We had an overnight stay and the reception was quick and friendly. Room was clean and nice as was the bathroom. They had the softest towels! Would recommend a stay with them.

Warning! Do not book here! This hotel cancelled the same day of our check-in due to they were "overbooked". We were already in route to the hotel when they finally decided to call and tell us we had no where to stay. We had this hotel booked for over a month and had already payed in advance.

The gentleman at the desk was amazing.ans it was clean There wasnt any heat so it was cold and no extra blankets. I thought there was no.hot water but the hot and cold know we're opposite. So if I didn't turn it accidentally I would have not taken my shower.

Pictures look nicer than in person. Not enough parking. Room had a stench, especially with the AC running. Asked for extra towels and rags, but never received them. We will personally not be back

Clean Staff was very helpful

Liked the location Liked the room size Bed 7 out of 10 rating Great shower head that was powerful and evenly spread -rate it a 10 Breakfast not up to par. Coffee machine was broken, waffle machine also broken- I like crispy bacon , no bacon for breakfast No scrambled eggs

It was really getting hot and I came by around noon asking if I can check in earlier since I have a dog inaide my car - they charged me an additional $25 for ' early check in' Its not even a 24H stay You check in at 3PM but have to checkout at 11AM They give you a bogus reason 'its to prepare the room' What it is is really pushing a quicker turnover
- 4/5
Tv was stuck on Spanish subtitles or language, couldn't change. Room was clean but old feeling, not updated

How clean and neat it was!
- 5/5
Amazing!!!
- 3/5
The service was good, and it appeared clean, but we killed 7 roaches during our 3 night stay.
- 5/5
For this price, it was great! The rooms were clean and updated. Check in was easy and there were no problems! It's near a lot, like the convention center and I was happy with my stay!
- 2/5
This was a non smoking room. When I walked in the first time I was slapped in the face with the unmistakable odor of cigarette usage, and an overpowering freshener that did not mask the odor, but gave me a headache.
- 3/5
Thank you
- 3/5
While I was in my room with the door locked and latch lock someone came and was able to open my door with a card key lucky for me I had the latch on room 107 that was very scary and the people next room over where very loud could barley sleep sorry but never again
- 4/5
I liked the location close to the airport.
- 1/5
A/C in our room was not working correctly, we were so hot that we couldn’t go to sleep.
- 5/5
Quiet area
- 2/5
When I got there they couldn’t find me. The. The first room we was out in smelled of animal urine. They had to give us another room
- 1/5
This was quite literally THE WORST place we have ever stayed at. We checked in late and the attendant was super rude. She was wearing slippers which is fine, but no very friendly. I get it, it was late, but no need for rudeness. She yelled at me after I came back because she provided me with a key that didn’t even work. Yes, we got a key, had to go to the second floor (fine but this place does NOT have an elevator - not very ADA compliant) on the other side of the property then come back and lug all our bags back to the office and then get a new key for a room in a different building on the opposite side of where we came. The attendant had an attitude but she gave us the wrong key! And instead of fixing it, just put us elsewhere. At this point, no problem, it’s late. We get to the room and WOW. It was disgusting. The room very obviously had not been cleaned. The bedding had stains and it smelled like mold and cigarettes despite it being non-smoking. The bathroom was so nasty, there was black and brown hairs in and around the tub. The toilet had not been wiped down (if you know what I mean) and the shower heads sprayed the wall because it was installed incorrectly or just broken. There was no soap in the room for the shower or even sink. By the time we got settled, a COCKROACH (bigger than a quarter) ran out from under the bed. Luckily we saw it and we’re able to kill it, but this place has actual live roaches. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! So nasty.

How do i get the 50 dollar voucher
- 1/5
Horrible hotel , i didn't stayed, I reserved for 1 night , the toilet no working , dirty blankets, bugs , really bad room, the clerk bad actitud rude. Still waiting for my refund please.
- 2/5
The first room smelled of urine and the second room had roaches. I couldnt finish my stay there. The staff was great though.
- 3/5
We ran into roaches during the daytime… which says it all. It’s an older hotel, but definitely could use an exterminator. Also lots of activity outside (day and night).
- 1/5
Pre pandemic this would have been a $35 hotel. Silly me ... I saw $70 and thought it must be a decent place at this price. WRONG! I traveled a good bit of the country in an Celtic rock band and by far, this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Do as you wish, but I'd drive on by this one. That said, the guy at check in was extremely nice and helpful.
- 5/5
The staff were the gems at this property. Not only were they super friendly and helpful, they came through with a wonderful recommendation for dinner. I favor a low country boil but it had been over a decade since I had one. Their recommendation was spot on. Not only was the dinner delicious but the staff were attentive and friendly. I don't remember the name of the restaurant but if Ben's behind the desk ask him. He'll set you right and he's a good dude.
- 2/5
They say you get what you paid for. This hotel isn’t expensive, but the quality was beyond subpar. My husband and I stayed at this hotel for two nights(originally supposed to be three), and I was not at all satisfied. When we got to our room, we were greeted with a dirty floor. I doubt the rugs under the beds had been vacuumed once over the last month. There was a mostly used bar of soap sitting on the dresser with hair embedded into it. When I went to use the restroom, the toilet seat was dirty with dried urine. I would not consider it to have been sanitary. At the very least, the beds were(hopefully) the cleanest parts of the room. While there was no water available for purchase, there was an ice buck. The bucket, however, still had a half an inch of water inside the bottom of it, making the liner within soaked and leaving me cautious about whether it was even safe to use. It was not a pleasant nor enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, I am adding Red Roof Inn to my list of hotels I won’t stay at again.
- 3/5
The hotel was cheap and worth the price. The room smelt very strong of cat pee and the carpets felt very gross. The bed however felt clean and was extremely comfortable. The hotel was pretty stingy with their supplies and only provided the room with one (not new) roll of toilet paper. They also did not want to give us a 3rd towel even though we had 3 guests in the room.
- 3/5
Service was great. Staff responded to my requests immediately and were very friendly. The problem was with housekeeping. The wood and tile floors were filthy. I was shocked; it appeared they had not been thoroughly cleaned in years! There was also debris in many areas of the surfaces in my room.
- 2/5
All on-line pics make it look new, clean and landscaped - actually dirty, run-down and very noisy from other tenants who yelled at each other from room to room and across parking lot until 4AM with no apparent interruption from the office staff. Also, noise from interstate coupled with all the rest made sleeping impossible - NOT RECOMMENDED in any way!
- 3/5
Over all experience was pretty good.
- 2/5
The room smelled of smoke and there was a terrible smell coming from the refrigerator. There was hair still in the shower from other guests. The security lock was broken on the door.
- 2/5
Even though there were first floor rooms available, they would not give me one when I requested it.
- 3/5
When I got there to check in at 4 pm, the front office was closed and I had to use the night window. There was no reason for that, and it was very confusing.
- 1/5
I would not recommend this property for anyone. This is not a family oriented area. Room smelled terrible and there were holes in the bathroom door along with other dirty areas in area. We canceled our reservation and left.
- 4/5
Ok
- 3/5
Convenient to an estate Outdated not clean
- 2/5
No good
- 5/5
Wonderful
- 3/5
Friendly staff, and quick to help.
- 3/5
Location was good, but it was chilly I couldn't get the heat to work. The refrigerator had leftover food in it plus didn't get very cold. The bed was great.
- 3/5
The office was extremely difficult to find, the parking lot only had a single exit, poorly marked, and there was a dirty sock left in the room by the last occupant. But, hey, it was cheap and pet friendly with no extra charge for the dog.
- 1/5
Smelled like pot and cigarettes had to go buy candles and air freshener. Towels had hair on them. It was very outdated and service was nothing better than meh. Won’t be staying here again. But if you like second hand highs, people with attitudes, and air drying after a shower, then this is the place for you.
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
The room looks old and nasty
- 2/5
The exterior of the property was dirty and was uninviting. Despite posted policies of no parties to be held, there was groups of people being loud and drinking all night long and well after 12 midnight. Totally unacceptable behavior. Definitely would not recommend this property.
- 3/5
There was am odor as if the room was mopped with a dirty mop head or the carpet was sour..
- 2/5
No shower curtain The blank have spots
- 3/5
The room smelled of smoke, there was a rather suspicious stain on a the towel, pill casings and Q-tips on the shelves of the end-table. The wall heater was on, and couldn't be turned off, and it had been painted and was discoloring due to the heat. Might be where some of the smell was coming from. The staff was hit or miss. They closed off their lobby, so you had to go through the broken door leading to the vending machines and stand by their window, but the whole area was dark, no bell to ring, and so if you could get them to see you they'd come help, but even then it took a VERY long time with back and forth trips for menial things, like additional cards, "do you need a receipt" things. Obviously we stayed there because it was cheap. But I never felt cheaper.
- 1/5
They have cockroaches. Long black hairs in the bed. Dirty carpet & walls.
- 5/5
Very nice area, very private, and very comfortable.
- 3/5
The cleanliness was great I am a diabetic there was no refrigerator for insulin or microwave vending machine empty soda machine broke The staff was excellent very friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
Bad service!! Expensive the rooms does not look like the pictures!!😒
- 3/5
It’s good you can check out at 12 but they keep on knocking on the door even after you tell them late check out so what was the point of a late check out? The house keepers need to really comprehend 12 o’clock check out!!!
- 4/5
Room was clean and hotel near where needed for the short time I was staying. Helpful and accommodating staff.
- 4/5
I was VERY PLEASED with the desk clerk. She was very Professional, Knowledgeable & Considerate...
- 3/5
The rooms they have reserved for Expedia customers were clean but they smelled moldy and damp. But they did upgrade me a different room without changing me but made me realize their prices really aren’t lower than their regular rates.
- 4/5
It’s a nice hotel. All the updates are nice and it definitely has a cleaner appeal to it. Location is good as well, not far from downtown
- 2/5
There were roaches in the room. The dresser was broken. There were no bath towels in the room. The staff was unorganized.
- 2/5
Disappointed to say the lease! Pictures don't tell the truth
- 1/5
Ran down dangerous strangers knocking on your door at 12 15 am.fearful of falling to sleep.I should be getting a refund from the red roof for the trouble and false advertisement the place is not safe to spend the night.
- 4/5
its good and i like it but in the same range at least should have light breakfast
- 4/5
Good value, clean, fast wi-fi... Overall experience was very good
- 1/5
Very dirty, drug area, prostitution area, do not visit
- 1/5
This has been the worse service I’ve ever had. People loitering all around the building. The property was not clean looking.
- 2/5
I requested a room downstairs due to medical reasons. I was told that there were none available which I found hard to believe because there were very few people in the hotel. The refrigerator was turned off and took a while to barely keep medication. The bed was so hard, I couldn’t sleep. I will not be visiting again unless it’s my last resort.
- 3/5
Was locked out of my room for one night because the key no longer worked. That was totally disappointing & it inconvenienced me being that all of belongings were in my room, car keys, food, everything. Then I requested a refund for that night but was told I could only get a discount of approximately $20. I was locked out of the room until maintenance came in the next morning. I have been staying here to work for the past few weeks. But this experience has spoiled that.
- 4/5
Not as good as I thought it should be but overall stay
- 1/5
Smells smoke everywhere, people smoking marijuana outside. Floor was not cleaned. Tried to sleep, I couldn't sleep, checked out at 1 am.
- 2/5
Our bed was damaged. A damaged part cut my wife's leg. There was blood clearly visible on the curtain right next to the door.
- 3/5
Heater didn't work and lots of noise out side
- 4/5
Nice place. Only the sink in the bathroom was clogged
- 5/5
I had an issue and these people went over and beyond to make my stay exceptional!! From front desk, to housekeeping and management was Amazing!!!
- 4/5
Our first night was not as well as possible but thanks to Ben the manager he made up for it, he was very nice and his staff was there to make sure we were happy
- 1/5
Staff never cleaned the room the entire time i was there. Bed had dog hair all over it. Shower had hair in it. Tooth paste still in the sink. Bathroom door was falling apart. Really gross thank god i had family near by to take a shower.
- 3/5
Dirty! Dirty, dirty, dirty. Super nice staff, easy to check in... but the room was so so dirty.
- 2/5
The staff was excellent. HOWEVER, the room was another matter altogether. The bathroom was filthy; there was a gap under the room door large enough to let daylight in (at least an inch all the way across the bottom of the door); and the shower bench had a broken leg (I required and booked an ADA room and a broken leg on a piece of medical equipment is VERY dangerous). It was noisy, and the morning I was checking out (early because I couldn't take it anymore), the local working girl was coming out of another room adjusting her outfit. No thanks.
- 1/5
I found bloodied towels, dog toy and some wrappers under the bed. The shower curtain had black mildew and carpet was not vacuumed.
- 4/5
Grrrreat!!!
- 3/5
I liked that it was close to town and the price was extremely good. I did not like that there was no microwave or refrigerator. Beds were very good for price point. I travel every week for work and most beds for this price are terrible. Also, great water pressure in shower.
- 2/5
My rooms bathroom Smelled like pee. If the door was open the whole room would smell. The housekeeper came in to change the sheets but she put the same ones on just rotated
- 1/5
staff was not helpful. room key did not work 4 different times. did not clean room complained to front desk and never cleaned. Had to change rooms because ac leaked all over floor. Did not feel safe at hotel seemed to be a hook up hotel with drug deals and other crimes.
- 2/5
Bugs and stains on the sheets a foul smell tub had different stains on. It
- 1/5
this place looked like a 'crack house". they had no towels; door was previously broken into; bed coverings were ripped; the whole place was disgusting. We left to find a more respectful clean place to stay. Never again will i trust the write ups, or the pictures you portrayed this place to be
- 2/5
I don't think i will ever consider nor spend money at this place again. I booked a non smoking room. Arriving for check in everything went smoothly. Getting into the room, it had a very strong cigarette odor. The air conditioner vent was broken as if there was a camera or something placed inside of it. The dresser drawer was also broken. There was hair in the shower it wasnt really clean at all. The room itself was very tight not in a cozy way. The next morning after asking for a late check which i was rudely granted. While im taking my things out a guy im guessing house keeping. All the help wondering around seemed questionable. He was in my room trying to clean as im trying to gather my things to leave. Lucky for him nothing of mine come up missing. Over all not so good experience. The rooms aren't clean, the people are unnecessarily rude and for lack of better phrase ghetto. I will never even consider staying here again
- 1/5
I couldn’t check in for a whole hour then I had got 3 different keys two rooms super dirty the last room had towels in it it was one of my worst experiences
- 2/5
It was not that clean. The carpet were worn out. The parking area was not well lit. No a pleasant experienced
- 1/5
Smell was obnoxious for a non-smoking room. Bugs in the bathroom. Multiple holes and stains on the blankets and bed covers. Run down motel. Needs a new owner who will show pride of ownership. Won’t stay there again. Ever.
- 2/5
Stinky and dirty, walk on my socks and had to throw them away, dirt and hair all over
- 3/5
Room price was cheap for the area. I liked the hard faux-wood floors much better than carpet. Our room didn't have a fridge or microwave (I didn't even think to ask ahead of time, as I thought those were pretty ubiquitous these days... I'll know in the future). The staff was pleasant, though I went to the lobby for help with something and they said they would come by my room shortly, and when I called down an hour later I was told they forgot. The hotel seems to be very popular with smokers. Curiously, there is a bulletproof bank-teller-style window on the lobby that is used after hours... I'm not sure if it is indicative of past/current problems, but that's the first time I've ever stayed at a hotel that had one.
- 3/5
It was not very clean... and there were stink bugs in the room.
- 1/5
This hotel is a crack hotel. People coming in and out at all hours of the night yelling and screaming! Management did nothing to fix the situation. Horrible! I will never stay there again even if it was free!
- 1/5
Cops was at this hotel all night. Car parked beside mine had a busted windshield. Cops was searching vehicles. Did not feel like a safe place. Slept a few hours and left. Won’t be returning here.
- 1/5
Clogged toilet wanted me the guest to fix. No clean towels for second stay
- 1/5
Room was what's expected for the price, lots of late night traffic and the rediculous stadium lights. To top it off I was called by someone claiming to be staff saying there had been damage done to a tv and wanted to know how I planned on settling the matter and threatened to call the police. The tv was in the same shape I found it in....working! So buyer beware, spend a few more dollars and stay somewhere nicer.
- 2/5
Great Location My husband and I are traveling cross country and have been staying in Red Roof Hotels, but this one was overpriced for an uncomfortable bed and a non smoking room that smelt of smoke. Floors looked clean until i took my shoes off and my cat found a condom wrapper under the bed.. Gross. Also had coffee but no coffee pot??
- 1/5
There was trash under bed room smelled awful we turned on light and power went out
- 3/5
Gunk and hair build up under the bathroom door. Funny place to notice, right? Not if you're sitting on the commode and have nothing else to look at. The only polite front desk person was the older woman working when I left.
- 1/5
the night front desk clerk was rude and the room was filthy. Smelled like smoke and we reserved a non smoking room. I walked the dog and saw a used condom in the grass and there were all sorts of shady characters hanging around outside. Not somewhere I’d bring my family again.
- 2/5
Was very disappointed with the cleaning staff. Will not stay there again!
- 2/5
2 days in a row.
- 4/5
Staff was excellent and helpful. Did not like no ice shelf in fridge and fridge was small. Also no breakfast offered.
- 2/5
The bed was comfortable and the rate was cost effective. Other than that, would not recommend. Checkin is at 3 and if you arrive at 1:30, you will wait (although we did get in at 2:40). The deadbolt on the door between rooms didn't actually fit properly so thank goodness the neighbors didn't try to break in/open the door with ease? (we had the latch in place and actually moved a chair in front of the door just in case, as this hotel was somewhat sketchy; I'll get back to the "sketchiness" later). Front door frame actually looked as though it had been broken in previously with a large crack tracing down the pane, which was quite reaffirming. Bed was nice and comfy, though there were cigarette burns in the comforter. Walls are thin enough to hear any neighbor cough or sneeze or more. AC works great (actually nothing to ding here). But back to the sketchiness, when we woke up the next morning after our stay, all seemed well. Until we opened the front door and saw at least a dozen police officers, multiple squad cars and undercover cars, detectives in suits, etc. Not sure what exactly happened, but then proceeded to google something generic (like "Greenville Red Roof Inn Crime") and boy were there a lot of results from over the years! Glad we were not on the receiving end of anything, but probably not gonna risk it on our next trip to Greenville. Avoid!!!
- 2/5
The room smelled like weed smoke and more people hanging outside than in their room.
- 3/5
Room smelled like smoke, very old and you could see light coming in underneath the door when it was closed. Air conditioner compressor sounded like a truck revving his motor.
- 4/5
It was pretty decent. The room was clean. Staff friendly. The water pressure was a little low. And there was only got and hotter water. Not cold at all. The double beds were kind of small as well. But other than that it was great.
- 5/5
Great place. Private and great service
- 2/5
"Cheap room" poor construction, noisy due to close to I85, sink didn't drain properly, commode didn't flush properly, door had 1/4 inch crack top to bottom, room poorly painted, front desk people not friendly, cleaning people rushed us out of room, drip in shower continuously, definitely doesn't reflect to picture on line, need more signs to hotel, in remote location, doesn't appear safe.
- 4/5
The customer service was good. The only issue I had was the carpet between the beds needed to be pulled. Something sticky was spilled and you didn't want to walk on without shoes.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 4/5
Very loud all night
- 5/5
The property is in a very quiet location, off the beaten path so to say. It was convenient to both the Greenville-Spartanburg airport and downtown Greenville--about 15-20 minutes each way.
- 1/5
Cleaning supplies left in room, smelled like cigarettes. After call for late checkout housekeeping came in room twice.
- 3/5
Checked in after 10:00 pm it was three people in front of me it took a while 30 minutes to check in it ok to sleep and take a shower
- 1/5
People living here and drug bust outside as I pulled up. Stayed one nite so not to lose my money and cancelled rest of stay. Very unsafe area
- 4/5
I didn’t like check in. It took over 30 mins standing in line with maybe 4 to 5 people total. One person working the desk. Super slow check in. The worse I ever dealt with as far as check in goes.
- 4/5
Very comfortable
- 5/5
my stay was very good
- 2/5
The best thing was this is a hotel that does not charge for a dog and they can be as much as 80 lbs (our dog is 50). I signed something that states not to groom your dog and if excessive hair was in the room, you would be charged additional fees. I found all kind of hair (I think human and animal) and trash which looked liked the floor had not even been vacuumed. I took a lint roller and got enough up to show the front desk right after check-in to ensure they knew it was not us. There was mold on the shower curtains. I asked for nonsmoking and the room smelled liked smoke. Many cigarette butts were right out side the doors of the rooms.
- 2/5
Wont stay there again...bathroom floor was coming up in places....pillows were like sleeping on a bag of concrete...people hanging around outside...water pressure sucked
- 5/5
Really clean and quiet. Definitely will stay again..
- 4/5
The young lady at the desk was nice and friendly. And there's plenty of space for my 26 ft box truck to park.
- 2/5
The Inn is dated and in need of some repairs. Our room smelled strongly of cigarettes although it was supposed to be smoker free. The bed was very comfortable, but the floors were not properly clean.
- 5/5
I requested that they room not be serviced but was given or had delivered towels and toilet paper. I enjoyed the staff and felt they acted very professional. The property is showing some improvements since I was there last year. When in Greenville, I will always choose to stay here.
- 1/5
This place was so nasty, after the first two rooms, I decided I could not stay there, I felt I was unsafe... door had been kicked in at some point, and the guest were a bit on the shady side. Do not stay here!!
- 5/5
The head of housekeeping was AWESOME. She made sure we were happy with our room and service each day. We were there three days total Even though our check-in one day of our stay was horrible, this staff member made it worth staying for an additional day. She needs to know how important and what an incredible job she did!!
- 4/5
It would've been nice to have a refrigerator. Wifi kept cutting out
