is a unique facility and a golf lovers dream. There is some shopping on the site and a large shopping area about 10 minutes. If you want to het off property for dining options there several options within 15 minutes drive time. The staff was very welcoming, attentive and cordial.

The room is great walk in restroom great decor. The property has plenty to do and walk you just don’t feel stuck you can walk to various restaurants and shopping areas the range is awesome if your a golfer.

Was phenomenal. All around a great experience

Our stay was amazing! Jordan at the front desk was so friendly and helpful with a speedy check in. He even upgraded our room at no charge and gave my husband a ball marker. The room had a beautiful view and was decorated nicely. The bed and bedding were so comfortable and cozy.

The property is amazing. Once the front desk staff found out it was my birthday they sent me some things to my room. It was so sweet of them. I enjoyed my stay 10/10

Staff was great from the Valets, front desk, main bar staff, cleaning, everyone was so accommodating to all our needs and genuine nature to be nice and helpful. Can tell they enjoy their jobs! Stayed last Thanksgiving a yr ago and Christmas this yr and will be back again.

Very luxurious stay!

Everything was fine, the balcony over the fire pits had people out after 3am and it was really loud. A lady laughed all night long.

Dinner was average, nothing special. There didn’t seem to be enough dressing or butter at the table. There also seemed to be quite a lag between first course and the main course, not sure if that was programming issue with the Marines or a kitchen issue.

Great resort to relax and spend quality time with your significant other.

The Omni PGA is a great place. The only downside during our stay was that all the self parking was blocked off for. 1000 person party on Saturday night, forcing my daughter to have to pay for parking during the day and I put it in valet one night. Some allowances should be made for hotel guests. Otherwise the resort is magnificent.

It was a golf paradise

Excited to stay here. Excitement ended there. You have to pay 30.00/day to park in addition to your room rare, on top of that, it is over a 1/4 of a mile to walk to hotel entrance from parking. Unless you Valet. Which was 40.00/day plus tip each time you want your vehicle. No fan in the bathroom, no microwave in suite. With taxes and fees and parking it was close to 500.00 night. Bed WAS EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE, woke up in middle of night and each morning with back pain. Explained myself experience to staff at check out. No offer to reduce bill or speak to a manager or anything. I also did not ask for that, but while polite. The agent checking me out had no interest to try and resolve it or do anything for us. I have to stay there again for a work conference, planning on extending my stay for that extra day, but after the three nights I did not want to and (surprising myself here; would rather stay at a Holiday Inn for 185/night than this supposed luxury resort for 485/night.). This review is not about money, but I CAN ABSOLUTELY ASSURE YOU IT IS 1000 percent not worth the money they charge. I have stayed at more luxury hotels than I can remember, this is by far the absolute worst. They are polite, but are disorganized and not interested at all in their guest experiences. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND TO LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR A COMFORTABLE LUXURY HOTEL EXPERIENCE. I WISH I HAD NEVER STAYED THERE. 1400.00 for three nights. It is not worth 500.00 for three nights.
