The property looks disgusting. The bedroom looks like crackers live in there. There is old trust everywhere. Cedar burns extension cords run everywhere. There’s syringes outside of front of my door and the door didn’t close. I’m trying to get my money back and Expedia won’t let me get it back.

Worst hotel I have ever been at. Absolutely disgusting. Dirty. Broken window. No security lock on door. Furniture in disrepair. Stains on the sheets. Mouse droppings under counter. Scene right out of CSI Miami.

This place needs to shut down immediately it’s all ran down buckets under ac units bed sheet etc old as hell beds hard as heck the rooms have no business be rented out they need to remodel that place it’s discusting room has rust all over it I wouldn’t advise no one to waste their money on that place I wish I can include pics you would see that they should be ashame to rent to good people like that just discusting. Room was DISGUSTING, roaches, drug deals out front, paint was peeling off the walls, pool was drained and non operational, "free Internet" only worked from the lobby. Thankfully we only needed a bed to sleep in before our cruise the next day, or else I would have walked out IMMEDIATELY. Paid over $100 for a roach motel. STAY AWAYYY!!! FAR AWAY!!! Spend the extra $20 and stay at a motel 8 or something better than this place. There's a smoke shop being run out of one of the rooms. The entire property smelled like marijuana!

Minimal maintenance has been done, peeling paint everywhere, no pool as advertised, broken windows and on and on… the property appears to be primarily low rent housing with a few “rental” rooms to sucker people in. We ended up sleeping in our vehicle and only using the shower since we had early flight out. DO NOT RENT A ROOM HERE.

Bathtub had rust which was painted over, tiles were broken, been had stains and dents from others sleeping on the same side for a long time, doorknob had hol s by the lock so very easy to look in the room. Drawers had screws so couldn’t open the drawers.

Wifi was not available in the room. In my search filter, I selected pool and free wifi. Neither was available to us during our one night stay. Further, I tailored my phone plan expecting to have free wifi. Thankfully, there was a security guard there when we arrived who called the reception to come to the desk to give us our key to our room. I was surprised there was no ice machine. It was clean but the property is showing aged. The male at reception was pleasant.

Parking was a confusing mess, my original room was cancelled without reason and I was charged more for a second one and it was so dirty that we left as soon as we entered. Several roaches were active, and the smell of the room made me sick. when we tried to return so the room could be cancelled & card refunded, we were locked out of the lobby.

First off there was no parking we got there at 4:00 p.m. had dinner went to a concert came back even worse for parking One of the beds broke immediately the office was closed they didn't have no ice no cups I can go on matter of fact when the bed broke when we went to lay down another customer had his car stolen so it was crazy bizarre night

Terrible. This must be a scam. Tried to give us a room for four not five. No offer to add bed to room or help. Didn’t matter as we walked out without staying.as everything was filthy & run down. People roaming around drunk & one women naked. Horrendous.. scarred for life after an hour here. If we had stayed im pretty sure we would have be robbed . Avoid .. zombie apocalypse here. The photos on Expedia bear no resemblance to the reality.

There were bugs in the room. The bathroom door didn’t shut all the way and we had to put a chair at the front door cause the lock didn’t work. We felt very unsafe and staff was not helpful at all!

This was the absolute worst place I have ever stayed in. It is filthy. Thankfully we had a late night in and was leaving the very next morning for a cruise. We saw MULTIPLE COCKROACHES. There was dirt, grime, and total filth in every corner. I would never stay here again and I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone else.

Pleasant staff The room was terrible, there were cockroach-like insects, everything was very old, including the furniture and bedding; only the shower curtain and towels were new. There was no kitchen. The room wasn't cheap, which is very disappointing.

Based on what I observed outside, it was clear that the property lacked basic maintenance. Windows and blinds were broken throughout the building, the pool was damaged and unusable, and the overall appearance of the hotel was extremely neglected.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location-but do not fall for it. Everything else was a complete disaster. The photos on Expedia are totally misleading. They show a restaurant that does not exist because it's completely abandoned. The pool is closed with no water, and the lobby furniture is filthy and looks like it hasn't been changed in decades. The room conditions were unacceptable: dirty walls, scratched furniture, and cigarette burns and holes on the bed. There was even a sign warning that electricity might be off from 12-8 and to call a number to reset the breakers, yet no staff is present during that time. The entire place smells awful and is absolutely not family-friendly. I refused to stay here and had to book another hotel last minute, costing me money I wasn't prepared to spend. I have also been requesting a refund for over a week with no approval. This was a complete waste of money. I strongly recommend staying away from this property.

The pool, completely empty, not working. Cracks in the ceiling, dead roaches. AC with buckets underneath holding the water that came out of it. Almost got assaulted in the parking lot by a homeless man. I feared for my life, had to checkout immediately.

Parking was poorly lit. There was no one at the front desk for check-in. There was no security anywhere on the premises or outside. There were unsavory people dealing drugs lingering outside the front entrance and sitting in the stairwells. The hallways had no lighting. The room was filthy, roaches running everywhere, toilet seat broken, bathroom unclean, broken dinette, the front door to the room lock was broken along with the adjoining room door lock not working. The bed was broken. I went to dinner and returned to discover the police in the front driveway. The front office and lobby closed at 11pm. There was no signage posted for any phone number to call for assistance. I feared for my safety and security. There was no one available for check out or drop box to place the key. I slid the key through a small opening at the front desk and took a picture of it in case there was any questions as to what happened to the keys. This establishment should be banned and removed from Hotels.com destination.

The whole place looks neglected...Needs major construction works...In a few hours my guest got a flu..alergy...not good.

Checking into the first room i noticed it was very outdated & dirty. Next-door there seemed to be, according to the front desk, illegal construction going on in the room.. at 8:30 PM you heard loud wall breaking noises & debris thrown in a truck.... bringing my concern to the front desk they switched my room & this room was a nightmare. After midnight I noticed the sheets were stained & BEDBUGS infested both mattresses.. there is no front desk from 12AM to 8AM so I had to wait till the following day where the front desk told me there were no vacancies. They tried keeping my deposit for "late check out" which was crazy but I made sure I got it back... very rude staff.. some guests seem to live there with people loitering in front of a smoke shop & stray animals(cats) all around. You can hear banging and all types of noise throughout the night including the next rooms TV.. the TV sucks! Barely any channels and they cut in and out with poor reception.. no working Wi-Fi for the smart TV functionality either. This place should be investigated and shut down! Horrible horrible horrible experience

The location was prime. The beach is super close, Walmart is 2 blocks away as are lots of other stores. Restaurants are plentiful and it's quiet for the most part. The rooms are totally outdated and in disrepair. They need a total upgrade and renovation without a doubt. It almost feels like robbery to pay over a hundred dollars to stay in a place that hasn't had a single upgrade since what feels like the 1980's.

No one at the desk cares about our experience nor did anything so far to make it right. We checked out the 28th hours after checking in due to being bite multiple times by bedbugs.

The hotel needs to be leveled. Old facilities, rooms outdated, there was dog feces leading up to the staircase. Not a nice place honestly. The man handling the reception was nice though.

ROACHES - DO NOT GO HERE. ROACHES is a huge problem at this hotel. I had to be moved three times due to an infestation of roaches. I left my belongings in my car because it was 3am where would I go find another hotel. I even brought a roach in a garbage can to the staff at the front desk. The final room I settled on slept in my clothes with my shoes on for a fear of mice as well, there was things that appeared to be mice feces. I did not see mice but the fear was there. This hotel is not safe to stay in. Very unsanitary and dirty. My room was dirty. The blinds were stuck together with scotch tape. No privacy at all as the blinds were broken. The room door and door frame was broken. You could push it open and the dead bolt would not secure the door. No safety features at all on the door or in the room. All drawers and furniture was broken and did not function. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. Management will not address the issues with myself or Expedia about obtaining a refund as I canceled the rest of my scheduled stay due to the above stated issues.

The rooms was moldy and have plenty mirrors which makes it a nice deco but needed reparation cause the wall is wiggling. it is scarry to sleep and make a move in a bed cause we were afrad that the mirrors all around the walls would fall 😀. The door to my room did not lock, which made me feel even more uncomfortable. I checked out the very next day. On top of that, the pool was out of service, and the Wi-Fi only works in the lobby, meaning there's no internet access in the rooms. This place does not feel safe, clean, or guest-friendly. I would not recommend it to anyone.

My door had clearly been kicked in before and the frame was very damaged, and wouldn't even close properly with light shining through. There was blood on the bathroom walls. The bathroom vanity was half dangling and broken. There were bugs all over the place. The TV didn't work. Holes in the ceiling. The list goes on. This place is disgusting.

Once the desk clerk finally got to the counter, he was very friendly and polite. Unfortunately when we got to the room the floor was unswept and the room/hotel condition was not great. Looked like water damage on the walls and doors. Chain lock in door was broken and the dead bolt was dismantled. Only door knob lock worked. Definitely needs to be renovated or fixed up. Bed was okay and water was nice and hot. It was decently quiet. After we wiped down all the surfaces with Clorox wipes to feel better we got an okay night of sleep. Unfortunately we will probably not choose to stay again. The area was amazing though. Beach, food, shopping and Walmart within walking distance. Highly recommend the area just maybe not this hotel until it gets cleaned up

One step above a crack house. Had to step around people on the stairwell who were having a “transaction”. Gap around the entry door so wide you could see light. Window A/C unit held in with a thread. Broken window glass. No hot water at the sink. Some hot water in the shower (at times). Was told the cable was out and pool was closed when we checked in. Towels were clean but really cheap and small. Parking was minimal. Some units were for “long term” guests. Stay here if you are coming up from being unhoused or on your way down to being unhoused

Do not stay here, I would give 0 stars if I could. If how run down and under maintained the building looks from the outside wasn’t enough, my room had a chunk of ceiling missing with water leaking from it, water damage and mold on the walls, floors were absolutely filthy, and YELLOW STAINS on the sheets!! The door also looked like it had been kicked in and poorly put back on, there was a deadbolt with no chain to lock it. I’ve genuinely never felt so disgusted and unsafe. I checked out about 15 minutes after checking in.

Hi the room was very nice but they have tile flow no carpet tile everywhere and the room in the bathroom I had a handicap room on the floor from the from the shower was flat so that the water ran out from the shower to the floor because of the tile with no blockage of the drain to block the water from the shower to the room so I kind of like almost slipped and because of the water running but the room is clean the TV didn't really have a few channels and the refrigerator in the microwave it was okay so for the price and it was okay

I stayed here for the weekend and I honestly wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The rooms were extremely dirty and outdated — everything felt neglected and in need of a serious update and deep cleaning. No one came by to offer fresh towels or to clean the room the next morning. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I would never stay here again.

Arrived 12 hours late. Still held my reservation and I did communicate this with them. (Flight issues) Staff even opened the store at midnight for me and Seth is super kind and made sure we were safe and carried our bags. He doesn’t work for the the hotel he works for the store but he is awesome and the rest of the staff was so kind and super helpful. Will be back. Seen mixed reviews and super glad we still stayed here. Clean nice pool and great staff. It’s outdated for sure but exactly the experience we were looking for!

For Expedia to actually have this property as one of their options is embarrassing for them. I have never stayed in such a trashy, run down, unsafe hotel in my life. We booked a non-smoking room and a smoking room was given to us. We were told the hotel was fully booked because of the Ultra Music Festival. We tried to find rooms elsewhere, but had zero luck. So unless we wanted to sleep in our car, we had no where else to go. If the hotel didn't have any non-smoking rooms available, they shouldn't have allowed us to reserve one. The electrical outlets were partially exposed, drop cords and surge protectors everywhere and the fire alarm was missing from the ceiling. Someone must be paying off the local inspectors because this is just a fire waiting to happen! There were roaches and cigarette butts on the floor. And don't get me started on the bathroom. The vanity looked like it had been in a flood and never replaced. The towel bar had been completely ripped off of the wall. There were cigarette burns all over the counters and in the sink! Our outside window was cracked and there was a gap in the frame of the front door that you could see through. The only good thing was the surrounding neighborhoods and shopping areas. Dining and shopping was all in walking distance and in general it seemed to be a safe area. However, unless you just don't give a darn about your family or yourself, never stay here! I booked this Hotel, last minute, me and my partner needed one. It was quite late in the evening, but there was a man outside of the Hotel walking around but holding his pocket, I didn’t even want to go inside to check in. At a point the man started walking toward us while we were parked, we moved, and he started walking toward us again ! My partner and I didn’t feel safe to check-in that Hotel. It didn’t even look like the pictures ! It was the evening, but if you look at the evening pictures, it doesn’t look like it either.

This hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately, its facilities are run down. As soon as you enter the reception area, you're hit with a terrible shock. There was no air conditioning, but they'd installed a fan, with decor from a thousand years ago. The room was apparently organized and clean, with three beds, excellent for my family group. The sheets were clean, but the mattresses had no protectors. The bathroom was dirty and moldy. There was no hot water; after hours, the water only came out hot. The first night, I didn't sleep at all because someone was smoking marijuana outside the room, and there were also people talking and laughing. The police arrived. Add to that the noise from the air conditioning. It was devastating.

The room itself was dirty, especially the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose, cabinet doors in the “ kitchen area” were missing there was a full size refrigerator that worked but the outside was covered with either mold or rust, I’m not sure which. I made the reservation at the Knights Inn because it was close to our destination. I’m sure glad it was only 2 nights!!

The windows were broken and the pieces were taped together. There was a big splatter of blood on the floor with a trail of drips around. The sheets had holes in them. The beds were caved in. The sofas had mold on the arms. The pool was unsafe yet open. This was one of the worst ever places I’ve ever been too.

This is a really old hotel. The staff were nice enough but there are no ice buckets or in room blow dryers. We were put in the back next to a dumpster and big street light. It could use some sprucing up. We rented it to be close to the tracks but there are nicer places for an extra $100.

I honestly can’t say anything positive about my experience here. It resembles a condemned building inhabited by the homeless. Took one look at it and requested a refund which I was promptly refused. The guy at reception didn’t care, seems he gets this request often. I’d consider sleeping in the car than here!

This has to be the worst place I've ever stayed it was dirty there were roaches everywhere the shower had no pressure it was like a dog peeing on your back not to mention you can't get warm water your stuck with either scalding or freezing I stepped out of the shower took 15 steps and my feet were covered with dirt on the bottom the walls sinks and ceiling were dirty and stained and they have the absolute nerve to charge $135 for a night it was ridiculous I didn't notice the state of the pool when we arrived because it was dark but by morning I could see that the pool was green and covered in disgusting dirt and mold in the bottom I wouldn't dip a toe in there for fear that it would fall off by whatever flesh eating bacteria may be in that pool this is definitely someplace I will never ever recommend or stay at no matter how desperate my situation please please do not waste your money you'd be better off sleeping under a bridge

This location was so filthy that we left after one night and made reservations elsewhere. The parking situation is also horrible.

Bathroom shower had holes in the shower. Ceiling had stains all over the ceiling. Floor was not even with the other part of the floor entering the bathroom. Safety issue for sure. Blanket and pillows were so thin they needed to be thrown out. Bad had a 0lastic cover under the sheets that crackled everytime you moved.

I booked a room in a pinch,my apartment was being renovated,and it was located conveniently. Never made it past the front desk.Most disgusting ,dirty ,dilapidated place I’ve ever seen.Turned around and walked out,never stayed.Suprised they even would subscribe to a place like this.Of course,Hotels .com refused to refund money.Two agents actually hung up on me.Very disappointing.

This hotel was very dirty.The staff was very unprofessional.The rooms that not have any TV and when I went to leave.My room door could not get out of the room.Had to get maintenance staff to break the door in order to get out. Worst experience staying at a miami hotel

A lot of homeless

This property is dirty. We went to our room no elevator and promptly left to go to another hotel. It is unsafe with people hanging out doing drugs. A $100 room security fee is charged.

Hotel is run down, pictures don’t match the actual situation and room was beat down. TVs did not work, curtains offered no privacy and outlets did not work. Property is a mess and full of strange individuals walking around.

The property is not what it is on the pictures. It is old, smells like mold, and the room didnt not even have blackout curtains, and half plastic blinds were missing. so everyone walking by the room could see inside. at night cops came to the property after 20 minutes a couple yelling and beating each other. Did not even get into shower - it was disgustingly dirty, scratched and stained. Worst motel ever

Bad to leave three hours later there were roaches and a terrible stench of sewer and mold.

The property is in a good area, but is very old, the bathroom is old and only a set of towels. The tv is old and obsolete

The bed was hard; the room need updating and the bathroom needs renovation. Would not stay here again!!

Good price for area. Very noisy at night. May have been a party next door. Things calm down a little by 11pm but more load music till 2am.

There was no AC in the main lobby and in the room there was filthy and had bugs and roaches

The best thing about this place was the gentleman at the front desk. He was friendly and professional! This place is extremely dated and worn. It is in need of new furniture, painting, and some repairs. The location was okay. Close to beach access and restaurants. This is a place to stay in a pinch when you just need a night or 2 and don't want to blow your budget since you won't be in your room except for sleeping.

Price is right for area. Convenient lication.

I had no issues but property is a little run down. Bathroom light switch wouldn't turn off. Price is very reasonable considering the proximity to the beach racetrack and casino.
