My friend and I were happy with our room. It was clean and well-stocked with towels, etc. The breakfast was fine and the coffee, good. It’s also close to Tarpon Springs, the object of our visit.

I probably was uniquely convenient for my destination I only had a little short visit with my granddaughter but everything was nice

This stay we did not have the breakfast for the two days, we slept in. Room was clean but smelt musty. Mattress was soft. Staff was great! We stay here cause it's the closest hotel to our son's place and unfortunately he does not have room to put us up. Both stays we never went to the pool. Hotel is very conveniently located.

Staff were super friendly and attentive. Attractive and clean lobby and room. I felt safe on property. The room was very nice and clean. Plenty of room and storage. As a woman staying alone for the night I only felt safe parking in front but parking was limited and spaces were narrow. The room smelled musty and felt humid. It was difficult to get the temperature right for comfortable sleep. The price of the room was high considering the damp feeling, musty smell, and lack of sleep. Breakfast was free but didn’t open until 7am which is when I needed to leave for my event. A group of us were staying and there wasn’t a lounge/bar area where we could debrief Friday evening.

Room was very clean and staff were very nice and accommodating. Our room was at the end of a hallway and was very quiet.Breakfast was great and was constantly being filled up. We would definitely stay here again!

First my hubby & I stayed in an accessible room, beware, after you have taken a shower, water will be all over the bathroom floor and it will be slippery and dangerous. And to top it off, no ventilation in the bathroom! We stayed another time in a regular room and it was also a big let down, the carpeting flared up our allergies, the furniture and decor are so outdated and the mattress was hard as a rock. Will never stay here again. I hope this place gets renovated!!!

The gentleman that staffed the breakfast was so personable and nice. All the front in staff was cheery and helpful. The housekeepers always looked up and said hello. When I got to my room the fridge knob was missing and not cold. Maintenance came up within 30 minutes and fixed it and was so nice about it. The food was good and the workout facility was ok along with the pool. Bits and pieces were run down but overall the comfort was good and the room was nice. The laundry room could be vented better. It was so hot and humid, I could barely complete my task. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the front desk was very welcoming with my arrival. She was informative of all the info I needed and very polite.

Zoey was amazing to deal with when we asked for an early check in. She situated us next to each other. I was very very surprised that the hotel was very clean and had zero bad smell. We've checked in on some sketchy hotels that was supposedly good but this place was a very nice surprise. Breakfast was good and the service lady in the morning was very attentive to any of our needs. Will be checking in here from now on.

The rooms are very clean and amazing. The breakfast was good. Wished they offered bacon and more sauge. The only bad thing I could say is their pillows needs a refresh and replaced with new ones.

Loved the hotel. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Ron who handled the breakfast was excellent! He was attentive to everyone and kept the breakfast area clean and well stocked. I was impressed! The room was very clean and comfortable.

Room was clean enough and fairly comfortable. Bed was good too. No real problems except toilet flush valve kept sticking. Had to continually open the tank and push the float to get it to fill. I did inform the desk at checkout. Breakfast was adequate and attendants attentive and friendly. Could use some fresh fruit. Bananas available 2 days & nothing 3rd day. Room was cleaned 2nd day as noted at check-in. A decent 3 star hotel.

Lady at check in was great. When we returned from lunch staff changed. Th TV was malfunctioning and staff didn’t seem to care. Suggested I try to fix it

Had issues with room availability and maintenance issue in room assigned. Went to be moved and staff at front desk was uncooperative and very rude. She was replaced with staff who was exceptional in helping with our situation. Rooms were filled with FEMA victims so apparently other guests were unimportant. Breakfast staff was great but selection very limited. Very disappointed in Marriott Fairfield as I expected a better standards as we have had before.

Needs upgradind

My family and I were traveling home to Pensacola from Miami and we stopped in tarpon springs for the night. From both ladies at the front desk, the housekeeper, and another lady who was cleaning, they were all very warm and kind and greeted you. I would also like to mention the gentleman who was servicing the breakfast area. Very nice man who checked on us to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay at this property again if need be.

The room was so nasty and smelled of mold that we asked for another one. The front desk was nice and got us another room right away. The second room was just as bad. I opened the door to musty mold smell. I told the front desk that I would not subject my family to these conditions. The receptionist said there was nothing he could do. I had to book my stay at another property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Bathroom was dirty. Around toilet was nasty. AC in room did not work real well. Either full blast or nothing. No water pressure in shower at all.

Stay was good. For breakfast there was no toast just bagels. Better toast than bagels, the fitness room was 66 degrees how can anyone work up a sweat in that temperature? The room was clean and everything else was excellent

Our stay was what we needed as the location was perfect to visit our aunt in a nursing home in tarpon springs.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful (check in and breakfast attendant) but the facility itself is lacking and not the usual Fairfield Inn/Marriott quality. It was “tired” and in need of updating. My bed was way too soft (used) and the linens were pulled. There was also a smell of mold/must- mold being visible in the air conditioning units. This was the same in both rooms that my friends and I were in. Breakfast was good with ample options. The area itself is very commercial but was convenient enough to the tourist areas.

Didn't like that there was bags in the garbage pails. And was told that they just don't do that anymore. That is a sanitary issue.

We will not stay there again. Maid service is only provided every other day. The first time they came, we received clean towels and the trash was emptied. The bed wasn't made. The counters weren't wiped down. We didn't even get new plastic cups for the bathroom. I like to use a fresh towels after every shower. The Sunday maid at least made the bed and gave us new plastic cups for the batroom. The one bright spot of the hotel was the kitchen girl, Mitzy. She was very helpful, attentive, courteous and bent over backwards for everyone eating breakfast there.

Best location to get to downtown Tarpon Springs. Traffic insane but not the hotel's fault.

The only complaint is the bed is worn and lumpy. Needs new mattress.

The rooms are very nice. Breakfast options are ok, the staff are so friendly. The lobby is nicely decorated. Came in late and couldnt find a handicapped parking spot and had to park in the back.

The clerk told us at 2 that the room would be ready at 3 .she put a rush in. We went out to dinner came bat 5 and room had not been cleaned. No housekeepers working at that time. Had to take a room on 2nd floor. Someone from hotel had called me 2 days before and asked if we wanted handicap or 1st floor. I said 1st floor. No hairdryer in 213.
