This was the worst Motel experience I ever had. Not enough towels and pillows, and when requesting them, got promised but were never brought. The shower didn't have a shower head and roaches were running around in the room. There is no front desk, its a gas station attendant checking you in. This property is not acceptable.

I chose this hotel because it was about 6 minutes from South Georgia motor park. Its a older hotel. Nothing fancy. We just needed a place to sleep. The owner/manager was super nice. The room didnt have pillows nor toilet paper but he called house keeping and had them take some to the room. There was no microwave which i disappointed in that and no remote for the tv. But after leaving the race track at midnight we pretty much crashed and went to sleep. It served its purpose for us.

Very unsafe feeling overall, no way to secure door...deadbolt was punched out. Do not stay here. Out of at least 80 rooms, maybe 6 were occupied and we were placed in the very back area...was nervous to have the rental car there overnight.

It’s a complete shame that this dump is even allowed on Expedia. Clearly, there are zero standards. I had been traveling all day, exhausted and just needing a few hours of rest—and instead, I walked into this nightmare. I couldn’t stay even for 10 minutes. I had to leave immediately and find another hotel on my own. This was not just disappointing, it was disrespectful. No traveler should ever go through this. Expedia should be held accountable for misleading listings like this.

This place has to be the most run down nastiest place I have ever stayed. The carpet felt greasy, the beds were terrible and could feel every spring. Smelt bad. Sheets and blankets looked like they have been used for years. No fridge or microwave. The toilet seat was broke. The tub couldn’t drain fast enough to keep up with just the shower running. The only good thing about the place was the ac was cold and the staff was nice. Do not stay here. Go somewhere else.

It was the most hideous hotel/motel we have ever stayed at. If not for the 189.00 by Hotels.com that I couldn’t cancel or even shorten my stay, we would have left immediately. No television service, no phone, no trash receptacle, Hotel personnel not available after checking in. Office was in a gas station with rude people. When I asked for a receipt because we were leaving I was told they didn’t give receipts. This led to the gas station clerk calling me curse worse, threatening to call “Police” and attempting to charge us for hot water. I would never, ever stay there again. I have one more reservation with Hotels.com and that will be my last! I feel that Hotels.com should be aware of the properties that they advertise for. I would give this place a .0 - yes, a ZERO!

He asked if i still wanted to stay I had a refundable rate that wasnt charged to my card till check in. Told him no, we would go elsewhere, please cancel the room. He sais he couldnt and i had to call who i booked through. Called and they said the called hotel and they wont refund the money and they will charge my card. Tried to explain what guy said and they wouldnt refund it. Have to now fight with my bank to get my money back for this piece of crap motel. Why do they not state this stuff on the reservation page? This hotel was horrendous. There was an old crusty croissant behind the night stand, mysterious fluid on the floor behind the bed, mystery fluid on the bed & box spring, a shotgun shell on the bed, no shower head, and it was filthy. Complete dump, there was no lobby. You check in at the gas station where the person tells you he can't guarantee your room will have toilet paper or towels. Stayed 2 nights because it was non refundable. They did not make beds or service the room after the first night. Towels were supposed to be white but were stained and old so looked super dingy. No trash can, fridge, microwave or TV in the room and reading lights by bed didn't work. Also walls had multiple drywall repairs/patches (not painted) where you would think someone tried to kick there way through the wall to escape the horrible accommodations they paid $70/night for. If you come across this motel keep driving.

I will be getting my money back. The kids on Travelocity do not match the place. They say queen beds, but they are full. Absolutely disgusting place. Toilet had pee still in it, sink wasn’t clean, furniture is ripped and 50 years old, sheet might as well been made of paper, no tv, no internet, and the lights didn’t work. Not to mention outdoor lighting wasn’t working and you had to check in at the counter of a gas station. Absolutely unsafe place. Might as well run prostitutes out of it. Places like this is why the second amendment exist and open carry. Good luck staying here if you do t have a weapon with you. We left and they would t give our money back. I will be reporting them to the health department in that area.

We checked in after midnight, we were given the last room on the 2nd floor at the back of the motel. Our first impression of the room was that it smelled strongly like cigarette smoke. We were not informed we were staying in a smoking room. We then found dirt in the bed, a small blood stain on the sheet, and saw two live roaches within ten minutes. We grabbed our stuff and went back to the office inside the gas station and said we could not stay in that room. The attendant was very apologetic and immediately offered us a different room. We said ok, it was now after 1am. The 2nd room was cleaner by far, and was in a better location- on the ground floor closer to the office. The door did not close well and there was a crack in the window, still. It was a place to sleep. All in all I would have rather slept in my car at a Cracker Barrel. I gave two stars only because the attendant was nice

The owners and management of this establishment over booked the hotel. I booked my stay three days ahead of schedule through Expedia when there were rooms available. The owner ( management )of the establishment found an opportunity to price gouge other guests needing to stay in their hotel while ignoring the booking that I had and several other guest had at the same time I showed up to book in. Myself and three others were there trying to book in when we all found out the owner/management took advantage of a situation that would allow him to charge new guests and over book his hotel by charging them $300 plus per night and ignoring the booking Expedia has booked his hotel for $80 a night. These people that run hotel establishments like this are dishonest and thieves. These establishments depend on Expedia and other booking agencies to help them throughout each annual year but they take advantage when disaster hits, as did in Florida with hurricane Milton and myself and others were flying north to this location and booking days ahead of time. This establishment many others overbooked from people walking in off the street and price gouging them as this owner did and leaving myself and many others without a place to stay even though we booked days ahead of time. SHAME ON THEM

next to the hotel. We had a pre paid reservation we are from Orlando a Hurricane was getting close we booked them 3 day before because nothing else was available. We traveled in the stormy weather which took us 6 hrs to get there apon ariving the guy said you're not on my list. Meaning he had rooms but wouldn't give us one even though we had pre paid. He claimed Hotels.com had over booked and had to cancle 60 people already for the day. We don't have a room available but we pre paid so how can you have a list still coming and turn away someone that has already paid for their room? My guess is the hotel itself caused the booking issue by turning away people that booked with Hotels.com and took people that booked directly with them. Now I have no proof but hotels usually work on first come first serve even with pre paid rooms if there's an overbooking not turn someone away to wait for someone that hasn't yet gotten there. So the experience was horrible! I would not recommend booking them because you might end up like us with no where to go . My wife is 60 I'm 75 we had to spend the night sitting in our car because of this and at our age sleep doesn't comeeasy but there'sno sleepwhenyouhavetosit in yourcarall night. We had only booked them because there wasn't anything else available so please be careful when booking with them!
