Nice hotel, very nice staff, close to amenities and highway. Small pool, very clean, one umbrella 8-9 chairs. Room A/C was on the liud side. Good experience overall.

The entrance into and inside along with the room were well kept. Smelled clean and the breakfast was acceptable even with gluten free items

We had a great stay here! It was in a good location with lots of restaurants and shopping within driving distance. We were especially pleased with the breakfast. My mom has Celiac and is gluten free. We were so surprised to see individually packaged gluten free muffins and bagels at the breakfast buffet! Definitely recommend!

Great location for the events I was attending

The hotel was very clean and well maintained. There was a random cockroach in our bathroom in the morning, and the air conditioning stopped working sometime during the night, but those are both fairly common issues in the spring in the south. Otherwise, the stay was great. I had strong internet, which I needed to do a class in the morning, and the breakfast was really well stocked and had a variety of options. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Breakfast and staff were great. The room was clean. There were just a number of convenience items unavailable, from broken ice machines to keys that were unreliable. The workout area was missing light weights, half the dumbbells, and the cable machine was broken on the left side. The water machine also didn’t work.

Room was ok. I thought this was a newer hotel. The carpet is coming up down the main hallway on 2nd floor. Things need touched up in the rooms. Front desk staff was personable. The gentleman who checked me in was very nice.

Room was clean. Unbeknownst to me, I wasn't offered bottled water upon check-in. Went down to lobby at midnight looking to purchase some, not impressed with the night clerks response. I guess she can answer for them with this review. Other than that the stay was wonderful, Breakfast was great too!

They did not give us adjoining rooms even though they told me weeks ago I would have them. We did not have housekeeping at all even though we requested it everyday. Our room was not stocked with soap, toilet paper, shampoo or conditioner. We had to go get towels twice for our room. Would not stay here again.

Did have a fire alarm that woke us up at midnight. Would have been nice to know what had happened to cause that but that didn’t affect my opinion.

The carpet on the 4th floor off the elevator is bunched up a rippled and a tripping hazard. I met with the manager who was a good listener at least and hopefully he can get some of this corrected before our next stay there.

Large room. Good water pressure, but no hand-held shower-head.

Property is great and location is close to many conveniences. One issue with property we experienced was that all the outside lighting went out around 8:30 -9:00 pm just as it started to get dark. Parking and entrance area all pitch black.

I liked that the hallways seemed to have padding so that noise by people walking down the hall and luggage noise were reduced greatly. I also liked that they had shades in the room windows that blocked out light completely when lowered. The breakfast options were better than most serve nowadays. There were good protein options available and not just high carb options. Very minor annoyances were a nightlight that was always on, even though I wanted my room dark as I am sensitive to light while sleeping and the grab bar in the shower was positioned right where you stand and turn in shower. It was in the way while trying to shower. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

The room was very clean. Staff really nice. You couldnt control speed of airconditioner but it was cool enough. Pool didnt have lounge chairs just regular chairs. Toilet seat did not fit toilet. All in all these are picky things. Breakfast was good. Coffee ready all.the time.

What’s to say. I’ve always had good luck with Hampton inns and this was no different. Thumbs up.

Great service, all employees were very nice and always ready to help. I loved that breakfast time was until 10 am and being on vacation that is very important so we dont have tonwake up too ealry. Always coffee on the lobby, hot chocolate and tea. Specially thanks to our room housekeeping Janal. She was very helpful and nice.

This place is old and dirty

The breakfast area was a little confusing but what was there, was good. We frequent this area 3-5 times a year. This was the first time I felt like we should look for different accommodations. Review various travel apps before booking 😉.

Our room was freezing and the controls for AC did not work. I told the Receptionist at the front desk. She said that she would arrange for it to fixed. It was not fixed. We had to endure the frigid temperature.

Check in was pleasant and the room was very spacious . The only two down side was the toilet did not flush right and the air conditioner was not getting cold enough for me.

Nice area. Getting to other cities nearby were only about 20-30 minutes from hotel. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby less than 20 minutes. Kind and friendly staff. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool because it was not open at the time. I was not aware you had to ask for full room service for the room to clean.

The noise in the morning made by the staff was really disruptive to me being able to sleep. First thing in the morning they vacuumed the main hall, set my dog off, then about an hour later a housekeeper was knocking so loudly on a door and talking that at first i thought it was mine again setting my dog off. Normally i dont review but this was really annoying

Great, except we were there 3 nights and housekeeping never came. No mention of how often housekeeping would clean the room. The Hampton Inn in Carolina Beach at least had a sign in the bathroom indicating how often the room would be cleaned.

And the breakfast is horrible Unlike others I’ve stayed in Too bad cause we love the area But we looked for another hotel to stay in next time

Staff was the best part of this property- super nice and accommodating! Rooms were dated and bed was the worst I’ve slept in. For $150 a night it was fine.

We came in on 2/15/25 and the guy checking us in was awesome! Didn’t get his name but you could check the time card. You can also check the time card for the young man that worked the next morning who was not sociable, never said thanks, and acted like it was an inconvenience for him to check me out! The staff working the breakfast was also awesome!

Overall I enjoyed my stay my only concern was one night the water was not warm when I took my shower.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable with helpful amenities like a mini fridge for drinks and snacks, and a small coffee maker. I loved having a big desk for work with lots of extra outlets and USB ports. Free wifi. Snacks available for purchase and free coffee and tea at the front desk. Coupon included for free meal delivery from area restaurants. Breakfast is convenient and better than many offered at motels, with fresh bakery muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt, cold and hot cereal, sausage patties, western omelets and waffle irons for making Belgian waffles. Lots of free parking.

This was a great Hampton hotel. It is close to my family and friends. It allowed us to feel right at home. We could relax, stay independent, yet stay connected and enjoy the holidays with love ones.

This is a great place to stay if you're in the Raleigh area. Close to highways to get around the Triangle but not so close that it was noisy. In fact, it was very quiet. Hotel was in good shape and very clean. It's also great for going for a walk from the hotel - there's a path from the apartment complex next door to a townhome neighborhood as well as a large shopping plaza that includes a Harris Teeter in case you forget something or need a snack. Super convenient. The gym was also a good size.

everything was beautiful and clean....only supplies were so scarce....little bar of soap and one roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 2 days....

Staff,cleanliness,value,very pet friendly. Overall excellent and would highly recommend.

I would recommend more parking and lights.

Cons: not spotless, hair in bed and near sink, bed smells with cheap perfume, hospitality lacking at check out.

Great little hotel in Holly Springs

Outside of building was pretty gross. Dirty, lots of spider webs. Ants in our 3rd floor room. TV was horrible. Says no connection so the secret was to enter 14. Then there’s no tv guide. Tiled floors in the room were sticky. Toilet was very short, like for little kids or something. Wasn’t worth $200 a night.

This Hotel is close to everything, the room was nice and big. The breakfast was good, always an incentive to stay at any hotel. I would definitely stay again.

The staff was excellent. It was a very good breakfast. I didn't get to taste the waffles because I had to check-out early due to the impending storm, but they looked like an amazing addition to a breakfast offering. Overall, the breakfast was one of the better ones I've experienced.

The room was not very clean. The sheets and blanket were dingy gray instead of bright white.

Our room was not clean, there were dirty sheets on the pull out bed, food crumbs on the floor, hair on the bathroom floor, the toilet was dirty, etc. The front desk clerk was nice, but he did not offer to help with our issues in any way. I also accidentally booked the wrong night (booked the right day in the wrong month) and could not get a refund for my mistake. We were moving and just needed a place to sleep after a long, hot day. It was a big mistake. I always enjoy staying at Hampton Inn, but this hotel was definitely not living up to the Hampton reputation. I normally don’t leave reviews, but when I realized today that I also had to pay $194 for the day that I canceled, I decided to be honest about my experience.

It was a Hampton hotel and for that it was nice. Service was prompt and polite. I did not have water for the first two days that I was there but it was fixed by the third. Also, the a/c unit was really loud. It's probably just "my thing" but for a hotel as new as this, it seemed a little too loud and ran too much (it wasn't that hot in Raleigh the second and third day I was there).

Next time I will stay at the brand new Holiday Inn right next door! This hotel is getting quite old and run down. I thought they were doing major renovations over the past 2 years to restore the rooms but our room did not appear to be that way.
