Horrible experience. Didn't have a shower head my first three days, said they would replace it Monday morning and they ended up not doing it so I reminded them and they did it that afternoon but left a huge mess in the bathroom area of dust and dirt from the installation that they never cleaned up. I told the front desk and they said they’d do the routine cleanups on Tuesday, but during my whole 7 day stay my room was never cleaned and towels/sheets were never replaced. Also the whole hotel either smells bad or like cigarettes and by my second day the smell was leaking into my room and causing my clothes to carry that cigarette stench to work. Worst stay ever and I wasn't able to get anything discounted due to the inconveniences because my “stay was already discounted” according to the hotel management.

I stayed recently updated room which is clean and nice. But the environment is not so good. I saw people smoking weed at a front door a couple of times. Also faced some very suspicious people related to private entertainment business. Definitely, I do not recommend this hotel for family. Anyone needs a cheap hotel room for sleep and has a willingness to bear a strange environment for business... then you may make choice for this hotel.

The Management staff was terrible. I booked my reservation through Expedia. When I got there at 4:00 to check in they told me they didn’t have any rooms available that they were sold out. They didn’t offer to help me in any way. The manager Natasha was extremely rude and aggressive not understand my frustration with that fact that my room was not available. I left the hotel and had to find another place for the family in need I had booked the room for. Never booking through Expedia again. So disappointed when they told me that it happens all the time.

This property should not be listed among hotels. There were no amenities at all. In fact, I was there a week and was told I couldn't get any replacement soap or towels--I was on my own for those items. In other words, this is a residence and not a hotel. That's fine, but I had no idea it was set up that way because on your website it is listed among hotels.

High Point NC for furniture market has a problem with shutting down booking sites for ALL Hotels etc. I was not the only person that went to a hotel that was overbooked- several hotels etc overbooked plus hotels like the Red Lion Inn whom usually charge 49 per night; hit the buyers at 350 per night. The Inn Town Suites even though they were overbooked provided me a room under renovations which was not comfortable but better than being 2 hours away and they are 15 minutes from the Furniture Market. The staff made me happy cry; figuring out how to provide us a room.

Police are at this Extended Stay hotel every night!!! Kinda makes me wonder...Maintenance staff and front desk staff are friendly but don't seem to want to go out of their way for anything and they park in the rear handicap spots...Being a nurse this really bothers me. We were told our bed sheets would be changed once a week and our floors would be vacuumed too, but so far we have had to ask EVERY week!!! We are nurses and work odd hours so at 10am we are still sleeping sometimes but instead of putting our room at the end of their cleaning list so we can be up and gone they just skip over us. :-/ beds are uncomfortable unless youre just exhausted!!!

This is a cheap hotel thats good when you need to stay for awhile. The staff is horrible. They barely work. Its 2 ladies at the front desk who really don't work. The office is supposed to open at 11. Well they are outside taking a smoke break for 30min then they come in the office only to lock the doors. Usually opens at 12 then by 1p they are outside again taking a smoke break, then 2p, then 3 and so on until closing at 630p. They are supposed to be open until 7p. They ran my credit card before I got to the hotel. Both ladies told me they prefer cash payment so I pay with credit card. The cash thing seemed a little too fishy for my taste. It would be an alright hotel if the staff actually worked. They just now fixed the side doors because the homeless kept coming in sleeping in the lobby. Took them only 1mth to fix. When we had snow no salt was put down in the driveways or sidewalks. Some older guy payed the price and bust his butt outside in the driveway hurting his hip. Couldn't stand so my boyfriend helped him out of the driveway and called the ambulance. My advice if you have to stay there check your room for roaches before you buy. One end of the hall is rampant with roaches.

My first day there, one of ther eyes on the stove didn't (and still doesn't btw), they gave me a sorry mini fridge that was so nasty, I did have a handle on my showeend, but they came right up and fixed it. The staff for the most part is okay, but the lady at the front desk has a strict adherence to the rules no leeway anywhere. First off, staff was extremely rude and condescending when checking in. Room was not clean, power outlet in bathroom did not work and counter was literally falling of the wall. Called several times about outlet not working and nobody ever came to fix it. Saturday of my stay I returned to my room to find a full bag of trash sitting in the kitchen with a note from management indicating I had violated some sort of policy regarding trash. THE TRASH WASN'T EVEN MINE! I had to go beat on the door of the office and get somebody to explain why this happened. Shocker, nobody could explain. HIs response was for me to leave the trash outside my door and he would come and get it. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!

Several aspects of the hotel are designed to cater to long-term (months or years) tenants with low income. 1) the "hotel" advertises weekly rates of approximately $200.00 / wk. Every room has a refrigerator, 2 burner stove-top, sink, and microwave. The front office is not open on Sundays and is only open until 10:00pm at night. There about 6 - 10 coin-operated washers and dryers. The hotel does not have extra pillows or blankets at all (in fact the beds don't even have blankets! They only have sheets + comforters, which is unusual for a hotel. Also, it was apparent that people were living there; I saw people carrying in many bags of groceries.

Nothing spectacular. Standard 2-star hotel. Hallways smelled awful, like potpourri that was initially used to mask the odor of cigarettes but wasn't very effective so they decided to use harsh chemical cleaners instead. This smell was also in the room, but I was able to get it out by leaving the window open for several hours. One window in my room wouldn't stay open and the AC was very loud. The wifi was slow and forced me to sign in every hour, which made streaming netflix or even youtube an unnecessarily tedious process. The front desk was closed before 9am and after 7pm (I think, maybe 8pm). They charged for the room in addition to the booking fee paid at hotels.com, I'm currently requesting a refund for that, so we'll see how that goes. I've had better accommodations for half the price I paid for this room. Unlikely to stay again.

It was okay I guess. My issue is that I've stayed here in years past, when it was Crestwood it has changed names now and is InnTown. They no longer suppily anything in the rooms!! One towel per person your whole stay you must wash it yourself, and pay $2.00 per wash and $2.00 per dry. One trash bag, one bar of soap, one little plastic cup, and one roll of toilet paper. You have to go to a store and buy all of these things after your one item is gone. Plus there is not even any coffee in the lobby in the mornings anymore. None at all, no breakfast either. I feel I I pay $70 a night for a hotel room, I shouldn't have to purchase necessities, and there should at least be coffee in the morning! The front desk staff was definitely not too friendly, and all seemed to be bothered at every question asked. This hotel used to be a great place to stay! It has a kitchenette that used to come with pots, pans, cups, plates, silverware, can opener, coffee cups and coffee maker, and they would provide you with any and all refills on towels, toiletries, trash bags, toilet paper, whatever the room came with. I was definitely very disappointed!! I do not recommend this place. Only reason I would ever go back is because its so convenient to where I need to be in high point, and there are no other hotels around there .

After a 13- hour drive and with a paid reservation, we encountered the rudest front desk and the most ridiculous hote policies! And the front Front desk closes at 7:00 p.m., so if you have any problems, as they tell you, you are out of luck. Through the ordeal of check-in, the rude & surely clerks warned us, as a matter of policy briefing, that if anything was wrong with the room after check-in, they absolutely wouldn't move us to another room. They expected us to inspect the room first (and boy, at that point we were so exhausted!). If we hadn't a paid reservation, we would have promptly left & I assure you, they would not have cared in the least. But, was I really suppose to check the heat, all lights, if everything worked, etc. beforehand? Why should a guest have to check the room at all? Shouldn't that be the hotel's responsibility? Lots of weird policies and not an iota of attention or consideration for the guest. Then to describe the accommodation: No cups or glasses (had to find a used take-out plastic cup from the car to brush teeth), no Kleenex, no hangers, no Ice, no tv remote, 1 small bar of soap for everyone, 1 hand towel & 1 facecloth for two (3 staying), lumpy beds and you could feel the springs underneath, with the thinnest linen I have ever seen, advertised having a full-kitchen but it had absolutely nothing in it! Both room and building in poor shape, dirty, dents, pulled-up carpet, stains, marks on mouldings and walls, peeling plaster everywhere.

We were very dissatisfied with the overall experience at Crestwood Suites. First of all there was no one at the front desk when we arrived late after a long day of travel. We had to call and wake someone up to get our keys. The rooms were not clean, they had an unpleasant smell, skimpy towels, and no blankets. There is nothing positive to say about our stay. It was obvious the place is used primarily for extended stay -low income - transients. We would never use this location again and highly advise against anyone booking their trip it as well.

Unless you're looking to stay at a low income housing apartment, stay away. This is not a motel it is for extended stay for low income housing. The rooms are completely stripped, no mattress cover, terrible bedding, no hangers, no coffee pot, no shampoo, one set of towels only. No maid service. The front desk, isn't available after 6 and is closed on Sundays. It was the only motel available for our stay at the High Point Market and now I know why. We made the best of it and I'm at least grateful we had a place to stay.

Absolutely no amenities: no coffee, no newspapers, no breakfast, no daily room cleaning, no daily linen replacement. If you want a low price and don't mind these short comings then this motel is for you (no sarcasm intended)

Very nice stay. We were left alone witch we wanted that. It was clean and east to find. We have told others about it already and they are thinking about staying there also. We will be looking forward to staying there again if need be. Thanks for the time to relax and breath.

Nothing to complain about. Fine, clean. A bit far from most things but not too too far. Not many nicer restaurants nearby.

I require its location, otherwise I'd be long gone. BUT NEVER AGAIN. It was my hope that new ownership would improve things. How could it not? Things certainly could not get any worse, could they? Oh YES they can... The Housekeeping staff has ALWAYS been exemplary ! Never any problems. A+ But that's always where it stops New ownership has gutted the place: The stoves and microwaves and refrigerators are still there . But of absolutely NO USE, because ALL utensils are gone. 1 old wash cloth 1 old ttowel NO hand ttowel NO soap or shampoo . NO knife and fork - not even plastic . NO cups or glasses - not even plastic. NO coffee maker. NO iron, or ironing board. Just the holder . NOT EVEN A SINGLE HANGER . These WERE NOT Housekeeping oversights. I was informed by the various surly, ignorant and rude front desk management that "...Nope. That stuff ain't offered no more." Bye the way...the Housekeeping and Maintenance staff were more polite, more well spoken, more helpful, and much more pleasant and hospitable than the Front Desk staff and management. Crestwood / In Town Suites on N. Main St .High Point Is now officially A HELL HOLE.

It was ok. Didn't know until I checked in that they don't provide any thing and I mean anything. No toiletries no clean or extra towels and the front desk closes at 7.

First, the hotel lobby closed at 7pm and no one was there to answer the after-hours phone. If some workers had not been there, we wouldn't have been able to contact the manager. When we did speak to the manager, she said she checked us in before she closed (meaning had we not contacted her, I would have been charged for the room). Inside the room, there was no tradhcan, towels, soap, or shower curtain. Never again would I stay here.

Extremely below my expectations and would not recommend to anyone else. The hotel was dirty, the bed was hard, and that did not have modern amenities. This was a surprise for my husband and it was not in the least an enjoyable stay.

Bring your own shampoo and soap. None was available in the room we stayed in. This place needs a makeover. It is rundown. The front desk helpful when checking in. Had issues with our reservation. Apparently they do not assimilate well with online reservations through other websites.

There was no hot water for shower, roaches in the kitchen, doors would not latch to lock securely. Was booked to stay 5 nights, checked out after first. Odor of smoke was in the hallways.

Had one he__ of a time getting checked in although it was your fault not the hotels. Well over an hour and a half and your people were just plain rude to both of us; me and the front desk clerk... The clerk had me down for one room but the key worked on the room that was on the receipt which I hope was why they didn't clean the room for 5 days ---I had so much problem with you already I chose to overlook it .... the bed was like a rock ---not comfortable--- the area was sketchy at best.... The only good thing was IT WAS CHEAP. One mention was the hotel clerk did over and above to get me checked in during the fiasco on your part....you asked
