The breakfast was very basic. We were awakened the first morning with a very potent weed smell seeping into our room. There was a very large gap between the bottom of the door and the floor so I assume that’s where it was getting in. We blocked it with a towel the next night and that helped. However the weed smell was everywhere and very prevalent during our whole stay. This was a cheaper option so you definitely get what you pay for. We traveled with young kids and would probably opt to stay somewhere else next time. The vibe in the pictures is not what it was like in person.

Clean room and the private beach ⛱️ was ok for personal uses. The restaurant was to high and there wasn't alot to choose from... The 1st attendant was great but second one was rude.

I booked a room with a king size bed which cost $241 and didn’t even get a king size bed got two full and it was the same price which makes no sense. On top of that the ceiling in the room was chipping and messed up the hotel was not up to par.

What I loved most was that the beach was conveniently located right at the hotel. Having such close access made everything so easy, and I was truly thankful for that. The room had quite a few cleanliness and maintenance issues. There was mold on the curtains and in the bathroom, the towels were stained, some fixtures were rusted, the bathtub paint was peeling, and the bathroom door was damaged. The ceiling had discoloration and several patches, which made the room feel run-down. The area around the ice machine also looked neglected. Breakfast was pretty disappointing overall. The waffles were fresh and hot, but the rest of the food wasn’t very appealing. Because of these cleanliness and maintenance problems, the stay was uncomfortable.

Good for a small get away!

The view of the sunset. So close to the water the kids could play all night. The food is so good. Staff so friendly. The room could use an upgrade but it was clean and equipped. A great hideaway from the normal beach traffic. We love it here. The rooms could use an upgrade.

This is only a place to sleep and even then this is questionable as well. The beds are sunk in like they haven’t been switched out in 20 years once again. This is the place you can sleep and even then that is a questionable.?????????????????????

The property is conveniently located near the beach, which I was surprised to see how bad it was maintained in such a tourist-heavy area. I noticed overflowing trash cans outside and that the pool was closed for routine maintenance. The room itself hadn’t been updated in years. The paint on the walls looked like it had been done by a five-year-old, and the TV screen was faded. The bathroom had faded paint on the tub, and the bathtub curtain was dirty and torn. I even killed a roach. I paid the advertised price because of the proximity to the beach, but I should have paid an extra $50 and gotten a better, more updated place.

The small beach area was a nice bonus to relax for a little while before continuing our trip. While it may not be a resort for a long vacation stay, it was perfect for an overnight stop. Overall, good value for a short stay, and we would stay again while traveling through the area.

The view was nice many dolphins were able to be seen but other than that the rooms were disappointing. So many stains on the bed, sofa couch, regular couch, ironing board, sheets, and blankets. It looked as if nothing was cleaned. The door barely closed, you’d have to nearly slam it to death to close it. The balcony door was jammed and took forever to unjam.

I love the customer service. Reception, to the housekeeping were always so helpful and friendly. My bathtub was slow draining. The pool closed early and they did not open it on our last day.

We loved our stay. We had a beautiful view of the bay. We had our dog with us. Breakfast was decent. We even seen a dolphin getting his breakfast. The pool and beach area was nice too.

The room was nice and clean, comfortable bed, good shower. I love the restaurant Lillo’s (amazing food), the pool, private beach and beach bar. Great atmosphere. A lot of things are old and need upgrades; towels are thin and some stained, some windows are failing and fogged over (so much for my bay view), the tv does not have streaming so bring a Roku stick, internet slow, hard to log into WiFi, a lot of chairs by pool and beach are old and cracked, outside garbage cans are gross. Room keys are very sensitive to de-magnetizing if you put too close to your phone. 3 trips to get key card fixed. Staff were very friendly and courteous. On the fence about returning. So many good things but desperately need some upgrades.

The area was convenient to the plans we had during our stay. The area was nice and has lots of food and little shops around. There is a wonderful Italian restaurant on site which is a plus. The private beach also an added bonus and people were enjoying fishing and playing in the water on the bayside. The pool is very nice and the breakfast had lots of options ranging from cereals, yogurts, waffles, eggs and sausage and breads. Overall and for the price point I’d give it a 7.5 out of 10. I’ve added them to my favorites and will stay again! Traveled with 2 adults and 1 child (12 yo)

Beautiful view of the gulf while in the pool/ hanging on deck. Property is aweful, I give it the excuse of maybe still struggling from hurricanes. Room was ok nothing to brag about. A place to lay our heads down is what mattered. The area around the Property was neat, close to many things

This is an older motel, but I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and well-maintained the property was. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was cold. Breakfast was just okay, typical continental breakfast. Staff were friendly enough.

The staff here are excellent. Relax at the pool or beach and enjoy the sunset. We had a very good experience here.

Somewhat dated building, but a fairly decent stay. Holiday pricing was also in effect, so I should have expected more from the stay (i.e., better amenities, a bigger TV, quieter AC, etc.), but it was the least expensive hotel in the area for the night. Breakfast was too early for me to get up for since I arrived late the evening prior. Staff was friendly and efficient. Would stay again for price/value and location.

Me and my husband stayed for Memorial Day weekend. The staff initially seemed nice until the couple in front of us asked if they had an elevator and the front desk clerks gave them an attitude, replying with no. Upon the couple leaving the front desk clerks proceeded to mock and talk about the couple right in front of us. Cleaning: We then went to our room. Which had paint peeling in the bathroom. The tub had the bottom of it peeling as well. Our room did not get cleaned until the second day. Bar: There is a bar on the property but it is only open from 4 to 7pm. When my husband asked the front desk clerks what the hours of the bar were, he was given an attitude even though the sign for the bar did not give hours. Appearance: My biggest mistake was not looking at what the outside of the hotel looks like beforehand, as it is not provided in the pictures. WiFi: the WiFi was terrible for my phone (iPhone). But worked well for my husbands (android). continental breakfast: The food was disgusting. they had eggs, biscuits, yogurt cups, and a waffle maker. We made our own waffles (we ate breakfast elsewhere for 2 of the three days we stayed). Overall sum: We will not be staying here again. We just wanted to leave an honest review for anyone else who may not think to look into the appearance before staying at this hotel.

Room was not the cleanest, also needs updating. Beds are hard. Staff was nice and in a safe place. Bay access was just right for our toddler. Close to everything.

This motel is a little gem on the island of Pensacola, it has a cute little beach, great location, nice staff and a lot of bang for the buck.

this hotel was nothing as advertised. the rooms were outdated and small, the breakfast was not that great, the roll away bed for my daughter was a terrible mattress and extremely uncomfortable. we ended up checking out early.

Even though this is an older motel, it was in a good location. We had a nice view of the ocean. The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only thing wrong was the tub would not drain properly. The stopper had to be held up for the tub to drain. Overall we enjoyed our stay there.

The actual outside definitely could use a face lift. The rooms are clean and well stocked. However the upgrades were clearly over the top of previous damage. The parking lot had a strong odor of marijuana. When informing the front desk only to be told there wasn't anything they could do. Just shows lack of professionalism and customer service. The restaurant attached to the hotel is absolutely amazing. Dinner with live music and breakfast was delicious. Steve and Lisa are the most humble people.

The location of the room was why we stayed at the hotel. We had an awesome view of the setting sun every night. That being said the hotel is dirty , outdated and very rundown. It definitely needs a revite. The outside was very dirty the windows were filthy. For gods sakes the lobby still had covid distance stickers on the floor. I ger that is an older hotel, but it should be cleaner

The breakfast was not great. It was catered toward children and not very tasty for an adult who paid $200+ per night. I also would expect more attention paid to the beach, since this seemed to be big attraction for the families with young kids. No seating available to watch the sunrise or sunset. The private beach could have been so much more beautiful with a little more attention.

Everything was great about our stay, except the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Their vending machines should accept cards. No other way to get water on property as the water fountain is broken.

This time, however, it was a different story. The main issue wasn't the room or the included breakfast, it was the clientele. There were people wandering around all hours (up until 3 AM one night) talking loudly and walking back and forth outside.

Towels were clean, but were thread bare in places. Bathroom area defiinately needs updating. Location was great for our needs. Pool was clean, only 2 gates were unlocked. Hotel states it is non-smoking on hotel premises. However, people were smoking at the pool and outside rooms. There was a heavy smell of marijuana several times daily.

Everything was great except for the super loud barking dog at 6:30 in the morning.

The free breakfast is adequate. We stocked. Nothing fancy but good coffee, and 3 fresh waffle stations so not to much waiting in line. Room and property is a bit dated but it was clean. Parking lot could use a little cleaning. Pool was very nice. Small sandy beach right on the property that again is nothing special, but its a beach!! The back fo the property faces west so great plae for a sunset! Small outdoor bar was nice. Very friendly staff inside and outside. Cant say enough about the staff actually.

Every single towel was stained and there was a weird yellow splatter stain under the toilet and a huge black stain on the curtains. I had to physically kick the door every time to enter my room. Staff seemed uninterested and annoyed to even be there

The room i stayed in looked recently renovated. The place was clean, excellent staff and extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast was lacking but i was told of a local diner called the coffee cup which was great!

It was what youd expect from an $100 a night hotel but the staff was nice and the grounds were well kept. The beach area is a nice addition. The rooms were clean enough and the breakfast was bare minimum but better than nothing. Overall it was what we paid for.

Great location but the room aren't clean and neither are the showers we had to wear shoes the whole time we were there and every time I needed toilet paper or a fresh towel for a shower the front desk lady threw a fit every time. We will never stay there again.

Our kids really enjoyed this place. It’s perfect for kids. The property makes a complete u. Which allow the kids boundaries and you can see them at all times. I do recommend staying on the pool side though. We upgraded to change to that side. They have bands that play, a restaurant, a bar, pool a private beach and breakfast included. All in one area. Don’t get me wrong the beach is kind of small but, it beats fighting to park at the large beach and if you decide to go spend the day at the Pensacola beach. It’s only 19 minutes away. Anyway, we really enjoyed our stay. It’s was beautiful when the sun went down. It was very private and we felt safe there.

Hated it. Dumpy. You get what you pay for. And it’s not cheap anyway. You are stuck on an island almost. MUST HAVE A VEHICLE TO MOVE AROUND. I made a HUGE mistake staying here. Now I know. The only good thing was the Italian restraint on site. THEY ARE PREJUDICE AGAINST CIGARETTE SMOKERS. The pictures lie. What a waste of $$

The facility from the outside, didn’t look all that appealing, neither did the lobby. Everything was clean though, the lobby, bathroom in the lobby, rooms, beds, bathroom, shower, etc. The TV worked good, the fridge worked, all that good stuff. The beach area is kinda tiny, there’s a lot of rocks, and for some reason there are bricks in the sand, it was still enjoyable though. We didn’t try out the restaurant, but the tiki bar was absolutely fantastic. There are plenty of restaurants, and other things to do around the area as well. Definitely wouldn’t mind going back here.

Place smelled horrible they had air fresheners in the room to try and cover it up. This only made it worse. Staff was rude and the overall quality was bad. Don’t stay here drug deals in the parking lot!!

Outside in the 'empty' landscaping between parking and the rooms entrances was noticeable litter of cigarettes, random stringy items, disgarded litter, etc whatever the wind blows in. Did not feel safe in a ground floor room on the backside.

This is our go to hotel in Florida. For the price and location it is superb! It would be so much better if they would just put a broom or dust mop in every room to keep the sand from getting out of control on days the rooms arent cleaned.

Staff is super friendly. I worked in hospitality and managed guest services so I know what is and what is not good guest service. Kim at the front desk was lovely. My waitress in Lillo's, Rajz, was the best.

Outside entrance. No visible signs with hotel name. Looks like an old rundown apartment building. Rooms all have dirty windows with failed glass. We had to be moved to a different room because we couldn’t see outside. The room cleanliness was subpar. The breakfast was awful. That all being said, the desk clerk girl was very nice and tried to help where she could. The only reason this hotel is in business is the location/view. It’s lovely!

Bathtub wouldn’t drain

An absolute gem of a place! This secret little hotel has literally everything, including incredibly helpful, friendly and accommodating staff! Highly recommend!

It looks like the pictures so I knew I was booking an older hotel with a small private beach and a restaurant. The restaurant wasn’t great, the bathroom wasn’t clean and after we checked in no one came to clean up or trade out towels although we didn’t use the hangers on the door to not clean our room. I’m not sure it felt worth it to me since I didn’t get the room facing the water and the pool wasn’t heated for days the beach was too cold. No sign of bugs though! And the staff was helpful and friendly. This could be an amazing location if it was cleaner.

Good location for dogs. You can walk under the bridge and there is piers other dogs a beautiful sunsets and people fishing. There is also Lillos. They have a beautiful bar area for watching sunsets. Thai 54 restaurants is another good one for sunsets and both allow you to bring your dog and bring out water for the dogs. Nice places and people.

Literally had to kick the door open to the room every single time because of the lock being rusted or broken. Severely outdated, beach is gross, pool is gross, I do not recommend staying here even for the price.

The room was dirty when I checked in. The floor hadn’t been swept nor mopped and there were dead bugs in various places around the room. The only reason why I didn’t leave was because of the easy access to the bay and private beach.

Originally given a room near the highway. It was noisy with a gap under the door. Then the hotel desk attendant was courteous and relocated us to the back and it was quiet. A bath towel I discovered was scuffed and badly stained. The beach is really nice. I went there and a stranger was yelling to me from afar. After going back to my room he knocked on my hotel window and rode off on a bike, then he proceeded into the complimentary breakfast area past the front desk. We alerted the attendant at that time and at that point she addressed the situation. The hotel is relatively clean, somewhat updated but paint over peeling paint on the bathroom door and some old chairs that were not great for lounging. I wish I could stay here again because the crescent beach area is so nice with a fantastic view. The pool looks amazing, very large and beautiful patio. The restaurant looks like it has an interesting Italian style menu with plenty of specials and deserts. It looked busy. Nice little bar area, real cozy. Location is very good, close enough to beaches and downtown. We stayed one night. Overall an okay stay for one night only. We felt unsafe. Security could use some improvement.

Crabby check in lady. Room was poorly renovated. Paint on curtains, cracked tile in shower. Dirty tub. Painters painted right over screws and large chunks in the wall. Bed was nice and breakfast was okay.

Room was old and run down. Clean and great potential just needs updated. The shower was terrible short and low pressure but good hot water. Out room was on the street side and the noise was too much had to sleep with he AC fan on to drown out the sound of cars.

Great place to stay, it was clean and comfortable and the staff was nice. We had some roudy neighbors but front staff too care of them right away.

Budget friendly, you get what you pay for, in a good way. Exactly what we hoped for

View from the pool was great. Customer vehicles/trucks often parked back in with exhaust pipes blowing toward the customer room doors and windows. So, smelly exhaust entered rooms when doors or windows were opened. Some trucks were very loud too.

When we got inside the room, it was very cold so I turned off the u it. We had a balcony so we opened the door and sat on the balcony for a while. My husband took a shower said he thought we may have a water leak, floor was damp. We went onto bed I had left the Glass door open to hear the sea and it was raining. when i got up during the middle of the night, Water was everywhere on the furniture, on the ceiling you could see was damp. My suitcases were damp. We went for breakfast. I told the front desk and she asked the maintenance to go up and he thought it was because of the door being open and no a/c on. He would have housekeeping come and clean it up and they did. I had never had this problem before leaving the sliding glass door open. We had talked about staying there another night, but not after that.

Old motel by the bay. Pretty pictures advertised on Expedia, but the building is from the 70s, and is run down, scarface movie time period. Old furniture, small bathroom, and at least I saw a cockroach dead on the floor when I arrived, the minute I pulled the chair to sit down. Quiet hotel and neighborhood. I didn't see anything dangerous or illegal going on. But the place needs an update, face lift.

Bedding was torn and tattered. Room was not very clean. Towels were stained and needed replacing. The smell of marijuana was almost everywhere anytime you stepped outside. Last 2 days you could smell sewage outside. Very disappointed.

We stayed here about 10 years, it had done really good about up grading the place. The place was clean, the people were friendly, breakfast was excellent .. just need to fill the pot holes in the rooms

The staff was unhelpful and rude when we asked for assistance, and instead of addressing our concerns, they brushed us off. The beds were rock hard and completely uncomfortable—like trying to sleep on a wooden board. Instead of resting, I woke up sore and exhausted. On top of that, the room felt outdated and poorly maintained. I expected at least a basic level of comfort, but this place didn’t deliver. I would not recommend staying here unless you enjoy sleepless nights on painful beds On top of that, there was absolutely no housekeeping during the stay. Trash piled up, the bathroom was never touched, and no clean towels and washcloths were provided. Having to beg for basic necessities like fresh linens is ridiculous, especially when you’re paying for a hotel For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable. I’ve stayed in budget hotels before and never experienced something this bad. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere—this place should be avoided at all costs.

Great place and pricepoint

Ac cover was broken. It took a while to get cold in the room. I was sweating and the temp said 69 degrees. But the biggest thing is ROACHES. I went to pack my stuff up in the am and there was roaches running around and under the TV.

We booked here before going to our vacation to Pensacola for 1 night thank GOD, this place is old and run down, and on top we had to pay a service fee and I questioned the front desk lady and she told me I should have been aware of this booking through a 3rd party which I was aware of any more fees we had to pay, this place is very sketchy, loud, so close to the road, don’t waste your money! Stay somewhere else, it looks like this place doesn’t put their income back into the hotel

No towels in pool area. Pubic hair in bathroom on a hand towel . Charge for late check out . Wish they had cleaner feeling room and jacuzzi would be nice pool towels without having to ask each time and free late check out . Coffee maker i had to plug into the outlet by the floor in closet area there wasnt one on the bar bathroom counter and the one in bathroom didnt work so i plugged into outlet on floor. Over still decent stay and breakfast is ok . Reasonable price

The hotel was better than I expected. It was clean, quiet, the pool was nice, the room was nice, staff was nice, the breakfast was okay. The eggs tasted like cardboard, sausage was yummy, waffle maker would be nice. Parking was easy and there was shade. Walking distance to a couple places.

A good stay. Liked the property. Staff was good. We lost our bag with all my wife's money, credit cards. Id's etc. An honest staff member returned it. So grateful. Only negative workers drinking beer and talking loud outside our room.

Didn’t like that they only clean twice a week. The property could use an update like the chairs that are on the beach are all broken. The showers are not accessible for tall people. I had to bend to wash my hair.

I liked the location. Private beach amazing the photos of this place scream amazing but dont reflect the reality of what you get. Every thing is outdated.from the tv to the hard pallet bed.at this price point i feel thats not okay. Bed room Blankets had stains. Beds hard and just very uncomfortable.The shower rod was installed incorrectly (felt) it is one tug from comming off the wall .@ the height of 5'11 In order to wet my nose i had to bend down. Room was not cleaned there was wat looked like residual splatter of a food fight and i say that becasuse the stains was behind the bolted down 30in dim light sd card reading televison to the celing to the walls. I would love for them to upload actual pictures of the facility and not a (model unit)

On the first floor, you have no view of the water. You have to actually leave your room and make your way down to the beach. The pool fencing blocks the view I didn’t actually use the pool. a one night stay. They do have breakfast. It fills your belly. It was nothing to write home to the kids about. The shower was better than the Hilton though.

It is listed as a resort and there was a resort fee. It is NOT a resort and is old and run down.

We always stay here when we go to Pensacola. Only issue I have is the road oit front can be noisy late at noght.

The room overall is standard. There’s good warm breakfast but can be tiring to eat the same thing if you stay long at the hotel. The breakfast area is restaurant with view so it’s nice. There’s a small “beachfront” I think you can swim on it but you would rather go at the main pensacola beach. The parking is free but at busy days you might it hard to find space. Warning to anyone with disability/old or with heavy luggages. There’s no elevators but it’s just up to second floor.

This hotel has a beautiful little Bach area and nice pool. But not well kept. My first room was musty and on the backside…not safe feeling or inviting. But I contacted Hotels.com and they helped negotiate a better room. The pictures on the website were not completely accurate. But the water and the evening was pretty. Breakfast was not noteworthy…bleak coffee. But again, this hotel has a good space if you need a good price.

Enjoy the beach

I have been to this hotel many many times over the years and was allowed to check in early if a room was ready… nearly no one there when I arrived, yet I wasn’t allowed to check in until 3 pm… last check in at this spot.

No elevators (I’m disabled), but I didn’t mention that when booking, so it’s really on me. Staff was very friendly and hardworking.

I like the pet friendly,the private pool and the private beach . Need to make beach a little cleaner and easier to get down to. I really enjoyed just a little quite get away

This place was super nice, my favorite part was walking out of my room to see the ocean. It was such a fantastic experience and we are super thankful we did our research!! Breakfast was awesome every morning, staff was always respectful and had what we needed, and we were never bothered! Lovely timeB

It it nice that it’s next to the waterfront and that is has it’s little private beach. The only thing we didn’t like is that the room smelled really bad as if someone had just had Chinese food and the smell started all over our stay.

We had a wonderful stay and the view was really beautiful. The hotel seems a bit dated and we noticed very minuscule things that could be fixed such as, the bar in the shower was a little loose and you could see where it use to/supposed to sit and a long amount of an extra bit teflon tape was sticking out from the shower head. House keeping didn’t come to our room once but we didn’t find it too big of a deal. I’m not sure if they have scheduled days where they clean or not. Overall the hotel is great, the receptionists were all super nice, view great, and the location is a very short drive from the boardwalk where all the tourists shops/restaurants are. We will be booking this place again next year!

I had such a wonderful stay at the hotel this weekend! Everything was spotless and well-kept, which made the whole experience feel so relaxing and comfortable. Horrible customer services the room have cockraches and when I complaint they swicht the room but it was about the same, more cockraches, horrible! The old lady on the front never saidI’m sorry she said Expedia won’t give your money back! I had to booked orher hotel!!!! Horrible

My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and included standard continental breakfast items as expected. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was unaware that there is no elevator on the property until I arrived. Even though the property has signs stating no smoking on the property, there were cigarette butts everywhere. The air conditioner in my room did not cool well and the furniture was old and had a lot of scrapes/ stains/peeling/visible wear. Part of the floor was peeling up. The private beach area and the pool were positives.

Amazing views, clean private beach with chairs. Huge pool area clean and kept open till usually 10-11pm. Comfy beds. Horrible breakfast. Not many options nothing stocked, empty sryup , runny watery gravy, old waffle makers, no bagels, 1flavor yogurt. no staff around

The front desk Kim was the only good thing about this stay. The pictures are deceiving. The office was hard to find especially arriving late at night.

The hotel should enforce the no smoking policy more. Our room smelled of smoke due to the room under us and beside us smoking. Also our smoke detector went off at 1:00am out of nowhere. Front desk simply took the battery out and said maintenance would handle it in the morning. Thankfully that was our last night before check out so we did not have to listen to the chirping noise that started at 8 that morning. I will say the location is great and we loved the bay access, it had beautiful sunsets.

Mini beach just for the hotel with pool

We had a pizza at the Tiki Bar and it was excellent. Jacob was our bartender and he was great. The bed was good for me but a bit soft for my husband. The room was clean except for the vent in the bathroom and it was nasty. Overall we had a very good experience. We paid the extra $29 for the view of the bay which was worth it.

Great stay

The viewing of the dolphins in the early morning, very nice view of surroundings. Must complain about floors not being properly cleaned and hair found in the bath tub. Would highly recommend replacement of tub, very old and not appealing. Would definitely recommend wearing shower shoes when stepping in.

It is a "retro" property but you can't beat the location. Nice pool and right on the water. The breakfast is fantastic. Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, yogurt, bagels. Even though an older property, very clean and comfortable.

This will be rather long. For starters when booking and choosing a room the pictures were very confusing same pics on different rooms at different prices. The room i booked tho showed what appeared to have a separate sitting room with couch etc and more square footage and almost twice the price so i booked it. When checking in i was shown a layout that showed the end of the hotel facing the bay had 4 rooms on bottom and 4 rooms on top. I was asked wich i wanted making me think they were all 4 the larger suites. I said their suites and lady said yes so i said i dont care wich ever is fine. When i get in room its tiny and no seperate sitting room woth couch etc. I blame myself for not going to front desk and saying something right then but im not the type that makes a fuss etc. I figured i just got mislead by pics and shouldve just booked the half price cheaper room. The last night there while visiting with another family by the beach they mentioned they were moving into the room next to ares bexouse it was much larger and had a separate sitting room with couch tv and small kitchenette. I was extremely irritated that i wasnt initially booked into that room since it was whatvi paid for and even more irritated i didnt go to front office and say something the first night. Regardless i shouldnt have had to. I booked and paid for the big room and shouldve been booked into it not mislead to beleive they were all the same. Paid for 517sq ft room got 317sq ft.

Beds slept decent. Pool was nice. Having a washer and dryer on site was perfect! Breakfast could use a few more options.

Door locks were not working properly had to change rooms. Shower/tub had been painted and was flaking off. The pool was not properly maintained and code closed it down for 1.5 days. Terrible potholes in the parking lock. Some of the staff were very unprofessional

Liked the view and prvate beach. I didn't like guest letting their dogs relief themselves on any part of grass. There should be separate area for dogs.

The room was not the cleanest. There were several issues noted. The bathroom door would not shut, front door was hard to shut, door that went to conjoined room door was not very secure, the window on the patio was dirty or distorted and you could not see out it to enjoy the view, the fridge was dirty, something gross on the wall, phone in room did not work, the bed had a dip in it, our room keys stopped working twice and they were not touching anything at all. The linens were stained, the AC was set to not get any cooler than 68 and it was to warm. Parking was not sufficient. Overall this was not a pleasant stay.

My family and I loved the private beach!!! We spent so much time there. Would most definitely come visit again. And the free breakfast was delicious. Great experience for a great price!

Beach chairs in terrible condition and no umbrellas. 1st room they assigned to us was dirty. They did change our rooms. Needs lots of repairs on access doors. Both rooms looked like they have renovated the bathrooms, but could use ceiling patching and a clean coat of paint. Staff was pleasant. Overall just not Quality Inn usual condition. Would not stay again.

Only downsides were the door keys were very finicky and some of the interior doors didn't close properly. We would definitely stay again!

The property was great. Check in was fast. The attached restaurant was great. The view is breathtaking. Comfy outside bar was nice. The pool closes at 930 which I thought was a little early. Good stay overall.

We stayed at this place and really enjoyed it. It was right on the bay, offering beautiful views. The kids loved the pool—it felt private and laid-back, making for a very relaxing stay.

The property is great for the private beach and pool but I thought the rooms particularly the bathroom would have been a better quality. Next time I have to vet my options better.

First of all, the hotel is in urgent need of renovation—everything looks very old and worn out. During the six days we stayed there, our room was cleaned only once. The towels were never replaced. We had to take out the trash ourselves because if you don’t do it, no one will. The breakfasts were monotonous and completely basic. Overall, the hotel gives the impression of being very old and neglected.

this is our second time staying here and no complaints. the ac units could be updated but we love the view of the bay and convience of being there will definetely be back
