Beautiful hotel with emphasis on quality and service. Ideal location convenient to harbour and beach. Immaculate throughout.

Nicely decorated. Amenities described by your rental agency included a balcony. Wasn’t correct. Ordered In/room dining and was told around 40 minutes. One hour, thirty minutes later called to inquire on delivery time and was told it would be delivered in 5 or 10 minutes. Called back a second time, finally delivered two hour after original ordered was placed. Also was not told about coffee and light breakfast served daily in lobby. I discovered on day of departure.

The property was beautifully appointed, and we loved the location! Front desk staff was very nice; however, we did not feel at times that they understood our requests! We would like to recognizing all of the best staff! Steve was excellent as well as Chad and the other gentleman! They were great and took good care of us! Kudos to them!!

Great location, top notch service (with an exception) The dining experience at Links on property was poor….very poor…but we informed the manager and he did promise to address the staff and offered to personally handle our return. I wasn’t interested in returning, but appreciated his offer and do feel he will address with his staff.

However, I got a very poor night's sleep because there were noises from doors closing throughout the entire night! I believe it was possibly the cleaning staff but could have also been other guests. Unbelievable how that sound made it into our room continuesly throughout the night. We would stay there again but would have to address this issue first.

We really enjoyed having access to the tennis courts, hot tub and pool. We also used the provided bicycles to ride on the beach and explore all the pathways through the Sea Pines area.

This is the nicest, cleanest and prettiest resort we have stayed at. We really loved our stay.

Like a small Ritz-Carlton, but better managed with an almost Asian level of service, which in my experience of luxury hotels worldwide over the last 40 years qualifies this property to be not just a 4 star, but closer to a 5 star, and certainly the best hotel on Hiltonhead Island (all the Marriott properties on HH are pretty mediocre, which is unfortunate for me, given I'm a loyal Bonvoy member). Staff is very well trained as used to be the case at Ritz-Carltons, but no generally longer, given I suppose how challenging it is to find qualified people. Polite and attentive service, good food, excellent housekeeping and beautiful super clean rooms and public areas, what else can you ask for?

This was our first visit to the Inn and we had a wonderful time! The Inn was beautiful, the staff was awesome, especially Ardit. Thank you for an amazing experience, we can’t wait to come back! Everything was perfect!!

Best hotel experience we have ever encountered. From a reception with champagne upon arrival and gourmet chocolates to friendly staff at the ready to provide shuttle service or concierge service, the staff and service are world-class. The grounds and hotel are beautiful. The cleaning staff offered nightly turn down service and fresh towels were always available. The amenities are luxurious and plentiful. We enjoyed the daily continental breakfast with coffee and tea bar, the games available in the lobby, complimentary shuttle service and bicycles. The beach set up was very convenient, though across the island. The bartender was so sweet to our family and went above and beyond to take care of everyone. Our best dining experience was at the golf club next door. We loved everything about our stay and hope to return.

The property landscaping could use some updating, but overall this is a lovely location. We are planning to come back again soon.

Had a lovely stay! Excellent service all around! The hotel shuttle is quick and easy. They took us to dinner in sea pines and to the beach. Loved the service at the beach with nice chairs and umbrellas, bottles of water and waiter/waitress service.

If I would change anything I would offer more activity for kids and adults

There was some work being done to the golf course, but it truly didn’t affect our stay… We had a room overlooking the golf course, and it was so peaceful and beautiful. The staff are top-notch, and did everything to make our stay perfect.

The location was convenient to the restaurants, shops and Harbour Town. The complimentary bicycles were wonderful for exploring the area! Very pretty and quiet! Comfortable beds and linens. Bathroom was lovely with a separate shower and garden bath tub and spa robes. “Breakfast” was only muffins, yogurt and coffee.

Rooms were basic but beds were very comfortable! Overall extremely customer focused…house keeping and shuttle staff were in particular fantastic.

The staff were all friendly and welcoming, and there were several nice touches, such as a handwritten welcome card with chocolates in our room and turn-down service, where they would drop off bottles of water with a card noting the next day's weather. The room was large, spotless, and well-appointed. It was quiet and very relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel.

One of the best places to stay in the USA! This is an intimate, classy boutique hotel with superb service and amenities. We really enjoyed the bike riding the best.

This hotel is 5 stars all around. From the moment you check in staff makes you feel like a VIP. Loved the breakfast every morning and convenience of walking to harbor town for restaurants and shopping. Overall we were so relaxed staying here and hope to return in the near future

What an enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing place to spend a long weekend. This property has become our “Go To” Valentine’s Day venue for the last three years. The golf course view, the friendly staff and the quiet room combine for a “Great Escape”.

We've vacationed in Hilton Head for peobably 30 years but always in a house or villa. My wife and i had the chance to spend three days this year and degided to give the Inn a try. Amazing. The properry and staff were fantastic. They learned our names and greeted us by name every time we came through the lobby. The service was outstanding, the room was really nixe and comfortable, and of course the island is always fantastic for a low key beach destination. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Welcoming staff explained all details clearly. Hotel facilities were very cozy. Room was spacious, and beds were comfortable. Morning light breakfast was very convenient to start the day quickly. Parking is free which is a great bonus.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful There was actually some kind of water leak in our room and it actually destroyed one of my very brand new shoes. The hotel manager was very understanding and gave me a credit on my stay

We loved our stay at the Inn & Club at Harbour Town! This hotel has so much charm, beautiful views, great amenities (shuttle, bikes, beach chairs and towels, etc.), and the resort property is so beautiful and has plenty to offer! On top of all of that, the staff is extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others looking for a place to stay on HHI!

Very attractive facility, in the heart of everything

Everyone was so nice and welcoming! We stayed an extra night! The bartender Janet was incredibly nice! Hope to return soon!!

There was a water leak that flooded a portion of our room resulting in high humidity. That was out of the control of the facility. However, when I discussed the situation with the supervisor in the morning, the supervisor stated, "I am sorry, we are doing our best." There was no offer to move us to another room. There was no offer to make us more comfortable. And there was no effort to deal with the water in our room. I returned in the afternoon and spoke with another supervisor. She eventually offered us another room for the night. The second room was nice and there was no humidity. It just seemed odd that a facility that claims to be "The No 1 luxury hotel on Hilton Head Island" would not take the initiative to make things right as soon as possible and to make their customers as comfortable as possible. Other than this, our visit to HH was very nice.

Your establishment is showing its age. I don't know how you can possibly keep ahead of updating decor but you seem to be addressing issues as needed.

Top notch service by the staff. We have gone two years in a row for our winter family trip and have enjoyed it both times. The best thing about the hotel is their staff and the level of service.

Situated on the first tee of Harbour Links, great views and quality staff and service. There is a lot to do or a perfect place to unwind and do nothing. A great feel in the public areas of The Inn and club. Thanks to everyone who made our stay memorable.

Beautiful resort and hotel. We really enjoyed our time here walking and biking around Harbour Town. Great location close to restaurants and the beach. The rooms was spacious and we slept well in the comfortable king bed. Great getaway to celebrate our anniversary!

Some improvements could be made like having music by the pool and regular bar service by the pool (instead of having to walk into the lobby in your wet bathing suit). I also would expect some light afternoon refreshments like cookies and lemonade, high tea, or similar as most hotels of this caliber ( and price) offer. Overall, beautiful grounds, friendly service. Great tennis facilities. Would go back.

We absolutely loved our stay here. We came for our honeymoon and the staff was so accommodating. Rahul in particular was so sweet! He and his crew sent a bottle of champagne up to our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, gorgeous bathroom and the pool area was amazing. We will absolutely be back!

We were treated like royalty, anything we could have possibly wanted was shared with us and more! Golf was awesome, although pricey at harbor town. The remaining courses were in great shape and more reasonably priced. The dolphin watching evening cruise is a must and the food and ambience at the quarterdeck are second to none. Thanks again for all your southern hospitality!!

Beautiful property and surroundings but very expensive and not quite value for money for UK visitors in light of the poor strength of the £ against the $.

Our family loved everything about our stay here. Their tranquility pool is incredible. They have a shuttle service that can take you to the beach, shops, restaurants, or basically anywhere inside of Sea Pines. The shuttle was free. They provide complimentary beach chairs & umbrellas. Bikes are complimentary too. Their staff is 10,000 stars!

The only complaint is that the carpeting in our room needed replacing, there were holes in the carpet and it was very worn. To me that isn’t 5 star maintenance

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Inn & Club at Harbour Town over Thanksgiving. The staff couldn't have been more helpful with dinner reservations, cocktails on the patio, bikes and shuttle transportation to some restaurants. Sea Pines is truly a wonderful place to visit. Very confident we will return!

Elegant spaces and top-notch staff that is attentive to every detail and anticipates guests’ needs without being overly solicitous. The Inn is impeccably clean, well maintained, and pleasantly decorated. We loved the coffee and muffins service in the lobby in the morning and the bikes out front always available for guests to ride. We had such a nice and relaxing time at the Inn! We’ll surely return.

Property was immaculate! Hotel is in great condition, however there are some areas in need of improvement. The patio furniture is dirty and worn, cushions are left out overnight and are drenched in the morning. The complimentary coffee is nice, but weak and virtually undrinkable. Staff is friendly, but not always eager to help/ The beach attendant did not want to be bothered, and the reservations person was unwilling to complete our reservation addition, and told us we had to complete that in the lobby, unfortunately the person in the lobby had no clue how to add a bight to our stay, so I was forced to return a second time to complete a task that should have been handled over the phone. Beach chairs were also dirty and filled with sand after being left out every night. Hire some staff to take care of the little things and they will achieve 5 star status.

Such a beautiful and grand Inn! Staff was lovely and gracious, lobby was spectacular with gorgeous fresh flowers, and the rooms are elegant without feeling stuffy. The epitome of Southern charm!

Beach service is a huge plus, and so nice to have chairs and umbrellas reserved each day. Pool was quiet, relaxing and kept very cold which was so nice with such hot, humid weather.
