The bed was comfortable, the leaning sheets and the towels were clean. The room was quiet. The air conditioning is good. There’s a good parking lot. The room and the restroom is not clean. The air in the room was not fresh. It’s far away from downtown, like 40 min drive (around 30 $ uber/lyft). It’s 7.2 on booking, but for the mony that you pay it’s a 6 I think.

The staff was incredibly friendly! The jacuzzi suite was clean and the tub was exceptionally large with plenty of hot water to fill it and the jets were powerful. Excellent experience! N/a

I booked a non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking. Everything is dirty on the walls and switches and wires hanging from the roof. You pay for what you get, I know that but still.

Nothing This place is awful, it’s fairly cheap but location is bad, we had social housing people either side who lived there & without being judgemental looked like they were meth heads, got woken up both nights early hours shouting & doors slamming, Was expecting our door to burst open any time, scary really. Saw our neighbour begging at local Gas station. Also place was filthy & it’s all locked up in reception all the time so u have to talk through little window. Can’t believe Booking.com has this on there books. Nothing more to say other than avoid this place like the plague. Awful Awful Awful, these comments are coming from an experienced traveller who has been all over the world.

Staff very friendly

The beds are amazing They knock on the doors as if we are not in the system, to see if the room is occupied. The older gentleman was not around for 15 mins and then checked someone in before me, that came after me. The bed is comfy and clean but the walls are filthy

It was very clean and even though the outside might look a little dated; our room looked nicely remodeled and was style like any other hotel room. At first the outside can throw you because it is very industrial and not at all what you would think of for Houston but with that being said it was also very quiet! There was nothing in particular to dislike. I noticed some places where it looked like they didn’t clean. They did have an ashtray in our room so if you don’t like smoking this might not be the place for you.

I didn't like the fact that the shower water was not good and a jetters on the jacuzzi could have been stronger and I didn't like the fact that it wasn't no typer furniture in the room beside the bed and the jacuzzi no sofa and I didn't like the pillows when we got in the room and we only had three pillows and I had to ask for additional pillow the pillows was flat they should do a upgrade on everything

The proprerty was quiet. When I turned down the bed there was a used towel laying in the bed.

Well the inly issue was when i booked it on here i did the standard single assuming it came with a jacuzzi seeing it shows one being in the picture. Get to the hotel, ask the manager if it came with the jacuzzi he said no but we were able to work something out. So if you want rhe jacuzzi its the deluxe king. Since it was last minute they didnt has a chance to get the room at its cleanest so we cleaned before jumping in to either tubs. Although I canr complain too nuch for the jacuzzi size. Very spacious, would come again. Hopefully itll be cleaner.

The room was great slept like a baby the only think was around 9 am the nex morning a lady opened our door while we Wer asleep

The guy tried to give me a reg room when i payed for the jaquizzi suite had to change rooms and also had black mold in room under jaquzzi and around windows

Sheets had stains. One of the rooms had cockroaches. Both rooms smelled weird.

My room that he gave me was filthy,just plain nasty!! The smell was horrible in that area. Washer/dryer sits on the outside almost in the parking lot,and none of the vendor machines work; although they are filled!! Stay away unless you don't have a choice! I did but I didn't want to go through the hassle of canceling and booking some where else that nght.

Nice huge jetted tub just like I wanted, a little disappointed the room wasn’t refreshed with clean towels the next day but overall the stay was good

The whirlpool tub is always soooo good. My fiance and I love the size 9f it compared to some so its one of our favorites so we come here frequently.

It was an average stay, worth it for a work trip.

Room was nice and clean. Service behind the front desk was just ok but overall a good experience.

Recently remodeled rooms. They are much nicer than anticipated based on the looks of the outside of the building. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Have stayed here a few times in the last two weeks and will stay there again when in the area.

It was ok, but hotel has taken all carpet out and did not like that and the WIFI did not work at all.

Roomed smelled bad. Lock was broken on door. I turned on the TV and the first 3 channels were porn. Not such a great experience for a 20 something woman on her own. It was horrible

Only thing, one night the owner had a family gathering and they were loud until late but that was only one night. It is Galena Park so the refinery's got a smell but you may only notice it the first day.

Driving to the hotel, I thought my GPS was leading me in the wrong direction. Industrial location, not where I would expect a hotel. Strange clientele, hanging around smoking outside their rooms at all hours of the night. Freight train almost goes right through the parking lot, several times per night. Odd smell in room. Original 2 bed room that was booked was not available. We got a king with a large spa tub next to the bed as an "upgrade." Lots of hair still in the tub. Man at the desk was creepy. Don't stay here without all of your shots.

we had a great time ,this was our second stay at the regency this time was just as good as the first.

I did not like the hotel nor its location. I am surprised this would be a hotel hotels.com would recommend to cusumers. The other guests and myself had to keep calling for tissue paper, the room was not cleaned by house keeping nor was the trash cleared daily during my 4 day stay. I would not suggest this hotel nor its location to anyone!

Owners are liars. Promised me a weekly rate, then called next day and said they would not do it, their partners would not let them do it.
