    Gorgeous room! We had a great view of the Sphere and the Strip in the distance. Beautiful pool area. The bathroom was a dream. The staff was so helpful and friendly. I can't wait to go back.

    They have a giant TV at the pool area that is on 24-7. Even if there no one there at 2am in the morning. So, with the beautiful skyline of the Las Vegas lights this TV is very distracting. It sort of watching a movie in a theater and having a person in front of you open his IPhone in front of you. Very distracting!

    The hotel was okay. The tile floor was ice cold in the bathroom. The food from the deli was awful. We had to tell them the pizza was raw dough. They put $150.00 charge on my credit card on top of what we paid. The beds were rock hard. The ice machine was broken. Just not a great place

    Second time at this hotel. Great location, away from the chaos and quiet while still being lively. And I love the Knight Time Hockey Bar. Seek out bartender Martini! There really isn’t any negative to this hotel that they can control.

    Check-in was not very pleasant, the person that waited on me was definitely not a people person, I had to force her to explain details about different fees I had on my account. Instead of being helpful and explaining she gave me an attitude it made me seem like asking to much of her. That is not a good way to start your vacation. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and clean. The cleaning staff was very kind and overall the room and hotel was wonderful.

    The quality of the food was inconsistent, and I continue to be frustrated by the limited accessibility of the resort’s amenities. In a desert destination where many guests enjoy outdoor fitness and recreation, it is surprising that the gym does not open until 7:00 AM and the pool does not open until 10:30 AM, then closes at 7:00 PM. These restricted hours make it difficult for early risers to enjoy the facilities before the heat of the day or to lounge a bit in early evening. I was also concerned to discover that elevator access no longer requires a room key and their isn’t even a security guard stationed at the entrance of the elevators. This change significantly impacted my sense of safety and security during my stay. I still appreciate the location and have enjoyed the M Resort for many years, but unless these issues are addressed, I will likely consider other accommodations in the future.

    Beautiful from top to bottom. I was traveling to Europe and needed to leave my car longer than typical and with some communication they took care of me and I couldn’t be happier. In a world where customer service seems to be shrinking this is a place where you can still find it.

    We check in room 8130. When we check in there left over spoon and still the when we check out in the hallway. Looks like no one checking the hallway to keep up clean. Also hallway has stained.

    Had just some cleaning issues in one of the rooms I stood in but was willing to let the hotel staff help me out with my next night stay there, which was an improvement. Only a couple ordering issues but on any given day that could happen, would like to try out again and see other restaurants. Pool bar staff is friendly and attentive.

    Visited May 2026 for BTS concert with my 22 and 15 year old daughters. We all loved the M! Less manic than staying on the strip. Good vibes. Clean, well maintained property. Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful pool. Bakery and deli were super convenient. Room was very comfortable and spacious. Free airport shuttle was easy and great value considering every rideshare trip we took to/from the strip was $50-100 each way! My one suggestion is guest transportation to the strip, even if it's only a few times a day. Also, not a huge selection of food delivered very options in Henderson if that's your plan, but we made do. I would definitely stay here again!

    We stayed here a few years ago but this time we were disappointed how dirty the pool and rooms have become. There was actually garbage in the pool and deck and the water was cloudy. Room didn’t appear vacuum when we arrived nor the entire time we were there. It was obvious people had smoked in the room before we arrived, we had towels with stains on them and TV in the bathroom mirror didn’t work. Breakfast was cold and slow. Pros were the checkin and bellhop service was good and the Knights bar service and prices were very good and there was ample parking. Too bad the pool and rooms conditions didn’t meet our expectations.

    Online photos are misleading. It showed a tub with clear views of the strip and I requested the same room even paid extra for strip facing but instead got a walk in shower no views just my room faced the strip. When I asked about this they just said the new tower only had those room types. I asked to be switched to old tower but was told it would be upgrade of $250 per night on top of what I paid.

    I was here last week for dance competition with my daughter and had an overall wonderful experience here . My daughter really enjoyed it . So we booked a room for the following weekend for my daughter’s birthday . On the Friday evening we ordered room service and I got food poisoning so I was in bed for the entirety of the visit . So I was unable to use the space I reserved at the pool . Completely ruined the weekend .

    Staff were generally very friendly and views from upper floors are amazing. However the hotel is looking very shabby and rooms in the West Wing desperately need a refurbishment. We had to change rooms three times during our 7-night long stay. The first room was filthy when we checked in - heavily stained and dirty carpets, filthy bathroom and damaged furniture. The second room had an adjoining door to a room with a screaming child. Third room was still grubby and in need of new carpets and furniture. The pool hours are ridiculous - the pool is only open from 10.30am to 5.30pm. No opportunity for a morning swim or ability to sit by the pool and watch sunset.

    We LOVE the M. But after satisfying our curiosity and booked to stay a night in their new mid-century modern tower - we'll be making sure our future stays are in the original tower. The new rooms are 1/3 smaller and the bathroom is less spacious with only one sink and no bathtub. Other than that - we are repeat customers and will be back again soon, we'll just be making sure we reserve a room in the original tower.

    Everyone was so happy and helpful with the exception of one pool security guard checking bags, he seemed to be angry at the world and put the guests through an interrogation just to be allowed in. We wouldn’t return if only for him but the remaining staff more than make up for it

    This is the 2nd time I was there for business. Where it was pleasant 2 years ago, this Feb. 2026 staff was cranky about my late arrival (and I alerted them) and giving me an unsatisfactory room because of it, the woman running the coffee shop was rude, and the front desk couldn't care less that I was stuck a few extra days due to the east coast blizzard. And the hotel and main area were barely crowded. I had to pay full extra rates with lots of bad attitude. Never again, they lost a customer.

    The hotel is located in the middle of nowhere. You will definitely need a car to move around. The food is overpriced. They charge $45+ a day for amenities (pool, gym, etc) but they are open very limited hours, pool - from 11am to 5:30pm, the gym closes at 6pm (don’t know when it opens)

I ate at one restaurant & it was good. The pool is pretty small & crowded and has limited hours, as does the gym. The staff were all friendly & efficient. Beware the $48/day resort fee. Between that & Uber you may break even on the "less expensive than staying on the strip" room. And, my major gripe for all LV hotels; you have to get dressed and go downstairs for coffee in the morning No coffeemaker or microwaves in the room. It's their unappreciated attempt to get you into the casino as much as possible. But this property is not alone here. Otherwise clean, upscale hotel.

    My Mother’s Day stay at The M Resort was a wonderful experience. The pool was relaxing, the room was very comfortable, and we enjoyed the food immensely. The staff was friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of. A peaceful place to celebrate and spend quality time together. Highly recommended for a pleasant getaway.

    Very nice hotel. Restaurants are reasonable prices for the portions. Please understand that this hotel is NOT ON THE STRIP, it’s a 15 minute drive. There are no shops near to walk to. Please be mindful of this when booking if you were expecting to be in walkable distance of everything.

    Nice modern clean resort. We were there Cinco de Mayo and Mother's Day week, and it wasn't very crowded at all. Plenty of room in the casino and pool.. We were sad Jayde wasn't open during the weekdays we were there, but Anthony's was excellent. Also Raiders Tavern had outstanding lunch items... Highly recommend this resort hotel.

    I experienced there was good because I just sleep there and go into the city of Las Vegas. The ice machine on the 10th floor never worked and it smelled of mildew so we had to go to the ninth floor to get ice for three days. I was there there no one ever came to fix the ice machine. The carpets are filthy in the hallways where the rooms are located the morning and early afternoon valet are very nice and very cooperative.

    Not much to say. It's a very nice property if you're ok with not being in Vegas. But they close their gorgeous tropical pool at 5 pm. Ridiculous!! If I'm staying there what else am I going to spend my evenings with? Also, the rooms are a mile away from reception - almost literally.

    They have steak house and Italian, no Mexican or Chinese. They don’t have a general purpose restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner items. (Most casinos have them) An example might be ‘Du-pars’ in Suncoast casino in Summerlin. Also, the steak house has a dress code so that was immediately out. I’m not dressing a certain way to eat a $90.00 steak! Mind you I would not wear greasy coveralls or something but shorts and a tshirt on vacation is all you get. One last thing is the bars, they’re short on them, it was hard to find a seat and play a video game and have a beer.

    Overall the resort was very nice and had very friendly staff however the food at the Raiders bar and grill was awful. We ordered the Philly cheesesteak and the Fried Chicken sandwich. First, all sides were separate. You didn’t get fries with any meal cause they’re a separate side. Then the two sandwiches were by far the blandest food we’ve ever had. Absolutely no seasoning or flavor whatsoever. We ended up paying over $100 for 2 beers, 2 sandwiches that we didn’t even finish and an order of fries. Would never eat there again.

    Although the hotel room was very nice…I doubt if I would stay there again. During our whole stay we were not able to use the hot water in the shower. It was warm. I called down to the front desk twice. Unfortunately nothing was done about it. We are very serious about the bathroom being clean and being to shower with hot water.

    Had a great time and an amazing suite! The problem was it seemed as if no one wanted to work on the morning shift. Only 1 person working the cage and waited 15 minutes to cash out our chips when there was only the one person that was at the window when we got in line. I walked over to check out while my husband waited at the cage and had the same attitude from staff. Still haven't received my receipt that was supposed to be emailed. Management is amazing and evening staff is great!

    The cabana I reserved prior to visit was not available due to maintenance on the fan(s) property was not proactive in checking the cabana was in clean and working order prior to visit. My brother in law was shortchanged at the bar across from the cage, he bought a round of drinks which came to $30 something, he gave waitress $100 and received the amount of the bill in change, he happened to look at the $ before putting it into his pocket. They did make that right after much ado. We ordered prime rib in cafe, it was all overcooked even though most orders were for med-rare and medium. When bringing this to attention of waiter, he returned saying all they had was well done. Did not tell us this prior to bringing out overcooked food. I recommended this hotel to family visiting from out of town my husband and I are locals, and I regret it! I will never return to this hotel the 7 of us all spent a lot of money in there and it was a terrible experience all around. The hotel is beautiful, but that’s it! Lock up anything of value.

    Staff were all courteous and helpful. Enjoyed the coffee and pastries in the 24hr cafe. We had a beautiful view in our room in the older tower.     There was a very bad odor of decaying food in the trash at the elevator for several days.     No mention of the pool or hot tub being seasonal. This is Vegas…it’s not even that cold. Obviously people see the pics and that’s a huge draw. Otherwise this is just another gross casino hotel with mid food/drinks, and the scent of smoke and regret. Have them heated, or make it very clear on the booking sites that they are closed for the season.

    Well, i had hoped that it would be a great first experience. There was hair in the bed, stopper in the tub didn't work. I called the desk and problems were addressed. At check-in I requested a late checkout. Was told it was no problem. Then i went to the deli, paid $20 for a burger and pop no fries. It was a one nite stay that i thought about extending; but thought better of it.

    The M resort is very nice. Beautiful rooms, clean, excellent housekeeping, casino is great, good location for us. I don't like waking up to the smell of someone using weed at 2 am. Most days I marijuana use in the halls or in my room from the ventilation system 2 or 3 times a day.

    We upgraded to a suite. Dated look of room. Fixtures in poor condition. Rust and tarnished metal fixtures. Bed had black spots on sheets but didn't seem to be bed bugs. TV's didn't work properly, remotes needed new batteries, you had to be inches from the TVs to change volume or channel, very few channel selections for a $600 a night suite. Both keys stopped working after we ask for a new set of towels to be brought to the suite..found out at 3 am in the morning after a long night out.. Minimal room service options and hours, no 24 hour service, need to go to a strip resort for that. A fan was obviously on its last leg and rattling so we turned off that temp controller. Smell from heating system. Overall not a good experience and will not be back again. Definitely not worth the price!

    I’ve stayed at M Resort before and enjoyed both the casino and the rooms, so expectations were reasonable. Unfortunately, when I got upstairs, the bathtub had apparently been left behind… somewhere else. No tub. Just vibes. I called the front desk and spent a relaxing 14 minutes in the phone queue. Which was long enough to reconsider my life choices. I was then told that none of the Mountain View rooms have tubs. Interesting, since I reserved a room with one. I was advised to call back the next day to see if I could be moved. Spoiler alert: I called back the next day and was again told no. So much for reserving a specific room feature. To top it off, while the room technically had a “Mountain View,” I saw far more parking lot than peaks. If I wanted an elevated view of asphalt, I could’ve stayed at an airport hotel. In short: basic room, no tub, no solution, and an “upgrade” that felt more like a “crap…we gave away his room, give him the crap room on the 2nd floor and tell him it’s an upgrade”.

    Only 1 employee at check-in with a line 6 deep. Call for backup, no one wants to wait 15-20 minutes for a room upon arrival. Never heard housekeeping be so LOUD constantly letting doors slam and bang against the door locks. Get a doorstop! Mentioned the resort fee and what floor the pool and spa were on, but didn’t mention the entire outside is shut down. No heaters, no hot tub, nothing. Really just an unprofessional shop all around.

    We enjoyed our stay at the M Resort Spa Casino. Rooms were clean, cleaning staff were very nice. Only issue was the wait time to check in. They may want to add staff as there was only one person checking people in at time of check in. When there is a line of people waiting, it would have been nice for someone to help the front desk out so there isn't an extended wait. Other than that, nice place to stay.

    Upon entering our initial room, our five-year-old realized there was no bathtub. My wife contacted the front desk, and within approximately 30 seconds we were reassigned to a new room that perfectly accommodated our needs. The quick response and customer service were truly impressive. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The following morning, we ordered room service, which exceeded our expectations the food was outstanding. We were extremely happy with our stay and the level of service provided.     This hotel was good. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and the food was good. I stayed in the winter, so I can't comment on the pool. The room itself was comfortable (luxury double queen with strip view), though some repairs could be made to improve the look. The mini fridge was pretty beat up, and one of the head boards had a tear in it. The magnifying vanity mirror also had some small cosmetic issues, but was functional. I would stay here again. The time to the strip was about 15 minutes and approximately $35-$40 in uber cost.

    The property was nice and elegant. The room was chic and clean. However, the CSR was a bit dismissive when we were trying to ask questions about the reservation. I also was put off by the lack of trash cans in the room. My room only had one trash can that I had to put in the bathroom but then we had to keep going into the bathroom to throw away trash or had to use plastic bags as makeshift trash cans. The WiFi was also spotty. Overall it was an ok stay but I was expecting a little more.

    Stayed here the last night of a family roadtrip. I wanted to avoid the strip and this resort looked nice. Room was large and had a nice bathroom (separate shower and tub). I like my room cold when I sleep and the temp controls were great. My only complaint about the room is the air filter vent was filthy with dust. We ate at Anthony’s Steakhouse for dinner. Food was amazing and staff were very friendly.

    My only minor complaint was the absence of a microwave in the room to warm up food, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker. The resort itself had everything you could need—full casino, multiple restaurants, bakeries, and convenience stores all downstairs. Visiting during Christmas was a treat; the decorations were gorgeous, and the large gingerbread house at the entrance was a delightful touch. Parking was plentiful and free on all sides of the hotel, which was very convenient. While the resort isn’t right on the Strip, it’s only about a 10–15 minute drive away. Honestly, I preferred being away from the hustle and bustle—it made for a more relaxing experience. A special shout-out to Abby at the front desk! Her customer service was exceptional, and the thoughtful note she left for me truly made me feel welcome. Thank you, Abby! I can’t wait to return for another amazing stay.

    The room and staff especially housekeeping was great.! Not so much the front desk. Upon booking my trip in October They told me they had a pool and it was open and heated. Unfortunately,when I arrived, they told me it was seasonal and closed. I always call ahead to all properties when l travel to find out if they have a functional operating pool cause I had my back broken. It’s really the only thing I can do to keep body moving in shape and it keeps my mind at ease. I was told by the front desk when I called technically it was open.. I asked to have the manager call me they never did that.

    Facility was wonderful, but i cannot give 5 Stars due to one big issue and how it was handled. The room had a little fridge, but no microwave. When i asked the front desk about it, i was told to go to the gas station across the street and use their microwave. An expensive amount of food was wasted due to the inability to reheat it.     Nice clean rooms. Not enough staff on the casino floor or at the cashiers desk. Lots of waiting in long lines and no one offering refreshments while we played. This hotel is listed as a VIP Access property through Hotels.com, but the hotel didnt honor a single thing that comes with that. No room upgrade even though they were available, no free breakfast, no honoring of late check out. They said the partnership is "new to them" and they didnt know what was included. Well why partner with hotels.com if you dont hold up your end of the bargain? It was a big disappointment because thats the only reason i booked at this property.

Two things I didn't care for: 1) the small light thing in the room that would flash every minute or two ( I never timed it, it may have been less frequent) and 2) the bathroom was either fully lit or dark, there wasn't any kind of night light, at least not one I was able to locate.

    Our stay wasn't pleasant. A baby was screaming and crying next door. And the electric went off Sunday morning. I had to get ready and shower in the dark. I tried calling the office the phone won't go thru. Informed them during checked out. They didn't give me a discount. They told me it was a third party booked.

    Housekeeping skipped us 2 of the three days we were there (and no, we didn't leave the "do not disturb sign" on the door). On the second day, we even stopped by the front desk to ensure we'd receive cleaning; didn't happen. When we called down to ensure we could at least get a fresh set of towels and cleaning the next day, they sent someone up to clean after we were already in bed. Only one trash can in the room, trash bag wasn't replaced. No tissue holder, just a box of tissues. Casino was very smoky compared to others. Meals were mediocre. One bright spot was free parking. Overall, if you can choose to stay elsewhere, I would.

    Gym didn't open until 0700 -too late. Stayed in new tower. These rooms are not an improvement over the old tower. Smoke detector was very distracting. Bed lights were poorly designed. No way to have lights only over 1 bed. The control between the beds were not backlit. No night lights in room. Another hotel we just stayed in had small lights in the bed base illuminate the floor when you got out of bed. Bathroom commode door almost impossible to close. No nightlight in bathroom. Very lazy design and not as modern as we expected. Staff was top notch.

    Airport shuttle was convenient and available as scheduled. Room in the tower that opened December 2025 was spacious. Hotel had plenty of dining options and large portions for the price. Pool was not open.

    We stayed in the East tower on its grand opening. The room was very organized and clean since we were the first ones there. If you prefer to self-park, I recommend parking at the top of the garage on the same level as the casino so you don’t need to take 2 elevators to go to your room.

    Staff is awesome!! From the front desk checkin, to bar and restaurant servers and housekeeping, everyone was really pleasant and accommodating. Weve been coming here sine the resort opened and rooms and common areas are seeing wear and some neglect. Still a nice hotel with welcoming and caring service. Would just like to management address things like dog poop outside the hotel entrance for 3 days, smashed lampshade near elevators (on 10th floor specifically) and trash in halls. Appears to be uncaring hotel guests, which is sad. Would love to see a five star hotel back and running on my next visit.

    The staff was condescending and rude. We ended up going somewhere else. If you aren’t dressed to the nines and rich, do not stay here. I thought this would be a nice, restful, plush hotel. Instead they wish they were on the strip, but they aren’t.

    The bakery was very nice. We took advantage of the free valet parking but it was almost an inconvenience having to wait for the car. We were in the area for a wedding and we don’t enjoy gambling. Maybe, if you like gambling, you would like the place. The smoking smell really turned me off but I think the venting was pretty good. If you’re less sensitive to it you might not be too affected by it.
