Not saying anything would have happened and everyone deserves a place to stay, but unfortunately for us we had to decide if our stuff was safe on a cross country trip. I typically research more before booking, but trying to plan nightly stops as we traveled I booked without reading many reviews or looking over the area.

The rooms were clean however we were unable to sleep due to all the noise in other rooms. It was to be non smoking hotel however people were smoking pot in room by us and our room filled with the smell as well as the hall way. I had a severe migraine headache due to this as well. Was not worth the money spent for sure.

The bad it seems like there was prostitution and drug use going on. There was a guy or family living out of a vehicle on the side of the building. There was a open fire burning from his camp. There were posted signs all over the place saying it was a smoke free location. However the smell of cigarette smoke could be smelled from check in to check out. The ugly on the side of one of the beds that we did not use had a rust or dark orange color to it. Hopefully it was just rust or something and not what it really looked like😱. If we did not arrive so late I would definitely have checked in to a different location. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. Unless you are looking for a quick hook up for the night or score some dope. We needed an inexpensive, dog friendly hotel and this fit the bill. But the furniture has taken a beating and the floor wasn’t very clean. That said, the bed was comfy, and it was okay for what we needed. I wouldn’t want to spend much time in the room.

While the front desk staff was kind, they had several friends hanging out in the lobby while I checked in. The condition of the building was run down and wore out. There were several homeless people living out of cars in the rear parking lot. There was some sort of altercation on the side of the building and several police were onsite when I arrived. There area around the building felt unsafe and there were no amenities nearby for food or entertainment. Ultimately I forfeited my money and left immediately after check in to find another place to stay.

We left and lost our money. Did not feel safe and was not clean. Many sketchy people in hallways and standing out front. There was a strong smell of bleach in lobby and room as if it was a crime scene. There were cars being worked on in parking lot. Not for families or those not interested in a party or drugs.

I had to walk the whole property to get from a parking space to my room. The (in) room coffee maker had some sort of slime in the water reservoir. All sorts of hand printed signs posted around the property. Didn’t eat breakfast because of sketchy characters.

The bed was comfy Location was a little sketchy. Construction going on into the night. Workers smoking outside. I did not feel completely comfortable especially being just my daughter and I. Also when I tried to get a refund through booking and the hotel, they kept blowing me off and sending me back and forth. Very frustrating.

No fitness center, Breakfast only minimal. Required $100 additional deposit for incidentals - either on card (takes 7-10 days to reverse charge) or cash (I offered cash and asked for a receipt, but the clerk said that’s not how they do it …they just put a note on it and give it back at checkout. I refused to hand over the cash without a receipt, so I told him to charge to the card. This whole part was a little sketch).

The light in our room would not turn off all the way. I had to tape the cover of my son's pack and play over the light. I tried to call the front desk about the light and the phone line was busy. Went down to the lobby and the girl working had no idea. No other room to put us in and still going to charge us if we left. Ridiculous. The smell in the elevator and room were enough to make me want to throw up. There were stains on the pillow cases, burn marks on the sink and when the light wouldn't work they said if we leave we would still be charged for the room. Worst hotel I have stayed at ever. The owner had just taken over so maybe in a few months it will be better, but we will NOT be back.

The room itself was fairly clean. The grounds were horrible. There was a floor jack in a courtyard area, broken down cars and boats in the parking lot, garbage everywhere outside. The staff seemed uninterested in the guests. Doors SLAMMING all night, loud tvs all night. Guessing there are people living in the hotel full time. Even in the stairwells there was lots of garbage. We have stayed in hundreds of hotels through the years, this is the worst.

There was an extremely strong latex paint smell in the room. It was intense and rough for the asthma, sinuses, and migraines. The bathroom door would not latch and the blow dryer on the wall was melted. We heard every noise around us all night long (and morning), including a woman get arrested across the hall from us. We heard all the noises from the interstate very loudly. There was a bright light that shown in our window and kept our room pretty light even with the curtain closed. Our family did not get good sleep and we were not able to relax. The breakfast contained watered down waffle mix and watered down coffee. I had three nights booked, but changed it to one night. I would not come here with little kids.

The staff was friendly and offered to keep an eye on our trailer overnight. Breakfast was good. Pool was ok. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. When I booked this hotel at night after realizing we were going to have to stop driving for the night, the pictures online are very deceiving. It looked really nice, but was not, wasn't the worst I've stayed in but immediately I made sure to check mattresses for bed bugs because that's the vibe it gave me. Upon arriving, I quickly realized that this hotel was the kind of hotel that had people living in it. I probably would've left and found somewhere else; except we were so tired that we just did not have the energy to go anymore. The room needed a lot of updating, but worst then that it was not very clean. Attached are pictures of baseboard that looked like they had not been cleaned for quite some time. Light switch covers with black grease on them and were cracked, broken sink stand in the bathroom and black and moldy caulking in the shower. Overall, the neighborhood was a little scary and looking out the window was a motorhome that people had set up to live out of. Would not ever stay there again.

This hotel was $40 cheaper than the next one i was considering and i thought it would be a great deal because it had the same 8.2 Hotels.com rating. But it was most definitely not what I would consider and 8.2. My room was mostly fine however, there was a plastic grocery sack covering the smoke detector and a tissue stuffed in the peep hole of the door. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke and ramen and often when I went out of my room there were people just loitering in the halls or stairwell. There were also consistently people smoking right outside the side doors. While the front desk people were very kind (although nothing was done about the smoke detector even after i mentioned it the 1st night) the place just felt sketchy. I would have spent the extra $40 had I known the rating was so off.

Everything was excellent except for the lighting in the room. The lighting in the entrance and the bathroom was excellent but the rest of the room had only one table lamp on the desk with the result that the vast majority of the space was in deep shadows. I had to use my small keychain flashlight to see anything. Reading any thing required me to use my keychain flashlight.

Good place to stay if you have pets but it definitely needs a remodel. Not to bad considering the price though. A bit fat from Denver but close enough its just a quick freeway trip and youre there. Staff was helpful and kind

The hot tub was bath water warm and doesn't have Jets so it's more of a soaking tub. The tiles are poorly installed creating a trip hazard in multiple places. The sheets on my bed were damaged and looked to be quite old. The dead bolt on my rooms door would not turn making me feel somewhat unsafe. The transitions from the entryway to the inner room was a definite trip hazard, especially for someone like my mom, she was with me, who has mobility issues. It was not a smooth transition, it was close to an inch difference in floor heights. Lastly, the air conditioner vents look like they have been over looked for cleaning in quite some time.

Tile was coming up near foot of bed. Entry door locked like it had been messed with, the medal to shut door was losea d cut in to. Worker had to come in and fix bathroom door, it would not latch. They advertised pool and spa. Ha ! The pool water was so cold, not heated. The hot tub was not a hot tub. There were No jets , it was warm , not at all hot. What a disappointment! The workers were great . Breakfast had a good variety, it was good.

We have pictures showing there we're ants in our room!! The pool smelled like cigarettes because there was a lady smoking cigarettes in there. We were asked to lwave the pool 2 hours early!! On top of all that my family ledt 3 jackets in the closet. One was very very special to my nephew and when I called they told us none of the jacket were there! I am a Wyndham diamond member! Ive never ever had this bad of an experience

Nice place for a short stay. The rate was very good. Remodeling job was not well done. Patches of paint over mold in bathroom ceiling and floor boards broken. A very quiet hotel despite being off a busy highway. For the price I definitely would stay there again.

The pictures that are posted do not represent what you actually see when you arrive. The hotel staff is not friendly or professional. They were dressed in refular street clothes, with one showing ber midriff. The room was dingy and dirty. The bed was not comfortable and rhe sheets were very itchy. We woke up to water on the floor. The breakfast was adequate.

Comfy bed, hardwood/tile floors in the room, friendly staff, everything very clean, a full spread for breakfast (eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, fruit, bagels, cereal, toast) I will stay here again.

Although there were clearly still some wall painting and minor fix-ups still in progress for this hotel room in particular, all the staff were all so kind and welcoming, the breakfast was good, and our beds felt brand new - so comfy and a very good, much-needed night's sleep!

The breakfast was underwhelming and we just skipped it. Soggy looking eggs and grey sausage were not at all appealing. The rest of the hotel just looked as run-down as the surrounding area. Chipped floor tiles in the lobby and cigarette smell in the hallway. We could have had about the same experience at the Super 8 next door for $40 less. It was definitely not worth $124/night!

This was an absolute disaster. The room smelled of mold, was not clean and the shower/bathroom area were dirty and in disrepair. I asked for a different room and the desk clerk did allow us to look at another room. It was in nearly the same condition. We asked for a credit and we were declined. The manager/owner was unresponsive to inquires for support by Hotels.com. I has looked at a number of the review and was shocked at the conditions when we arrived. I’m a value minded person and do not look for perfection. I have had a lot of luck over the years using Hotels.com and this experience was poor at best. No remedy or support to rectify the issues.

Another problem was the “picnic & dog area had not been cleaned. Dog feces were everywhere. It did not resemble the photos online at all. 3rd issue was the floors in the breakfast areas had broken areas where tile needed to be replaced. The manager was very anxious to help us and was obviously working hard to try to keep up with maintenance and repairs.

The two gentlemen that worked as I checked in were very nice and extremely friendly. The morning staff wasn’t the same. I figured it was maybe just a one day thing, but I stayed 2 days, and the guys again were very friendly and the next morning we had to talk first to the girl at the counter other wise she would have never looked up.

If you are looking for something very nice for an affordable price, this works. For the ones that wrote not so good of reviews, go down the road and pay more for what you think might be better. For the price this is excellent. A little noise. A few small(very small) things, but.....

The staff was amazaing, Hector at the front desk was helpful and very friendly as was Oskar! The lady(didn't catch her name) in charge of the breakfast both mornings did a fantastic job keeping everything stocked and clean. The hotel was sold out because of a concert in the area and they were great at keeping up with the needs of the property. The pool and hot tub were a nice treat as it was 95 degrees while I was in the area.

I booked 5 nights to try this location out as it has free breakfast, parking, and a hot tub. But I was very disappointed with everything. First of all the room felt incredibly humid, and smelled of it upon arrival- very strong and unpleasant. Breakfast is very limited and only from 6am-9am. The location is pretty secluded and the area around it is not kept up with and unpleasant to view. And then there was smaller things like the handle on the toilet in our room being filthy upon arrival, and garbage tucked in the couch in our room. I didn't complain as we had no other options for our stay, and I am very non confrontational, I just wanted to enjoy the stay despite the issues at the hotel, but just beware of the issues listed above!

It was fine for a quick one night stay during a road trip because of the very limited options in the area. But it was very run down and overall kind of dirty. No food options close by. Gas station was convenient next door. Limited parking for larger vehicles (U-Haul & trailer) but made it work. Check in/out was easy. Breakfast was not worth it but it’s there if needed.
