Terrible. Bathroom has tons of actual dirt in corners an bed had a pen springs in it and 1/2 roll of toilet paper for us for 3 days. Pill smell like stink bugs.

Great staff clerk greeted me and told me to come back in 30 minutes because reservation wasn’t there then she said 5 minutes later come back it’s here She called maintenance for me also to fix tv the people in room before destroy the cable he fixed it Easy access to I81 and very nice room for the price slept well Nothing

The lady at the front desk keeps giving me a hard time . Last time I was there i cut myself shaving and got blood on a towel. When I came to checkbin she said the owner said not to do drugs. I told those who inject veins collapse and dont bleed like that.

Absolutely nothing I wish i could express how awful the conditions actually were. Nothing like photos whatsoever. Employee rudely showed 2 different rooms in various nature of decay. Smells like something died in the entire place. Holes in walls matted carpet if you could photograph a smell everyone would be sick. I have no idea even where i could share the awful pictures smell. We could not stay due to the mold/mildew smell, because 3 of us have extremely bad asthma. I informed booking they should not even list this place for their customers. I loaded the 1st 4 pics i took. There were many more. Someone needs to report them to OSHA. There are also actual residents.

Room was dirty and stunk door didn't have a secure bolt on it and the staff were rude in regards to my service animal and tried to charge me a fee for him had no signs anywhere in regards to where to let my dog use the bathroom and then came outside and got nasty with me about it because he was going to the bathroom in a certain grassy area then questioned me about him not having a vest on. I only put it on him when he is working.

I’m here because the rates are low. They are trying update, but it’s coming slowly. For the price, a real bargain. Only downside, no coffee in the rooms.

We booked online, the reviews were okay so we thought it was a good place but I was wrong. The building looks run down, then when you enter the building the reek of cigarette smoke and other strong inhalable smells greet you. The hallway to our room was under construction, all the flooring had been ripped up and the floor had uneven patches of glue. Our first room was infested with bedbugs so they moved us down the hall. Both rooms had dead roaches, flies and earwigs along the walls and looked unswept, unmopped and had mildew along the base of the beds, furniture and appliances. The furniture looked very worn and had stains inside the drawers. Some of the blankets had cigarette burns and the sheets had urine stains, dirt and other signs of being slept in previously. It was a disgusting experience. Pictures are of the bedbugs they admitted they'd been trying to eradicate and denied were alive because they didn't see any during the day. Bedbugs hide under and behind furniture in daytime and come out at night like they did in the first room, they were all over the beds, in the sheets and pillows and climbed eye level up the wall behind the bed. The overnight guy moved us to a different room but refused a refund for that night because he had to okay it with the boss, I never heard back about it. Checkout guy had an attitude when asked for a printed receipt.

I was a little put off because you check in/out through a window in the office door instead of walking up to a counter. And the ice machine didn't work because "the homeless people broke it". Overall, for the price it was a good place to spend the night while traveling and I would stay here again.

A good place off of the radar to sleep, have a little fun, it hang with friends and family. Nice in between spot! Great restaurant next door!

For the price of the room, things were fine, minus how dirty the floor was, our feet were black quite quickly. The TV remote was missing and it looked like the microwave was removed from the room.

The management were polite and courteous. But certain amenities like laundry and iron, property had but were out of service..

The receptionist was extremely rude upon check in . Told me I couldn’t come back and they would charge extra money if I didn’t leave the room clean. That’s what housekeepers are for and I’ve never had complaints at any other hotels.

This hotel had phones in the rooms, but none worked and the hotel manager would not let you use the phone in the office.

First of all, I gave a one star because I was unable to rate them with negative one star. Our stay was uncomfortable and unhealthy. I'll explain why. They gave us a smoking room istead of a non smoking one. You can smell and see the hallway wirh cigarette smoke all day long- not so good for people with allergies and asthma. Also, the staff entered the room leaving the bed a mess one day and another day the shower curtain dirty. To be clear, I do not think it was the cleaning lady it was other saff member. I even reported the bathroom door has a big hole at the bottom. They knew about it but did not fix it. The shower curtain looks like it was taken down and cleaned their shoes with it. In addition, two days the key card did not worked at all. We needed to get new ones. I was unable to sleep there at all. Worst experience ever. I DO NOT recommend this place even if they pay me. Do not waste your money and time. Even Super 8 or MicroHotel is a better choice.

Most places this cheap there is a catch, usually it is the area being unsafe. I don't get that feeling here, I don't feel like I have to look over my shoulder at all. And frankly, the check in staff and the maintenance staff they have on hand here were really decent towards the checking in Customers. Worth laying your head here, especially for the price. No it's NOT a Hilton, but still fairly SAFE & decent for the low price. Plenty nearby regarding food etc

Due to unforeseen circumstances, my stay was longer than expected. The staff was very accommodating and flexible with my arrangements.

My bathroom was dirty especially the bathtub and it was hardly any toilet paper I had to go out in the car and get some of my own there was no trash can in the room. I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi and neither could my boyfriend. I left early out of disgust. I may return in the morning briefly. I doubt I stay here very often.

We were just stopping for the night traveling through this place was very affordable reasonably good condition clean and the staff were friendly. The bed could have been more comfortable but was okay. The facilities are older but they were clean.

Overall it was mediocre. Much better than the previous night in Delaware! There was a cobweb, dead bug, and a lil dirt around the sink area. There were long strands of hair on one of the wash cloths that looked uncleaned. It was quiet. The bed was comfortable. I'm a journalist and had to write a story about the stock car races in Wilmington VA that evening. Therefore the desk & lamp were nice. They extended my stay 1 hour which was appreciated as I didnt finish my article until 430 AM. All of this rounded it out to a slightly above average stay. Cleanliness is a big deal.

It wasn’t advertised correctly. There was nothing for breakfast, the gas grill was an old rusted charcoal grill, room smelled like cigarette smoke even though the room said no smoking. Our bed looked clean as did the floor. Ice machine did not work and there were no glasses in the room. There was a clean working refrigerator and a microwave that we didn’t use. Will not plan to stay there again.

Check in clerk could benefit by taking a course on improving his people skills

Dislikes, no ice onsite, one bar of soap no shampoo, bath towels small, check in was easy to the point we were handed key with no ID verification with a receptionist that only seamed to patially understood english. Safety lock on door also broken. She was more interested in entertainment her guest in the office area.We would not have stayed if it were not so late and we could have found another place.

The front desk staff were very kind. There was a fiesta going on in front of the place, grill and all. The grill was there the next morning, with a toy and beer trash everywhere. I’m guessing that the family of the owners live there. As a female traveling alone, it was a little disconcerting to walk past 7 drunk men partying, car music blaring, literally right in front of the front door of the motel. It’s cool if a family wants to run a lodge, and live there, but discretion goes a long way. I won’t be returning.

The whole building smell like cigarette smoke and mildew. Their system kicked me out of my room twice luckily i got all my stuff out the room the first time. I got what i paid for in order to save money.

Check in was super fast and easy. Ice machine was broken. was only there to sleep and continue on. I never even turned on the TV! Overall it was quiet and just what I needed although I'm getting sick of places advertising breakfast and then not having it. No coffee.. no room coffee... C'mon now....

I can't believe this place is listed on your site. It's filthy, has cockroaches, smell moldy and like an old ashtray, and lists breakfast when there isn't any and no where close to eat on a Sunday afternoon. I was also double charged as the owner said my credit card wouldn't be charged if I paid cash, but I was charged on my card as well as paying cash. I couldn't check my account util this morning to confirm that. It's now 4 am and I'm looking forward to getting out of here asap! I'm 64 years old and driving 2000 miles to relocate and this was my first nights stay. I have to say this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

It’s definitely a low end hotel. There was what looked like a foot print on one of the pillows, the water in the shower was either scolding hot or freezing cold. No cable channel description of channels. No shampoo or conditioner. I thought it was way over priced for $79 a night!

There were roaches. The room smelled aweful. The room smelled like smoke even though it was non-smoking. We had to take our bags back out to the vehicles for fear of roaches getting in our stuff. The room did not have a refrigerator and microwave as the booking stated it did.

I think whoever was on the phone got ahold of the receptionist. In any case, we got toour room and it smelled of mold and mildew. The sheets felt damp and although it is 80 degrees and summer we turned on the heat to dry out the room. The carpets were grungy and we were not sure the linens were clean. As we tried to get to sleep, we found the walls were paper thin -to the point it sounded like someone was going to the bathroom in our room! Online it says breakfast included but that was no where to be found. I suppose you get what you pay for. But in this case, I should have paid less!!!

I had paid in advance and driven 550 miles that day or would have left. The "pet" room carpet had been washed - and was still damp plus the room smelled like wet carpet. The phone did not work. The clerk tested it in the office - worked - so he thought it was due to the construction. The room is worth $35 - not $60, during the construction phase.

It was good enough for a one night stay. It was mostly clean, tho there was a cigarette burn in the blanket and a small cobweb in the corner. Otherwise, it smelled ok, the bathroom was neat and there were No bugs.

Staff was very attentive to our needs. Location of room to parking was great. Room was clean. Little refrigerator and microwave made heating our dinner and storing our drinks great. Coffee and donuts in the lobby in am were a very nice touch and the coffee tasted good. Would stay there again

Very disappointed with our stay!!! NO hot water and shower wouldn't work right and tv would't stay working, they switched our room and next one... the bathroom was disgusting, the tub was nasty with rusty fixtures, enamel on tub mostly off, dripping water and needed replaced. Walls and floors needed swept and scrubbed! This was an over all BAD experience and we WILL NOT EVER GO BACK!!!

room was cold even with heat on. needed a blanket. would like to have had Kleenex in the dispenser. soap was scratchy. tub faucet was difficult to use, hard to get warm water, either hot or cold. parking lot had a huge hole in it, curtains did not close. Motel from the '50s in a state of decline. Had to walk into the owner's residence adjoining the office to check in. Interrupted him from watching TV. A/C wall unit clattered and squeaked. No blanket, just the spread and a sheet on the bed. King mattress sloped toward the middle, and the whole thing bounced like a trampoline. Black bugs crawling in bathtub. Towels felt like sandpaper. Stay here only if you HAVE no other choice.

Within three hours of arriving at the hotel, the room was crawling with roaches. They wanted to give us another room and didn't seem in the least bit surprised at the idea that they were infested. I went to look at the other room and found evidence of bed bug feces on the mattress. I stood still in the middle of the room and waited, and sure enough a roach ran from under the door. I grabbed my things, inspected every single nook and cranny of every bag before putting them in the car, and left at 12 o'clock midnight!!!!!

Rooms had musty smell, holes in sheets, etc. No continental breakfast as noted in on line information. Could get a cup of coffee though after 8am. No coffee in rooms as advertised. One plus was both rooms were lower price at checkout than when reserved on line. I'd still spend more on a different hotel next time. Won't stay here again. Was nice and quiet though.

The place needs alot of TLC. The bed sheets had numerous cigarette holes in the non smoking room that smelled like smoke. Several bugs were crawling in the room. There was hair and residue on the toilet. Dusty countertops. The breakfast was a box of 4 leftover donuts the person pulled from the refrigerator and a pot of coffee. Very disappointing. I would not stay here again.

Horrid Stay. I will never book here again. Bad Neighborhood, weird guests who stalk folks and pan handle in the parking lot, no one ever at the front desk to help or if they are there they are on their cell phone and too busy to help...

OMG I will never return even if you pay me & feed me!!! Last minute late night reservation that I regret. Very sketchy building & property. Only thing nearby is a Conway terminal, so it was very creepy walking in at 1am. There was mold along the ceiling in the halls. Our room had a broken, the beds were hard, the sheets & blankets wreaked, were rough & had burn marks. Calling the office to ask a question it seemed I was really disrupting & annoying him. Wanted to do laundry but it's in the motel in front of the inn, but they don't give change or sell detergent. The people walking around look very suspicious & my point was proven by a guy waiting by the laundry to "offer detergent from IN his motel room, come on over." That was it for us & my family couldn't leave fast enough.

Our room was first floor , in the large building ...hallway was HOT , but room air worked well . Advertised breakfast , is JUST DONUTS AND COFFEE . I would not call that breakfast however they were fresh ....room was aged , but clean enough for a nights stay . Bed was nice , pillows should be improved .

Sorry, but we did not stay.. Upon entry into our room, that was to be non-smoking, we were over come by the smell of smoke; so much so that our eyes were burning.. The carpet was thread bare and the bed spread showed it age, very old.. So we went to the front desk immediately and inform the clerk that we were not staying because we could not accept the condition of the room.

I had sent an email to Hotel.com customer service.. This is the worst hotel ever.. We stayed just long enough to check out the room and left ASAP.. The room was to be non-smoking.. Upon opening the door to the room, you could smell smoke.. The aroma burned our eyes.. The carpet was threat bare and the bed spread was showing it's age (Like about 40 years).. It as all possible we would like our points returned since we didn't stay.

This was for my honeymoon drive across the country. The hotel smelled smoky even though we had a non smoking room but the front seat manager (I think he was the owner's son) was very helpful in giving directions and suggesting things to see nearby
