We were told that we couldn't stay there anymore. I don't understand why we were able to get a confirmation # when we made the reservation and we travel there and the manager acted like everything was fine, even looking for a room with a bench in the bath tuband then she stated that she was going to give us a room due to a complaint of arguing the last time we were there. I asked what date that was and (a) there was no arguing and (b) we stayed there in between the date she told me the complaint was and the date she said we couldn't stay there. Why was it fine one day and not the other. I WILL NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!!

We had a family emergency and had to get a room last minute. We booked our room on Expedia. We arrived shortly after 11 pm. Noone was on site to check us in. Over a house phone we were told they didn't have a two-bed room and they transferred us to another location about 15-20 minutes away. When we got there we talked to somone on the house phone who let us in but had no knowledge of the transfer. He eventually gave us a room and left a note for the day staff.

Everything was pretty good and everything was close by lots of stores. called on phone because we needed more towels (only had 1 regular size towel to take a shower) called on the phone to the lobby and the speaker part of the phone was not working stayed in room 323… But it was ok I know sometimes things happen… so I went downstairs to the lobby was there hitting the counter and calling out hello for like 15 minutes and no one came to the desk went back upstairs even though I new they could not hear me I called twice then ran to the lobby again and finally after calling out like for 5 more minutes utes someone came to the desk and I just asked for the towels and went back to my room…

I have a really bad experience. First they charged me 25 dlls per fee when it didn’t say anything when I booked it . In the receipt it didn’t says it was for a pet fee. No toiletries in the bathroom. No iron, no hair dryer

The property was down town close to everything in a nice setting. But the room and hallway spelled like dogs because this hotel does accept dogs. I got bit up by something on my arm and back . No iron in the room had to keep going down stairs for new towels room key stopped working several times whole stay was a bad experience

There wasn’t a pot or pan but the AC worked wonderfully. I got in late and the front desk was closed but your employee still did her best to make me feel comfortable. Thank you

Only the light in the bathroom and in the kitchen worked. The tv lost sound after a few minutes of playtime, repeatedly.

Just an overall great experience, starting from the beginning to the end.

The room we got had a big bug trap out in the open filled with roaches, we walked in the room and walked out within 10 minutes, absolutely disgusting.

The room smelled like vomit and dog or some sort of animal. I coughed the entire stay, I noticed the more I walked on the carpet my feet was itching a lot. The room was not freshly cleaned. Dust buildup on the table tops and picture frames. No extra toilet paper. And the bedding was so thin it felt like sleeping under a shower curtain.

Overall, the property is in rather good condition, however, Saturday afternoon, around 4pm, the elevator suddenly quit working and guests were not notified, nor were any signs placed on or near the elevator. This made it rather difficult as Saturday night we had to carry two heavy wedding gifts down three flights of stairs and the next morning we had to carry all of our luggage, including a larger cooler, down the same amount of stairs.

Bed sheets and towels are changed every 2 Weeks!! No utensils, plates or any cookware as before, now it comes as an extra charge, so nothing about this hotel is basically an “Extended Stay” just a fridge probably and Vintage, electric stove….. Staff is great, but their hands are tied on what corporate has done to the place most likely.

Felt like a prison. Front desk was closed with a metal curtain pulled down. Nothing extra, bare!!! No hair dryer, shampoo or soap. Light by the bed had to be unplugged to turn off.

It was a bad experience. Room was clean but the shower head needs fixing. It Start throwing water everywhere in the bathroom , it surely needs a new one. Plus the room smelled like someone had smoked in it before we arrived. And its suppose to be a non smoking room. Couldn't even had staff help cause noone was there at all. Service: Poor. The in-room phone did not work when dialing zero to reach the front desk (no dial tone). To use the phone, there was an extra charge. Requests for basic items like towels required going to the front desk in person. Housekeeping is only done every two weeks, so if you stay for a week, there is no housekeeping service at all.

Issues with late check in. Cant speak to some local had to go xall service. Internet and TV services were spotty.

The young man at the front desk was not helpful at all. Wouldn't answer questions until after I asked multiple times. He didn't bother to tell us the elevator didn't work until after we checked in. We explained we couldn't climb the stairs with our luggage and he told us there wasn't a choice as there were no downstairs rooms avaliable. We said we couldn't stay then and he said he couldn't check us out and we had to go through Expedia. We went out front to make the phone calls and found a Crack pipe in the front entrance. We wouldn't stay there after that and went to find another hotel. So we never came back!

I paid for the room, however when I arrived they told me that all of the rooms are already booked and they cant give me one. I had to look for another hotel to stay in in the middle of the night. That is unacceptable.

It was a bad experience. I was offered a smaller room on same price as the room I booked because the elevator was bad. No effort to get it fixed. I climbed the stairs with my bags. Assumed to have kitchenette but when asked for utensils, was told to pay. This was so strange. No toiletries availabe. I checked out the following day and was asked to get back to expedia for a refund.

So this was not good this establishment is disgusting when I entered the room there was still left over stuff from the people before house cleaning did not clean the room properly there was actual feces on my headboard different smelled of urine and there was work clothes still in back of the dresser dirty but don't tell the front desk that because then they will find a way to kick you out and keep your money this was a horrible experience do not go there not to mention the dead roaches we saw in the hallway and around the facility

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times and I feel very safe and comfortable. Lots of options close by and staff are very nice.

The room had no dishes, glasses, mugs, cutlery, pots or pans. Not much use to put in a kitchen with nothing in it except to force people to buy kitchen supplies at the front desk for inflated prices. It was also noisy from the busy highway at the front of the hotel and the air conditioning unit that we had to turn off in order to sleep well. At one point in our stay there was a dog barking all night. Hotel room cleaning service was only provided once every two weeks unless you wanted to pay extra for it. That included changing the linens.

Front desk was quick check in. But, you get what you pay for….ants in the room. Beds could’ve been better as pillows were flat bed was mid. Bathroom only had A soap bar. Even though we had 3people there was one bath towel two face towels and nothing else. Walking down a no smoking hallway I had to explain to kids that smell was Mary-Jane wafting out of someone’s room. Legal state I get it…but NON-smoking? Woke up to find that reservation desk was closed at 8am

Good budget hotel

First, the guy at the front desk kept disappearing! I had to wait each time I was there. Secondly, when entering the room and putting my things down, the first thing I 👀 is what looked like a a bed bug (reddish- brownish looking) on the counter! Ewww! Heck, I’m itching right now just thinking about it! Last but certainly not least, was the carpet in the room they gave me after sending me to another room that they claimed would be better….. NOT! Just an overall horrible experience!

Was OK, we did stay the 4 nights we were in area to see family. Convenient to their neighborhood. At first felt a little sketchy but we came to feel ok coming and going. We didn’t know the cooking and utensils were extra, so made a quick stop at a Ollie’s and we’re fine with making some simple meals onsite

Drug addicts loitering at every door doing drugs Locked doors including lobby preventing deliveries from doordash. After 5 days with no cleaning service, I gathered the trash I had and walked the halls looking for someone to help me. I found no bins and no people. I decided to leave it outside my door. The next morning there was a letter printed stating that I was breaking health and safety codes by putting my trash in the hallway. It said that I have to take it to the dumpster out back. The trash was still there.

Extremely run down and dirty , when I checked in my room there was leftover pancakes in the refrigerator. Stains all over the blankets and walls, the bed was flimsy and lots of extremely suspicious people walking throughout the building.

It was a surprisingly disgusting hotel. Worse than the Bedford Park location. Television didn’t work and nothing was done to rectify it.

I absolutely loved the size of our room...we are daysleepers and it was nice the room could get so dark in the day..very clean and the a/c could crank!!

You could tell this is an older building. The fridge was dirty on the outside and the room smelled like dirt. But the staff was nice and it was a convenient location.

I came in and there was a man coming down from the second floor with a scooter, the place was dirty and I had an event and came in arv11:00 at night and couldn’t get in, lucky there was a strange man to let me in. I would drown at sea before I book that hotel

There was no one at the front desk and it took about a half hour before someone came to let us in. They did not have anyone staffing the front desk after 11pm.

Because this is an extended stay hotel with kitchenettes, the hallways were full of cooking smells, but the room smelled okay. I registered 3 adults, but the room only had 2 towels. I asked for a towel at the front desk and I was told I had to return a towel to get a new one. And there were no hand towels, only bath towels and wash clothes.

We had no issues. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

Checked in, in the evening for a 3 night stay. The room had an odor, no soap and limited towels. Went to the front desk and the person couldn’t leave the front desk to get me soap because she didn’t have the keys to open the door. She wanted to give me an open bar of soap, I said no. She then decided to go to another room and give me that soap, she was able to leave the desk at that time. There was a large family staying in a room with multiple adults and multiple children that were running through the halls. They were cooking in the rooms and my room and cloths smelled like whatever they were cooking. My only option around there was Wendy’s. The room was very dated, it looked old and dirty. I should have researched more. I would not stay there again.

I was in room 210 and down the hall from me smelt really bad of cat pee. I had to walk through the smell going in and out of my room. The remote for my TV sucked. It barly worked and took probably 20 minutes to get to a channel I liked. I need tv to sleep so it was a must.

Terrible conditions at this location. Nails sticking through flooring where carpet was worn. You literally get 2towels,2 wash cloths. They charge you for exchanging clean towels. No coffee pot! No lobby with coffee. At night, you’re on your own! They literally lock the lobby up and you can’t get ahold of anyone at all!! Never ever will stay here again!!

The room I got smelled like pee really bad,I turn the AC unit to see if that would help with the smell but it didn’t, after a couple of hours my throat started to bother and I started to sneeze, I told the front desk about it and the guy at front told me that maybe it was because I was in a room where pets stay and on that floor I asked why I wasn’t notified and he said it was my responsibility to let him know I told him about customer service and he kept arguing with me saying it was my fault. I checked out right away and tried to explain him the situation and he just said OK BRUH, not an apology or anything? I asked him and he said NO! There was no attempt on his part to try to make it better he kept saying BRUH, I was so mad, I didn’t stay the night I had to drive 2 hours back home. I wasted my money and my time

The room smelled, sheets were scratchy and the only amenity was one small bar of soap. The kitchen cabinets were all completely empty. People were ha gong outside in lot all night being loud. No one at desk after hours and no one there until 9am.

There were no utensils in the kitchen. We checked in late so we could use kitchen for our baby until 10 am in the morning. At 10 am too there was no one at the front desk and had to wait for half hr more. Never going to stay at stay america again

The fan over the range could not be turned off. Even though there is refrigerator and freezer in the room, it would have taken too long to make ice, and there is no other access for ice in the facility, had to walk to the closest fast food place. The shower head has some mold on it. The mattress was quite uncomfortable and should be replaced.
