Creo que lo único realmente choco fue el parque o
- 5/5
Everything was as expected. the only issue we had is that the entry locker doesn't work properly always. we spend 10 min trying to enter the room once, luckly it worked. but everything is perfect. Best quality/price relation for sure.
- 5/5
Great location parking is a plus
- 4/5
We really liked the location of the beach to the property. We liked the little kitchen area. Having some bottles of water for us when we got in was great. Since we arrived late at night. Only negative, the bed was uncomfortable!
- 5/5
This place was very clean & close to the beach .Although there's no management on the property ,the cleaning lady got us everything we needed & management would text you right back with any questions..I wish they had late check outs but other than that ,it was well worth the money..❤️

el Cochon de la cama demasiado aguado para mi gusto
- 5/5
Great location and great service
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay at Dream Inn, it was clean and beds were very comfortable. Had everything we needed and steps from the beach, can’t beat the price! We would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Room says it sleeps 4 but the kitchen wasn't equipped to feed 4 2forks and plates only 1pot for cookong
- 4/5
Very cute place.
- 4/5
Room was cute. Liked having a full kitchen. Was nice having beach chairs and umbrella too. Only complaint was issues with the TV and not changed sheets on pull out bed.
- 3/5
Great location
- 1/5
Dream Inn was horrible, dirty, and the space was so small and not comfortable. The bedding had blood stains on it. The bed looked smaller than a queen and was wobbly, we took the mattress off and put it on the floor to avoid it from making noise. The place is outdated and should cost what it did. Run!
- 5/5
Espectacular limpieza muy buena excelente lo recomiendo muchísimo
- 3/5
Super close to the beach; walking distance of less than 2 minutes.
- 5/5
I was a nice place close to the beach easy to check in and out
- 4/5

- 5/5
Quiet and comfortable and the beach only steps away. Easy parking. Definitely would book again.
- 5/5
Nice place I would recommend
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay!
- 5/5
From kitchen to beach chair, cooler and umbrella everything was thoughtfully available to enjoy your experience and make wonderful memories at this cozy beach house
- 5/5
Loved the room! So close to the boardwalk and beach. The staff were very nice and accommodating. Will be renting here again.
- 4/5
I had overall a good experience, only bothered by the employee that clean , knocking on my door loud till I was awaken , that was very rude .
- 4/5
Everything is good!
- 1/5
cockroaches, that the pull out bed was broken, there was no linen for it either, the black hair that was on the bed (i don't have hair ,she's blonde) but around 11pm the neighbors decided to have a party. Went over to ask them to quiet down a bit but that only made it worse. The property emergency number was non responsive. After quite a few messages through expedia someone finally got back to me. I guess the neighbors decided to quiet down around 2am and then they were kind enough to wake us up at 6am sharp by moving furniture and vacuuming just in time for the sunrise. We stay in that area enough to be able to say that this was one of the worse experiences we had.
- 1/5
This INN first of all uses doctored pictures of their rooms and they are basic. The captive never worked , the crust all over in fridge closet cabinets is ridiculous. Their wall paper coming off as well as the paper that covers the cabinets. The manager responded but never offered to change my room. Of course down the street from the beach but there are better places for the same price. I was insanely surprised by a giant water bug ( roach) outside my room . I killed it w a broom because the thought it would go in my room disgusts me. I found it dead the next day no one cleaned area.i bought roach spray and sprayed entire outside area. My Room 9 & 4 are right next to the garbage hence the roach. The garbage was full for 2 days. I moved it away from my room. This place is good for one drunk night w a friend not a business trip I had for 5 . Won’t return
- 5/5
Very cozy little place a block from the beach. Very responsive host, easy check in and check out process
- 5/5
EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT, CLEAN AND STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY . WILL RECOMMEND 10000 TIMES
- 5/5
Very clean!
- 4/5
It was good
- 5/5
My stay was great. Room was clean, right across from the beach, right near the boardwalk and when I contacted the host with questions they respond pretty quickly. Most def will be staying again
- 5/5
Cozy rental close to the beach, you literally walk about 2 minutes to the beach, family environment, beautiful beach, accesable parking for free, because the rest of the beach they charge 20-30 dollars to park, perfect location!
- 5/5
Amazing stay! This property was worth it, we really enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Close to beach. Very clean room.
- 4/5
It was a very nice place especially for the location and the price. Although the shower didn’t have much pressure but if you take into account the location and price it was very nice. Right on the beach!
- 5/5
Very good location
- 3/5
You have to fight for a parking spot at the the property or pay for street parking. The listing photos are old, it’s quite dingy and could definitely use a proper deep clean. For the price not worth it. Area is great, but I would pick a different hotel on the boardwalk. Check in and check out were very easy and contactless.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful, manager let us leave baggage until room was ready!! Friendly and attentive!!
- 5/5
It was a last minute trip. Im happy with everything. It was quiet, clean, convenient.
- 5/5
Very good price for location great customer service
- 5/5
It was really nice and location was amazing!
- 4/5
The property was very quiet. We needed towels and found the cleaning lady who helped us out.
- 5/5
Fantastic customer service
- 5/5
Stay was good. Likes the location and everything was good. No problems.
- 1/5
Avoid! This property is extremely old. Does not look like the pictures. Not well kept.
- 1/5
This property is not as advertised. I would incourage travelers to steer clear of this place. I didnt recieve my check in details until after midnight of the check in date. No office staff to speak to at 6 pm. The office number goes to voicmail. If you ask for a refund because your not able to stay. I was blamed for not reaching out sooner. Even though there was nobody tonreach out to. Then flat out ignored. Anybody looking at this place. Travelers avoid it at all cost. And expedia you should vet the places you advertise a little better.
- 4/5
Great location. The room was perfect for us.
- 5/5
Over all it was good. Communication with the host was good as well. I love how close to the beach it is and we had no issues with our stay.
- 5/5
I thought this place was reasonable for the cost and the ease of checking in was great. Very close to the beach and great that we had access to a grill and some chairs! Will be back!
- 5/5
Very cute place! My fiancé and I stayed just 1 night before our cruise. The place was small but just fine for the two of us. Everything was clean and the location is a 2 min walk to the beach and 30 min uber to the cruise port. Owner communicated very well with plenty of notice of information. The outside appears a little dated but don’t let it fool you! We will definitely be staying again when we go on our next trip!
- 5/5
Everything is good except for limited parking space provided.
- 4/5
It’s was good
- 5/5
Such a cozy spot
- 1/5
Room was confirmed with a picture of bed couch table and chairs we agreed to the confirmation as we wanted to cook for the week. What we got was a room so small you had to move sideways between the wall and bed to get into bed no oven for cooking and no table and chairs.had to sit on bed to eat off the coffee table.askef for a discount they promised to look into it and never got back to us we asked to be moved to the room we requested and they said none was available felt like they did a bait and switch on us have stayed there in the past and loved it but now we will never go back
- 5/5
Area far from noise, it is close to the beach, you can walk, observe beautiful sunrises over the sea, and sunsets over the canal. Not far away are restaurants for all tastes, and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the beach and the broadway.
- 5/5
Great place super clean right next to the beach
- 4/5
It was a small room. Very clean. Great location. Alfredo, the host was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
The room was great and very clean, we truly enjoyed our stay and the accommodations were nice.
- 2/5
The manager was kind enough to let me store my bag on the last day, but to be honest, the price I paid (nearly double what I usually pay for stays on the same block) was far from worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless they make significant improvements and bring down their prices considerably. Additionally, hidden fees at checkout pushed the total to an unreasonable amount.
- 4/5
My 1 week stay at Dream Inn was pleasant. Customer service was great if any issues occurred & for towel service. I was in #9 which was quite small BUT clean. A plus for me. The perks were the table games beach chairs umbrella dishes cookware toiletries & easy check in. My only discomfort was i pd for a room that was believed to be and the bed. Nevertheless great location to beach a few steps. Ill be back
- 5/5
Very nice spot, has included parking if you get a spot first
- 5/5

Thank you for providing great service
- 5/5
The room was nice, and clean. Very spacious. The property was so nice, and very attentive! Definitely recommend.
- 5/5
Communication was easy! The check in was so smooth as well as the check out. The owner would ask every so often if we needed anything. Great location!
- 5/5
Stay there during the Tortuga music festival very clean and the staff was more than helpful especially Nicole! Will definitely recommend to family and friends when they come for a visit!
- 4/5
My room had a fridge and microwave. The location is safe. It's only two or three minute walk to the beach and boardwalk. There is a Marriott close by which offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a fee. The room had clean white bed sheets. The room had a TV and a table with two chairs. The bathroom caulking needs to be replaced, but other than that it was a nice stay.
- 5/5
-Tile Floors (a must in Florida where carpet just nets nasty & full of bugs and sand.) Means the property is very easy to keep clean. - Location. It's only steps from the boardwalk and Hollywood Beach - but north of the larger resorts & commercialized area that produces the noise. This means the property is quiet at night AND the beach isn't sun-blocked via tall buildings mid to late afternoon! - Dog friendly. - Kitchenettes / hot plates / Courtyard with gas grill, gas fire pit and tables. Makes it easy to save $$$$ by cooking own meals. Going out to eat for a couple in the area can easily run $50 to $100 per meal with tip. Dream Inn offers most everything you need to avoid such costs. - Near Dr. Von D. Mizell-Eula Johnson State Park. Only $6 to enter. Amazing beaches and features. - Kobie (tireless on-site property manager) is awesome and very helpful. He keeps the property spotless and is a font of knowledge about the local area. - Plenty of hot water & strong wifi. We've stayed at places with bad water pressure, little hot water and/or spotty to non-existent wifi. Dream Inn has them all in spades. -On-site parking ($20/day). It's a bit cramped, and a bit of an adventure getting back onto the road given the blocked view by the hedge, but still nice to have!
- 3/5
You are very close to the beach.
- 4/5
The staff was amazing and catered to our needs. The guy in the office made sure we had everything we need and check to make sure our stay was pleasant. The only thing was the bed. It needs to be replaced asap. It has no support for 2 adult. Other thank that great place and for the price this is a win. Definitely coming back
- 4/5
On site staff was very helpful! Great location! I would stay again!
- 2/5
This property is actually located in Hollywood Beach. The onsite person was very friendly and greeted us on arrival. The room was clean, and the air conditioning kept it comfortable, but overall rather shabby for the price we were charged. This is a very small operation so no special amenities. They did have a small area in back to barbeque and several picnic tables, but not my scene. There is a stove, refrigerator and microwave, but older. It was about a block to beach and broadwalk, but for the price we ended up paying, I would NOT stay there again. There were fees and taxes added on that pushed this price over $200 per day. Could have stayed elsewhere at a nicer place for not much more. Not a good value for me. I guess if you want to walk to the beach and don't care about price and ambiance go for it. The bed was comfortable but nno lamps by bed or couch, curtains were not black out so sun woke us up early.. Rooms look much better in pictures than they actually are. Bathroom was very small and tile was old. Not ADA compliant.
- 5/5
Needed a hair dryer and they accomodated. Nicole and Kobi are awsome people very attentive and freindly , house keeping available at a 40 dollar daily fee if needed and parking is 20 dollars daily. Rooms arent so big but have everything you need. Fridge, microwave, keurig, Tv, Cable, window unit worked great. Super Clean room . 1 block from the beach what more could you ask for.
- 5/5
It was extremely clean, quiet and conviently located by the beach. Kobie and Nicole were very professional and ready to provide if you needed help.
- 5/5
Very clean and had everything we needed the attendant kobi was excellent, very efficient and friendly, it was very close to the beach. Would definetely come back, we liked it so much that we extended our stay 2 more days
- 5/5
Very nice property and smooth check in process
- 3/5
However, the door lock was disabled and I had to contact the grounds manager each time I wanted lock or unlock the door. The parking was inconvenient and hazardous because it emptied directly into A1A. Also, there wasn't any heat in the room.
- 5/5
It was awesome 😄 everyone was very helpful and the room was very clean. We would definitely go back.
- 5/5
The stay was surprisingly great. Great experience for the money. I like the fact that they have MANY sister properties that you can share the amenities. Reminds me of Jamaica. And most of the locations are like a 2-3 minute walk from the beach!!! A
- 2/5
Do not stay here! It took a good 45-60 minutes just to check in (which is at a location several blocks away). Once we finally made it to the room there was an overpowering fragranced cleaning product/laundry detergent smell. So overpowering that my daughter and I had allergy and asthma issues the entire weekend which resolved almost immediately upon returning home. There is no dish washing soap or paper towel/sponge/dish cloth in the kitchen so do not use any items in the kitchen because they’ve never been cleaned/sanitized. No smoke alarm. No beach/pool towels provided. Breakfast is served at a different location which is about 6 blocks away. Pull out sofa bed was TERRIBLE. We had neighbors who listened to heavy metal all night long and smoked a lot of weed. Very tight limited parking. Pools located at other properties not close to this one. They charge you for parking, a resort fee and a $100 deposit on the room. The one plus is that it is just a block from the beautiful ocean. We won’t be back, which is a shame because we are locals who were looking for a staycation at a good price.
- 1/5
It was close to the beach but staff was terrible they charge you to much is not worth it
- 1/5
The service was terrible I stayed there 30 mins waiting for keys the rooms are not all that they are old and dirty
- 1/5
The woman at the counter had me waiting 10 minutes for her to finish whatever she was doing on the computer to start to check me in. I also had to get an Uber from the building I was staying at, to their main office. There was nowhere in any email from Hotels.com, the message from them, or my booking email that said I need to go to that main office first. They state where the main office is, but they do not make it clear that you have to go to that building first to get checked in. The woman at the counter was very rude and short saying everyone knows that. I showed her the email saying there is no sentence saying that I need to go to a different building. I asked for transportation back to my building by way of the golf carts outside, she first said is only for employees. I asked her after the 30 minute check-in process again if I can get a ride to the building being as though I had to pay for an Uber to get here…she then said that the golf cart is broken. Which one is it? The woman was very rude about the entire check-in process even when I showed/proved to her there is no wordage in any of these emails saying I need to go to that building. I did have to end up getting another Uber to the building I was staying, absolutely ridiculous, I will be sending an email to any email listed on their website because the check-in process was horrible, and had to spend an extra $15 on the round trip Uber. Oh and the pool/breakfast are all located at different buildings.
- 2/5
I did not get the room I rented on line, was given option to change to a closer room to the beach with same price and same layouts but was not so. Room only had a small microwave and fridge no kitchenette. Overall place was dirty and under kept, staff was awesome.
- 5/5
Great property
- 2/5
I wish we would have just spent more to get a nicer place. You have to pay for a $20 parking pass right when you get there or you will get towed, plus there is an additional fee of $16 added at check in. We should have just spent the extra $36 to get a nicer place. The bathroom had pubes laying in it, and in the shower. The bed was like laying on a sheet of plywood. The one thing I will say was nice is the breakfast, lots of options for being a cheap hotel.
- 3/5
The place is as pictured (Dream Inn). Basic amenities, the stove is not the cleanest, it had plates, bowls, some pots and pans, and a single butter knife. Microwave was a little dirty but not bad enough not to use. Toaster had been used, and dirty sponges were left. When we arrived, granted it was early, the room had not been cleaned and we asked housekeeping who mopped, changed the sheets & linens, trash, and the sinks appeared clean. The tv, dressers, and table were not dusty. It wasn’t anything fancy- it was as expected for the price. We (couple) stayed 5 nights and had no issues with privacy and a broom was left for sand. Bed was comfortable and it had a nice location for a short walk to the beach. One street down from the boardwalk with access to the beach there.
- 5/5
It was amazing the customer service was exceptional and they really did want the best for us
- 5/5
Anyi was very helpful at check in.
- 1/5
The address is about 9 BLOCKS from check in counter. Not good when you have to haul heavy suitcases. They gave us a room but key pad code didn’t work. Were not able to explain the surcharge on my bill. It was a complete disaster! Don’t even want to go back to Florida thanks to this crappy “hotel”.
- 5/5
I would recommend this property
- 5/5
I love ❤️ This place is really nice!!!
- 1/5
We were staying for 4 days and we never had cleaning service, I never even saw a housekeeper near our room, they broke our car window which give us a terrible experience with the rental company, they sale parking tickets but there’s no space to park and if u park in the street they still giving u a ticket, I booked for one specific hotel and they just put in another one, no sense, Worst experience ever, I hope I don’t have to stay there again
- 1/5
The ladies at the check-in counter are very rude and nasty with every body. (I was there waiting for my turn and witness the way they talked to other people.) My experience - I called to ask if I can have an early check-in, they say yes come to the front desk. They don’t have an organized process and while I was waiting to be called people that arrived after me went straight to then without waiting for their turn. I approached the counter to let them know I was there first waiting for my turn in line but the hotel clerk did not care and told me in a very nasty way “I am busy you have to wait, the check-in is at 4pm you can leave and come back later if you don't want to wait” she did not even let me tell her that I have called before showing up and not only that. I was there first, she just ignored me, look at me in a very rude way and tell me again Check in is at 4pm and I am busy. This is a centralized help desk for most of the hotels in hollywood beach. No matter what hotel you are staying you will deal with these 2 women at the customer service in Hollywood Beach Hotels at 1915-North-Ocean-Dr-33019 I also had issues at the room with the toilet, it didn’t have enough water pressure to flush. I will definitely not stay here again nor on any of the hotel that belongs to the same owner. The only positive review is that the hotel is right there at there beach.
- 4/5
it was nice and clean
- 4/5
We booked the Dream Inn but like the reviews said you have to drive to the check in office. Even though we were allowed to use all the other properties pools, I asked for a room in a hotel with a pool. They switched us for $15 which was worth it. They do charge $18 for parking. They offer breakfast for all properties guests in a central location in walking distance. When you book make sure book a room in a hotel with pool. Those are all close to the beach. We ended up at Seaside and loved it. Sweet pool, very clean. The room was clean and super air-conditioned. I loved the building, old timey and sound proof. It's not the Hilton but you can't beat the location, big and cooled apartment, clean pool plus breakfast for that price, just count on paying $18 for parking.
- 4/5
The room was nice and clean.
- 5/5
My husband and I stay at Dreams Inn and couldn’t be happier for the price and location of the hotel. The room was spotless. I enjoyed the large refrigerator and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely recommend this place and will stay here again should the opportunity arise. Thank you to the staff/team for the great work you do.
- 5/5
The check in sucked, it's not at the location of the hotel and I didn't know that. You have to check in at another hotel about 4 or 5 blocks south of the hotel. After coming back a few times I finally was able to speak to a housekeeper that spoke English and she told me where to go. Every time I called I would be put on hold right away and they would never pick back up.
- 4/5
THERE ARE TOO MANY HOTELS AFFILIATED TO THE ONE CHECK IN COUNTER. COMPENSATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN TO ALL STANDING IN THAT LINE FOR THAT PERIOD OF TIME
- 3/5
This was the second year we stayed at this property, and will likely NOT return. It was economical last year and easy check in, but this year, the property has been bought out by a conglomerate which has purchased @20 local mom and pop motels in the area. Along with the purchas now, unexpected to us, a parking cost and admin fee, which added 120.00 to our 4 night stay, which makes us feel that we are overpaying for this old fashioned, but clean but old looking property. Had a difficult, if not impossible time trying to get the property on the phone ahead, as Hotel.com stated was necessary to check in. Then had infrequent housekeeping contact, although when we finally did get through to the central location, after about 1 hour of trying on the phone, they did deliver fresh towels as requested fairly promptly. Loved it last year at the price, but now with the added fees, and parking costs, no longer worth the cost or hassel of NOT having anyone on site to address concerns, and having to check in at a site 6 blocks away and trying, rather unsuccessfully to manage 20 local properties from one location. Phone always busy during business hours, and staff at the desk extreamly busy, and still learning the job. Almost sent us to the wrong property. Love Hotels.com, but no longer at this property.
- 2/5
Area is great. Block from beach. Check inn was horrible, they have multiple property’s and have two people doing check inn. Room was clean, outside grounds needed cleaning, weeds growing. Won’t stay again
- 4/5
You don't know which property you are going to stay in when you book but they are all very close to the Boardwalk. I was surprised at the cleanliness and modern updates. We really enjoyed our stay!
- 1/5
We drove 3 hours to get there, couldn't find the check in which is not at the "hotel". Finally got to the small, very crowded desk where they check in 23 properties that they 'manage". Find out there's a parking fee which was listed under 'amenities'. Breakfast was a joke - it's only at one location which was 6 blocks away. Oh and there is a kitchen with a Keurig and a Mr. Coffee with filters but not even one packet or kcup to use until you can find a store! Yes, there's 4 small pools - 6 or 8 blocks away from where we stayed. The very scary part is that both nights, in the middle of the night, someone banged on our door to get in and the next night someone tried a key to get in!!!! The ONLY basic good thing was that is was an easy walk to the beach and nice boardwalk with bars and restaurants. Luckily we were only staying 2 nights but it was not worth the over $400.00 we paid. We will NOT go to any of theri properties again.
- 1/5
Our experience at the dream inn was absolutely awful. At first when we arrived to the hotel there was no desk to check in at and no directions with where to go. Luckily someone gave us a map but we had to walk 7 blocks to the office. The staff was extremely rude, they told us our room wasn’t even ready and wouldn’t be for 4 hours (it says on the website you can pay extra and check in early). When it was finally time to check in, the woman was even more rude, she acted like I had screamed in her face when I did absolutely nothing like that and that I was being a bother to her for wanting to go in my room that I paid $400 for. The room was awful too, the bed sheets were covered in dirt and sand and the bed was super uncomfortable. The doorknob in the bathroom was falling off and so was one of the handles in the shower. The worst part was that the air conditioning would shut off and on like every 15 minutes, you’d wake up in the middle of the night and it would be over 80°. The only thing decent about this hotel is the location, it’s not worth it tho to save some money, don’t stay here.
- 3/5
Overall, the only really nice thing was the location to the beach and it was fairly quiet location.
- 1/5
There was nothing i liked about it and when i had to leave for a family emergency they only offered me a chance to come back another time for the remaining days and i have no desire to ever return there check in and out are poor and crowded
