The room was clean & spacious. Registration and security staff was very nice and helpful. The pizza restaurant staff was nice. I wouldn’t mind staying again.

Room was large. Staff wasn't totally rude. Ethan from the Iron Horse was AMAZING. 100 GOLD STARS for him. Smell of stale cigarettes permeated the whole hotel. Not enough towels. (2 (of 1 towel 1 wash rag and 1 hand towel) sets for a double room for 4 days is not enough). No pool. Nothing for kids. Not family friendly. Coffee shop food was adequate. On night one, was over charged by $30 and I am still waiting for it to be fixed. Ran out of Prime Rib dinners before 7pm. Had to send steak back both nights as it was over cooked. The elevator was SCARY. No table games. 'Fine dining' steak house was over priced. Especially since it was the same cook and same meat as the coffee shop.

Ac in the room leaked water, internet rarely works, tv channels mostly didn't work. Hotel is ok but staying for work so not having reliable internet and TV don't make staying here worth it.

Convenient with lots of room for parking

Updated room but still needs minor maintenance. Shower head points to door on shower stall, and toilet paper holder was falling out of wall. Staff was very helpful and food from little cafe was good. This was our 4th or 5th time staying here because the dog park is wonderful!!

Unfortunately, the rooms didn’t have TBS. Went down to the sports book and the bartenders literally had no idea what I was asking for. “Ya know, March Madnesss? Brackets? Bets??” Luckily, the restaurant across the parking lot carried the games.

The receptionist June was amazing at our check-in. Very friendly and welcoming. The steak house dinner Was great except the dessert left a lot to be desired.

Well, let's see, there was no shampoo in the dispenser. The TV did not work properly. I am mobility handicapped and the desk staff was lukewarm about whether someone could help me get my luggage down from the room when I left, although, I have to admit that Security was very good about helping me out.

It was a great place to rest. Very heavy on cigarette smell, makes sense cause it is Vegas. There was a no smoking policy in rooms, but our floor smelled like a mix of weed and cigarettes. Shower was a little dirty. Overall, a decent for the price I got.

The casino and check in area are a little run down. The carpet is old and dirty. Both times I've stayed the check-in had problems with their computer. I was told I couldn't check in for a couple hours this last trip because of the computer. The whole place is old and could sure use a remodel but aside from that the people are nice and the restaurants are good. The cafe is great with great service and food. The rooms are OK but no fridge or microwave. The shower had a constant drip and in need of repairs. The TV kept messing up and maintenance had to come fix it. That being said, the room was clean and the bedding was luxurious and the bed really comfortable. It was nice and quiet also. So to sum it up it's an older motel that could use an upgrade But the rooms are nice and the food is fantastic and I actually won some money too so I can't complain!

There were problems at check in because the attendant was absent creating a small line up. I was told I would be emailed a receipt but have yet to receive it. The staff were otherwise very helpful and I personally liked the location as I was in transit and it gave me a small taste of Vegas.

The property was very clean but in the morning there was a lot of noise from thr cleaning crew. Check out is not until 11:00 am. After that time is when the cleaning should begin to allow the customers to sleep in peace.

Very poorly maintained

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Toilet and shower were old and small but worked well. Room was large and clean. Negative is dirty carpet in elevators. Fire alarm went off and we were not informed what to do or where to go so we waited in our car for about 1 1/2 hrs till they figured it out.

Comfortable room, easy check in and hotel was quiet, considering it has a casino attached. My only complaint was the wifi. I couldn’t connect unless I was standing by the window or using my phone in the lobby. Parking can be tough on nights the casino is busy. Overall a good hotel and I’d stay here again.

It was clean, has a nice cafe, and close to Vegas when we have appointments without the crowds.

The rooms were very clean and did not smell like stale smoke but everywhere else did. The stale smoke smell was hard to escape. Staff very friendly and helpful but the property is run down and in need of a renovation. It's Vegas. No breakfast included. Parking is very inconvenient.

Bed was nice, room was non smoking and smelled clean. Loved the little pet area for our dog. Although the check in counter area was non smoking, the smoke from the casino made the entire area smell awful. The check in counter was confusing to identify and we wondered through the casino. We waited over 10 minutes for someone to help us at the iron cafe, no one ever came so we walked to the near by gas station.

Great staff at the cafe and steakhouse. Room was acceptable but cleaning staff missed a few of the last occupant’s dirty items in the bathroom and I find clumps of hair on the floor near the mini fridge

Hotel staff was not very friendly

No soaps, people smoking in hallways, door gap letting much smoke in my room late at night,, not able to sleep...

Smell of smoke is over the top in the room. Policy states they clean the room for those staying 3 nights or longer, that is not the case. I was there 5 nights and room was never touched. I am okay without the bed being made etc., but they should replenish coffee, soap, check towels, etc.

They don't offer breakfast, and the room I was assigned had a lamp that wasn't working properly—it looked like I was in a nightclub. The people in the room next door were having a party at 3:00 AM; they didn't stop shouting and laughing until around 4:30—and that was *after* they supposedly sent security to quiet them down.

I’ve been going to the railroad pass Casino Hotel for at least 40 years. I’ve always enjoyed it. It is a very friendly clean establishment.

It needs a bit of updating, carpets in elevators!, windows open but have no screens? We plan on staying else where, for the money

Traveled with my dog. Great dog area. Huge help having a cart to load things on to the elevator. Kids were pretty loud, but not all night. Didn't do breakfast. 4 day trip to my destination.

Nice rooms but had a barking dog next door the first night, other nights were great. Beware they don’t have fridge or micro in the rooms.

My stay overall was lovely. The only minor issues that I had while being there was the Wi-Fi issues and my remote not working properly. Staff was absolutely amazing.

Unaware they even had breakfast. Had to eat across the paved alley at holiday inn express. Had to ask security where the front door to the hotel was located because all you can see is the wraparound casino. Had to call the front desk many times for various things like no towels in the room, tv didn’t work, toilet didn’t flush, etc. they moved me to a different room that was just as bad except the tv worked. Bed extremely uncomfortable getting very little sleep and I had a full day of driving ahead. I will never stay here again. All this is a casino so don’t stay here.

Breakfast was very good. And, a good value as well. The smell. It smelled like an ashtray. Smoking slot players were scatteted throughout the casino. Also, the showers are in need of an upgrade. The shower door is no longer effective. There was water all over the floor.

The smoke from the casino permiates the property like many other casinos it is hard to want to be there to gamble for long, ashtrays were overflowing by the doors making it even more uncomfortable to walk into the casino. the room was clean but had no fridgerator which was a big negative. Old hotel with some newer upgrades but overall the building is in poor shape.

Rooms were very clean, however the there was a shower water leak. Every time I took a shower the water leaked out of the shower door and onto the bathroom floor, which leaked under loose tiles and even after picking up the water every time you stepped on the tiles more water would leak out. We were offered to switch rooms but we were so tired. I advise to get the water leak fixed. The staff was excellent. The casino was nice and fun that the cafe was great food with a reasonable prices too. Had a wonderful stay and looking forward to our next stay. :)

Room was large and very comfortable. Great views of the surrounding mountains. It was close to the attraction that we wanted to visit. Staff was always friendly and professional. The restaurant/bar next door is really nice. No smoking in it. There was a live band Friday night. The gaming area, while there were lots of machines. The air filtration system needs to be updated. Lots of cigarette smoke.

It was out of the city. There were cracks in the walls of the room. There was not soap in the room. The shower was tiny. Staying there was educational for my children.

Bed is comfortable, TV with internet is awesome, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The only thing is that the place is so old. The bathrooms are still stuck in the 70’s. The furniture in the rooms have been replaced, but the building itself hasn’t been updated. I hope they find a way to keep the history but also make the structure better.

Too much smoke and rooms just on

Quiet clean room and super comfy bed. Although the room we requested with two queens wasn't ready at four pm check in and we got a room with one King instead and no credit for what I considered a downgrade. We booked over a month in advance and still the room wasn't ready. Lol. One staff member was apologetic at the other one didn't seem to carry it all that we really wanted the other one. She said you get what you get. But the rest of the stay was nice and the casino fun and food establishments were great Just not getting the room we requested.

Great value and great staff. Super easy to just show up elevators right there check-in is right there. Get to the hotel room, hotel rooms, clean beds are soft. AC is kicking good. Hot water staff is super friendly. I know a lot of people say that but they actually are even the maids, The locals made it seem like I was staying on a bad side of town but they don't know what they're talking about. It's actually nice being off the strip away from all the craziness, especially for the price. I was surprised I mean it would have been nice to have a microwave or a fridge, but that's pretty normal for this price range. I don't blame them

The one only reason my family stayed at this facility is it was close to an event we were attending and we thought some food options at the property The location was in, or just outside of Las Vegas and it's a casino so you would think getting food would not be a hard thing to do. We arrived at the property late, 10:00 pm, after the first night of the event we were attending. First we went over the Bullet Train, after waiting to be seated for 15 minutes and never seeing one employee, only people sitting at the bar, we decided to try the Cafe at Railroad Pass. It took 10 minutes for the angry Asian lady to start yelling at us and say it was going to be a long time because she was the only one working. We noticed there were only 2 other couples so we told her no problem. She then put 4 silverware and menus at a table but wouldn't allow us to sit. 10 minutes later she told us to sit. After seated we sat for approximately 15 to 20 before we walked out. No drink orders taken, nothing. So we walked next door to the gas station and purchased something to get us through the night. I paid a little extra to stay here that other properties thinking it would be a better option thinking we had a couple of places to eat after our long day and late departure from our event.

Casino of course super smokey. Facility is just tired. Everything is super worn or worn out. Doors and locks afre worn out. Shower stall worn out and just hangung in there. No shampoo or shower soap. Fresh towels and sheets. Everything else needs a remodel INCLUDING the elevator cars and switches.

Check is super quick and parking is plentiful. Casino downstairs and right off the highway. Rooms are pretty bare no fridge. Bathrooms are very dated. Front of property has decent views but the billboard can be bright at night.

Parking for the hotel is not very convient for checking in to the hotel. We prefer not walking thru casino with our luggage.

Worst hotel ever. Staff are rude, unprofessional and ignorant. We will never go to a Ramada hotel again. And we will let everyone we know about this filthy place and their extremely terrible staff. And they hold onto your deposit forever....won't release it when you check out and they charge your card for the room. We are still waiting after 8 days. Showing as "pending". The "manager" -"Wendy" is the worst. No wonder her staff are so rude if she is training them in "hospitality" and 'customer service ". One gal hung up on me and "Wendy" (if that's her real name) was SCREAMING into the phone so she could talk over me, and started cursing. Then I hung up. Such immature behavior. All I can say is DON'T stay there.

We had a queen room on the 6th floor. It needs a new bed woke up many times during the night with my back HURTING! My husband said it also hurt his back. It was a horrible night sleep for the both of us. Peeling paint around the mirror in the bathroom. Lead paint? The right hand faucet handle come off when turning on the water. Needs fixed. Our room was above the outside light. Bring your eye mask if you want it dark. The water pressure in the shower was great. And no breakfast because Dennys closed down.

The staff was super friendly but the property is attached to a very very very old casino that reeks of smoke. There is no real place to park and unload your bags. It really is designed for a quick overnight, which is what I wanted. There are several places to eat in the casino. I choice the cafe. Probably one of the best prime rib French dip sandwiches I’ve ever had at a very reasonable price. Over all a good quick overnight stop.

Television didn’t work, arrived after 10 pm and didn’t want to report it. WiFi was slow and marginally useful. The price was appropriate so expectations were managed. Probably wouldn’t go back.

NOT the 2nd floor!! (Thats the pet floor.) We were put there on the first night since they were full and we got there late. We were not told about that, but when i inquired about the horrible room on the 2nd floor they apologized and explained the situation to us. They moved us to the 3rd floor, which was 100% better.

We hav le stayed there a couple of times in the past year. This may have been our last stay. Bathroom, shower in particular, was in terrible condition. There were NO baes of soap, and even after going back to the Registration desk, they cpuls not come up with any. So, we were only left with the liquid soap dispenser in the shower. It was EMPTY. And to top it all off we had to endure a near hour-long rant and rave by some angry drunk out in the hallway, (3:30-4:30am).

Smells like smoke in rooms. Maintenance was painting and the smell was really strong.

Shower was grungy, electrical outlet in bathroom had burn marks and the electrical outlets and lights on one side of the bed didn’t work. Carpets should have been replaced years ago. Ice machine was held together with duct tape and didn’t have ice.

Recently rated them 5 stars after my first stay. Second stay was not as friendly. Bar staff ignored customers and floor cocktail waitress was non-existent. My room had a made bed, towels hung but no soap, nor a liner for the ice bucket

The rooms were very very clean. No issues there at all. Wifi signal is super weak in the rooms, and that’s a large deal when travelling with a team of teenagers. The elevator was a little nerve wracking. Overall, very clean, quiet, good food options, would absolutely stay again.

The room and hotel service was great, but the cafe service was the worst i have eved experienced, the staff working on the graveyard shift was rude and unwelcoming, she yelled at us just for walking in stating we would have to wait for the cook and there was not one table clean and we had to wait until she cleaned all of them to be seated. Once because at three am the people beside her were being loud and when she knocked on the wall they threw something back and the next room had a guy squatting in the room beside her fighting with security. Hotel is run down. Slots don’t pay out. Service at the restaurant was slow. 45 minutes for breakfast.

I am a disabled person and asked for a disabled room. What I was given is a regular room that had a shower with a tub. I couldn't get into it. Also, the glass doors on the bathtub were not secure. They flopped all over the place. Very dangerous. Bed was not comfortable the pillows either

The place all smell like tobacco. Even the room we stayed on. One of the beds had a hold on it we couldn’t sleep there. We ate dinner and the food was cold. The pictures for the rooms on the web are not the same. The price was not worth to pay. Bad experience.

There was some sort of bug in the room. Let the front desk know. They wanted to move us to a pet room. And we didnt feel good about it. So we just went back home!

To start, the toilet was clogged when we arrived which never got resolved. Then we went downstairs for dinner found a half empty restaurant with no staff at the counter. When she finally greeted us she said, “just come back in 10 min to be safe.” We decided to walk over to the cashier to activate our complimentary player card while we waited, again an empty counter with no staff. While we waited off the Casio floor, in the designated area, a woman started yelling at us from across the Casino, “you can’t have kids on the casino floor!” As we attempted to explain the situation, she continually cut us off, shaking her head and just saying we couldn’t be here. Eventually she saw the card and listened to what we said, snatched the card and offered to sign us up. At that point we had been so betrayed by her for not doing anything wrong, we opted not to gamble in the Casino or eat in the restaurant and left. All that aside, the woman at the front desk for the hotel was kind and the only one in establishment that treated us like a paying customer. We did find all the staff and the food next door at the bullet train friendly, proof and professional. The toilets were clean and worked too. Zero star rating for the hotel and casino, will not return.

The night staff could be better, like maybe act like they are awake for their shift. The elevator is a joke, can only hold 4 people at a time. It runs slower than molasses in winter. Only real redeeming point was how comfortable the bed was.

Adked for a refrigerator twice, never received it. The coffee cups in the room was 16 inch doesn’t fit the coffee maker so couldn’t make coffee. One little bar of soap and not enough shampoo and conditioner. Carpets in the hallway in elevator dirty. People on the fourth floor were smoking pot so the room and hallway just reeked! It was cheaper to book the room from Expedia then supposedly the great deal you were given to the car club. This is NOT a Ramada or Wyndham quality hotel! I don’t think I’ll stay here next time!!

Wyndham holds a high reputation and this one hotel was not. Wyndham's management need to come out and investigate the hotel to see the condition also the restroom shower had mold around the base of the shower needs to be replaced or refurbished and investigation needs to happen about the conditions of this hotel.

I upgraded to a deluxe king room. The promised fridge for my medication was missing but one was eventually brought from another room. The rooms table was so wonky we were afraid to put anything on it. And finally , the air conditioner had 2 speeds, roaring or off. Not a good stay and the 2nd Ramada we've been disappointed in. Won't be returning.

This hotel is okay, a little run down but decent. If you are a non-smoker do not stay here. The entrance, lobby, elevators, restaurants all stink. The room somehow didn’t. If you can hold your breath for 4 minutes it’s okay.

We had no food. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Its an older hotel but rooms are updated. Didnt smell andy smoke from the casino in our room.

Check-in was quick and easy as I'd done it online. Same with check-out. The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The coffee machine was appreciated. The only thing that could have made the experience better, would have been if there had been a microwave and mini-fridge in the room.

My only complaint is that, despite several restaurants on the premesis, I could not get food delivered, so Dominos got my business. Our room was really large and had a really great view of the mountains. The beds were really comfortable in the bathroom very clean. The service was excellent.

I needed a room at the last minute because I was driving from California to Colorado with my husband and beloved dog. I just needed something clean and pet friendly. To my surprise, I actually liked this hotel because of how it was renovated to accommodate people with dogs. The 2nd floor I was on had no carpet..yes! This is essential when it comes to pets. My dog is trained to not go potty indoors, but we all know not everyone does this with their pets. We also know how gross and smelly carpets get after a while. Second, my room was spacious and did not have all the extra stuff to crowd the room. Again, no carpet, only hard flooring. It was clean and did not smell. Trust me, I have stayed at the downtown San Jose CA Hilton due to my dog and I was not comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet. My husband also commented on the cleanliness of our floor and room. He even went so far as to make a note to stay here again when we drive through. The hotel also had a private dog run out back that was easily accessible across from the lobby check-in desk. Finally, I did not have to roam the streets looking for an area for my dog to go potty…super convenient and safe! Upon leaving early the next morning, there is a Starbucks and gas station in the same lot. My recommendation: this is an excellent hotel for pet friendly folks in an excellent location.

I come from Texas where there is no smoking in any public place. Before I left Nevada to live in Texas there was no smoking allowed in public places. The Casino was dingy, full of smoke, depressing. It was not what I expected from a Wyndham property.

The furniture was new, and the bed was nice, but the bathroom was horrendous. I had them change my first room because I didn't want to shower in there. And then the second room had a shower that leaked. The first floor smelt like cigarette smoke, but it is a casino with smoking. It was the cheapest option, but I would probably stay somewhere else if I was in the area again.

We had an issue with the tv that they couldn’t fix so they moved us to another room. We had a small dog with us. I selected them because they said they are pet friendly but the website said nothing about a charge. When I checked in is when they said it is $30 more with a dog. I think that should be told up front not once you arrive and are checking in.

Restaurant inside the hotel was closed. Looks like it’s going to be remodeled. There is an another restaurant across the parking lot. The rooms are fine, but showers need to be updated. Lastly, you could hear the people talking in the room next to you. Overall, it’s not too bad if you’re just looking for somewhere cheap to sleep. Hope this helps.

The folks at the front desk were very courteous, and I appreciated the free drink coupon! I enjoyed a glass of wine while inhaling the incomparable scent of a casino. No shade, but I am not a gambler, and so this was kind of an anthropological pleasure. If you’re like me and not a gambler, you’ll be comfortable in your room. It was tricky to find the entrance, so if you arrive after dark as I did, you might wish to park with your belongings in the car until you get your bearings. The main door to the reception is very poorly labeled, by which I mean: not labeled at all. Everything here is on the shabby side, even more than in many of the downscale places I typically stay, but I got a good price for the night at the last minute. If you don’t think the price is right, then you might look further.

The reason for the three star rating is because for two nights we had to wash with full bath towels. They did not have any washcloths not to mention. The restaurant is temporary closed, so there was no place to eat other than in Henderson or the bullet train and I wouldn’t go in there . for the room, the shower door was messed up wouldn’t shut all the way as well as the bed look like it was broke down on one side so you felt like you were laying in a dip. The pillows are less desirable bring your own I recommend maybe even your washcloths. I will have to say it was kind of quiet plenty of the lights outside and feel safe to walk around and for anybody that has Tesla as we have a Tesla there are charging stations there within the vicinity close by so it’s kind of nice if you need to charge you can be in your hotel room then go down and move your car overall I gave it a three star rating. They did say that they were understaffed, but that gives no reason why we should have to wash with bath towels.

The room was very spacious, comfortable bed, and clean UNTIL you get to the bathroom. The bathroom itself was clean but the shower was horrible. I don’t know if it was mold or just the porcelain wearing off but the entire rim between glass and shower frame was black and disgusting. My husband and I didn’t even use the shower because of it.

My room was very spacious both times I have stayed. This would have been a five star but there was garbage from a previous guest wedged behind the microwave in my room, which of course syarted making me wonder what else may have been overlooked. I would still stay here again for the delight of it being 21+. I am able to sleep soundly. Also would be great if they sacrificed some parking for a pool and fitness center. Or if they made parallel parking near the entrance. Staff was super friendly. Wish there were a rewards program. If there is, I have never been offered to sign up.

Worst Wyndham I’ve stayed at yet. When I booked it said there was only 1 room left and when I arrived at 10:30 pm the parking lot was empty and when I left at 4am it was still empty. The second I walked into my room I heard the toilet running and a very small shower in the corner that looked in terrible shape. I called the front desk and told them about the shower and ask to get a better room and was told it was a $20 upgrade. I was exhausted from my day and told them I would just deal with it. The toilet never stopped running and if I needed to flush then I had to open up tank and flush with my hand. I called front desk around 4am and told them that the toilet was clogged and still running and that I was checking out and feared the toilet flooding the 3rd story room. 15 minutes later I went to the front desk and checked out and told them again about my stay. They kinda shrugged it off and didn’t take my suggestion to send maintenance up.

Not sure the age of this hotel, but it feels old. It’s a casino lodging, so the smell of smoke is inescapable in the lobby. It was comfortable enough.

Property wise - very nice! Friendly staff. All the right slots and video poker games. Area near the hotel has nothing to offer. But for a couple that doesn’t mind staying about 20-30 from the strip, would highly recommend

The stay was ok but the bathroom wasn’t good..Toilet didn’t flush good at all, water pressure in the shower was very weak, hair was all over the shower walls, bottom of shower had black stuff all around it (looked like mold)..The outlets in the room would not hold anything since it kept falling out..Asked for a fridge and was told they would bring us one after a couple hrs we went to ask for it and then was told they didn’t have anymore (could have called the room to let us know) and didn’t have a microwave which would have been nice to warm our food up..

A decent place when the price is right.

It says it has truck/RV/bus parking. When we asked the desk personnel told us we had to park at the TA. That’s quite a jaunt in 104 degrees. Then it says they have two restaurants. They are both closed till Nov. the desk personnel told us there is Pizza in the Casino, or we can go to Sonic or Dunkin Donuts. We drive a commercial vehicle. We can’t just jump in and drive three miles to Sonic. They gave us a coupon for the Bullet Train. Never explained what it was. We had to contact Wyndham to find out where we could get our breakfast. That was where. Thank goodness it exists because that’s where we got dinner. It was delicious very disappointed in staff. Rooms are old. Elevator was really squeaky. Like it needs maintenance. No fridge or microwave. Not impressed.

Staff is wonderful. They are remodeling, so there are no in-hotel restaurants. However, they are compensating with low priced rooms (no resort fee), credits to the new Bullet Train Restaurant and slot play. The bed was comfortable and room was very quiet. Convenient location on the way to/from Vegas.

The stay has been ok. The staff has been very good. The hotel itself is old. We had to change rooms because of a leaking shower and what appeared to be mold or mildew around the outside edge of the shower. I hope they check the flooring where the water leaked as it feels like the subfloor may have water damage from the leaking shower.

BED BUGS. Visible (I squished one crawling on the dresser) and hidden & biting (I woke up with a few bites on my leg). I am now laundering all my items praying I didn't track any home. I threw out the shoes and purse I was wearing. The hotel staff was confontional when I brought this to their attention at check out (I showed her the one I squished). She said I should call later to speak with management about a refund.

We reserved 2 rooms with 2 queen beds. Paid for upfront and when we got there. There was issue with the reservation then get to the rooms and one was a king size bed not the 2 queen beds i paid for

Close to airport

Hotel was awesome. Front desk was amazingly helpful and patient. Awesome little dog park on site. Only thing that kept the 5th star was the casino attendants. One younger girl with short hair was absolutely awesome but there was an older lady and and a guy named Cody or Corey that made me feel like they just wanted me gone and out of the way. The security made me feel more welcomed! (One was an enthusiastic African American gentleman whom wouldve been given a piece of my jackpot , if only I won it lol!) Overall, despite my level of detail this all was relatively trivial to the experience, just trying to be detailed.
