It was a good experience. I only wish we would have known about how the parking was going to work. We were charged separately. Other than the parking, everything was enjoyable.
- 5/5
No pots or pans in the kitchenette. That was disappointing as today kitchenette did have hobs etc. Otherwise very good stay.

The facility was very nice although there were a couple of things in the suite that needed improvement. The icemaker in the refrigerator was broken and poured water into the frig soaking some restaurant leftovers. The closet doors in both bedrooms did not work easily or well. The floor tile that goes up the side of the wall a short distance was broken and stuck out from the wall a bit (in the south bathroom). Otherwise the room was comfortable, the pool was enjoyable, and the breakfast was good (although my grandchildren were disappointed that there were only waffles on Saturday). See comment above for both good and not so good.

One night stay but we liked the room and felt very comfortable and enjoyed our night. Everyone fit comfortably and we had no issues in our room.
- 4/5
Great facility. Our particular room had an issue with shower hot water as it took upwards of 10-15 minutes for it to get hot. Other than that, very satisfied
- 5/5
We took day trips to places in California, Arizona and Nevada, excellent location from the Strip, not too close, not too far. Nice and close to the Airport, Awesome Staff, very nice facilitiy.
- 4/5
Check in was so easy and the kitchen in the room was a dream. Especially for a family of 4 on a budget.
- 3/5
Staff was good. Breakfast was excellent. Facility is older and in need of updating. Toilet ran off and on the entire stay.
- 2/5
Breakfast, or rather "Continental breakfast" was mediocre at best. Maybe I overlooked the details of what type of breakfast this was, but other reviews raved how great it was, which was not the case. Coffee was not drinkable, fruit was a bit over-ripened, and the attitude of the kitchen staff was very unwelcoming. It just felt that they were unhappy with their jobs. The mattress was extremely soft and very uncomfortable. Wasn't expecting a luxurious sleep, but the extreme softness made it feel very cheap and old, resulting in an uncomfortable sore lower back. The water pressure of the shower was the only bright side to the stay, as it was much stronger than expected, and was appreciated. Have to say that I will not be staying here again.

So noise, omg we were on the 2nd floor and the room above was constant noise. I had to call the front desk multiple times, one at 3am! Nothing was ever done.
- 4/5
Very good
- 3/5
Very old property that needs a lot of updates like new plumbing fixtures, higher toilets, tech-friendly outlets, effective window coverings and quieter air vents. Very noisy due to being right in the airport flight path. No ADA ramps to roll luggage into the guest room building. Good stuff: Staff was nice and the bed was comfy.

I have stayed here on several occasions for work and leisure. The front desk team are friendly and really go out of their way to ensure you have a lovely stay. The rooms are well equipped, comfortable and clean. The property is well situated to banks, supermarkets, eateries and off strip casinos (if that's your joy!). No bottle opener!!!

very clean when we walked in the smell was refreshing not overpowering. staff was helpful and friendly we will stay there again. easy to get to from the main highway, felt like a very safe place to stay. we were right in the path of the landing of las vague the plane landing wheels were down so that close, but the Noice wasn't bad about the same as a big truck going by easy to sleep.

booked last minute for a few hours sleep before an early flight. I was unable to use the pool but it looked lovely. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff and breakfasts were wonderful. Rooms were sad. Kitchen missing everything and pullout sofa was absolutely so uncomfortable— couldn’t sleep on it.

The airport shuttle arrived promptly, however, the driver did not help with our luggage. The return driver was excellent. The planes landing at the airport were directly over this facility which made it hard to rest.

Water didn't want to get hot. We where in a end room and could hear the outside door open and close all night. Also right in the landing pattern of the airport.

We really loved the space. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was a nice surprise. The shower had fantastic water pressure, but I was a little worried about slipping in the tub while showering. I am a total ‘priss when it comes to hotels. This place absolutely pass the test for me! I would’ve given the hotel a solid 10, but we had an issue with noise from directly above. There was obviously a very wired up toddler / child jumping until midnight. We gave ‘grace’ until it struck midnight and had to call down to the desk. The person on staff handled that very nicely and the noise stopped within 5 minutes… but rest assure, it started right back up at 6 AM. Remind you, this is not the fault of the child… My hospitality/marketing suggestion that would behoove any hotel, any star rating — is — make it a protocol practice to always assign families with children to the first floor. It will make a huge difference in your reviews… and be extremely kind and mindful to all the other guests.

Hope they upgrade our room as we always staying there, thanks
- 5/5
I loved our stay here! A well deserved staycation. Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable beds, plenty of stores and restaurants close by!
- 2.5/5
2nd visit was 1st floor towards the back of the building and the hallway stunk like rotten garbage. The room had a bad odor with a weird chemical scent...floors were dirty. The bathroom vanity had the missing shelf and door had missing towel holders. We left early and stayed at another hotel. Weirdly all trash cans were never lined in the studio rooms. Not in the kitchens or bathrooms
- 5/5
Great place!

I enjoyed the staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

The Staff were the friendliest I’ve ever met.

Best Staff Ever!!!

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was great.

Easy and clean
- 2/5
We booked 3 nights for 780$, when we came something was broken and there wasn’t hot water and lifts were broken too. So they moved us to the other Marriott which was very close. But the price for 3 nights there was 450$, so I don’t understand why I have to pay 750$ ???
- 5/5
Nice enough place, great part of town away from the strip. I did not realize it is in direct line with the airport runway. Hotel seems a little older, but most likely remodeled recently.
- 5/5
The staff were very friendly and their customer service was great. We like the room size and the comfort, down to the elevator wait time. The breakfast was good but we went at a rushed hour time. However, there were still plenty of seating space and the line was quick, just the usual wait for waffles. Overall we enjoyed the establishment.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very clean. Staff was polite and helpful. Parking was easy to find. Breakfast enjoyable.
- 2/5
Staff was very friendly, pet charge is exorbitant in my opinion (and wasn’t advertised that we could see), internet worked 1/4 days, TV didn’t work at all, sofa bed was like sleeping on straight springs, “spa/sauna” was colder than the pool, bed hadn’t been swept or mopped under in what looked like months, sheets for sofa bed smelt stale and musty
- 5/5
The shuttle driver was rude
- 4/5
Didn't realize the property would have air traffic constantly flying over the property. TOO NOISY which is fine if you don't mind not sleeping through the night or relaxing by the pool. Elevator not working which is tough bringing luggage up 3 flights of stairs. Could use grab bars in the shower for the older population.
- 5/5
The room was very well maintained and had all options needed for a stay. I liked the kitchen and options for a potential long term stay if need be. The front desk employees were friendly and the cleaning staff was welcoming and others were very enjoyable to talk to. It is a relaxing place to stay.
- 5/5
That it was clean and quiet
- 5/5
Lovely place
- 5/5
Excellent room and location! Staff was very hospitable and up to standard.
- 1/5
I got there around 10:30pm and they told me that they didn’t have a room for me and told me that they reached out to Expedia in the morning but I was never notified and it took 2 hrs for me to find another hotel
- 5/5
Need more parking, one of the rooms did not have AC
- 5/5
Excellent Customer Service
- 4/5
The food was good the staff was nice. Some of the areas are updated but there are others that need more up-keeping, especially since dogs are allowed in the property. The pool also needs some TLC. I wished the rooms had laminate wood flooring. I did love the fact that the hotel has a full kitchen with the basic utensils and pots needed for a family. The hallways did seemed a bit too dark in my opinion. Overall we enjoyed our short stay.
- 5/5
Best and most affordable hotel we’ve ever stayed.
- 4/5
Great hotel. Second time staying. The pool was def improved from last year. Inside is apways clean and up to par for a week stay.
- 5/5
It was really nice the only thing we didn’t have pots.
- 3/5
But the bed was comfortable so that was nice!
- 5/5
Nice property. A bit noisy from the airport, but otherwise it was fine and located in a nice area away from the strip...
- 5/5
Nice place
- 3/5
We did encountered some unsatisfactory issues: -We were put on the third floor as that was “the only” room available in a building with an inoperable elevator. -A television was no working in one of our rooms. -Parking was limited. —The swimming pool was open, but the water was ice cold. —The breakfast was 4/10
- 5/5
The room was very clean and updated and the bed was comfortable. We were only there for a night but would stay for the amenities when we come back
- 2/5
There were several maintenance issues in the building where we stayed. We could not use the pool because they were doing some repairs. Staff said I could go to the other hotel across the street if I wanted access to the pool. Breakfast was nice.
- 5/5
Thank you to Shaneice, the manager, for making our stay as a family wonderful. The roads are closed because of flooding so our family had to turn back to Vegas and stay for another night. She made our check in light-hearted and took care of our family with the best accommodations and customer service. Thank you!!
- 5/5
Breakfast was good Will come again
- 3/5
It is in the airport landing path, so prepare for daytime planes. Also construction remodeling going on now. Continental breakfast good, staff excellent and very accommodating. Jacuzzi out of order too.
- 1/5
Arrived at the hotel and they didn’t have enough beds for the umber of people we booked. Hotel was under construction and no indication at booking of this. Hammering and drilling the entire day. Couldn’t not rest or nap during the day. Hallways smelled of old fish and marijuana and pillows smelled like mildew. Had to share towels because front desk “out of them”. Paid premium rates for this. When we talked to front desk about it, they said they could put us on theirs floor and new room, but elevator doesn’t work in that building. This was a terrible experience.
- 4/5
Decent hotel. Breakfast was good. Pool left a lot to be desired. Good location. Would go back.
- 3/5
On flight path to airport. Room was not ready for check-in time. Front desk wrote down their address for us to give to cabbie but it was incorrect and would have taken us over a mile away. Room clean.
- 4/5
watch out for the pet fee $150 - per stay, so for ONE NIGHT. but you'll have a good stay here.
- 2/5
Staff was nice, pet friendly is restricted to certain rooms
- 4/5
Overall, I was pleased with this stay.
- 4/5
The continental breakfast was awful The in-room coffee was crap.
- 5/5
The friendliness of the staff at check-in and after. The room for the price was a surprise and highly enjoyed it.
- 3/5
Water only gets warm, slightly warm. Very unpleasant to bathe or shower.
- 1/5
I am a frequent business traveler, devoted Marriott rewards member for a decade and a half, and a Marriott VacationClub owner. I am clearly very invested in Marriott and its properties worldwide. This is hands down the worst property in which I ever stayed. Staff left me waiting at the airport for an hour and fifteen minutes waiting for the shuttle, constantly promising that it was only a few minutes away. Next, the property is marked as nonsmoking but the wing in which we stayed reeked of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Guests were seen leaving their room with lit cigarettes. When I brought this issue to the attention of front desk staff, they chalked it up to their California guests and said they couldn’t do anything u less they caught them in the act. Well, from the stench, they haven’t been catching anyone in the act for a very long time. This property needs to have its Marriott franchise endorsement pulled. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere.
- 4/5
2 bedroom suite was a great fit for our big family. Free breakfast but so so quality. Overall, a great stay for the value.
- 1/5
This hotel is dated the carpets were worn out and smelly, the hallways smelled of smoke. We had to ask for towels. Hotel is in disrepair, they need to invest in keeping up to the Marriott standards for the amount they charged for the room.
- 4/5
Good place to stay.
- 5/5
Very nice facility. Convenient for airport parking/shuttle.
- 2/5
Did not feel safe there at all.
- 3/5
Hotel is just ok, nothing spectacular and nothing bad. It was decent and was located near lots of things.
- 5/5
I liked everything about this place even the complimentary breakfast was wonderful 😋
- 5/5

Nice, courtesy and pleasant. Staff is friendly. My and me enjoyed our stay. I recommend staying here; its quiet. You can easily get to north and south Vegas.
- 3/5
Hotel was clean and as expected. Staff friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but hotel location not so good. Hotel is located in an airplane flight path. Could hear airplanes all night, hard to sleep. The air conditioner was loud. Elevator broken, had to climb stairs to 3rd floor.
- 4/5
our unit came with a kichenett. This made it seem comfortable and homee.
- 4/5
Overall our stay was good. The customer service was pretty good, the property is a little outdated in some parts. The breakfast was great. The room we stayed in was near the pool maintenance room, so we could hear a lot of noise from there during the day. In the night, you could hear a lot of airplane traffic.
- 3/5
The property is rated higher than it should be. Don't expect the rooms to look like the pictures provided by the property. My room had some wear & tear and were missing amenities. Elevators were out but we weren't told about it when we checked in. Planes take off or land frequently over the property but it isn't too noticeable inside your room. Overall it wasn't too bad for the price. Wouldn't be my first choice but would consider staying again.
- 3/5
The property is easy to get to. It is not the best upkeep, but it's generally acceptable.
- 4/5
This location is older, but it is run efficiently, at least when we stayed the night. The worst for us was the sofa bed. 2 people CANNOT sleep on it comfortably, let alone 1 person. It is so uncomfortable and of poor quality. There were 4 of us in a King suite, which I got because it said it can accommodate 4 people. It is also noisy until almost midnight, because the planes landing fly right above it. The staff who run it do a good job, and the breakfast was good. But boy, that sofa bed. I’m surprised Marriott would make such a poor purchase for its own company.
- 2/5
Ice only available from front desk, try to find them! Swimming pool dirty and gate broken, obviously for years so had to walk around entire area to enter. No towels available at pool. Had to go to front desk again and wait for them to appear. But worst of all, a built in fan in sink area of bathroom runs 24/7 and it was noisy. No way to turn it off and no doors to close to sleeping area. I wouldn’t wish staying there on an enemy.
- 4/5
Staff was great. Property needs updates.
- 3/5
Elevator was broken. We were not informed until check-in.
- 4/5
Staff was very courteous. Area is safe. Somehow, my vehicle trunk was left open even possibly overnight but nothing was taken.
- 4/5
The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were pretty nice if a little unmaintained. Plenty of signs that a little TLC was due.
- 5/5
The only thing was that the elevator wasnt working and my bff was pregnant so the stairs were not a good time.
- 5/5
Check-in staff were very nice. Had a problem with shower, maintenance was there in 5 minutes and fixed it. Would stay there again.
- 3/5
Pretty run down for the price. Needs some updating and care inside.
- 2/5
According to the staff it was to cover additional fees related to cleaning the room after a pet stayed there (despite our pet being a very small and clean chihuahua) I don't think this actually happens because when I entered the room I immediately found dirt and sand on the sofa cushions (no doubt from a previous pet) Furthermore, the pull-out sofa bed smelled of dog pee - so if it had ever been cleaned it didn't help. Other than that the room was OK, the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've ever seen at a major chain hotel. General cleanliness was very good, and we enjoyed our stay otherwise.
- 3/5
I stayed in the C building. The access door to C with the stairs does not close by itself. It sticks and being the last building within the property it’s raised safety concerns for me. Knowing anyone can access my hotel room building if patrons fail to really slam the exterior door to ensure the door is latched and locked efficiently.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were nice and clean.
- 3/5
the carpets need changing and deep cleaning. unfortunately if you look at the map its on the airplane route to the runway, every 1-3 minutes a landing flight will pass over the hotel directly which is very loud and noisy
- 5/5
A lot of properties in Vegas don’t allow larger dogs, but our Labrador was welcome here!
- 2/5
The room was decent enough. Booked a 2 room suite. Was quaint.
- 2/5
The accommodations were nice overall—two bedrooms with attached bathrooms and a full-sized fridge, oven, and microwave. There was a TV in each room. Overall, it was fine for a one-night stay but not as nice as we were led to believe from marketing.
- 4/5
I liked that there is a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher in my hotel. Also, it had an iron and ironing board for my clothes. There is a good size sofa and computer desk work area. It's a very quiet hotel with no rowdy guests. I did not like the airplanes flying overhead from the airport until 2am in the morning. Indeed, I already knew this hotel location was right next to the airport before I booked the room but if I wasn't flying out the next day early morning it would of been okay with me. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
If you don't want to hear a ton of noise ask for a room away from the pool.
- 3/5
The hallways need to be painted
- 5/5
The staff was very polite and professional
- 5/5
Liked that it felt like a studio apartment vs a hotel room. We were able to have family over for a casual dinner and didnt have to sit on the bed. There is nothing that I didnt like. Wish could of stayed longer.
- 5/5
I loved how clean and how attentive the staff was all employees were very friendly and helpful the location is great. The room we got was clean and spacious! you have everything so close not far from the strip! Would stay here anytime I come to visit
- 2/5
Not safe at night. No security.
- 4/5
- 1/5
Hotel was overbooked and made us stay at a different hotel with a smaller room and further to our daughter’s volleyball ball tournament
- 4/5
Staff was very responsive! Room was clean. Location was quiet and near to restaurants, shopping, golf, etc. We would definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
My room was very noisy. Sounded like a race track above me. The staff was very helpful and worked to resolve it. This was not a staff problem - probably building design.
- 3/5
Overall the location of the hotel is good. Staff are friendly and helpful. However, since the hotel is old and interior is not as expected as shown. The room I found was dirty and didn't smell fresh.
- 1/5
This hotel should take off the Residence Inn By Marriott name. It is not up to the high standards that come with the Marriott name. This nonsmoking hotel had cigarette smoke in the hallways. Our room had a strong cigarette smell in it. We asked for another room. There was no utensils due to Covid, so we asked an employee to bring us some. They never did, so we called the front desk to ask again. It took them 30 minutes to bring us the utensils. The elevator and hallways had debris and trash on them. The hotel is in need of serious makeover. Breakfast was awful. They offered a version of an egg sandwhich, tortilla with egg in it and blueberry muffin. Both the egg sandwhich and torilla with egg did not taste good. No juice or milk offered. They could of provided yogurt, hot oatmeal or bananas that would be covid appropriate. We were very disappointed with breakfast. Lastly, we stayed in a room next to a dog, which barked. We understand that the first floor is designed as "pet friendly". We asked for a room away from pets, but we couldn't stand the smoke in the first room, so the only room left was next to a dog. We will not be returning.
- 3/5
Customer Service was great. The only thing is the rooms are rather outdated and our shower was never hot. During the winter at 35° in Vegas its rather cold so a hot shower would have been nice. The heat in the room was good so glad we only stayed 3 days.
- 4/5
Nice room , due to COVID-19 unable to have the normal breakfast so just a very small to go bag. A little disappointed because I have really enjoyed their breakfast .
