No kitchenware. Bathrooms were not very clean. There was smell of weed.

There was none!!! Staff mixed up our room with another client and just told us they couldn't do anything about it. When we pressed about calling the manager, who was on vacation, the attendant threatened to call the police on US!! No sofa bed in the room we had to stay in. No change in price for a lesser room. No trashcan in the rooms, lobby or outside!!! People gathered drinking in the parking lots until LATE!!

My grandson and I stayed for one night and everything was okay at first but when I woke up the next morning I heard water running I thought my grandson was taking a shower but then I looked over and realized he was still sleeping.So I went in the bathroom dirty water was pouring down from a vent in the bathroom ceiling.Once I saw this I knew it was time to leave even though we had taken a shower or brushed our teeth we had to go to a family member's house and do that. I paid 140.00 for 1night I wanted to cook a meal for us but I opted not after I saw the condition of this place. I'm appreciative of the manger who refunded 40.00 dollars of my money but I'll never stay there again or recommend anyone else to stay there which unfortunate because the staff are really nice people

No cooking utensils or plates/cups/silverware whatsoever despitead depicting fully equipped kitchen. Lobby and room were both sparse with nobody on duty in evening. Price was extremely affordable but glad to pay more for what was advertised for extended stay. Hard to get any rest due to commotion upstairs with people running back and forth at all hours with nobody staffing front desk to deal with it. Never again!

I like the location it was very close to the place where we were going to I didn't like the idea that the receptionist had us to check out the only three rooms that was left before paying and that the TV didn't work after trying out a couple of tv remote control and sorry to say that we seen a couple of roaches crawling around the room, also it didn't smell clean.

Size of room was okay The staff was very unprofessional. My check in time was three and I didn't see a worker for almost 45 minutes to check in. The bed was very uncomfortable and the shower wouldn't let us the temperature of the water.

Contrary to what is advertised there is no gym. The oven/stove was old to the point of the temperatures scratched off of the knobs. There were roaches in the room. The staff was friendly though.

Don't recommend this hotel. We left after 30 minutes of checking in. Group of people in parking working on cars, minors running in hallway, and loud music.

False advertisement! For starters there is no kind of security. The doors are wide open for anyone to come in. No one is at the desk to see what’s going on without calling for help. The building is non smoking but the aroma of weed fills the hall. Not mention I booked two weeks in advance. The room I was given was not what i reserved. It was extremely dusty, had no couch, roaches, the bed was metal with a jail mattress, there was a two way mirror, very dirty, and disgusting. I was told that people live there and the manager gave my room to a longtime customer without giving me any call or email to confirm a change. Very very nasty and sickening. I will not recommend this for anyone.

The young lady was excellent & the maintenance man Where do I start. No clean towels or sheets were ready for me. Room had Multiple COCKROACHES!! A guy called me around 11am to try & tell me he couldn’t accommodate me after me booking the room months in advance. After me saying he needed to figure it out , he gave me the worst room. Fan in bathroom didn’t work. Dishwasher was broken. I am requesting a full refund of $370 back on my card for all of my inconvenience. I also cut my trip short because of all of this .

Had most of what was needed. They worked with me where they could and checked on us whenever they saw us to ensure we were having a pleasant stay. They want you to pay a deposit if local which I was not. Each pet fee is expensive and have to pay it per pet. They all have kitchens but would be nice to have some kind of breakfast area apart from the room.

someone called me to change location because we needed two beds. get to the Richmond location and still didn't have two beds. So sofa bed was use which was not clean enough i had to ask for linen to cover it . The toilet did not flush properly, so i had to get a plunger to use. We were on the first floor and could not open curtain because there was no sheer curtain to provide pivacy to get sunshine in the room. The doors don't lock on side doors.

The place could have been a little more Clinger. It looked like somebody blew the nose on the wall. The TV didn't cooperate. It was leaking, sounds all night long, and when the custodian was outside my bedroom door while I was on the stool 8 AM vacun, the floors, I was so upset, I couldn't even Tell the front desk. I just opened my door and looked right at them. You just shut the door back. You can see it on the camera. My time was 3 PM and the next day to leave at 11 AM. But not for someone to wake me up early in the morning like that, because it disturbs my rest. I work all week. And I'm a senior citizen, this is macroplane against the hotel. I was in. I would really like the one before this one. I did not like this one at all. Knowledge that my friend like it. We did not like that. Air conditioning unit right next to the bed. I wanted to be it needed more clinging. As well etc. Not please at all.

The young lady at the front desk was so nice They only had rooms on the first floor, and the room that was available smelled like Urine. We could smell it in the hallway, and it made me feel physically ill. We did not stay there and went to another hotel. ??

We like the cleanliness of the room and no odor. We can cook simple meals and feel like home, and it is convenient for shopping and eating. The bad thing is: the people upstairs are too noisy walking and jumping at night, and there is a lot of smoke in the elevator corridor. I hope that guests will cherish their belongings and keep them clean, and not bring more tedious work to the staff. When my husband and I left, we left floor drains in the bathroom and kitchen, hoping to bring convenience to the next guest. Hair and facial tissues can easily clog the sewer, so please don't throw them away casually. I also have a business company, and everyone is a qualified person, which is also a respect and encouragement for others.

The fact it had a full kitchen 1st room hot water did not work. Upon arrival front desk person failed to register me, therefore the Internet was not working. Went to the front desk and the second person who helped me was awesome. Got the Internet working AFTER she registered me to that room

The hotel offer NOTHING. Why stay at an extended stay where you have to go buy pots, pans, plates, forks, spoons, glasses. There was nothing at all provided not even a coffee pot to have coffee. The room key stopped working when I went out to my car at 8:00 a.m. and when I went up to the lobby desk there was a metal door rolled down and they were closed. I had to sit in my car until I could wake my friend up in the room to let me back in very very unacceptable horrible stay and will never stay again

Tenants were nice. Staff was hot & cold. Decent location to West End and Short Pump. The non-smoking room they put me in REAKED of smoke. My clothes, hair and even my dog smelled like cigarettes. I was booked for a few weeks but left after 48 hours to a different hotel. Thin walls - I could hear everything in the hallways, even other toilets flushing.

This hotel was so gross, we couldn’t stay. We immediately canceled our reservation and booked a room at a different hotel. The lobby was disgusting, the room was disgusting. The people who checked in behind us also immediately canceled after they saw their room. Please take my advice and don’t book here!

Not too bad for a few nights or so. Easy check in and check out. Our room had a kitchenette but I do recommend taking your own pans and silverware as they charge you to provide that stuff. Not much around the area to see or do. No coffee or some small essentials provided items like silverware or napkins.

This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. The only person who paid attention to our complaints was the front desk woman (not the male). The floor was sticky as if it had not been washed, feces on toliet, dirty blankets, dishwasher broken and lid fell on my daughter's arm. Advertised free breakfast and there was none, not even coffee. We wanted an efficiency so we would have a kitchen but upon arrival we were informed dishes were not provided and we would have to pay $40 for a pot, pan, and lid, dishes were another $40!! I am disabled and we were informed that we had to take out our trash ourselves. We were given 2 towels for a 3 night stay. It is a pet friendly facility which i have no problems with but the owners left their droppings in the yard so you could not walk in the yard. The furniture was old, looked as though it should be replaced, and unclean.

Everything , dirty with mold growing out of the bathroom cabinets. Horrible smell in rooms , cabinets were ripped apart , floors sticky. It was like staying in the projects. Would never go back.

n/a I would like my money back. I sent the property TWO messages telling them I would be late to check in, as I was driving from NH to VA. When I got there, there was no one (not a single person) working there, so I called for help. I was told I was marked as a “No Show”, and that no one would be around until 10am. I drove nearly 17 hours to end up with no where to sleep. To say I am upset is an understatement. I was charged $99 for being “No Show” when I clearly let you know I would be very late, TWICE.

Checked in at 5pm, then left to go to a funeral viewing, when we arrived back to the hotel later that night, the front desk was closed -no staff working the overnight. The room had a kitchen, but there were no kitchen supplies - apparently you have to rent those at the front desk. There was not a coffee maker, or cups for water, or even an ironing board and iron. There was a TV, and 2 beds, but no chairs, no decor, broken lamps, no clocks, outlets that didn't work, etc. The bathroom had 2 towels and 2 washcloths, even though we had 4 people listed on the reservation. No hand towel, no shampoo, no soap. There was a very tiny amount of toilet paper on the roll, with no back up toilet paper, the tp was gone after 2 people used the bathroom. We were on the ground floor with no way to lock the window. Had noisy people in the halls at night and more than one trying to open the door. The smell of weed was so strong we had to put our heads under the blankets, all of our luggage smelled of weed when we returned home. During the night the roaches came out, after killing multiple roaches, we packed up, left the hotel, sat in our car until morning and refused to spend another night there.

Yhe nicest thing about the property was rhe staff other wise the conditon of the room and the surrounding area was simply nasty

Upon arriving at the establishment, I felt a bit out of place. I encountered the night auditor, who expressed concerns about my reservation and mentioned that my room would not be available for an hour. I patiently waited outside for a full hour, as there was no one at the front desk to assist me during that time. It would be beneficial if the staff could enhance their communication and ensure that guests receive timely updates on their reservations to improve the overall experience.

Bugs everywhere! There was a hole under the counter/kitchen sink. There was hair and dirt (I think) in the shower/bathroom floor. There was a bandaid over the peephole on the door. The entire second floor smelled like dog urine. Walls are paper thin, you could hear what the next room over was talking about as if they were in the same room. When confronted, management refused to rectify the situation or issue a refund. Was never offered a different room or any kind of fix. Will post pictures

The room had a kitchen, if you wanted pots you had to pay for it, trash in the halls, they would've give you fresh linen or wash clothes or towel unless you pay for it.You had to take out your on trash. It smells.

This was the definition of a seedy hotel. While the guy at the front desk was fabulous, this hotel was so terrible that we ended up leaving and deciding to drive through the night to get to where we were going. There was a horrendous smell in the hallways. The floor was sticky. There were stains on the sheets. (nicely covered up that we did not discover until getting into the bed) There were stains on the towels and then when one dropped onto the floor it became filthy!

Inside of the lobby is not welcoming at all. Very sterile and outdated. You can tell people live there so people would be sitting outside. During my stay, kids were out roaming the halls. Again, the place is outdated. The bed was clean. The kitchen....outdated. what can I expect for the price.

Not a good place to stay, seemed more like a housing project. I booked a room for me, husband, disabled son, and mother in law. The room i booked was 2 double beds and sofa bed. There were 2 towels in the room and we needed sheets for sofa bed so i went to front desk to get sheets and one more towel and i was charged for sheets and towels, he said i could pay at checkout. Also there was a big sign in lobby saying about the hot breakfast offered so i asked where breakfast was in morning and was told there isn't breakfast there. I pointed to the sign and the clerk just walked away. Checkout was by 11am next morning and we wanted to leave earlier but metal door down at office counter and no one even available by phone until after 10am.was afraid what kind of fees would be added to my bill for not paying for sheets. Worst overnight experience ever, and will never stay at another extended stay again

To be an Extended Stay America this is probably the worst I have seen. As soon as you walk in you smell weed the floors are visibly dirty, the luggage cart is bend with one wheel off the ground, the room was definitely not clean pictures visibly stained, the floors are literally black from not being clean, fridge had food debris is it, chairs were dirty ugh just everything, my grandbaby could not even play with his toys on the floor,Only allowed to change towels out so for 5 people we were only allowed 2 towels,2washclothes and 1 bath mat. Not sure how this property passes any inspections. Used this hotel when in desperate need but will never use it again or recommend anyone use it and if the brand allows all hotels to be in this condition they will not be ver have my business.

I liked that it was off of a main road so it was easy to travel and find while driving around the area. Very kind staff and helpful with finding the way around the building

Cleanliness is definitely a issue, the music has been loud from the other guest adjacent to the room, the room above the children stomping or running until 9pm -10pm every night, the wandering of guest or non guest like they are on drugs, the smell of weed when you come in the door, the staff has been great at the desk but definitely there is a issue with housekeeping and maintenance, you only get 2 towels for 4 people, very out dated stove hardly works, dishwasher does not work, the phone and internet service is horrible, thankful though while we need it but would not recommend.

Upon arriving there was very limited staff(1 person), so we had to wait 5-10 minutes to start checking in. Then the system went down and it took longer. When the person asked if we would like to see the room first...that should have been where the journey ended. We inspected the room and it had damp, sticky floors and the air was very stuffy due to the ventilation not being on. We checked in, went to our event and then returned late and our keycards would not get us in the hotel door. We were stuck outside with another guest at night. I was able to find another door, but this only worked because it happened to be propped open!(unsafe #2). Our floors were still damp even with air on and the whole hotel reeked of weed. Then when inspecting the beds for bedbugs/cleanliness I found 2 fleas, and a few midges(biting sand fleas or gnats). There were also numerous stains on the linens and mattresses. Thankfully we only live 1.5 hours away. We had only gotten a room so we didnt have to drive home after midnight, but we did because it was the better option than staying at the hotel.

When we got there , it was not clean and the hallways smelled really bad , and when she took us too the room the room looked alright until we turned everything off and there was a couple roaches crawling around , no sheets for sofa bed and no one in front desk to complain to at night or in morning , wouldn’t recommend to anyone , people were dealing drugs outside , everytime we walked out for anything definitely not worth the money to stay here

We arrived at this property and no one was at the front desk. There was a sign that said they were away helping another guest and to use the courtesy phone located outside and dial 0 for faster service. After 3-5 mins of no one there we called. No answer. Finally a very nice lady came in, checked us in, and we went to check out the room. We walked in to smells, the arm of the pull out couch we would need to use was destroyed and roaches were scurrying across the floor. We left immediately!!!! The lady processed a refund, with no issue. Very gross. Would not recommend.

The shelf fell on my foot as soon as i placed my hat box on it. There was a dirty sock inside of the fold out sofa. Roaches in the hallwas. Got a refund and was gone.

The management and get crew are so amazing, they're always respectful and very understanding! This is definitely a home away from home!!!

I reserve for two nights, and when I arrived at 11 PM the desk was closed and I never was able to check in. The next day Expedia communicated with them to help me get my refund. I am still waiting. They end up still charging me, even though I never stayed. Lots of activity in the parking lot as well.

The room was not properly cleaned. The carpet had stains all over the floor. The towel rack was broken. I couldn't switch rooms because they didn't have any two bedrooms available.

The pictures are NOT what this place looks like!! It is FILTHY and the smell of smoke is nauseating. There were holes in the couch, graffiti on the wall, the sink faucet was hard to turn on because it wasn’t mounted. This is NOT the place in the photos.

My room was right next to the elevator equipment room and it was noisy all night long. Also being on the first floor hearing people arriving and departing was very noisy

Never again!!! Don’t stay there EVERYTHING needed updating so old, no trash cans available. Had to have water run in shower a while because it came out black. Small bed. Shower Rod was bent so curtain wouldn’t stay in place so water went everywhere
