Room size and cleanliness, free Costa coffee No breakfast, paid parking, neighbourhood not the best.

Bed and chair were oddly sticky and did not support weight well. Was in a room near the lobby, and the echo from there was loud in my room. There was an odd smell in the room that made me feel sick - possibly some kind of cleaning solution. I was unable to stay there and checked out within minutes. I was not refunded the cost of my stay. I would not recommend this hotel if environment is a factor for you.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. There wasn't a swimming pool our sofa seat inside of the room was broken parking pretty much sucked. And it wasn't updated enough to have charging stations in the room so if you forgot your cube or if your charger broke you had no way of charging your devices.

It's the best hotel and the staff is excellent they are very respectful and they really make you feel comfortable and welcome to the hotel I will highly recommend Candlewood Hotel 100%

Very convient to Uber to Kia Forum for Bruce Springsteen. Had all the things we needed in the room for light eating. Very welcoming to pets and much cheaper pet fee than other nearby hotels.

Air conditioner extremely noise. Tv didn't work to begin with. Got an ada room which wasn't requested. Just needed one with there recliner.

There was a power cut during our stay, it was more than an hour, close to 2 hours which caused a lot of problems.Didnt like the fact that I was paying a premium price and while eating our dinner the power went off.

Wasn't worth the money spent. Wasn't a true kitchenette. The floor was filthy. Staff was great though.

Check in took 50 mins. It was extremely packed with one person checking in only. When we finally got up there they said they canceled my room because there was no phone number on the booking. They had to rebook me in 2 twin beds for me and my husband. Very awkward. When we got there the room have a very strong stench. We slept in separate beds and I woke up with bug bites covering my whole body!

The staff was awesome we arrived a little before 3:00 obviously there was a line as me and my wife were booking to stay there because we went to the Steelers and Chargers game at Sofi. There was so many football fans that were also staying there as well as next-door so obviously there was a long line to check in we had no issue with that knowing what we were going into but the lady at the front desk I believe her name was Maria was by herself for most of the time and did feel bad for her, but she did her best to help each, and every customer a little after a younger man came in. I believe he just started his shift so he got on the other computer and was very helpful as well. We were helped by him I did not get his name, but he checked the sin as quick as possible by the time we went upstairs to our room, put our things away and came out to go to the game. The line was completely gone. He helped everybody as well as Maria handled it professionally and calmly, and I believe everybody should’ve been satisfied.

I did not like the property the service from the rude front desk people who were very nonchalantthat, they kept telling me can’t help me with anything. I ask for towels they told me to bring my old towels to the front desk before I could get new ones and then made me wait 30 mins. for fresh towels and had me come back to the front to get them because they don’t take towels to the room. My room was not clean after one night stay because the policy is they don’t clean room unlessyou stay for 7 days. The front desk was very argumentative with multiple other guest there, they were speaking in another language in front of guest , talking rude to other staff members. The parking is across the street very inconvenient , it was an overall bad experience, the customer service was the worst i have ever experienced they had a very aggressive tone , didn’t want to help solve any problems you have.

The hotel was convenient and felt safe. Parking wasn't an issue. Hotel had free laundry 24hrs. Coffee 24hrs. Rooms were spacious.

The room wasn't the cleanest, you can tell the housekeepers are not thoroughly cleaning the rooms because there was dried up food left on the side of the lounge chair. There was also a dog smell in the room, we had to spray perfume in the air vents to tolerate the smell upon entering the room. Some of the front staff members wasn't the friendliest when requesting fresh towels. I will not stay here again, I'll more than likely stay at one of the other facilities in that same area as it was very convenient to visit the destinations we wanted to visit. Also, there are not any grills available there, please update the site and parking isn't free!

The thing that I did not like very much. It was that from the time that I arrived.I have no time . That I was not allowed to park my truck with my trailer in the parking area. I was very tired and I had to wake up at 3:00 Am go back to work and around. 1130. The front desk call me to let me know that I should not be parking. On the parking lot that I should not be take 5 parking spaces. But once again, when I checked in at no time, i did not mention anything.,

The bathroom also had a couple of frustrating design flaws. The shower curtain was too short, so every time I took a shower, water spilled all over the bathroom floor. On top of that, the water pressure was extremely low, making showers feel more like a light drizzle than anything refreshing. On a more positive note, the mini kitchenette was surprisingly useful. It came with all the basic essentials, and the fridge was a good size—enough to store several days' worth of food, which is great if you're planning a longer stay or prefer to cook some of your own meals. Overall, while the kitchenette was a highlight, the room conditions—particularly the mold smell and poor bathroom setup—were major drawbacks that impacted my stay significantly.

The main reason why I booked this hotel is the listed amenity of an EV charger in the parking lot. I drove in from Arizona and was relying on there to be an EV charger in the parking structure. When I arrived and asked the front desk they said it does not have a charger. I feel lied to. I would not have booked this hotel if I knew it did not have a charger. It’s listed in Expedia and their own website. I feel this is incredibly dishonest. I would really like to talk to someone about getting a refund.

Really nice room for the price , usually for a room like that you would be paying $200 plus , no roaches ,no super loud people, no bed bugs , clean covers , they even had dove soap , and lotion so if you forgot your soap at home they got you covered

The room was nice the furniture was super filthy One of the lamps for my children had to sleep was barely held together by a bolt. The lock did not close all the way I made a video of the lock moving. I did not feel safe. The dishwasher was very dirty so we didn’t use any of the appliances so there was no need to wash them.

I've stayed at other Candlewood properties and have left with a good impression. I understand how management and administration may act differently per location. LAX airport area is a tough one so a country club or resort is not to be expected but just in general this location didn't look well kept, maybe the remodel of almost the entire block made it look messy. Room was of a standard size, very bad bed with squeaky coiled mattress, furniture showed signs of heavy traffic, the lights had the brightest most potent wattage so turning them on really brought even more attention to how run down the room was. 1 of the 2 elevators didn't work, laundry was closed, gym was "coming soon" in a space the size of one parking spot, so good luck.

The last night there was a party above me in the room. I had an early flight the next day and had called the front desk to find out if it was a similar style room of a single king and the front desk confirmed. They said they would send security up there. I don't know if that ever happened. After about an hour I turned on the ac unit which made a bit of drowning out noise so I could sleep over the yelling and banging above me.

Great staff, very spacious and clean. I like the parking garage. My one complaint is that the shower curtain needed to be replaced due to stains that probably can’t be washed out.

I paid for a 2 bed room, they gave me a king with pullout bed, that couch was so dirty and uncomfortable, I prepaid my room and they decided upon themselves to assign a 1 bed and they were sold out.

We experienced considerable difficulty sleeping due to the unusually loud noise produced by the air conditioning unit in our room. We requested a room change and waited approximately 30 minutes for a response following the technician's inspection. While the technician indicated the noise level was within normal parameters, it was excessively loud and prevented us from sleeping. Poor maintenance and poor communication..

Besides being double charged for my room (it was refunded after a few days) and someone trying to enter my room without permission. My stay was okay. Now I will say, I’ve stayed here many times before at this location and this is the first time that these two things have happened.

They gave me a room near the elevator, and the elevator was loud and noisy all night long!! I got no sleep at all!!

Room 108. Upon entering the room was warm and had unclean smell ( dirty carpet). The next I reported to the front desk about AC not working, maintenance guy showed up and replaced the compressor. AC was operating within 45 minutes, very impressive..kudos to the maintenance staff. Pet area small but ok for dog to do the toilet business. The best part is this Inn has many restaurants nearby, really convenient.

No problems when i stayed

Only 1.5 miles from Sofi Stadium; I didn't walk to the stadium however because I didn't feel comfortable walking alone at night. Parking was only $10 in an enclosed and gated garage. The front desk held my bag for free since I was unable to get early check in. The late night and early morning receptionists were very nice. One receptionist didn't charge me for the $2 bottled water. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed to go to the Eagles vs Rs game @ sofi stadium. The room was very clean and very helpful staff. I love that parking in the garage is secure. You need a code they provide it for you when receive the room. It is additional ten dollars but it's worth it.

Not for business travel

This was my first time, I normally stay at TownPlace not to far away. When their pricing got out of hand I shopped around and found the Candlewood. It is more dated but very clean and the staff at the front desk were excellent. I stayed in room 305, the couple of things that would complain about are, the shower head could be install about a foot higher, the AC unit will not go off continuous running, and the microwave takes up all the counter space. These are not the end of the world as I have booked again next week.

The bed couch was horrible, the Matt was old and worn out, I slept uncomfortably for 2 nights paying $200 a night. Never again

Overall for a budget hotel it was clean. Not very modern but it works for a clean place to stay. My only complaints is that the refrigerator in the room was so loud it kept me up. I think because it's older the motor was running loud

Our shower had absolutely no water pressure the knob was coming off of the wall when we told the staff they were very nice and very helpful however they failed to move us to another room or fix the issues so we were unable to shower during our stay we had to use the sink instead to wash her hair because the shower had absolutely no water pressure at all they try to come and fix it again in the morning to no avail so the entire trip we were unable to clean our bodies that's unacceptable

My reservation over Expedia was a two double bed bedroom but they give me a bedroom with a double bed so my teen slept on carpet.
