He asked me to give him my credit card pin number because I couldn't reach the machine from outside the hotel through a window to the street.

Nice place to stay for a short visit, only thing is that I wanted to get an extra blanket for the bed because I like the extra weight but front desk said they don't give them out. They give extra sheets, but no blanket 😕

The only bad thing is that the house keeper knocked on the door at 9-am when our check out time was at 11am she woke us up and opened the door very disrespectful

Ok place to stay for a night if you have to. Economical. The only down side is the room could be cleaner. I used my own blankets n pillows that i had in my car. AC was cold. Staff was friendly. I would not syay here again.

None of the appliances were plugged in or working. Staff was sleeping at office door. Took time to wake him up

Even when I was moved to another room because tue heather wasn’t working well the other room had the same problem. They don’t have good body wash. My staying was because of the bad weather it was for couple of nights. A friend let me borrow a little heater that helped me through the night. I couldn’t take a shower. Someone told me this hotel is for prostitution often.

The person working the desk was not pleasant, he was not happy to see us and made sure we knew it. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

We could hear everything in the room next door one night. The next night, our neighbors had visitors at all hours being loud, hanging out outside. This was somewhat out of the hotel’s control, but it would have been nice to be spaced out from other visitors. It was pretty much what you expect from a Super 8. Don’t get your hopes up it’s anything better. The surrounding area had decent restaurants and shops available, but I would not stay here again.

Room was dirty and smelled like cigarette smoke. We actually had to open a window and air out the room. Very limited tv channels. Breakfast was a disappointment. Items ran out and was not restocked. Two house keepers were sitting talking to each other at two separate tables, leaving no where for our family to sit for what was left for breakfast. Glad it was only one night!

We had booked a non-smoking room in advance, and our credit card was already on file. However, when we arrived, the receptionist informed us that our room was not booked and that only a smoking room was available. Since it was already late (around 10–11 PM), dark outside, and raining heavily, we had no choice but to accept the smoking room. Later, we discovered that we were also charged as a no-show. After several calls with Booking.com, we learned that the issue came from the hotel, which was very disappointing. We were extremely unsatisfied—not with Booking.com, but with the hotel’s handling of the reservation. We also learned that next time, we should contact Booking.com immediately when any issue arises.

Absolutely terrible. I booked it as pay and reserve. I pulled up in the parking lot and immediately turned away as the most sketchy people were there. Completely unsafe. Its located behind gas stations that sell liquor and a large vape store. Very unsafe dangerous people were wandering outside. STAY AWAY

Plenty of parking there were people hanging out by my room playing loud music talking till 12 am. Other than that my stay has been pleasant. Staff excellent great service.

So for starters , everything was clean , Except when I got to the bathroom there was a dirty towel in the bath . The front desk man , came and retrieved it, no problem. Breakfast was nice , yes they have the Texas shaped waffle (goodasf). I was in a smoking room , yes it was burn holes in the sheets , but the bed was clean . I didn’t get to enjoy the pool so idk about that . Overall the hotel was nice , I would definitely stay again . Also there is a lot of food place right beside the hotel . There is a smoke shop beside the hotel as well . Walmart is like 5 mins away. Six flags and the stadium are about 10-25mins away (due to traffic). Trader Village is about 3-5mins away. Overall this hotel is also a good place to stay if you are trying to do a lot of stuff in the city . The deposit is like 20$ . So yeah , 4 stars !

Breakfast is only, you can make a waffle or eat a stale muffin. Parking wasn't the best. It was busy. The room wasn't the cleanest. There were some food splatters on the bath door. There is a hot tub connected to the pool. We asked they turn it on and they stated it wasn't a hot tub! Made no sense. It's a section of the pool with jets etc. So than what is it? Obviously, staff just didn't want to help us. They weren't that friendly and the amenities sucked!

It was close to restaurants and shopping outlets but the room needs work. Could hardly sleep due to noisy street and people walking by late at close proximity.

This was a last minute stay as other accommodations fell through and I was tight on funds. Was extremely surprised at the cleanliness of the place. Remodeled so was nice. Room comfy, bed was comfortable and everything was clean.

Pillows need to be bigger or have the ability to get 1 or 2 more to sleep, and need the ability to get another blanket if needed. Staff were great and friendly, room was nice. Its a really nice place and conviently located for what we were in town for. Will be coming back again.

Got to the hotel the guy at front desk had my key and paper work ready easy and convenient. The pool was nice and enjoyable. Loved that we had a lot of food options close to the hotel and as-well as super market great location .

Bedding was nice. Atmosphere had a weird smell thought to have been caused by the AC but livable. Loved the TV and multiple channels.

Clean property, front desk staff was nice and I was able to sleep really well due to a quiet enviroment. Plus the AC in my room was freezing which made my hibernation even better.

I checked out a day early due to my child getting sick so to go back home to see in network doctor.

I love coming here I come here about every other weekend and I've always experienced a great stay unfortunately this weekend there was a group of people who were at the pool all day with very loud music up until about 1:00 a.m. I do believe this was very disrespectful to the other visitors that we're staying at the hotel at this time but that being said I will be back in about 2 weeks

Place was clean. Staff friendly. Room was excellent. Zero noise could be heard inside the room. The cons. People wandering around in the parking lot. One lady smoking majrijuana in her car when we arrived at 1030pm. People sitting in the stared smoking and watching our every move. Extremely concerning when traveling with kids. It felt unsafe. Wife said on the second night someone was yelling outside near our windows “help me.” I didn’t hear it. One lady intentionally threw a cigarette at my kids foot. I’m pretty she was an escort or prostitute. Wife and kids went to the pool and said same people kept driving around the parking lot and slowed down when near her. All these things are outside the control of the facility but negatively impacted the stay. Thankfully we only need to sleep there and didn’t hangout. Nice that Sonic is basically in the parking lot and 2 gas stations and McDonald nearby. 2.5-3/5 stars.

They informed me that check-out time was 11:00 a.m. However, a staff member knocked on my door at 9:00 a.m. while I was in the bathroom. I didn’t hear the knock, and they proceeded to open the door without my permission. This was extremely impolite and unacceptable. I will not be returning to this place again.

Picture showed a jetted tub but there was none on site. Tried calling customer service regarding deceptive pictures and supervisor was not helpful or empathetic at all.

Needs major updates. Inside door handle on room came off. The paint in the room was cracked and need to be redone. The "breakfast" was very limited. Consisted of bread/toast and cereal. Would have like to see just a bit more.

We kept having issues with the toilet not flushing and a/c took too long to cool, however we still had a great time.

We pulled our blankets back on both of our queen beds and both of them were covered in black hair. The shower had black hair in it the sink had black hair. The floors were not cleaned We found a pill on the floor. and yes, I said pictures of all of this and still the front desk did not offer me anything I had to ask for clean sheet for the beds. they told me to call to speak to the manager the next day and he was never there, so I never got to speak to him. I will never booked there again.

This was our second stay here. We choose this one because of its close proximity to the family we come to visit. However, we expected to be able to get a roller crib upon request as stated in the hotel description. I was informed that this hotel only has 2 and they were in use. Two is not enough. Please offer a chance to reserve one if necessary. Then have more on hand. I would gladly have paid an extra small fee to have the crib. It was hard to sleep as we had our 9 mo old grandchild with us. If I had known roller crib option was not available when u reserved this room, I would have chosen a different hotel. Otherwise, it was fine.

Although we booked non smoking room (which is newer building) we were told they were full so we were put in (they said) non smoking room in original building. As soon as we opened the door, the marijuana smell hit!!! We were traveling with 2 young children this time so I went back & told him I was refusing my stay in that room PERIOD! Once I raised my voice about marijuana smell in front of others, he suddenly had a room available in new building…We travel to Dallas several times each year & have been staying here about 4yrs now but never again. We’ve noticed this smell in smoking rooms we usually stay for past year or so & have just dealt with it since we didn’t spend much time in room anyway & kept febreeze with us. Traveling with children this time it was unacceptable & lying @ check in about availability was last straw with this place. Never again! To top it all off, guy @ desk barely spoke English so it made whole situation even harder! Add to that they’ll knock on your door @ 8am for housekeeping even when you ask in advance they don’t do that! There’s too many hotels in that same area to deal with this one!

The fire extinguisher in the ceiling were rusted and extremely dirty. The refrigerator didn’t work and when we contacted the front desk they hit the breaker in order to try and turn it on which didn’t work. Blow dryer and coffee pot were in operable. They cover had burn holes on them and the sheets had hair all over it . Overall experience not so great. I review hotels often as a content creator and I was extremely disappointed with this stay. They really should consider a renovation.

Everything down to the bath towels is old and warn out.

There was blood spatter on the wall and door. AC unit was full of mold. Curtains in the restroom had so many stains on them. We had called to see if we could do early check in called about 5 times and no answer. Charges of early check in were beyond way too much.

The internet sucks

The fact that I couldnt transfer a reservation to a different day or get a refund when I accidentally made the reservation for the wrong day is insane. I understand not giving me a refund, but transfer of date is not unreasonable.

I had stayed at another super 8 in aelington and it was horrinle so i was apprehensive about at this one. It was clean, nice, staff was frie dly and i felt safe. Definitely would go back.

This was not a true Super 8 motel...it was someone who rents or bought the name. Said they had roll away beds which they did not. The breakfast was very small muffins, cereal and oatmeal. Oh and bread....no coffee..

I paid for 2 nights and only stayed one of them. While I expected for the room to smell of cigarettes because I asked for a smoking room I could tell that whoever “cleaned” the room, did not clean it well. There were several pieces of hair/wig/weave on and near the bed. I came there alone and researched before booking and it is decent looking pictures and decent reviews. The bedding had burn holes all in it. The worst part about it all is a LOVELY note left behind by someone in the room on the back of a laminated tv guide I included the picture of it on the attachment. It is sick to leave something like that in a room and I don’t see how it was possible if it was being cleaned that whoever found that would be ok with leaving it there. I was alone and scared because of this note I found and was even willing to leave as soon as I got off the next day and did not stay the next I had paid for. This place is complete trash! Do NOT waste your money.

Room could have been cleaner. Definitely an older property. Staff were nice and helpful. Getting into the property is a little interesting, it’s set back from the main road behind a few other businesses. Car place next door is fairly loud. Not a bad stay for what we needed, but not necessarily somewhere we would want to stay again.

I checked into my room and found the room to be less than satisfactory. Overall, the general presentation of the room was met the bare minimum standards, but there were multiple areas that were just unacceptable. There were stains on most of the walls and there were brown/yellow droplets and stains on the overhead archway in the middle of the room. There were stains and dried liquids on the floor near the bed. Two of the bathroom towels had stains. One of them looked like a faint brown smear, though there was no odor. And one larger towel had some kind of blue/grey stain blotched all over it. On one of the walls was a dead bug that had been crushed against the wall and not cleaned off. Some of the drawers had random items, like food crums, a bunch or crumbled plastic bags, and what looked like some kind of tiny beads. The brown blanket under the top comforter had a very musty odor to it. It didn't smell clean. And neither did the top comforter. There was a lamp on the desk in the room that had the lamp wire wrapped all around the stem of them lamp which looked a bit unsightly. The phone in the room was missing several buttons, which I admit probably wasn't a big deal since I wasn't planning on using the phone. We all have cell phones, but even still. I took a shower and noticed a few medium roaches ran out of the shower drain and then crawled into some cracks in the bathroom. I ended up not even staying in the room and lodged with a friend. Lost my money. Not a good room.

of all. I was expecting room to be cleaned and told that cleaning crew only worked on Mondays and Fridays. No towels in room and the phone in the room did not wk. no extra tp either. First time staying there and was very disappointed. For what I charged I think I didn’t get the what I get at other places I’ve stayed. Very disappointing.

The rooms aren’t bad but we had a ground floor room and the door guard at the bottom of the door was worn and had a big gap. So this allowed bugs to get in the room. We killed 6 crickets and two spiders in one night.

Only complaint is the carpet was needing some cleaning, but nice quiet safe place, comfortable bed, good staff.

Overall it was a good experience. The only thing that was not acceptable you could not close bathroom door,it drug on the floor, poor fitting. Other than that it was acceptable.

The first day we checked in had to clean the toilet. Was too tired to say anything. We stayed a total of 5 days. Then we had a huge distubance that ended in cops coming after 3 hours of being afraid to come out of my room. Spent the next day sleeping bc of this disturbance. Then there was cockroaches, and other bugs. I asked for corporate and they acted like they didnt have the number. Refused to tefund anything.

The stay was okay but not a safe place at night! I would walk my dog late at night and the early morning 2 am and I would see drug activity, people partying outside of room, alcohol involved fighting!! Other than that, it’s okay to sleep and go!!

It's a great location not that far from the Arlington entertainment district.

We had a late check in, I liked that someone was available to help us. It was an overnight stay, so it served it's purpose.
