Clean room, lots of parking, a Waffle House and Italian restaurant within walking distance and a mini mart across the street for inexpensive fuel, sodas and snacks. Easy on / off the freeway, 2nd stay here, we’ll be back!

Was perfect for a 4 day stay!

Room was clean. Kitchen was not stocked, but dishes, etc were offered upon check-in. A roll of paper towels would have been useful. A coffee pot in the room would have also been nice.

The staff were not as helpful or welcoming especially for this being my first time at an Extended Stay. I also wish I'd known that a photo of my ID would be taken & had the opportunity to not consent especially w/ID theft being a real thing. The man front desk did not even ask if it was my first time w/its hotel/their franchise to then say something like, "I'll need to take a photo of your ID." Instead, I just caught him snapping a photo of it w/no reassurance that it will be deleted or rekoved from their database & asked. When I tell you, this is still an uneasy feeling to know that my government-issued ID is floating around on a stranger's phone. He didn't even welcome me w/the greeting I get at other hotels like, "Here's your room key, breakfast is from X to Y time, the wifi details is on the room key jacket (holder)." Instead, I got a "your room is down the hall passed 'X'." I wanted to change floors & so I waited in line & asked another male desk agent later on if I could have my room changed to a different floor, & w/o even checking the database, at least, to pretend to check, he said "We are full. It's March Madness," & then proceeded to check in a party of 3 behind me. Granted it was 3 people, meaning our room setup would be different; it is the fact that they hadn't checked in meaning, he would've had check the database to see if their room available that gives me pause. Also, the amenities in the restroom were lacking—a sample size shampoo was used a hand soap.

Great stay.

Everything was good - breakfast could more robust instead of protein bars, yogart, muffins and boiled eyes however the coffee was excellent. Staff was friendly, engaging, caring and efficient.
- 5/5
Everything is good and the room it self was great the bed was so soft I'm almost didn't check out I will be booking again
- 2/5
No. It was grab n go. Just pre-packaged, snack-like items
- 5/5
Clean 2 queen suite room with kitchenette. Friendly staff. Free parking. Breakfast could be better. Coffee & tea, no juice. Instant grits & oatmeal. Little muffins & yogurt. Dishes & cooking utensils available by request only. Not in the room. Close to restaurants, shopping and Regal Cinemas.

I have stayed here three times. Unfortunately, on my last stay they had bleached the room, leaving an overwhelming smell of chlorine. Chlorine is a toxic compound, okay in small amounts, periodically used when needed, but not okay as a regular cleaning agent. For me, it was hard to be comfortable, my eyes burned, and my sleep suffered significantly. I would hope management makes a change.

Clean room and comfortable bed
- 5/5
The staff are extremely courteous Thank you Lala for a great checkin experience!
- 4/5
Love extended stay
- 5/5
Clean, convenient, full-size fridge and microwave, and so grateful they do not over-spray deodorizers in the room.

This hotel is horrible. The rooms
- 5/5
Very nice staff. Customizable kitchenette. Breakfast is a grab and go situation but still good.
- 5/5
Moe was amazing at check in.
- 5/5
For a modestly priced hotel, this one was exceptional and significantly better compared to other Extended Stay experiences.
- 5/5
Always quick, inexpensive and easy. Love this location.
- 5/5
Everything was great i will return too this location! Nice and clean friendly staff!
- 3/5
The power kept knocking off when using hair dryer. I was supposed to have a queen bed but ended up with a full.
- 5/5
Very nice stay. Front desk (Lala) was so nice and helpful. I was expecting increase noise because it was July 4th weekend, but nope. Very quiet. We were able to see fireworks in the distance from our window. Close to everything. Will definitely stay again.

Very friendly staff very quiet very clean and safe area would stay again if I go back to Greenville with a reasonable price
- 5/5
Very clean, quiet and safe. Lots of parking. Great location with so many restaurants nearby.
- 4/5
The water pressure at the bathroom sink was very low but the shower and kitchen sink were fine.
- 4/5
Staff waa pleasant. Place was clean and centrally located
- 4/5
The bed was comfortable but the bedding was pretty crappy as were the pillows. I was visiting a friend so she gave me a better pillow and blanket to use while there. Breakfast was a joke, even for a grab and go. Honestly, plan on eating out unless all you want is hard boiled eggs and muffins.
- 5/5
There was a group of people talking outside our window all night, they were so loud.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly - greeted you every time you entered or exited the building. Room clean and quiet; location perfect
- 5/5
The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom with the walk in shower was perfect. The mattress was very comfortable. La La was a big help at the front desk. She made sure our rooms were close as I requested. She even remembered we were there for a wedding and made sure we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Will stay there again next time we go.
- 3/5
Staff very friendly, grab and go breakfast subpar, room was large but dusty.
- 5/5
Lala was amazing with great customer service
- 4/5
There was nothing to use in the room.Everything had to be asked for and had to wait for someone to show up at the desk.
- 5/5
Clean environment, pet friendly, comfortable beds. Unfortunately they do not offer king beds.
- 5/5
Everything suitable for a longer stay. Very clean.
- 5/5
I have stayed here many times for work. Always clean, convenient to Woodruff Road shops and restaurants, and the staff is wonderful.
- 5/5
This was a great property to stay for the weekend! The staff were super friendly and accommodating. It was nice to have a small kitchen to cook some meals. The hotel even provides kitchen essentials if you need them.
- 4/5
Our room was on the highway side so it was a kind of noisy. The carpet could use cleaning. Staff was very friendly
- 5/5

I really just loved the comfort of this hotel.
- 5/5
My wife and i needed a getaway for two nights and chose to come here. The hotel was very clean, had friendly service and a good on the breakfast. Would stay here again and again
- 4/5
The room was mostly clean and the mattresses are always good at extended stay America, along with the price point, which is what leads us to stay here. We didn’t use much of the kitchen area but we appreciate having a full size fridge and freezer. Breakfast is the bare minimum but the coffee is better than a lot of hotel coffee
- 5/5
Spacious room with full kitchen and extremely clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. 2nd time staying and will always book here for now on.
- 5/5
Good experience, no problems with room or service.
- 5/5
Our 1st stay with this chain. Impressed....Very clean. Comfy beds, quiet area, spacious room & bathroom. Plenty of parking. Full kitchen.Very friendly staff & accommodating. Only thing I would've preferred would be breakfast with hot items, not Grab N Go bag.
- 5/5
Everything was clean and in order.
- 5/5
Great hotel, i would definitely stay rhere again
- 4/5
Hotel room was nice/ clean. However I wish they had black out curtains, there was a street light outside my door and the curtains still let light in. Not many channels on the tv and no pool/hot tub. Had a grab and go breakfast. But it was a perfectly fine hotel for the night.
- 5/5
Great location, friendly staff, easy parking. Very clean and spacious rooms!
- 2/5
The only thing I had a problem with was there were people above me that would not stop stomping and dropping what seemed like heavy loud objects. Eventually someone knocked on their door like if it was the police but the stomping and dropping of things started up again just and hour later. So I got no sleep
- 1/5
When we went to check into the hotel it was full with no rooms available. No one bothered to inform me of this even after I paid for the room upfront. It left us scrambling to find a new room and came close to ruining what should have been a well planned out and enjoyable weekend. Hotel.com and Extended Stay America laid an egg on this one
- 5/5
A very nice surprise. I enjoyed the room.
- 5/5

It was convenient to a variety of restaurants, quiet, spacious rooms, walkin shower
- 5/5
Awesome!!! I always stay here when I’m in the area.
- 4/5
This hotel was on the top end for the Extended Stay America band. Restful, quiet and good service.
- 4/5
Comfortable and clean, friendly staff. Not really walkable for restaurants but a nice convenience store across town the street for snacks.
- 3/5
Right next to highway. Carpet is dated.
- 4/5
They need towel racks in the bathroom.
- 4/5
Breakfast 'pick up and go' is only the point I don't like. Get back breakfast to my room was not easy and worry to not drop foods and coffee.
- 3/5
It is a basic hotel. The breakfast really isn’t much. A few breakfast bars and there was 1 muffin. Weak coffee. The road was spacious and decent.
- 4/5
The front desk hours is very limited and they shut the lights off so it’s not welcoming. I didn’t get in until after midnight 1:30 AM and had no idea how to get in entrance is not lit up so it’s very scary coming in at night night, clerk knew I was coming, and wouldn’t even answer the phone or the door until I stood out there for several minutes calling knocking yet to get a unconcerned short welcome upon arriving
- 4/5
Looks new, clean but it does not have breakfast, just grab and go.

The hotel room was very clean and spacious. Large brand new bathroom with lovely glass sliding doors for the shower. My only wish was that the color scheme for the hotel and rooms would be more vibrant. Rather bland. I think a touch of color would really give the hotel a much happier persona. Other than that, it was a quick, quiet and nice overnight stay. Would def stay here again
- 5/5
It was a very nice room. My daughter and I each had a queen bed. We used the shower and then crawled into very comfortable beds. The lady checking us in and out was so friendly. I hope to stay there again. I highly recommend this motel.

Our stay was okay, but the room’s cleanliness left something to be desired. The sheets on one of the beds had blood stains. There was also blood and other bodily fluids on the couch and sprayed on the picture behind it. The toilet lid and shower doors were not clean as well as all of the common touch spots like door handles and light switches.

Hotel was incredibly clean and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Yhey were very accomodating. They were very friendly and let me know if i needed anything to let them know
- 5/5
Location was convenient, near the highway. Note that the dishes, utensils, etc are not left in the room so if you plan to use the kitchen you need to request these things at the desk. Desk staff were pleasant and efficient.
- 4/5
For the price, this was good value. Clean, less than 10 minutes to downtown Greenville. All in all a good stay.
- 5/5
I always stay here when im in Greenville. Love Woodruff rd.
- 5/5
Comfortable beds. Room was very clean.
- 5/5
Staffs were friendly. Room was very clean and tidy
- 5/5
The room was tidy and clean, staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was a small grab and go (coffee, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, muffins, breakfast bars) simple offering, but helpful for the car ride. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room seemed newly redone with a nice shower. I would book again, thank you very much for an enjoyable stay.
- 4/5
Staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend staying here.
- 5/5
Comfortably, Quite and clean environment .
- 5/5
Stayed with my sister and my two year old and had no complaints! Great price and was clean and decently updated. Grab and go breakfast was easy and what I was expecting (breakfast bars, muffins, yogurt etc). Had a great check in/out experience
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly. Raphael was awesome. The breakfast was grab and go but that was fine with me. It was clean.
- 4/5
I didn't like that i had to requested dishes and it not being available in my room
- 5/5
Very happy with our stay
- 5/5
Love the staff and property !

Cleaned once Trash not taken out
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
This hotel allows animals, so we were able to bring our cat and dog along for our trip which was wonderful. The pet fee was also surprisingly cheap! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The shower was amazing!! The things we didn’t like were the lack of ANY dishes/cups/utensils/coffee cup/maker in the room. This is an extended stay hotel, and we didn’t even have a fork to eat our takeout with. The front desk does have kitchen items to loan out but only during working hours. Also, two of the towels had lots of black hairs stuck in the fabric of the towel. Otherwise everything was very clean. We would stay here in the future if we needed to bring our pets to Greenville again.
- 3/5
Elevator broke
- 5/5
It’s very convenient. A lots restaurant and Walmart are crossed Street.
- 5/5
The attendance people were very nice and helpful. The only thing negative was the alarm clock made noise all night long (annoying) the kitchen floor could have been a little cleaner. But over all it was a nice large space and pet friendly for my fur baby! I give It a 8/10. It’s Worth the stay.
- 5/5
Not too far from a lot of places.
- 4/5
The check in person must have been having a bad day because she projected a feeling that we were bothering her when checking in.
- 5/5
Great location, very clean and spacious suite, welcoming staff. I did enjoy staying in this newer hotel.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites. The staff provided excellent service, the room was very cleaned, the hotel seems to be new, and was in a great location. It was reasonable priced. I felt like I was in a more expensive hotel. Thank you for the service and the quality of the hotel.
- 5/5
Excellent choice, clean, comfortable. Only negative is no recycling -- that bothers me. Other than that I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Needed somewhere to stay for a week, the room had a full size refrigerator, two top burner stove, and microwave. You can request a toaster, and coffee pot. So perfect for a family not trying to eat out on every breakfast lunch and dinner. Washer and dryer on premises was awesome as well.
- 4/5
This property is a great location to Greenville. Plenty of restaurants down the street to choose from for breakfast lunch and dinner. The room was clean. The bedding and room were in very good/excellent condition. The bed was a little soft for us, but that’s personal preference. The only reason I’m not rating this hotel higher was because both times that I had to go to the front desk I had to wait quite a while before someone asked me if I needed help and then waited to receive the assistance that I needed. There was no soap in our bathroom and one roll of toilet paper when we checked in so I had to go to the front desk for those items and was asked to wait quite a while before I received them. The person who checked us in was very nice. It was almost midnight, and I felt like I had to wait quite a while longer than I should have being that time at night. But the gentleman was very polite and helpful.
- 3/5
This was a decent hotel to stay in for multiple days on a budget. Not a bad drive to downtown Greenville or Greer. Comfortable beds. Service was not great, often had to wait for a while at the front desk for someone to come up, despite hearing people talking and laughing in the back, kinda frustrating. I thought the cleanliness was ok- but you have to exchange your towels each night yourself, which was fine. However, my issue with the towels, is they did not feel clean. Every time we exchanged our towels there were hairs all over, stuck to the towels _ NOT my own hairs. Kinda gross, If you're reading this maybe just bring your own towels. I noticed some hairs on the bed linens as well but tried to just brush them off and not let it get to me. The complimentary breakfast is not very much, again, not a huge issue but if you're intrigued by that, don't get excited - yogurt, make your own oatmeal, and prepackaged muffins. I wouldn't stay here again, but it served its purpose for the time being.
- 2/5
Check in was a bit slow . Attendant wasn’t at the desk when I arrived but was friendly once he got there . I booked a room online with 2 queens and a sofa bed . There was no sofa bed and the reception said there are no rooms like that at this hotel . Very disappointed in the false advertising .
- 3/5
go breakfast with very limited options. Pros: good bed and pillows. Big and convenient bathroom.

- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay
- 3/5
Breakfast was really limited to coffee and a muffin.
- 3/5
Very noisy at night, cemen shoes on the upper floors.
- 3/5
The TV was mounted on the side wall, it was not centered with the bed and you have to rearrange the bed just to see it. Bad layout in the room. The tv needs to remounted. Easy fix. The shower was nice and big.
