Excellent stay! The staff was extremely accommodating, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable and enjoyable. I would most definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great experience!

Everything was excellent cleanliness customer service location. The only issue was a loud couple in the room next-door fighting at 2 AM. Called the front office and they immediately got on the problem. Quieted the couple down and informed me that that couple will never be allowed to stay there again when I checked out.

I got what I paid for and was very happy about it. Plenty of free parking. The room was spacious and clean as were the bed, bath and kitchen areas.

For the price, it was pretty good!!The staff was helpful and friendly, even being able to give me utensils to eat my late lunch with. All the equipment in the room was functioning, and linens and towels were clean. There were a lot of choices with breakfast and cheese, butter etc.. you can find in the refrigerator in the dining room. Only thing was there was no drinking water in the room, though hotels I have used in the area are the same.Parking was just a step away from my room and the hallways were brightly lighted at night that you are secure. Neighborhood appears nice. I would definitely recommend this place, plus it is accessible to the main road and businesses.

It says comes with breakfast but it's not really a lot to choose from, for the price that I paid and if I added another $25 I could have stayed at Marriott where hotels are at least 4+ ranking and great choices of food. But I chose this instead because I want to try and it's within close proximity to where I am heading the following day.

Rooms looked decent, but very cheap up close, low water pressure in the shower, loose bathroom tiles with water damage and curtain that didn’t stop any water, beds were stiff, tv was not setup or connected to the WiFi services

All in all, a good night's sleep and a good value. The staff was very helpful and friendly. "Breakfast' as with many motels, consists of just snacks, cereal, and wake up drinks, coffee, etc. Enough to stave off hunger pangs and get your day started. The only big drawback was the TV which was a lot of streaming channels with no content. The lack of regular, local programs were sorely missed. I will go back.

Reserved a garden view room and were tucked in an upstairs corner. Room wasn't all that quiet, kept the fan on all night for gray noise. Breakfast was a disappointment, plenty of carbs not much protein.

The place is clean, the owners are friendly and honestly care about their guest. The rooms are spacious and they have a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The area was nice with plenty of places to eat and things to do.

The breakfast was terribly all vegetarian; with prepackaged pastries; no eggs; no bacon; no sausage, and no bananas or cranberries. The bed and room were fine.

Grounds are beautifully kept up and there was plenty of parking and well lit. Breakfast, for us, was perfect. Coffee was good and plenty of choices- cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, coffee cakes, milk, fruit and yogurt. We would definately stay again. Thank you!

1. Close to services, Dennys, Marie Calenders, banks, shopping. 2. The King Suite was large. Separate mini food prep area with micro and sink. Comfortable mattress. Good shower. Good enough sofa with coffee table. Desk with chair. Open hanger rack. Iron w/h board. Good black-out shades. 3. Adequate Parking. Quiet. The So-So: 1. The interior is dimly lit with bluish ceiling lights. Overhead bed lights are bright. No side table lights. The floor is also dark. The floor was sticky from. . . ? The room had no style or design. Basic utilitarian furniture. 2. The HVAC was a wall unit which was typical of the type. 3. The room was clean enough but was older, and old things can only get cleaned to a point. 4. Worn out towels but clean. 5. Bar soap w/ no soap dish. No shower body/hair soaps. The verdict: I would stay here again for a night because it met the location and community services that I needed. But I'll search for another motel with a brighter up-dated interior for stays more than a night.

The outside of the hotel is beautiful BUT the rooms need a lot of TLC. Don't get me wring, they were clean but need to be painted and updated, Also the breakfast they say they have it not worth your time. The coffee was like mud and the fruit was bad.

Clean room and the reception and check in process was smooth. Very good value for the price. Everything you need - TV, microwave, small fridge, iron, ironing board, AC/heat, and bathroom. Tub surface was slippery. Towel took care of it.

I wanted to share some feedback about my recent stay. Unfortunately, I noticed some burn marks on the bed coverings, which was concerning. The mini fridge in the room also wasn't functioning during my visit. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was quite low, making it difficult to use effectively. I hope this information is helpful for future guestimprovements.Abreakfast was cheap

Rooms are sizable & well featured. The tv is limited to local stations with no movie channels and the internet service is slow. However, I found the staff very responsive & most polite!

Limited English at the check in. Average rooms, clean and no carpets ( bonus!) but poor sound proofing- you could hear someone coughing like they were in your room and being on the first floor the walking noice above room was loud. Very poor breakfast options. But very beautiful plantation around the property and free parking 👌

This is not a new luxury hotel, but the property was well maintained and clean, and someone clearly cares about landscaping. Continental breakfast decent. The staff was available, helpful and pleasant. No problems with noise. Would start again.

The place was clean. The room didn't stink. There was hot water in the shower. And the AC worked. That's all I ask for and they provided. Also, right across the street is a diner called The Hat, and they are AMAZING! I would stay again.

I felt safe here. The property is well maintained. I’m not crazy about how clean the room was. Walk around barefoot then look at the bottom of your feet. Mine were black. That says a lot. The property offers continental breakfast, but everything about it is dreadful. I would describe breakfast as stale and sparse.

It would be great if the rooms weren’t so hot upon arrival. The AC is off, and it takes about an hour to cool the room down. Since the room is already rented and paid for, it should be ready and comfortable when guests check in—any extra electricity is already covered in the booking cost. Also, consider offering a standard late checkout option of 12 PM. Most hotels do—it’s time to get with the times.

Convince for location. Bed was a little hard and air conditioning was so loud and outdated. Other than that and man talking really loud next door at 6am it was okay for what you pay for

The check I was quick and easy, The clerk was very nice. It is an older property but clean. Had issues with the ironing board but didn’t have time to request a new one as we had to be at an event, so I made due. Great location and a convenience store in the parking lot.

The girl at the front desk was really nice… I asked for a downstairs room and it was given to me.. the room was clean, but I couldn’t leave food out because there were a lot of roaches..

The Inn was comfortable enough but lacked amenities I enjoy such as filtered or bottled water and a decent, healthy breakfast. However, I had a good night’s sleep.

My stay was really nice. I know it is a 2 star motel but the location, safety and room were above what i expected from 2 star.

Modest but clean, with excellent customer service, lots of parking, and free continental breakfast. Fast check-in and the $100 security deposit was voided because of my good rental history. I'm definitely coming back!

The hospitality and their recall on remembering us from an earlier time we stayed there.

I was familiar with the location in Glendora. It was priced similarly to other locations, but not a great stay. The free breakfast was the poorest of any I have had before. There was a nice looking executive type chair at the desk. It had broken armrest. I changed it with another chair in the room, and left the broken piece on the seat. The maid did nothing about it. When I checked out, I told the clerk about it, and she gave me a blank look. Told her that there were sharp edges exposed, and some one could cut themselves. I then quietly mentioned the roaches - That at least got a “Sorry”.

Room was pretty much the same except for no mini kitchen and the bathroom was bigger. The shower chair did not adjust so my husband didn’t feel super safe using it but still did. Clean rooms, bedding was nice, bed was comfy, fridge worked, ac unit worked. Only part I can say I didn’t like much was the breakfast and the number of accessible parking spots (1). Breakfast was basic coffee, small bagels, toast, cereal and danishes. But there are plenty of eating options around so it wasn’t really a big deal. Nice spot, nice area. Would stay again if in that area.

This property is on the "cheaper option" of a hotel, I believe in being fair when rating a property, amenities and the staff. It's not a grand lavish property. But for the location, cleanliness, staff, free breakfast and the price. I would recommend staying here...:)

The room was impressively spacious—plenty of room to move around, store luggage, and just relax without feeling cramped. Everything was spotlessly clean from the moment I walked in, which made a great first impression. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with soft linens and just the right amount of support. Overall, it was a peaceful, comfortable experience and I’d definitely stay here again.

A beautiful lil property with very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and in a great spot to go wherever you like. The staff cleaned our room super quick and clean every time we went out, it was like coming back to a brand new room every day! I'd def come back here when i visit Cali again!

The staff was very friendly and the rooms are spacious. The shower in room 240 did not have any water pressure so we were not able to have a decent shower the entire stay. The hotel staff came quickly to take a look but it didn’t fully resolve the issue.

This place is great for a quick trip have stayed before. It is not a fancy place it is dated so be aware of this. If you are looking for 5 star hotel not your place. If you are looking for a great location quick stay lots of room and the necessities you are good!

This place needs updating. The bathroom was dirty. The sheets smelled bad. The bread, cereal, and lousy coffee are not a continental breakfast. You can stay at a high-quality hotel for this price. I won't stay here again.

The property was very nice, the trees, flowers and fountain were a nice touch. Room was big and spacious, you can tell there have been upgrades. The only issue I would say is none of the faucets worked properly or were completely attached.

This is an older property and still very well maintained. The room was very basic, but was clean and that is what's most important to me. The price was good too and that's why I rated it high.

It was very bad smell in the room, I arrived back from work very tired . I open the room door and there was a foul smell , maybe I was tired i thought . Lay down before i knew I was asleep , few hours I Believe was sleeping. Woke up with horrible headache. I followed the smell to bathroom. It was coming from toilet, I flush toilet and water came from floor, the toilet must not have been properly installed. Horrible smell fumes. I could stand the smell ,I grabbed my bag , went to office. It was almost midnight, no one answered the ring for 15 minutes, a young man then came out I explained my issue with the room and almost like he didn't want to deal with the problem I was having . Didn't even offer to go and see what I was talking about. He just took the room key and told me that my $100 deposit would be returned to my account. Didn't offer a different room or an apology of some kind . Very rude , very bad customer service .. He put me out in the cold night . I was in shock . I had no place to go , slept in my car .

Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Room was clean, looked remodeled, had new linens, was spacious, had a nice kitchen with table and chairs, microwave, & mini-fridge with an actual freezer. Location is good and felt safe. Parking area is well lit. Breakfast looked ok with toast, cereal, and some fruit. Cons: Hotel is located off a busy road and traffic is pretty noisy until late in the evening. Walls are thin and I could hear the guy in the room next to me snoring, but I put my white noise app on high and that helped to drown out the snoring.

Nice motel, a traditional property which has recently been refurbished. Nice spacious room was quiet and comfortable. Nice kitchenette. Plenty of hot water. Included breakfast was basic but good. Coffee maker in room. There are some nearby places to eat which are good. There is a liquor store out front for beverages etc. I stayed here for the Fairplex at Pomona which was a short drive. Recommended :)

The property seemed pretty clean and nice. It’s a bit dated inside of the rooms, and it feels like a cheap hotel inside. Check in was great and friendly. I really only needed a place to sleep overnight, arriving late and left early. The property was comfortable and I wasn’t too worried about leaving my vehicle. I didn’t stay late enough for breakfast, because it was only available from 7:00am-9:30am. I was there to attend the Pomona Swap meet, which was close by. I would stay there again for another overnight trip.

Nice quaint property. Walking distance from Stacks on Route 66 restaurant which is a win!! Very pleasant staff, but sometimes hard to understand. Affordability is a plus.

Breakfast is basic grab-n-go, coffee, tea, hot chocolate packets, small fruit selection, packaged danishes and muffins, cereal, toast, bagels. Check the fridge for milk, Sunny D, cream cheese and yogurt. No problems parking. Nice walking area if you head up into the mountains and walk along Sierra Madre. Beautiful sunsets and great view. The motel itself is comfortable, but like most motels it is very basic in its amenities. Coin operated laundry room with one washer and dryer. Small fridge/wet bar area, suites with couch and coffee table. There's a pull down privacy screen over the windows so you can let sunlight in during the day. Glad I can open one side of my window for fresh air when needed. Staff is respectful and kind. Downsides: motel a bit on the older side and some things need replacing - hair dryer dying, mini fridge freezer has icy buildup. Tv and internet service has been spotty a few times.

Honestly this room was a solid 6. I wanted to leave as soon as we got to the room. The receptionist was really nice and friendly. The sheets were dirty (manager changed them), baseboard dirty, electrical outlet falling apart when I pulled my charger off the wall.
