Hilton Garden Inn Greensboro Airport

Asked for room to be cleaned, they never came. We were there 3 nights. Pillows and bed very uncomfortable. Loud people yelling and carrying on in the hallway late at night. Do not recommend.

Keurig coffee maker has nowhere to plug insince all of the electrical outlets had a shield behind the cover so nothing could be plugged in...

This was our second stay at Hilton Garden Inn Airport. The staff are very accommodating, very friendly and eager to make your stay as good as possible. The only downfall of our stay if you wanna call it, that was the fact that the staff in the grill and bar area were often understaffed for the time of the year that we stayed. We went there for the Highpoint market and there was a lot of extra people in the city. The hotel managers should know this and plan for it ahead of time, but the staff remain friendly and cordial through the entire thing.

The room was nice, updated and very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were complimentary cookies at the front desk :) The fitness center and indoor pool were a huge plus. The fitness center was one of the nicest hotel fitness rooms I’ve seen! Would stay here again!

The pool was dirty. We had to wait two hours to get in for maintenance and then the water was full of bugs and it was an indoor pool. Also the beds were made of concrete i swear. Worst night sleep ive ever had. Will not return.

They double charged me for the night, they also charged me $ 250 for smoking in the room which I didn't. so I had to argue with the manager on the phone for like 20 minutes cause she wasn't there, first they didn't believe me till I told them to prove that I smoked in the room cause I'm not leaving without my refunds which was $ 460. Worth experience ever

Staff was friendly but no house keeping came in the room to clean the room for the days I stayed there. Hallways and other areas of the hotel smelled like marijuana . People smoking weed in the hotel.had to spend most of my time in the room due to the smell outside of the room in the hallways. Had to go to front desk several times just to keep getting towels because house keeping never once came . Will never go back again

The EV charging station was a great convenience and one of the reasons we chose this location. After a long day at the tournament, it was nice to relax at the bar for a drink. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again when in Greensboro.

The strong chemical odors from paint and carpet adhesive, combined with construction dust, made the environment overwhelming and triggered significant asthma concerns. The front desk staff was again very understanding and promptly refunded our stay. Had we been aware of the extent of the construction, we would have avoided booking this hotel altogether. This was not an ideal experience, and unfortunately, we will not be returning.

It was better than some but you definitely couldn’t wait to go home. No frills, or luxury but it was clean and safe.

The room was very clean, the pool was great (great hours too, 7a-10p!) they had a complimentary hot cocoa bar that my kids loved! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a major identity fraud issue when we checked in and the staff did their best to make it as smooth an issue as possible for us. although we did get locked out of our room because of it they were able to get us back in fairly quickly

Love the Hilton Garden Inn. Service is amazing by a dedicated staff. Also, rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. They also offer a free shuttle to the nearby airport. Highly recommended.

Felt the room wasn’t so clean as we came in to having a razor on the tub and a drink in the fridge and the room smelled bad. We were given free breakfast after this complaint.

I always stay here when I visit my daughter at Highpoint University. Most convenient, clean and friendly staff.

I liked that this property is outside the city center but within easy access to all the major points of interest — 15-20 minute drive. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. Great stay.

A very good stay hotel was extremely clean the staff was excellent I was there going to a concert near by and one of the front desk receptionist helped me zip up my dress, I sincerely enjoyed my stay & to add the breakfast a morning staff were also excellent!!

Paid additional money for breakfast, $18 for 2 20oz drinks and snack. $200 room cost at about $80 room reality.

The hotel is very old and not updated. The carpets are filthy and stained.

The property was fine. My issue was i selected 2 rooms 1 king 1 with 2 queens. Ended up with 2 kings. Paid additional for pet deposir that expedia did not explain. Included breakfast but was double charged. The staff took the breakfast charge off the bill

The Hilton went over and beyond to make sure we had a great stay and Anniversary with them. They offered us dinner at the restaurant which was a very nice touch and the food was amazing. Eden at the front desk was great as well as Elisha at the restaurant. All staff we encountered were bee accommodating. Masons food at the restaurant was also great! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again when in Greensboro.

Quiet and safe.

The person working at the Front Desk was kind of the kindest. Their attitude was like-able, they were respectful, and proved helpful for when I needed assistance with anything. Cleanliness was well and overall I enjoyed my experience at this hotel! For others I would recommend this space, especially for my travelers out there.

Room was clean and nice just the lay out of the air conditioner didnt work for us. It blows directly on you while your sleeping and is quite noisy. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Excellent experience!! We arrived around 11pm and the hotel was surprisingly busy. The woman at the front desk handled the chaos with grace. Our room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a great size with a large shower. The gym was nice, too. Breakfast was standard and they kept running low since it was busy. Very happy with our stay!

Breakfast is not included. We were told at check-in that breakfast ended at 10am and assumed it was complimentary. However, the next morning, breakfast was being served in the lobby, I got a plate of eggs and a yogurt, my daughter, a bowl of cereal. We sat at an available table and were greeted by a hostess who confirmed, our breakfast was not included in our booking. Only then did we see written on a chalkboard in the corner, “Breakfast Buffet $14.95”. There was a table near us who misunderstood as well. Wish they had informed us of this at check-in. Hotel otherwise was very nice, comfortable and clean.

I had a very short overnight stay. The room was very spacious. 2 Tvs one in bedroom one in living room area. The bottle water in room was $3 each . I'm not sure about the coffee. I didn't see any indication so I just didn't touch it. I stayed in Room 624. The noise level was good until around 7am I heard a lot of doors slamming. The room/ unit was not properly cleaned specifically the bathroom had personal items left behind by the previous guest. (Yuck!) I didn't recognize it until the next morning when I pulled a hand towel from the bar over the vanity. The items were hidden by the towels . I had only one roll of tissue in my room. The lobby "hallway, and elevator were immaculate. There was no one present when I checked in I had to stand for a while once I checked in No one took the time to point out any of the amenities to me as far as breakfast restaurant , bar or pool etc. It appears to be a decent place. I was surprised to see breakfast being served as I was checking out. I'm sure there were other perks that I wasn't made aware of. .

The AC in our room broke, so they tried to blow us off and came up with a few stories that it was too expensive to fix, the maintenance guy left for the day, the maintenance guy is on vacation, etc. After we showed a backbone, they moved us to an out of service room that had mold in the closet ceiling. The internet went out for the entire hotel. The pool was closed for maintenance during our entire stay. Won’t ever go back.

Everyone was wonderful, friendly and helpful. We will stay again as this hotel was convenient to the airport and to the University my son is attending. Shuttle services were quick and easy to use too!

I would like to share that a ramp is needed in the back of the Hotel where your guests park their vehicles and come in by the rear elevators, because it is difficult to get up on the sidewalk using the luggage cart in order to bring in their luggage with ease and safety.

Had an unexpected death in the family a couple days before my arrival to visit Highpoint University. I immediately Contacted Expedia who contacted the hotel to get permission to move my arrival to the following week. Hotel denied the request. Poor customer service with absolutely zero sympathy.

The front desk employees were so friendly. Our room was clean. We felt as if we were the only ones there because we didnt hear any noise. We slept great on a comfy mattress. We were far enough away from the road that we didnt hear any traffic noise.

The reviews posted are accurate. The hotel was very clean, well kept, and quiet. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and I am picky about jar as I have a bad back. I only stayed one night and had to move on to a nearby resort whose rooms and twice the price and it is no nicer or cleaner than this Hilton. I would stay again, no question.

We always stay here when visiting our daughter at High Point. It’s always clean and convenient. Staff is friendly.

The customer service received was amazing however when checking out at 5am there was no one working at all. It would also be nice if their shuttle would run on weekends to accommodate their weekend guests. Also breakfast should be complementary.

Staff were very responsive. There were several soccer teams staying last night when we stayed. The kids were quite loud, rowdy and seemed to lack good parental or coach support. We were having a drink and dinner in the bar area and it was almost impossible to carry on a conversation. Staff did attempt to talk with parents and coaches however hadn’t been resolved by the time we finished dinner.
