Received early checkin. The bathroom looked like it was recently renovated. Nice and clean.

The only issue I experienced was with the TV in my room. It froze on the first night, and while I contacted staff for assistance, they were only moderately helpful in troubleshooting the problem. A few hours later, they offered to move me to another room, but after a 7-hour drive I was too exhausted to pack up and switch rooms. Fortunately, the TV started working again on its own around 2 PM the following day. Aside from that inconvenience, the hotel was comfortable and met my expectations. I would consider staying here again.

Very clean, always a big plus! Reasonably quiet. Would like to see cage-free eggs offered again during continental breakfast. Glad they offer oat milk for hot drinks (coffee, tea). Thank you.

Staff were not available, had to call 3+ times, waited almost 30 minutes for someone to show up at the front desk to check in around 12pm. The water was burning our eyes when we were showering, had a strong chlorine smell every time we showered. Not sure what that was about. Room was clean and served its purpose though.

This was my initial stay at a Fairfield facility. Lobby looked great, staff was friendly, and the room was clean. Pillows could probably be replaced soon but did not impact the overall experience. Breakfast set up area was clean and there was a good variety of different foods. Starbucks is within walking distance, 7/11 and other quick restaurants are close by. Freeway entrance was nearby as well. Will be back tomorrow for another stay.

Location was perfect it’s next to the 92 freeway and I work in San Mateo County so this was an easy drive. The staff very friendly at the front, Jose was very welcoming. The breakfast was good every morning and I liked the early start. The hotel is modern and clean. Close to a lot of restaurants. No complaints.

The hotel is off the 92 at Industrial Blvd. Good location to explore from with several Interstate Junctions in close proximity. Hotel is undergoing exterior renovations in the front. The area is clean and tidy. The entrance and first floor is well lite and open. They serve breakfast with a variety of choices. Make sure to check what time it runs. The room was spacious. Every thing was tidy and clean. Flat screen TV on the wall. The TV could be repositioned to tilt to each side. The table tucked in the corner as the desk is on wheels so can be repositioned. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom had a Modern Walk in Shower with Sliding Glass Doors.

I liked almost everything except for the things I am going to mention in the next question. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay. Upon entering my room after check-in, I noticed two issues: there were no paper cups for the coffee, and no safety box available. Although disappointing, I chose not to raise them at the time. The next morning, before going out, I clearly told the front desk that I did not want anyone entering my room until I checked out, as I preferred to arrange my belongings myself. However, when I returned that evening, I found that nearly all my items had been moved. I reported this to the front desk. While the staff apologized and suggested using the "Do Not Disturb" sign in the future, I had already given clear verbal instructions, and I understood the sign to be for when guests are inside the room. The situation worsened when I discovered a missing luggage tag the next morning. Although the financial value was minor, the tags had been specially imported from Japan to Taiwan, and I had spent weeks finding them. The item was not found despite a search after I reported it at checkout. As someone who has worked as a hotel receptionist before, I understand the job’s challenges and remained patient. However, this experience has made me question the hotel's communication and training procedures. I was particularly concerned about the security of my belongings, especially with no safety box in the room. Given that I had booked a higher-category room expecting better service, this experience left a very negative impression and makes me hesitant to stay again. Great breakfast layout. Some construction in front, rooms are newly renovated. No spa tubs anymore. Good location near highway and can walk to several chain food coffee very close.

The renovation in front of the lobby has been underway for some time, and finishing that would make staying in the hotel enjoyable.

Close to the freeway It was being remodeled, the photos were not updated, we stayed there for the spa tub, which they do not have any longer. We should have gotten a discount for false advertisement.

We stayed a week, breakfast is included but it never changes so you’ll have scrambled eggs waffles and choice of yogurt each morning. The staff was nice at check in. The fire alarm went off our last night and when we went downstairs there was just a sign that said front desk will be back soon. The stay was good enough for us. We didn’t need much, rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels, the gym is renovated, small but good enough to get a workout in.

We stayed two nights , the staff was very accommodating upon arrival. The hotel looks like its going through or has had a recent remodel. The rooms were very nice and clean. Parking is not indoors but parking area is well lit on all sides. The area around property seems pretty quiet and safe , we had no incidents. We really liked staying here and will save it for future stays.

We’ve been coming here the past five or six years to visit with our son and his family. Although remodeling has taken a long time, it looks great! Our comfortable king size bed was in a newly renovated large space and the bathroom was clean and bright and well stocked. So great to see and enjoy the changes! Hats off to the consistently kind staff and Alex especially. It’s always a pleasure staying with you! Nothing. Breakfast now includes cheese omelets, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, great choice of cereals and yogurt, fresh fruit. You can make your own waffle. Plenty of teas and coffee.

I didn't like the fact that they have debris and construction around the front and the back of the premises. The staff is friendly enough but not overly friendly. The rooms are very clean and I appreciate that.

The people were so friendly, the amenities were great. Location is perfect cause there are literally places walking distance. The uber/lyft drivers had a hard time finding place because of the construction going on they couldn’t make out the hotel. Maybe add more signage.

The hotel was under construction when I arrived which was not communicated to me prior to my arrival. When I booked the reservation, the hotel was supposed to have a gym. Upon my arrival they told me the gym was not open. When I asked about a discount on my room due to the inconvenience of the lack of use of the gym including the construction, they told me because I booked on hotels.com they were unable to do anything for me. The room was average. A very small bar of soap and lotion bottl was provided which wasnt enough for one person. Poor choice of restaurants nearby. A starbucks, subway, 7/11 and pizza place within a one minute walk. No restaurant in this hotel. The cost of the room did not equate to my experience. I will not be staying here again.

There was construction so I kept hearing banging on the walls. I understand that they had to do constructions on the carpet. That was fine, but then my key didn't work twice and it was very inconvenient to have to go tell them twice in 1 day. The breakfast was okay and the staff was really nice

One of the worst stay I ever had in Marriot Hotel. The place is under construction I know. The contractor should be smart enough not to let the dust go all over the hallway, breakfast room I am allergic to dust I could not sleep just about all night unable to breathe, we were supposed to drive back to Seattle on Saturday we stopped in Meadford Oregon one extra night waisted.

Theirs is major construction going on at the hotel. Would have liked to have known this ahead of time. We asked for a room far away from the noise and the front desk girl was very accommodating. Bed was comfortable, fridge was nice. Breakfast was good.

This property is under Renovation. Construction is all over. The room is clean, new, and comfortable. The staff who helped us check in at 23:00 was rude; it looked like he did not like what he was doing. And he should not come to work if he behaves like that. No customer service at all!!! We booked two rooms, and he gave us one room. And he called another client. So I reminded him that we booked 2rooms. He didn't even acknowledge me that I was asking him for the 2nd room. Then he kept mumbling in front of everybody. So, I asked him if he was okay. ( because he looked so angry). Then he answered me, “You're asking too many questions?” and kept mumbling while assisting other clients. We waited until all clients in the queue were served. Then, he came back in front of him for the 2nd room key. He never apologized, no eye contact, nothing. It seems like he is entitled and the boss. We wouldn't mind the renovation and everything if the customer service was excellent. But our experience was terrible because of the first encounter, which made the impression last. We will never be back in Marriot; our experiences were awful.

I wish we would have known that the property was under construction and amenities were not available. Not worth the money.

Stay at a peace where first off I received the wrong room then after that it went downhill. I paid for it two queen beds, and I received a king and a pullout couch also the hotel was under construction, so there was building material everywhere could not walk down the halls without running into plastic. No enter zones was horrible and to top it off at 5 AM. Fire alarm went off for four minutes so I couldn’t go back to sleep. I rate this experience zero and I’m truly upset that I wasn’t fully refunded.

Staff is nice but the hotel needs renovation

Arrived at hotel in the evening. Made work calls as needed. When I was getting ready for bed, I pulled the comforter away from the mattress and found a blood stain on the bedsheet. It was very visible. I called the front desk at 1115pm and talked to Raymond. He apologized for the issue and asked if i wanted to move to another room, but i told Raymond i was already settled in and that I would just remove the sheet and sleep on top of comforter. I called my work and advised them what happened and i was given the option to go to another hotel, which i did. On my way out, i talked to Raymond and thanked him for the option to be moved to another room as that was their solution to the problem, but i decided to go to another hotel. Raymond said he would note my file so the manager could be made aware of the incident and to make sure i was not charged for the issue

Breakfast offerings were predictable and so so. Hot breakfast was a chafing dish shared by powdered scrambled eggs and bacon each one of the 10 days I was there. The kitchen was nearby and the staff attentive to making sure it remained full. Lots of other continental offerings to mix it up. Cleaning staff was attentive and checked in everyday even though I asked for no services at checkin. Refrigerator and Air conditioning not working efficiently.

The room smelled like maryuana all day and night. The room 205 next to our room was loud until 4:00 am I told the person working downstairs nothing happened. I have a baby with us kept waking up because of noise.

I love their breakfast & the waffle maker! The bed and bedding are very comfortable. I also appreciate the snack area to purchase snacks.

(1) Filthy smoking area set up near main lobby entrance; if the hotel really needs this, set it up at the back of the building. (2) Plumbing fixture in bathroom loose and not secured. (3) No breakfast setup on Sunday morning...probably a policy but not made clear when I booked the room.

I stay here often when visiting Life Chiropractic College-West. Basic amenities but always clean and friendly and the AM breakfast is a definite plus.

Wonderful staff very nice and pleasant. When l arrived to check in they were very welcoming. My issue is with hotels.com the room l purchased and paid for before arriving was not the room l got. Hotel employee said hotels.com is using pictures that are very misleading. There was supposedly a jacuzzi tub next to the bed and it wasn't.

Everything was great. The rooms are spacious and clean, with exception to a minor housekeeping issue. (Easy fix). The hot breakfast was scrambled eggs and bacon accompanied by the usual cold and dry accompaniments. There is a pizza, sandwich, fastfood restaurants and convenience store right next to the hotel. Neither of them sell beer or liquor. Boo! The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great pressure. Fridge was cold and the rooms have coffee makers. All of the room entry doors are inward facing into an enclosed atrium. There are 3 floors and 2 elevators. The area was quiet. I would recommend for a business stay ir passing through. I would definitely stay again if in the area.

For being a saturday nigh stay, the stay was pretty peaceful and much sound proof compared to other hotels lately at this price. Breakfast is back at full access and everything went well!
