I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay and all the staff, including the Manager, ALL at the front desk, the staff in the breakfast and housekeeping. I would like to especially thank and complement Adrian Rodriguez at the front desk who is exceptionally wonderful in taking my payment always. He is a definite plus for the hotel and always is extremely helpful and very nice always!!! Like everything!!

I miss a day I didn’t go to the hotel on Thursday so you guys got a free one easy money for me. I asked them if they could put me on the hotel side of the hotel near the highway cause it’s too noisy. They told me on Thursday on Friday night that they’ll do something Saturday I went this Saturday morning. They said they don’t have anything they told make sure to come earlier so this lack of amplifiers are being accommodating is something that the hotel needs to work on?

Mostly, there was used condoms in the trash cans when me and my daughter checked in our room. There was rust and mold around the bottom of the doors and hinges. The elevator floor was loose and unstable. The morning clerk, Newton, was rude and ignored us for a personal phone call with another employee.

Was slightly dated but perfectly adequate for what we needed. Was a large room with a King bed and had a microwave and fridge which was useful for takeaways and drinks. The breakfast was simple but adequate, scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes, cereals etc. Good locaton with Dennys, iHop, Burger King in close proximity. Staff were friendly and supportive. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was falling apart. The mini fridge was somehow completely unstable. It smelled damp from the second I walked in. On the second night a crack in the ceiling above the shower started leaking and water was pouring in (fortunately into the tub) and only once I complained to Expedia did they change my room THE NEXT DAY. I should have left as soon as I arrived. Do not stay here.

Housekeeping came without me asking and kindly placed my stuff on the couch that I did have on the bed and all the tables respectfully The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that the pool closed at 10 I don’t mind not being in a pool at 10, but as far as the smoking area being at the rooms are non-smoking and there’s no designated smoke area even in the front no benches for you to sit on that was the only part that I didn’t like so if they could figure out a way to maintain that that would be perfect like I said, I understand the pool closes at 10, but as far as sitting there and lounging there, we should be able to do that being that we don’t have any other designated area to do so

Easy check in, for one night was perfect, elevator floor was kind of scary, made noises and it move like it was going to fall apart, room bathtub could use a little bit of maintenance but water pressure was good.

The 28 bus across the street takes you to the beach and Aventura Mall. Lots of places to eat within walking distance and close to the airport. Will most certainly staff here again. Stayed here to be close to the Miami Open in Hard Rock stadium. Very useful & room super spacious. Comfortable on the whole. Free coffee in the lobby & a decent breakfast spread. Lots of fast food options close by & the pool looked cool.

We had no toilet paper nor holder in room 222. When we called the front desk to ask for some, they said we could come to the front desk to get some.

The room was unsanitary, and the overall environment could easily cause someone to get sick. This is not just about comfort it’s a health concern. I would strongly caution anyone, especially families with children, to think twice before staying here. If I had booked directly through the hotel instead of Expedia, I would have demanded a full refund. And if that had been refused, I would have contacted my bank without hesitation. This place seriously needs to be shut down or completely renovated. Until then, I would not recommend it to anyone.

Not much at all. The location was okay. There were a few restaurants nearby. The room was dated and the hot water did not work at all. I called the front desk about the hot water issue when we got back from dinner. The staff told me they couldn’t help me since maintenance was not available.

Definitely needed adequate parking for handicapped guests. I had to walk around the building to reach the front door. The side door worked only part of the time.

The hotel room as well. The hallway had a bad older. The bathroom fourth floor looks bad and outdated. The lady at the front desk when I was checking out on Monday morning at 5:15 was very nonchalant like I was bothering her when I was returning my key while she was on her cell phone she didn’t ask me. The rooms smelled like mold and the staff gave me a hard time when I told them the room had issues. We tried another room and it smelled like mold also and tou can hear every car that goes by on the highway that is next to the hotel. I left the hotel and went to a Hilton which was much better. I arrived to the hotel at night and the front desk lady was so rude, no greetings, room was dirty, bed clothes smell humid. Our first room smelled really musty/moldy and had a dehumidifier in it. When we let front desk know, they gave us a new room the next day which was much better. The shower curtain bars were installed incorrectly in both rooms making it impossible to keep the shower curtain closed when showering causing the bathroom floor to get soaked. Breakfast was a good selection each day with hot items such as eggs and breakfast meats and a pancake machine. The kids loved the pool. Clean with a fun water fall feature. Staff were polite and helpful. Overall, good value for the price.

Loud and uncomfortable. The beds are like rocks and traffic. Sounds like a drag strip next-door. Impossible to sleep move on if you’re eating a good night sleep before a task in the morning.

This is my go-to hotel when I visit this area. The hotel is clean and comfortable, though not exactly luxurious. But that's fine with me. The location just off of I-95 is ideal for my purposes. I've stayed here many times over the years and I've always had good experiences here. I will return.

If you want a hot shower don’t book. Room was fine besides having a smell sometimes (we think it’s from the ac). But besides that, the shower don’t get warm and when we called and asked about it they said they’d turn it up, and it never got hot the couple days we were there.

A below average hotel perfect for a canceled flight when you have no other choices.

The bathroom was very dirty. Specifically the tub. The bathroom door did not close all the way. The television channels went in and out a lot. Rooms are not soundproof so it was pretty loud at times. One of the elevators was really scary to get on due to the floor in there. This place just needs a few cosmetic touch ups. The staff that is there until 11pm I forget their names were really nice and helpful. But the others were not too friendly.

This hotel was advertised as being in Hollywood/Aventura. It was in neither. It was in Hallendale right next to a strip club. The hotel was moldy. The first room was moldy and smelled so strong i started coughing. The desk person was kind and showed 2 other rooms, also with mold. You could see where they tried painting over the mold on the ceilings. The best thing about this was the lovely front desk night person. He was kind, friendly and listed to me. He really tried to accommodate us but I just couldnt stay there. It was almost midnight and we had to leave to find somewhere else to stay. On or way out, we saw prostitutes lurking in the shadows. Really sketchy area.

The room we requested was no longer available. They took us to a room that was accessible as requested, but it had some flaws. We were desperate to be able to have a walk in shower so we took it.

Although the hotel was clean and the staff very accommodating, I had a terrible stay because this hotel is right next to the highway and I felt like the cars were driving right through my room. The windows are single pane windows and the highway was very loud. This hotel needs to upgrade to double pane impact windows particularly on the west side of the building overlooking I-95. No amount of camomille tea nor even the earplugs helped. Please replace those windows with Impact and noise reducing windows. In addition to the noise from the highway, there was a high pitch sound from the toilet, like an alarm, long beeping sound. The staff came and heard it for themselves! I had very little sleep between the highway and that beeping sound from the bathroom. That sound was inside the walls. Furthermore they could not find the origin of that sound and they could not change my room. There were no rooms available on the east side or front of the building. I dont recommend staying at this hotel if you care to have a good sleep with all the noise pollution. The staff was nice and the hotel did provide a good breakfast.

Definitely not a good trip this time I tried best Western got in my room walked into the bathroom after I set my bags down to you to use the restroom and there’s white paint all over the floor. I scrape it with my shoe and it comes up. I look up at the ceiling and the ceiling is peeling like no tomorrow so then I get done in the restroom and then went out to the bedroom trash all over the floor so then I started looking around smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector coming off the wall, full of black mold, I got fed up and called the front desk move to another room a little better, but the a/c did not work and I was over it. The smell. When you walk into the Lobby, there is a weird but bearable smell. The elevator trip is where it all begins to go sour. Then when you get to your floor you are met with a very damp and mildew/smokey/spur smell. It gets better in the room because you have A/C. We weren’t staying in our room much so that was the saving grace. However, there weren’t many other benefits to this hotel. Outdated….everything, they only ever provided us with 1 facecloth (my husband and I discovered a new level of intimacy we weren’t looking for), we would have called down to front desk but the phone didn’t work. We did however feel safe with all the police sirens going off through the night. They tidied our room once in the 4 days (so we only replaced that facecloth once.) The gym is small and literally everyone gets to walk by and view your attempts at health and well being. The breakfast was a line up of fake food so if you like real eggs from a chicken I would not recommend but if you are a connoisseur of man made products, this is the breakfast for you. I had once and will be doing a detox when I get home. Maybe it’s just because we are from Jamaica that I expect food to not taste like rubber. So that’s my review. I only decided to post this because I had read positive reviews and that is what made me book the hotel. Happy travels.

As soon as I walked in the door I knew it was going to be bad. Anytime there is a strong smell of cleaner, that usually means they’re hiding something. My nose immediately kicked into an allergic reaction. We opened our room, went into the bathroom only to find no mirror on the wall. That pretty much summed it up for me. We went back to the desk to ask for a refund for two nights. He cancelled one but I don’t think we got the second night refunded. I called the manager the next day who promised to call me back after he called Expedia, but still no word. Guess I’ll have to do it myself. Freaking worthless people.

Not family friendly. Not worth the price. Odor is awful. Room phones do not work. I wish I would have chosen something else. So much regret choosing this one. I had to go and buy febreze to help with Odor in room. Clorox wipes and disinfectant. Two young ladies in very short dresses would wait right in front of elevators as is if they were waiting for clients. Not worthy of the name. It doesn’t represent Best western.

The hotel rooms csn be improved by minor renovations. Overall a good place to stay a few nights close to many other locations.

Hotel is old and has paper thin walls so you hear next door guests talking, coming and going, etc. The freeway noise is beyond loud and makes it difficult to sleep. If you stay more than one night your room does not get cleaned. We also asked for a manager a couple times for the problems we had and he never had time for us! Then we talked to Diego and he said he would take care of all our problems but never came through with anything. Overall was not a Hotel I would recommend!!

Staff went above and beyond from front desk to house keeppping and the kitchen staff. I like that they remembered i was there for a family emergency and checked in with me and asked how it was going. That made me feel seen, cared about and valued.

The room was good and the location is right by the highway. The hotel also has a lot of fast food and a supermarket nearby. However, I went to the breakfast and there wasn’t a lot of food left. Also, we asked for housekeeping to stop by, but they never came by. These were minor issues. Overall, the hotel was good.

The reception is modern looking, but the rooms need to be renovated, the bathrooms fixtures are wore down. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The floors in our room were quite dirty. They needed a good washing.

The bathroom had visible mold, no proper mirror, and the shower was not as advertised (tub instead of walk-in shower). The hotel did nothing to fix the issue when I contacted them, so I checked out early and did not stay the remaining nights.

We arrived slightly early and the front desk interaction was unwelcoming, with little explanation provided. When we reached our room, the floor had a noticeable musty smell. While the room appeared clean, there were several maintenance issues, including a very slow-flushing toilet that became plugged, missing towels after maintenance, and a shower head that came off during use. Breakfast quality and organization were poor. Food was limited, items were watery, there was only one toaster for many guests, and no staff available to assist. We chose to eat breakfast off-site for the remainder of our stay. We also experienced elevator door issues, which raised some safety concerns. At checkout, the front desk offered no acknowledgment or resolution when these issues were raised. This property did not meet expectations for a Best Western Plus.

Very dirty, limited breakfast, very rude stuff, do not clean the rooms at all, ask for stuff name they called police on me for that, they do not speak English?

We stayed one night with our kids. We took them to the pool and no towels were available at the pool towel area, so I went to desk and asked for pool towels for my family of 5. I was given two towels and told no more were available. Then went to our room and again only two towels in room. Went back to desk and was told no more towels were available. I clearly saw an entire cart full of towels but the man at desk refused to give me more towels. While at pool people were smoking marijuana and I informed the staff and was told they can’t do anything about it. Elevator broke, door to get in building broke. The list goes on and on. Very rude employee at desk. Room was subpar and outdated. Hair was on sheets and didn’t appear clean. For what we paid, I would expect MUCH better! I would never stay here again.

The ceiling was stained. The sockets were not covered. The bed springs were noisy. The hotel and rooms need to be updated badly, run down. Oh and the bathroom had no hot water. Not recommended.

Breakfast was pretty decent. The property is run down and needs to be updated. There is a musty odor all over the property and the room that I stayed had real humidity/damp issues. They had a dehumidifier in my room to which I had to empty twice through each night I stayed. Very umcorfortable and stuffy. I asked to have it checked my maintenance and they insisted the A/C and all was working fine. It was not. The location of the hotel is why I have stayed over three times vecause is convenient for me each time I visit but the last trip, I stayed somewhere else. Could not deal with this type of issues again. I hope they get to upkeep the hotel.

The first room I was given had a musty smell to it and had a dehumidifier in it. I requested a room change and the room smelled good and was clean. The location of the hotel was perfect: several restaurants and not too far from the airport. The breakfast was great and the staff was very courteous. I don’t think I’d stay again but if you’re on a budget and the room isn’t the main character, it will be okay.

The carpets were replaced to hard floor. I am glad I didn't have any allergies like I normally did at other hotels. Breakfast was great! The hotel was clean.

The apartments were relatively clean, but with a strong musty smell and visible mold marks. There were cockroaches in one room, and on the second day they moved me to another room after I complained. The second room started making a low-energy beeping sound from the smoke or CO2 detector, and I had to change rooms again because it was impossible to sleep with that noise. Initially, they refused to change rooms on both occasions (even though the room had cockroaches and the other had a loud beeping sound); only after much insistence did they agree to change my room. In the apartment next to mine, there was a guest wearing an electronic ankle monitor, which gives you an idea of ​​the hotel's terrible atmosphere! I will never stay at this chain again. Don't be fooled by the photos; it's very different in practice.

This was my worst hotel experience ever. Had to change rooms 3 times due to roaches being in the first one. The second one the shower faucet was very faulty and broken. The drain was clogged and would pool up while taking a shower. The toilet was also faulty.The carpet in the hallway was dirty with stains. I would never stay in this run down roach infested dump again. Wouldn’t recommend unless you had no other choice.

We did not stay. The young man that checked us in was rude, disrespectful, not courteous, did nothing to help us. He charged my card for incidentals and would not refund that back. Said to contact Expedia that that is who we need to request for a refund. The location was not safe, rooms were humid, mold, stains in the bed chair in the rooms, I had a severe asthmatic attack. Our senior citizens got headaches because the room smelled like someone was smoking. The front desk employee refused to give us receipt, was racist, said disrespectful comments. We left within 10 minutes to go search for new hotel. I have never ever had any issues with any of my past hotel reservations but this was something I hope to never experience.

I called ahead to request an early check-in and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. However, when I arrived, the front desk staff was extremely rude and immediately said they “don’t do early check-ins.” It wasn’t until I mentioned the name of the person I had spoken with—which turned out to be the manager—that the tone changed and suddenly I was told to “give them 30 minutes.” When I returned, they claimed they no longer had a room available. After waiting even longer, the room I was finally given was filthy. There were stains on the roof, walls, and doors, and for the price of this hotel, that alone was disappointing. It was only a one-night stay and they were hosting an event, so I tried to make the best of it. But when we came back from our event later that night, we discovered roaches in the room. When we went back to the front desk, we were told there was “nothing they could do” other than offer a late check-out the next day. No room change, no real apology, no solution. For a hotel charging these rates, basic cleanliness and decent customer service should not be too much to expect. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to anyone.

So many things went wrong in our staying here. Front desks are horrible with too much attitude as if you’re bothering them, our room had roaches, and bed bugs. It is outdated as well.

The staff was very kind. The rooms on 2nd floor smelled of mildew. The stinch will hit you as soon as you get off the elevator on the 2nd floor. I don't know about thevother floors. The breakfast was good. I want to be as transparent as possible. I couldn't sleep and it was extremely late when i checked in. I left after at 8am. I flew in for the weekend. I checked in, dropped my bags off and left for the day. When I came back around 10:30pm we saw a roach crawl across the floor and into the walls. The front desk agent had an issue with giving us a refund. Finally agreed to refund my for the whole stay. I called best western customer service to make sure a refund was in place and they informed me I will be getting a refund less than what I paid for.

We stayed at the Best Western in Fort Lauderdale and it was one of the worst experiences we’ve had. The bedsheets, pillowcases, and even the sofa were dirty. When we called the reception around 1 a.m. to ask for a replacement, instead of apologizing and sending someone up, they told us to come down to the lobby ourselves. Really disappointing service overall.

This hotel needs some extra attention to cleanliness and detail. The cloth light fixtures had rust stains. The bedding wasn’t as “bright white” as I am accustomed to. When I arrived the front desk attendant wasn’t on duty. The security guard was watching the desk. She came in from outside 5 minutes later barefoot/no shoes on. This is the only hotel that I’ve stayed at on hotels.com that I did not have a satisfactory experience. I do not recommend this hotel.

It wasn't all smooth sailing during my stay, but the staff were incredibly friendly, and the vibe was alright. The room, however, had a bit of a smell issue when the AC wasn't on, and, regrettably, I spotted some roaches. On a more positive note, the breakfast was fantastic, and I'd be happy to return - if the management can get the cockroach situation under control, that is.

The night staff was nowhere to be found when we arrived. When someone finally let us in, she looked at us and said “what”?. We called the hotel to let them know our flight was delayed and we wouldn’t arrive until 1. It was about 12:55 when we arrived. When we got in the room, it was in disrepair. There was rust, peeling paint, and items that were just very old and not maintained. There was a strong pot smell in the halls and elevator, which is fine, I don’t care what adults do, but my kid is asking why there is a skunk in the hotel? The morning staff were lovely and the breakfast was good too. It just isn’t well maintained and I think staffing is really hot or miss. Won’t be back.

First, it’s important to note that the hotel is located right next to a gentleman’s club — something that may make some guests uncomfortable. The front desk receptionist was friendly when we checked in, which I appreciated, but things went downhill quickly after that. When we entered our first room, there was a strong odor, and we noticed mold on the ceiling and along the walls. We immediately requested another room. The second room didn’t have a TV remote, and when we called the front desk, we were told only one person was on staff, so it would take some time. The remote finally arrived around 11 p.m., but it wouldn’t sync to the TV. We called again and were told to wait until the next morning. However, the next day no one came to clean our room, replace towels, or fix the TV issue. When we called again, we were told there was still only one person on staff and to wait until the following morning — but we were checking out that day. Overall, we had no working TV, no housekeeping, and had to change rooms because of mold. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this location until they address their maintenance and staffing issues.

The entire hotel was dirty the only thing that was nice was the lobby. The elevator was was small dirty and noisy. The room smelled like mildew and had a humidifier in it. This place has wonderful customer service. The people here are really delightful and would be the only reason why I would return, but unfortunately, this hotel did have roaches. I saw at least three when crawling in the bathroom when crawling on the walls in the main room, roach eggs hidden behind the couch.

Stayed 4 days, no one came to the rooms to clean. Roaches everywhere! Stinky and damp room. I told the front desk. No action. Had to have room keys rekeyed every day. I was in room 203. I will never, ever stay at a Best Western again!!

Excellent hotel. Plumbing was a problem and had to switch rooms because of toilet clogging and not flushing. Otherwise it was perfect. The staff was superb.

Spoke with GM regarding refunding majority of stay. Had to move rooms several times due to stenches, uncleanliness of rooms, and bugs. Would not recommend this to anyone. Seated next door to a strip club. Not child safe. Broken appliances and fixtures. Housekeeping did not properly clean rooms and returned to room after being out all day to ants infesting bags. Staff brought in stray cats. GM wanted me to meet half-way after my terrible experiences and would fight against full refund and had excuses for fake reviews and lack of cleanliness for the facility. Will never go here again. Waiting on partial refund and if not received, will be filing for full refund going so far as to charge back my credit card. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Breakfast isn't available until 7:30, there is an open door on ground floor with no lock or key check. Literally anyone can walk in the hallway at any time, have full access to pool and rooms.

Front desk staff in the evening was very rude and unhelpful with wifi issues among other things and she was more concerned about texting and surfing on her phone than being professional and courteous to guests. The room had a king bed which was ok, the tv was ok, the shower was hot, so the basics were covered however there was a horrible odor in the room which turned out to be from mold which was evident in some other areas of the room and all over the vent of the AC unit under the window. To add to that, there were huge cockroaches roaming, in the bathroom crawling over my stuff and the soap, etc and who knows where else. (i have photos) Lastly, being right across the street from a strip club meant quite a few unsavoury characters roaming around the front area of the hotel, and in the hotel parking lot smoking pot and doing whatever with people in the cars which felt unsafe in the evenings. i think Expedia got this wrong, the photos look ok online but is misrepresenting the reality of the situation beyond the lobby. Sorry to be so direct but it is true. Needless to say, all of belongings went in the washer when i got home not to mention airing out and vacuuming my luggage for roaches. Fun stuff.

The check in was fast and convenient. Any staff that I interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Parking was convenient and plenty of spaces were available. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. The desk in the room was good for work and the WiFi was fast. The pool was a nice bonus and was well maintained. The hotel is located so it is convenient to get in and out of but there is some noise from cars on I-95. The breakfast was nice with a combination of hot and cold food along with beverages. Overall a nice stay.

Nice people and lobby, rooms old, bed linens not clean, toilet installed at an angle, kind of tricky to use, I 95 traffic noise. Really humid room when I arrived, but better once I turned on the room dehumidifier. Overall, would not stay here again. Especially did not feel bed was very clean.

I like that it was convenient for my out of town trip. I did not like that. The water was set backwards meaning when you put it on cold, it will get hot and if you put it on hot, it will be ice cold so initially at night I was not able to shower comfortably. Staff was not aware it is to the next morning and we checked out so I was able to take a shower before check out, but would have loved to have a nice shower after traveling hours on the road

Room had a terrible musty smell. When we first entered we assumed it was the cleaners they used but the smell never went away. We also heard fighting around 2am in a room down the hall, no hot water in the shower and bed was sketchy-we kept itching all night. For the price point we got what we paid for.

The AC wasn't cold enough. Not enough luggage carts. Elevator floor was loose and warped. Please repair that. Thank you. Housekeeping entered our room before we left, which was very uncomfortable. Plus there wasn't enough parking at all.

If you are in the area for business, This best Western will do. Spacious rooms with couch and table. My only minor inconvenience was lack of "hot water" in the shower.

Rooms were clean and area is convenient to a lot of amenities

N There is no water in the shower, and the receptionist spoke to me badly and hung up on me when I asked for help because I wanted to shower, I had to go to another hotel assuming extra costs

So this is partially my fault. I saw good reviews, popular hotel, great past relationship with brand. If your traveling with family know there is a strip club beside facility. No wash cloths during entire stay possibly due to that. Breakfast was good, pool was superb, staff friendly some hunks pretty sure thought i was checking in to dance lol. Parking lot was was meh/sketch.

Place is dated, furniture peeling off, carpet looked dirty, light fixtures in room not working, no toilet paper holder. Mattress very uncomfortable. Just not worth the price I paid.

A Peeping Tom looked into my room from outside. I occupied a room on the ground floor.

This hotel has a city feel and clean. Walkable to restaurants and grocery store.

I would not ever recommend this hotel!! The worse experience ever!! I checked in at 3pm and after realized the room have mold and mildew which clearly made sense why the humidifier was in the room !! However my son has asthma and started to have breathing issues.. Edward at the front desk was so unprofessional!! I requested another room due to the poor condition and he refused saying there was nothing he could do .. not only there was no manager on staff at all!! How is this hotel operating with no manager!! We had no choice but to leave and find another hotel after going back and forth with Edward in a heated exchange!!! So ridiculous!! I was not the only one to complain and to make matters worse it was a hassle to get some of money back .. was still charged for the night that I didn’t get even stay there!! Bottom line horrible staff and rooms with mold and very humid conditions.. there is also a strip club right in front of the hotel !! Again I do not recommend at all!! Keep your money and book somewhere else !!! Not worth it at all.. management and staff needs to be fired!! Especially Edward who claims to be a veteran!!! Which is not how you treat other veterans .. extremely disrespectful, no accountability, he just did not care!!! Never again !!

All in all, not a bad place. Needs some attention to cleanliness in some common areas, but room was clean and met my needs.

Staff was very friendly. Diego made our check in experience very smooth and fast. The hotel is very clean and the room was comfortable. Bed was very comfortable and pillows good too. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The hotel has a pool and gym which we didn’t have time to use but both facilities looked inviting. Breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold items along with juices and of course coffee and tea. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

For the price it's ok

Returned to our room (215) at about 10pm to find an inch of water on the bathroom floor. It had leaked through the fan/light receptacle in the bathroom ceiling. Maid cleaned floor but we didn't dare to switch on the bathroom light switch for fear of electrical/water shorts. My wife, who was celebrating her 70th birthday, would not shower or even enter the bathroom (she used the toilet in the lobby). We left at 6:30 a.m. the next morning having changed our clothes without cleaning up and drove home. My plea for a refund was denied. Don’t stay here. Look for another property. Also, one elevator was inoperable.

I had the worst experience and would not referred anyone to stay at this location because of all the roaches they have in the room and the cleansing is not up to par and I’m a confused why Expedia still advertising them.

Only issue me and my fiancé saw 1 roach.

Staff was nice. Breakfast buffet made up for the broken bathroom door. Also housekeeping did a good job cleaning for us. Nothing was missing.

Staff who checked me in was not really welcoming. The room had a VERY strong odor and I saw a roach in the room. Probably will not stay there again.

The smell reminds us of a nursing home. The water damage and mold is atrocious. Needs to be fixed. Our whole family are sneezing and coughing after leaving today and the rooms were musky and humid. Please fix it.

Absolutely awful place to stay the hotel was so old and dirty. It was located right off the highway and next to a strip club. Very disappointed, I ended up leaving 3 days early, I don’t even know if I will get my money back.
