Accommodation The guy at the front desk was tired I guess, because his tone and demeanor was a bit off. But a good thank you left the sour moment sweetened by the minute.

The place has a Baquet hall attached and the parking lot was busy on weekend nights. Needed to have exterior lot cleaned up after the busy night. The breakfast is fine and was busy on a holiday weekend except for Monday ,easy to make pancakes and a micro-biscuit (egg ,cheese& ham). Too cold for the pool.

The hotel room was very clean and spacious but it was clearly an older establishment. The breakfast was cheap tasting. The staff at Dynasty didn’t seem to care for their job. There was little to no acknowledgement of guest, and the night of the rehearsal dinner, a dynasty staff member came over to us and told us “not to get anything on the white tablecloth because he wasn’t going to switch it out.” The tablecloths weren’t ironed, the food service during the reception was too slow and the food was terrible.

First room had no working AC and it smelled like it had never been cleaned. The staff reluctantly moved me to another room and it smelled like an ashtray. Finally had to stay in a third room, but had to share a bed with my son because there were no other rooms with two beds.

I enjoyed the comfortable bed and plenty of towels/robe. I did not like the tub. There is a sign that states that there are scratches in the tub and it is clean, however it is not costly to paint a tub. For what one pays for the room, it should be in better shape. Also, pubic hairs came out of the jets when I turned them on. This was gross. Air vents were dirty as well as fireplace.

The rooms were outdated. The front desk lady was not friendly. She mentioned breakfast but never mentioned anything about shuttle. Luckily friend of mine told me they had one. Customers should be informed of that upon checking in. Met two young ladies who caught Uber to concert because they were not aware of shuttle services.

Clean room. Plush towels. Breakfast. Simple but good. Beds are not that comfortable.
- 3/5
There is no problem with any of the staff. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and fresh. The only problem I have is with the little toilets. They are very low to the floor. My guy is tall and when he saw the toilet he just shook his head. I'm not very tall at all, I had to rely on the sink for support to lower myself and stand.

bathroom and shower perfect for me wall heater more quiet than last cleanliness clean as usual bed and pillows I want them THANK YOU

Since I joined WYNDAM I find it harder to reserve a room, not easier. Hence Expedia. Freshen your website, it's inaccurate.

Stay was better than expected. Very relaxing and comfortable.

Just a little out dated but for the area it was nice
- 3/5
The staff was friendly but the condition of the premises was less than to be desired. Since the postings showed that it was remodeled I had expected a clean and well maintained premises. Instead it was very poorly maintained and the rooms were less than to be desired. I don't believe that I would stay there again.

Overall good place to stay. I did have a very noisy neighbor at 6am playing loud music for hours. I wish staff would have made them turn it down or off.
- 3/5
The bed is very uncomfortable
- 4/5
Like the king suite, large area. Didnt like the very hard mattress, no screen first floor windows, no cable.

The Ramada was beautiful, clean rooms, comfortable beds, shower hot wonderful, wouldn't change of things will return

Great stay
- 5/5
My friend and I came for lollapalooza. We got here a bit early for our reservation and thankfully the lady upfront was able to get us in. The room looks great. A simple plain room. We have room service every day we stayed. The breakfast was good. The pool was good too, it’s four and half feet deep. Definitely staying again.
- 5/5
It was a very nice stay. I was so impressed by the kindness of the staff and quick accommodations. Additionally, the breakfast offered was amazing. I assumed it would be just packaged items, but they were some delicious boiled eggs and pancakes offered! Would love to stay here once more when I visit Chicago again. Thank you to all the staff!
- 5/5
The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful! The pool was very clean and kept up which was especially nice! The gazebo area and the trees were a lovely addition. My children and I loved our jacuzzi sweet and were amazed on just the whole ambiance of The Ramada! It was a nice little break without leaving the city
- 3/5
The stay was cool just the rust spots near the whirlpool tub kinda threw me off
- 4/5
I booked a mobility assessible room, since the hotel has no elevator. At check-in the reception had us set up for the second floor. I told her this was unacceptable, first she told me there was nothing she could do. My husband can nit climb the stairs. This was extremely upsetting because i know 2 people in line had requested a first floor room that morning. She finally found a first floor room after my insistence i was given a room on the first floor. It was the furthest room from the lobby. I asked why we didn't get ground floor when that is what was requested and she told me the handicap rooms we were on the second floor. Otherwords clueless. The Ramada has shuttle which is fabulous she said we would have to go 3 blocks down to catch the shuttle. Again clueless the shuttle picked up at the front door. Drivers were fantastic! Overall staff was great courteous except for the Friday afternoon receptionist. Rooms were clean, towels switched every morning. Breakfast was average. Will stay again but hope a for a better informed receptionist.

IT was everything we asked for. The breakfast was excellent!
- 5/5
Nice big suite with jacuzzi, outside clean pool with long hours and great continental breakfast!
- 3/5
Staff fine, very limited breakfast option, rundown neighborhood
- 4/5
just FYI room refrigerator very frosted up in freezer section (only to be expected with recent very high humidity) but you may want to get it defrosted for next guests as it was over two inches thick in some areas
- 5/5
They have wheelchair accessible rooms and bathrooms and the staff was absolutely wonderful We enjoyed our stay there very much
- 3/5
It had what was needed for our stay. The personnel were very approachable

Great place to sleep for a night.

Great budget-friendly hotel! Clean rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Perfect for a short stay—nothing fancy, but everything you need. Would definitely book again.
- 5/5
The staff was great!
- 4/5
Clean hotel with a good Continental breakfast. Evening was neat, tidy, and well kept including breakfast. We did not use the pool but it looked very inviting. The area isn't fancy but we felt plenty safe.
- 5/5
Staffs are very friendly.
- 5/5
Great place to stay if you’re taking a trip to the area! The pool outside was fantastic too. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 1/5
Carpet was wet, doors didn’t lock? Bathroom was filthy. Had to wear shoes the entire time. Tub was stopped up toilet hardly flushed
- 1/5
Nothing about this hotel was as pictured online. Hotel was old, carpets stained, baseboard trim missing and hotel and room smelled not very good. No wifi when we arrived, attempted to call downstairs but phone in room did not work, when trying to figure out why we realized there was no cord attaching it to wall and entire phone jack was missing. Pool was closed for an hour for a wedding then it ended up being extended much longer as wedding was running behind so we were unable to swim which is a big reason we booked this hotel. Couldn’t buy water as pop machine and vending machine was off and unplugged. Worst hotel stay we’ve had ever!
- 3/5
Whoever the maintenance staff is, however, needs replaced. But the building itself is a disaster. They've renovated parts of it and the room we had this time looked like it saw a fresh coat of paint, and they called it a day. We arrived to a massive blower being run for some reason. Front desk didn't know why. We ended up just putting it in the hallway because maintenance never appeared to collect it. Almost regretted it because without the blower fan going the room smelled like mildew and stale cigarettes. The toilet didn't flush correctly and it kept running. Loudly. We ended up taking the tank lid off and mostly fixing it ourselves after losing sleep due to the noise. The shower perpetually ran. Not dripped - a steady trickle. Front desk was notified about that, too, and the very nice man who was working passively implied that the person on duty probably couldn't fix it. If we decide to stay again I'll be asking specifically for one of the actually renovated rooms, and if anything is a plumbing hassle or the room smells like an ashtray we'll be switching rooms or going elsewhere.

Ants on pillow alerted lobby.. switch room immediately! Lovely establishment! Nice pool great staff I’ll be back.
- 1/5
Poctures were very innacurate, bathroom was not clean and looked like a hospital bathroom with rust and mold everywhere, pool does not look like those pictures at all... very disappointed
- 3/5
Staff friendly. Hole in wall in room by window. Dripping bathtub faucet leaving brown stains. Toilet also had brown stains.
- 5/5
Nice people

I stayed here with my daughters. I booked the room ahead of time. When we arrived the woman at the front desk was calling the police on a tenant that had just left. She proceeded to basically ask us if we saw her when we drove in. lol She gave us her description and everything. Anyway, we arrive to our room and just as we are about to put our things down and take a sit, my goddaughter notices little red begs crawling on the bed. We booked it out of there with our things. We were told that we were being upgraded to a suite but we received the same double bed, just ha to walk a mile to get there. On the way there, we noticed that breakfast for the next day was already set out but covered with linen...lol wow.
- 5/5
So I booked the room not knowing it was a whirlpool in the room man I lovvvveeedddd it
- 5/5
Front Desk very nice and welcoming
- 2/5
This hotel is rather large, and there was only 1 ice machine working of the 4 they have on site so we had to walk all the way to the opposite end of the hotel and up to the 2nd floor to get ice. I'll never stay again. The motel 6 on the other side of town updates their rooms every 5 to 10 yrs. This place hasnt changed in 30 yrs and charges 2x more than the motel 6.

Pretty ok
- 5/5
Somewhat ok.
- 5/5
It’s pretty well decent but need some renovation.
- 3/5
Hotel was clean, but clearly needed some small work. Multiple areas where trim was missing and grime in the bathroom. Breakfast was simple. No eggs, besides hard boiled. No breakfast mat. Simple cereals and a pancake machine. Staff were friendly
- 2/5
The property is old and dilapidated. The bed was advertised as queen size, but it looks like a full size.
- 5/5
Me and my fiance always enjoy our stay here. It helps that we always get the room that has the jetted tub!
- 5/5
It was awesome for a last minute visit
- 5/5
Excellent service thank you
- 4/5
The room was clean and comfortable and completely acceptable for a good nights sleep.
- 5/5
It was clean. Respectful workers. Safe to be around
- 5/5
Súper la atención fue excelente y el lugar acogedor bueno para descansar!!
- 5/5
The hotel is a go-to for me and the wife to getaway from the kids for date nights. Winter time is usually less busy and peaceful there, but the warmer months are busier with the huge banquet hall they have on site and it can be a little loud if your room is near it.

- 4/5
Everyone working here was very friendly.
- 5/5
Older but nice enough. No issues and generally quiet and peaceful.
- 3/5
It was okay. I had a room on the first floor by the ice machine. It wasn’t the most peaceful stay. I just needed a place to sleep for a night.
- 5/5
Nice
- 3/5
Let's just say, you'll want to keep your shoes on. I wouldn't have expected a Ramada to be in this condition. Floor molding broken off, filthy carpeting, cracked card reader on door, etc. You get the picture.
- 2/5
I liked the staff. They were kind and professional. But the over all cleanliness of the place was not good. And I found roaches in my room.
- 3/5
Not the cleanest. Bars on windows of nearby business
- 5/5
Good experience
- 3/5
This hotel is a C; it’s an older property, very vintage and run down. But it’s clean and the AC works wonders. Our relatives live nearby so it’s an ideal place to stay. Staff is indifferent to guest, no nice but not rude just going through the motions basically. We just slept there and left.
- 5/5
The personnel was very attentive and helpful.
- 4/5
Such thick towels! Shower nice and hot! Quiet comfy bed, slept great!
- 3/5
They are in the middle of renovation but should have offered discounts for no pool
- 3/5
Was happy with staff for working with me regarding an issue i had. Cons: not very clean rooms(crumbs on part of the floor when we arrived, long strands of hair on bathroom floor). Very dim lighting in the room. Carpet around all hotel was very dirty and stained. No elevators. Appreciated having a place to stay for a very quick trip out of town.
- 5/5
The Ramada was Nice. The room was clean. The pool was great. As well as the Free breakfast. The staff was friendly and professional and helpful.
- 2/5
The facade is nice, but after leaving libby checkin, the hotel is beaten... The initial room had bathroom issues. The maintenance crew came and assured us the error was corrected. It wasn't. We were moved to a different room. However, in the middle of the night, roaches were in the room. Horrific! We checked out in the a.m. Hopefully, we can get a refund for the remaining days. The bed was super had and We couldn't endure another dilemma...
- 5/5
Very clean nice workers no complaints
- 5/5
Close to the ports
- 3/5
we only stayed for one night and the only issues i had was that the room smelled like wet dog and the tub was dirty. otherwise it was a decent stay
- 4/5
Pleasant as usual…
- 5/5
Loved it. People were nice. Clean. Great place to stay.
- 3/5
Thin walls and you heard everything you neighbors were talking about even phone conversation
- 4/5
It was a nice place, the reception person could be friendly
- 3/5
No fancy hotel. No frills, old and needs refurbishment.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay with my family thank you . Staff were very friendly and helpful and we had a nice comfortable and clean stay!
- 5/5
The property was spotless clean. Quiet area. Beds are comfortable, big rooms. Pool is beautiful and clean. Breakfast very well organized, the lady that is in charge was very friendly, Victoria I believe was her name. Staff at front desk were very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and we will come back.
- 5/5
Nice warm pool. Good location. Good breakfast. Close to restaurants. Large room.
- 5/5
Liked the stay, close enough to Chicago.
- 4/5
Ok
- 5/5
The check-in was very easy and the staff was so friendly despite my group arriving at 11:30. They also helped us with questions about breakfast and water. The room was super clean and comfortable for a quick night stay. Breakfast was also convenient so we didn't have to stop after getting on the road.
- 2/5
Booked through Expedia the room we were give was not acceptable as run down, rusted tub and generally should not be give to anyone. They graciously gave us another room- not much better but when going to sleep heard water and the vent in bathroom had started leaking. Front desk gentleman immediately called maintenance and moved us to another room. Guessing not many places to stay in this city but will never go back!! All the staff were amazing. Was not impressed with the pool area and a guy smoking weed right there and drinking all night regardless of the no smoking sign.
