Such a wonderful hotel! Amazing staff, super clean and so many good places to visit. Ate at Redlands Public Market. Definitely returning! 🙂

- The property was clean and well-maintained. - The staff was very friendly, especially Rubi at the front desk. - Our room was spacious and clean. Cons: - It was noisy. Our room was positioned right next to the pool, the freeway, and the kitchen. This meant lots of door-slamming, commotion at the pool, and constant traffic noise. - Having a restaurant on-site was nice, but the menus for room service are incomplete, so we didn't know everything on offer. A minor gripe, but still. - No microwave on the property, which ended up being a pain because we had leftovers. I have high praise for the welcoming staff, but it was just hard to get very comfortable here.

Location is ok. We paid for 3 adults room, and only one bed and no sofa bed. When we asked for an extra bed, they said it cost $30.00 There was hair at shower floor.

Stayed here for the first time overnight because I was attending a concert at Yaamava and didn't want to have to make the long drive home. So glad I booked this spot. Easy to get to, ample parking, super clean gorgeous room, INCREDIBLE staff. Every single person I encountered here gave five-star service. There were no weak links - honestly it seems like the staff love working there - it shows in how they interact with everyone. From front desk to security to the restaurant staff- every single person was so pleasant. It feels like an extension of the wonderful service at the Yaamava hotel. The shuttle that goes to the casino was always on time, clean, and so easy. Food was absolutely delicious and presented so nicely. My only regret was that I wasn't staying another night! Can't wait to have a reason to come back - thank you to everyone we interacted with - our simple over night trip left a lasting impact.

The staff was great. The room was nice enough. The location to the casino and the shuttle bus were excellent. It was very convenient to get to the casino to attend a concert there. The room was nice but the window latch was broken and so the window didn't close tight. But, even when we pulled it tight, you could really hear the freeway noise. That was the only negative, the freeway noise, other than that our stay was good.

The staff was very polite and helpful the second we arrived. Room was clean, shower was great. It worked out great that they have a shuttle bus that takes you to and from the Casino as well. We ate breakfast at the Bistro,food and service was great as well. We'll definitely stay at this location in the future.

Also there is zero sound proof between the walls. Early morning kids yelling on one side and l snoring on the other side. All we could do is laugh it off. Would not stay there again.

The room was clean but the chair in the room was the most uncomfortable chair I’ve ever sat in and the bed was so soft, you’d pull the back muscles if you’re not careful (I think a new mattress is in order). We only ate breakfast in the hotel and the food was delicious. The fitness center was small but the equipment was very functional. The hotel staff, front desk, housekeeping, even the security guard, was very friendly. With only 4 miles from the casino, I think this hotel is a good alternative to casino’s ridiculous room rate.

Nice clean hotel. Free shuttle to casino. Bar makes good drinks. Only con: the hotel restaurant offers an upscale menu that looks impressive. The food we ordered was not great. Felt like frozen food microwaved. Steer clear of the buffalo chicken pizza.

The only surprise for a room facing the sunrise, was that there were no black out curtains provided. Even a cheap hotel provides that, and so, this became the brightest the loudest wake-up call ever.

Did not want to drive home from the casino after a concert so we decided to stay Yaamava’s sister. property. Beautiful resort and the staff was friendly and helpful with special request. The shuttle to the casino and back? Amazing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly greeting and very professional at check in. Room was clean and nicely appointed. We dined at the Bistro Lounge in the lobby, where we’ve dined a number of times before. Food and service was excellent. Our breakfast the following morning was also excellent. Overall, a wonderful and relaxing experience.

First off, the staff is welcoming and friendly. The room was nice. The bed was okay, not great. The biggest downside was the walls are paper thin. If felt like our neighbors were in our room. Not great at 3am.

Property was nice. Best part, restaurant open 24 hours! Not so good: check-in &check-out times limited our enjoyment and use of pool,but it’s the industry standard so no points taken from hotel.

Shuttle to and from yamava ran every 30 min. Very convenient for going to shows.

We love staying at this hotel and do every time we book a concert at Yaamava. They have free shuttle service every half hour to the venue, which makes it extremely convenient. The hotel rooms are immaculate. Always the best happy hour in the bar area with the nicest bartenders. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Staff, at the front desk, shuttle drivers, housekeeping everyone that works there is so nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Not a long drive to a grocery store, or gas. The corridor to the rooms is well lit and not dreary dark. I would lice to sray there again. Thank you Bear Springs and Expedia

We had a wonderful stay.

Me and my husband stayed here for one night and everything was perfect! Expect the following morning , they were doing construction in the next room to us and woke us up at 7:00 in the morning with loud banging on the wall, it was really loud we tried to sleep thrue it but it was impossible. I called front desk and they were really fast to take care of the loud banging. I really loved the stay here, beds are confortable, rooms are really clean and nice. We would stay here again.

I’m known for only staying at five-star hotels, but faith led us here after getting caught in a mudslide on the way to Big Bear. It was a terrifying night, but thankfully, my friend, our kids, and I managed to book the last available room. I was truly shocked by how clean, welcoming, and well-kept everything was. The service was beyond words—from the bartender at the lounge to the incredible breakfast staff, everyone was kind and attentive. Sometimes, the best experiences come from the most unexpected places. Thank you all for your amazing hospitality!

Check in was easy and the restaurant was good but there was some sort of construction/hammering/banging ALL night long. We didn’t sleep at all.

Loved everything about this property, the food was impeccable and the staff were all very friendly. The rooms were nice as well. This is a hotspot for concert goers at Yaamava so be forewarned. This would be a 5 star review however I upgraded my room on Expedia and for some reason it did not get translated to the hotel. I ended up staying in a much smaller room than I expected and the entire hotel was sold out so I could not switch rooms. I would call Bear Springs ahead of time to ensure they have the right room.

Service was great… employees have great attitudes and enjoy their jobs. Food quality at the restaurant was great but the food took a longtime to prepare… too long. Rooms are clean and amenities are good but the walls are paper thin… can easily hear conversations and activities in adjacent rooms.

I enjoyed a one-night stay at Bear Springs Hotel. What a beautiful hotel. The staff is wonderful. Loved my room. Had breakfast and dinner in their Bistro restaurant. The hotel is easy to get to. I highly recommend it to you.

We were early for check in so we unloaded our car and front desk stored our luggage while we waited in the Bar Lounge for our room to be ready. Diepaak assisted us upon check-in (apologies for not spelling her name correctly) Robin was our server at the time and she was Amazing! After about 25 mins after arrival we were given our room keys. But we were enjoying the lounge til about 430p. We got ready for Yaamava for dinner with fambam and Chris Isaak show. Utilized the free shuttle to the casino. We didn’t use the free shuttle upon our return since my fambam offered to drop us off. It was around 1230a. We did request late checkout with Sam H for additional fee but worth it. We caught up on sleep and had a delicious & amazing brunch in the restaurant downstairs with awesome Sebastian as our server. And we had an easy no stress check out with Samantha. This hotel was wonderful. The ambiance and the staff immaculate. Beds super comfortable. Rooms spacious and inviting. Wish we could have stayed longer to experience all the amenities but it was a quick less than 24hrs staycation.

I was pleasantly surprised as this was my first time staying at the property. I was attending a concert at Yaamava and booked Bear Springs. My friends and I were able to basically have a private gathering at the pool because we were the only ones there. The waiter was kind enough to bring our drinks to the pool. The food was a big surprise. We all loved the dining options for a dinner and breakfast. I loved the singer I believe his name was Andrew, and of course, the transportation was easy to get from Bear Springs to Yaamava using the shuttle. I would do it all over again.

I purchased tickets to see Keith Urban for my husband’s birthday. I booked a room and because I’m not familiar with the area, I was a bit apprehensive about the conditions of the hotel and especially the room. To my surprise the hotel was beautiful inside and out. Room was great and very clean. Service was excellent and with a smile. I was very apprehensive about driving from the hotel to the concert because so many people were there but to my relief the hotel has a shuttle that takes you from the hotel to Yaamava (concert venue) and back. It operates 24/7. I would definitely stay at Bear Springs Hotel again and I would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Nice hotel and all but we stayed here for the pool and then once you arrive there’s a sign that says it’s not opening until the first which is why we booked here but had no notice of the pole being out of service and then there was a bunch of hair in the bed so just OK overall

Overall stay was great. Only improvement would be to have enough in-room items such as the robe and water bottles enough for the number of guests. We had a room with 3 people, but the mentioned items were for 2. We were ok without them, but it’s something we noticed that could be changed for the future to make everyone feel welcomed.

It was a quick stop before and after a concert at Yaamava. They have a shuttle which is very convenient, it runs every 20 minutes. The restaurant is outstanding!

Overall, our stay was amazing! The accommations, food and hospitality EXCEEDED expectations. My only gripe is that my coffee maker's water receptacle was FILTHY. I tried cleaning it out but after I ran a water only cycle and the water in my cup looked like tea, I immediately reached out to personnel and the response to replace the machine of QUICK and thorough. I will certainly join the BSH community again next time I'm in town.
