All around a nice place to stay.

Good Hotel ,clean & tidy at aa great price.

The whole place smells like mildew. Carpets look and smell like they've never been vacuumed once. Beds sink in. Sheets feel clean enough. Pillows are okay. A/C and fridge worked okay enough. Staff was nice.

The breakfast was average, and the hot food options were fairly limited. When we checked in, the lobby coffee was not very hot, and the hot water for tea had already run out. Other than these inconveniences, our stay was generally fine.

The location is close to I-5 but quiet. Friendly and helpful staff and a pretty good breakfast. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything. I enjoyed my stay.

The location of this hotel and the amenities offered was spot on.... But the most important piece was they allow pets and our doggo felt welcome too. 😀

The properties old and rundown, but the staff were wonderful and tried to make everything good. There is no elevator and we had to haul our luggage and golf clubs up the stairs. The property has no view of the river, only views of the parking lot and empty lot.

We stayed at this motel a few years ago and everything was very clean. This time, not so much. The carpet in the hallways and stairs need to be cleaned desperately!

The staff was amazing, the room was beautiful and the breakfast was expansive and quite good.

Make sure you carry some form of identification with a picture of the person who booked and paid. We are 3 hours from home booked and paid for and had receipt and was given a lot of pushback from the guy checking us in The credit card I paid for the room with the guy wouldn’t accept for incidentals but my boyfriend offered to give his card for that and the guy took it Big time hassle The cleaning lady and breakfast staff were amazingly friendly

While this property is across the street from the river, that's all this property has going for it. This place is outdated and desperately needs an upgrade. The first room they gave me was run down and filthy, dust was fully falling from the bathroom vent. The second room they gave me was just okay. I heard another woman say she had a beautiful room but they didn't give me one of them. The staff looked down on me and hated that I had booked through Expedia. I personally wouldn't chose this place again. Better to stay right in downtown Grants Pass.

The breakfast was okay.The gravy was like water, so we didn't even eat it.That the waffles are decent and the eggs in the bacon were decent.Although they were slightly cool, the toilet paper sucks.And the tissue sucks like you get better toilet paper at a gas station.Other than that, it was okay.The breakfast was lacking

I made an error on my booking and never stayed at the property. I contacted them almost immediately to cancel with no response. They refused to refund.

That’s incredible because you’d be surprised what housekeeping tries to get away with in other hotels. Another impressive note, I had a concern and I asked to speak with the manager, she took a moment to listen to my concern and to address the situation.

Yes, breakfast and parking was fine. Staff service was fine. The room condition was fine. I suggest new carpets in the stairs and hallway.

Nice people. Breakfast was not good at all. Keys were not working. Needed to reprogram all the time. No house keeping every day, just for trash, for example. Room was ok and had jagging dust all around.

The bed and the pillows were the most uncomfortable thing ever. Definitely would recommend updating this

How do you get away with people using the stairs and not having an elevator. I had a difficult time with the stairs and I have operations on my knee and ankle. Pool was not heated that well.

location and did not hear the freeway noise, breakfast had a variety of foods, drinks and juices. Someone waas always available at the main desk. Facilities was very quite and need not hear other room noises. the shower faucet was in poor shape. outside of windows needs cleaned, carpet needed cleaning (besides being vacuumed), toilet was far too low. Elevator was out-of-order, however I did appreciate that the staff offered to assist with the luggage.

Unfortunately I didn't stay here because of a flight delay. I have stayed here a few times before and had no problems. Nothing negative to say.

Location and hot tub were nice. Young man in evening was very nice and helpful. Served biscuits and gravy two mornings in a row. Would’ve been nice to change it up for those staying longer than 1 night. Carpets need to be cleaned. Carpet in room didn’t appear to be vacuumed. Older man in morning didn’t even ask about my stay. Just printed my receipt and that was it.

The location was great. The Suite had hard,flooring thru out, and the furniture and furnishings were used and tired. The room felt a bit sterile and not cozy which we hoped for.

Options. It was just biscuit and gravy, cold cereal. Some eggs or sausage or bacon would have been nice. Even some yogurt.

In the last two years, the hotel’s, breakfast and general appeal has gradually decreased. The pool and hot tub maintenance seems to be deteriorating along with some of the rooms. The hot tub was barely lukewarm on my stay and the free breakfast continues to decline. BG’s diner across the river is a better value in every respect.

Also, the breakfast was abysmal. Round “scrambled “ egg disks, limp bacon, cheap bread. I guess the fresh waffles were ok. Coffee was horrible. And the 1/2 hour we were in there, no one came in to clean the tables or replenish the food. YUCK!

This place had good online reviews, however, it is not good. Seriously outdated, halls have a dirty sock smell. The motel is grossly over due for some updates and maintenance.

The room and other areas (gym, breakfast room, lobby, pool) all felt very clean and well cared for. The breakfast was nicer than expected since there was actual hot meal items included like eggs and potatoes. Will stay again!

Breakfast was a little disappointing. They were out of reg batter for waffles. Only had strawberry. Out of both regular & Sugar free syrup. Only had blueberry & apple pie filling for the topping. Out of strawberry. No attendant...had to go find someone. Rooms were comfy. Towels were nice & soft. Biggest disappointment was ther was no view of the river. Not even from outside.

La Guacamaya Mexican for dinner was great and walking distance

It is an old hotel, room layout was inconvenient, check-in staff was unprofessional, the small lobby smelled like pot.

Oud hotel dat zie je o.a. aan het tapijt en geen lift. Douche goed maar wastafel in kamer. Ontbijt compleet en goed (zelfs kaas).

What I didn’t like was the carpet was very dirty and stained. I think they need to do an update.

Cozy rooms and clean

Everything was about average. Nothing really stood out but nothing disappointed. The room had a slight musty smell but was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

They were very helpful with my luggage carrying it up when I arrived and down when I left. It would be nice if they had an elevator. I did ask them to dump my trash I believe on day 3 but they ended up cleaning the room I believe on day 4. There may have been a mixup in the computer since I was locked out two times. Overall I was very satisfied and will stay there again if I should return to Rogue River.

The hotel needs a refresh but staff were always responsive. Close to a park, across the street, close to good restaurants.

Easy overnight stop.

We had 3 rooms for the night traveling with children and grandparents. All rooms were dirty. 2 out of 3 had ants all over. We were upgraded on one room but unfortunately it smelled of pee or musty. The breakfast was surprisingly good compared to the rest of the experience. The staff were all nice and friendly. I couldn’t wait to leave though.

Comfortable and quiet, the pillows were very small for hotel pillows though but still comfortable.

This place also has a pretty good/big breakfast selection with the coffee/tea/cocoa station remaining available in the lobby outside of the breakfast hours. The staff are always pleasant and they stay on top of things, such as restocking pool towels and the food in the breakfast trays. The location is far enough away from the freeway that I did not hear road noise, it's not exactly the most scenic location but it is close to the river park, bike trails, and walking distance to Catch Thai in downtown. The pool and hot tub are on the small side and very well maintained. I saw maintenance checking the chemicals in the mornings.

The staff at BW RR were very nice. They made changes to our reservations to help us. When seen in the halls were really friendly.

No towel replacement or any kind of services for 3 days but good breakfast and nice room in general. Beds are comfortable. Walls are thin.

Had an absolutely amazing stay. Within walking distance of the event we were attending. The area is breathtaking! Breakfast was a plus!! Staff were so helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!! I will come back!!

the stay was great except there were several young boys in the pool area and they were not guests of the hotel they were from Rogue River, they were jumping off the 2nd story balcony railing, using very foul language and when they were told dont due it they did it one more time and then left but came back less than an hour later. I was traveling by myself, and this made my time by the pool less than enjoyable. Why wasnt staff checking apparently these boys do this quite often as they knew their way around the pool and hot tub very well and even remarked they were going to go in and use the workout room. When I walked to town later I encountered these same boys in town and they were smart mouthed to me as they figured I turned them in..

We had the greatest time at this hotel! The staff were the absolute best at tending to every detail and every need with speed, care and a happy and smiling face. The breakfast everyday was such a lovely spread of yumminess with biscuits and gravy to home fries and sausage or bacon. The staff really work overtime in making sure it’s as clean as possible. Didn’t get the two names of the ones who helped the most but it was the last with glasses and dark hair and the man with the bun that worked the front desk and kitchen area that made our trip so enjoyable! The deserve a raise! The only thing o wish we had known was that there was no elevator. We were second floor middle of the hall and so going from the car and loading or unloading to just breakfast, laundry or the pool really made us tired—for healthy people without false hips, it wouldn’t be a big deal, and next time, we know to request first floor as to avoid this.

Best Western hotels are always perfectly fine places, but David's thoghtfullness pushed this location to excellent.

The stay was good. Breakfast was decent. The only complaint was that we stayed for two nights and turn down service was not provided. Might’ve been due to a staffing issue.

The stay was fine. I thought the bathroom lighting was 'different'. Very, very dim unless you turned on the exhaust which turned on the light above the tub. The gentleman who checked me in was nice and friendly, and recommended the great Mexican restaurant next door. My only complaint: I resent being called 'dear'. I know he thinks he's being pleasant, but I find dear, sweetheart, and young lady insulting. You might suggest he break the habit of calling women, especially older women, dear. Oh, and one soft pillow instead of all hard and overstuffed would be nice.

There wasn’t any housekeeping so we ran out of soap , shampoo and towels. No elevator. Parking lot too narrow for some vehicles to get through.

Of the three Best Western hotels where we stayed this week, this was my least favorite. Breakfast wasn’t well administered. Lack of variety in foods offered. The gym equipment was old and poorly maintained. The room was clean and bed comfortable. But overall facility could use an upgrade.

Liked that it was close to highway. Night front desk man was not very friendly but did get us towels for the hot tub which is open til 10 and clean. They do not have an elevator so have to haul bags up staircase with no assistance. Breakfast was descent. Had make your own waffles.

Low rating for the communication with this hotel . I had a concern with the reservation . I emailed the property where it stated it would take several business days for an answer . They never replied . As our stay neared I called the property numerous times with no answer . The 1- 800 number picked up promptly and took care of my concern . Once situated we called the front desk as our TV remote did not work and again the desk did not answer . I went down to the desk to get an extra blanket and was told to come back the next day . The young man at check in obviously did not like his job , never a smile or even eye contact . The day manager was however the exact opposite- friendly and very helpful .

Front desk staff at check in could use a little personality. Acted like we were a bother. On his phone and we had to stand there and wait. Even then wasn't friendly.

Desk clerk seemed to be inconvenienced that I needed to check in.

Room bathroom fan worked intermittently, the bathroom sink would drain very slowly due to clogging and the rug was filthy with over 100 food spots and burn spots. Worst carpet we have seen in a room in our life. This was all reported to the clerk on checkout. Not recommended.

This was the 4th or 5th time we've stayed at this location. We were very disappointed that it has become 'rundown'. It appears that there have been no improvements over the years. The spa jets were UNCONTROLLABLE!!! They were set to shoot straight up. It was almost unbearable to sit without being splashed in the 'face'. The jets should be replaced with 'directional' jets. After driving 6-7 hours, it would have been nice to be able to relax without worrying about drowning in the spa.

I booked online, and didn't arrive until early evening, check in was great! Room clean, comfortable and quiet. I traveled with a small pet and there was no problem with him being there. Will definitely stay again when my travels take me in that direction. Such polite helpful staff!

Well, I have to admit and I’m not want to complain about things but the reason I chose this hotel is because they have a pool and spa and upon my arrival for my stay at the hotel I was informed that the spa a.k.a. hot tub was out of service and that’s the whole reason why I chose this hotel I’m actually very disappointed. Had I known that this hot tub was out of service I would’ve booked a room with a hot tub or found another hotel with a hot tub. It would be nice if the company offered me a room with a hot tub in the future at a discount. I’ve stayed at this hotel before and everything was great. Service was great and that’s why I chose this property, but I’m very disappointed this time.

Went for a staycation in the jacuzzi suite. Was perfect very clean, comfy beds. Only downfall was eveything closes super early even on a Saturday.

Just fine, except for the fact that when I checked in, there was someone already in the room. Yikes. Other than that, no problem.

Arrived late, guy at reception was pleasant.

The laundry facilities was a plus. For the most part it was peaceful.
