It was great location and the front desk lady was very nice and the beds were very comfortable. Our toilet felt like it was falling out of the wall! The room stunk really bad

He does not even attempt to communicate or elaborate on his ideology. I have no issue following hotel policy but he doesn't actually seem to know the answers or have resolves.

The price was fair and the location was good There were 2 large roaches in our room when arrived at 1 am. We were exhausted and it was too late to leave. The “ breakfast” consisted of very weak and gray looking coffee which we dumped. Sound quality from the rooms was disturbing, noises, people talking, yelling and people outside the hotel were loud and obnoxious.

I liked having a place to lay my head for the night Asher my origins hotel overbooked. I did not like the facilities, the lackluster breakfast, the bathroom conditions for the price is paid.

Do not stay here!!!! I repeat do not stay here. Power went out twice in the same day. My wife and I went out and bought cleaning supplies because the toilet was dirty. We didn’t even go to breakfast because of how dirty our room was. Bed was comfortable and the staff was ok.

Room was clean but noisy. Breakfast was toast and stale miniature muffins. Coffee was instant from a machine. Lots of foot traffic in the parking lot after dark. Do not recommend.

Room was fairly clean. Definitely in need of an update. Had a micro & fridge but no coffee maker. Breakfast was toast or muffin & coffee - very limited. Lots of interesting characters around. It was convenient to our destination.

I was thinking it was going to be breakfast for my kids and no we had to go out and buy breakfast. And my bathroom wasn’t clean good enough I had to wash down the toilet and tub myself. And the beds cover had holes everywhere in them, and the AC wouldn’t work right.

My initial room smelled off marijuana when I was moved twice there was bugs in the rooms. I wish I could figure out how to upload the pictures

My wife and I never even checked into the hotel. Upon arriving the parking lot had several suspicious men hanging around in the parking lot. After watching a drug deal right in broad daylight in the parking lot, these suspicious men eyeing our vehicle and my wife and the sight of drug needles (open) and caps on the ground, we never even got out of our vehicle. We were attending the Whiskey Myers concert at White Oak Ampitheatre but I did not feel that me, my wife or our property would be safe staying here, especially since we would be returning in the late evening and seeing the above mentioned issues in broad daylight, I was not willing to take any chances with our safety. We could not cancel since it was the day of check in. We had to go two exits down and spend $405 at another hotel just to feel safe on top of losing the money spent booking at this hotel. Having to find another hotel, book and get checked in caused stress itself and this made us run late getting checked into our new hotel and did not leave much time to get ready for the concert we were attending that evening. Corporate needs to come walk this property. You could not pay me to stay here.

Room was clean, locations was perfect. Our problem was the noise from the room above us. We heard every step. Our first night was torture. They were running around the room til almost 5 a.m. Aside from that it was a great location to stay.

Not really anything to recommend this motel except that they had rooms available.

I was mortified. I had to change to a different room because the bathroom was full of mold and the lampshade was full full of dirt and dust. The next room that they switched me to I had to put a towel down in the bathtub to take a bath because there was also mold on the bottom of that tub. There was bugs, crawling all around the refrigerator and inside of it.

No towels in the room wash cloths dirty. Overall needed cleaning no attention to detail at all! Hot water took forever to even get to lukewarm water!

No chair to sit at desk to work no papers or to eat. Bed to high to set on and put your feet on the floor. edge of bet to soft to sit on. No clean towels in bath room. No made service in 3 days.

Check in was easy. Room was clean. Bed was functional. Passageway was dirty and unswept for 3 days. Outside was dirty with trash and old clothes in a ditch. I will not stay there again.

Check in was quick and my host was friendly. I like the interior room entrances. You dont see that anymore.

King bed was comfortable. For the size of the room, it could have used an extra comfortable chair. There was only a hard back desk chair. Just a few improvements would make my review better.

Bed bugs!!! So nasty, won’t even change the bed’s sheets nor clean the floor when asked or request for.

But the only thing that I didn’t like was the cleaning service, I had to notify the front desk to get my room cleaned and they only handed me the towels. But other than that was ok.

Literally 3 minutes from the concert I came to see. Lots of food places around it, and the mall is right there too. Good price for the location. No bugs, clean room, comfy bed. Light breakfast.

Upon entering this establishment I immediately thought roaches and bed bugs but that was not the case for me. It seems like a poor remodel was done, carpet was filthy disgusting coming down the main hall and trash was on the floor. The cleanliness of my room I’d give a cool 7/10, I went to DG grabbed bleach spray and wipes to wipes down everything. My bed spread has cigarette burns in it and my room was non smoking.

This Super 8 was clean. I stayed for a week and my room was clean and I could tell it was recently renovated. What made the hotel itself feel sketchy were the people that hang around there at night. But overall it was a decent stay.

I booked and paid for 3 people, all with the same last name. When my son tried to enter late at night they would not let him in. They ask his last name, which is the same as the name I used on the credit card. They told him no one was there by that name.He had an active key in his hand but they would not let him in! He spent the night outside in 40 degree weather.

Stayed in Non-smoking, but it reeked of cigarettes badly! There was 1 table, 4 chairs in the entrance where breakfast was supposed to be (in the entrance which wasn't a lobby either), the bathroom floor had hair, got 1 key card, and there was 1 way in smh...that was scary!!!

Tv remote hardly worked all the writing was worn off. No wake up call service. A toast and a muffin is not breakfast. It was non existant. No waffles or cereal or protein. We starved.

Both rooms we were shown were supposed to be non smoking. The pillows were lumpy But the smoke comes through the vent from the upper floor. People actually live there. The bathroom was rusty and wasn’t properly cleaned

The whole hotel smelled of cigarette and marijuana smoke. The carpet was filthy throughout the hallway and room. We chose a non-smoking room and it reeked of smoke, it was literally sickening. The bathroom as also filthy and outdated, walls were poorly patched. When the air was turned on the roomed smelled of more smoke. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, SAVINGS ARE NOT WORTH YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY.

My stay at Super 8 last night was excellent! The hotel’s location was safe and the room was nice. Single rooms are small, but perfect for my travel needs. Having such a clean, comfortable space made it welcoming for me to rest. I will definitely stay there again!

I use to live in Greensboro so I'm familiar about the area and I've stayed there before the staff was friendly it was the renovation that was needed flies were getting into the room through cracks in the window seal the bed I slept in was busted as if the springs on the mattress was broken good thing I didn't spend majority of my time in the room

Rundown and dirty inside and out. Shower/tub was stained and hallways smelled musty.

new employees, new housekeepers, new reception, new rooms, new furniture...everything has changed in this hotel. clean and comfortable rooms for the price. I banned this hotel 2 years ago, I saw the new reviews and photos on Expedia and I came back for one night, I stayed 2 nights.

I was there to stay for my child's game at GAC, the pace is really nice to close at GAC. But there was a constant loud noise and music playing at the parking lot with spanish song. My child was terrified on first night due to such noise and there were several long term stay people looking like a recent influx of refugee or illegal.

Where the smokers smoke, is too close to the entrance. To walk in and smell it was noticeable and atrocious. Smell was noticeable at our room door.

Been here a few times, personally I like the location in High Point better but this location is closer to where I was visiting so it’s more convenient. The only issue is the volume of other guests (which is uncontrollable) and some stains in the room and burn holes on the cover.

The person on duty that night would not let my son stay. Even though he had already stayed there multiple nights the week before.

The place had a fowl smell. I ended up buy Fabreeze. The furniture was stained badly. It was as dirty. The so called breakfast was toast and or mini muffins. That’s it.
