    Free parking- hotel provides a slip to put in front of the car. Loads of parking spaces Room: very spacious, has a cooker, fridge freezer, bath and shower clean on arrival. The hotel is not very modern looking but is nice. They have ice dispensers by the lifts which was very handy. Breakfast: not like the cooked breakfast in the UK with eggs, mushrooms , baked beans etc. The menu varies from day to day but cooked options mainly consist of a potato dish, a pork dish (sausages, streaky bacon) and an egg (omelette, egg cooked on a bagel). There are self-serving waffle machines that you can use. The batter also varies each day but they’re all good. A nice variation of juices, yoghurts, breads and 24hr access to the coffee machines

    1 Nt Stay, front desk was very accommodating, professional and courteous. Our room was down the hall from reception. 1 KS room very nice and comfortable. Could use better sleeping pillows. The only thing the door is made of steel. Very difficult to open and pull. The bathroom was nice but the shower which was a walk in the head was very small and placed in the middle of the shower instead of either left or rights side of the wall. The Daily Breakfasst was set up in a side room left and right counter top set up. but if you chose to eat breakfast there was seating right in the reception area which I particularly did not care for.

    The housekeeping staff was rude and had a disgusting attitude. To receive any service, we had to vacate the room; even then, they only tidied up. To change bed linens, clean the bathroom, or mop the floors had to be explicitly requested. Otherwise, they simply made the bed with dirty sheets and vacuumed the floors—nothing more. I did not participate in breakfast during the 10 days because we were too disappointed with the staff and the treatment we received.

    Dai Quon was super friendly and helpful. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and gave great directions to spend the day. Tons to do within walking distance. Restaurants, coffee, shopping, putt putt, ice cream shops, The breakfast and snack shop were convenient and shuttles to the airport and local cruise port were efficient.

    I was really disappointed with the cleanliness of this property. The initial room we checked into had a strong, funky odor, and the carpets were unvacuumed. We requested a room change, but unfortunately, the second room wasn't much better—it also smelled funky. When I went to use the bathroom, it was clear the shower hadn't been thoroughly cleaned because there was someone else's hair left in the tub. The only decent part of the stay was the breakfast, which was okay, but the hotel really needs to step up its housekeeping.

    The front desk agent , first name starts with V was welcoming and promptly checked us in. Breakfast was good and enough for us to start our day. I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever cruise out of Fort Lauderdale or Miami. The location with convenience surrounded by a couple restaurants, shops and fast food. And even though there was a slight hiccup with the airport shuttle in terms of not picking up when we first called to arrange pickup , everything else worked out

    We arranged with the hotel for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We called to let them know we arrived. They proceeded to tell us were to wait for the shuttle waited over an hour no one showed up. We called the hotel after an 1 hr 1.2 wait and they finally picked us up. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns but would not recommend this Hampton Inn

    We booked because it had a free airport shuttle. Then our flight was delayed until almost 12 am. We called the hotel only to be told that the shuttle was no longer running for the night. We had to uber to the hotel. Keep that in mind when booking. Check-in was easy; front desk worker Elicia was helpful. The room was so-so. Decent enough now that it was almost 130am. We were only staying that one night. If it was for an extended stay, I would look elsewhere. Beds were small - doubles not queens. Room was superficially cleaned - clean sheets, clean towels, vacuumed. However it definitely had not had a lot of attention. Dirt in corners, peeling wall coverings, dust covered air vents, etc.

    Overall our stay here was pretty nice the location was convienent. My only problem was the washer and dryer. Took my funds but did not work. The hotel could not help me because they outsource the machines from a outside company. Also I was not made aware there was an airport shuttle. Found that out on the last day.

    Prior to check in, when we arrived, the guy told me that we could get a double bed room with no charge if we gave up our suite. I ask if that would be cheaper and get a discount and he promptly told me that there was no room price difference between a suite and a normal room. After looking online I saw that it was not true. Anyways, this hotel and brand will no longer be on my list of preferred accommodation prior to or after our cruise.

    The hotel Stole My New just delivered Laptop from LG.com In The reception. After talking with The manager which found The item, sent me picture of it, and was supposed to return The item to LG.com. A Few days later they sent me an e-mail saying they could not find The item anymore. Trying to contact The hotel and The just reply saying Even they stole it, and sent me proff of it, they are not responsible. Still trying to solve this with HILTON main office. As this hotel is from Hilton group. Anyway, nobody should stay in such dangerous place and Staff. Be careful over there.

    Breakfast was fair, not great. We didn't park. The shuttle from the airport took TWO HOURS and the driver and dispatchers were rude. There was a mixup with the shuttle to the cruise ship, and again the desk clerk as rude and not helpful. I will not stay here again, amd Hampton/Hilton is usually my choice. The evening clerk (Madison) was very nice and helpful. She helped us choose a dinner location and was very pleasant.

    All oof the staff were friendly and welcoming, answered all questions. The breakfast is TOP NOTCH best hotel breakfast I've had in a while (and it's my non-negotiable for a hotel). 24/7 coffee bar available and a snack hut. Pool was clean and they provide towels nice sun/shade coverage available. The location was also excellent as there is plenty to do around and so many food options as well! Will be staying again!

    The front desk agent that checked me and my family in was very hospitable and professional. From the moment we walked in she had the biggest smile and welcomed us. She was very attentive, gave recommendations for local food etc. The room itself is very outdated, smells like mold and the doors are full of dirty finger prints. When checking out the elevator landing on our floor was covered with blood along with the inside of the elevator. Will definitely ever stay here again. That front desk agent deserves to work at a much better property as she is holding herself back.

    Hampton is located in an excellent area, close to restaurants and shopping. Waited at the airport for over an hour to be picked up. Driver just drove past us without stopping while all other drivers stopped, got out and walked up and down the curb announcing the hotel they were picking up for. Facility is old and shows its age. Went down for breakfast and they were completely out of food. There were attempts to replenish some items but most items were completely out. I would look elsewhere for a place to stay if possible

    Getting to the hotel took a long time we had to wait an hour and 20 minutes for the shuttle. Morning was much better scheduled the shuttle and were the only ones on it. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable, cleanliness was okay.

    It was exceptionally once I actually arrived to it. My GPS took me to the other Hampton initially. Front desk checked me in and gave me a room only to notify me that I must leave a few hours after I got comfortable. Despite having leave at those hours I was elated as my original booking far exceeded the one I was removed from. N/A

    The room had no ventilation. It felt very musty even with air conditioning. Carpet seemed dirty and unkempt. The breakfast was okay but one of breakfast staff on weekdays was very rude. Airport shuttle arrived on time for airport drop off.

    The hotel was located in an excellent location in walking distance to stores and restaurants. Airport shuttle was fast and convenient. Unfortunately, the hotel room was old and dirty. The floors turned your feet/socks black and the bathtub needs to be replaced. Breakfast was lacking in terms of items that didn’t contain pork/ham. We stayed one night before a cruise, and booked the hotel’s shuttle to the port. Service was friendly, but I wouldn’t choose this hotel again.

    The room is nothing like what the website shows. The smell is awful—it smells like urine, mustiness, and mold. The TV doesn't work. When I press the power button, the screen just stays black, and you can hear the sound, but the TV is broken. We even unplugged it, and it still doesn't work. I was traveling with three children, and this is stressful. The beds aren't queen-size; they're full-size. I was trying my best for my children. The only positive thing I have to say is that the person who checked us in was extraordinary. And the Breakfast was good too.

    Room 424, the door was very hard to open. It’s stuck at the top. I felt this was a fire hazard. I did address the situation, and I should’ve requested to move rooms, but we were already settled in and I didn’t want to pack up and move. Plus, I don’t even know if they had any rooms available. They never did get back to me whether or not they looked at their room. I have another cruise booked for March, I had hoped to stay here, but I don’t think that will be the case.

    The cleanliness of this property was extremely poor. The sheets on the pullout couch were dirty and stained, and looked like they had not been changed in months. When we alerted the maid, she only changed the top sheet, not the fitted sheet, so we had to get a manager. The beds in the room had hair on them, and the covers smelled as if they had not been changed. The bathtub had hair in it, which would not have been possible if it had been cleaned. There was a spare roll of toilet paper in the bathroom with what appeared to be blood on its paper wrap. There was only one water refill station, which was broken. I've never been to a Hilton property with such poor cleanliness. It was just disgusting.

    Room was for handicapped therefore the shower was a mess for us, specially when our kids tooks showers, water everywhere, the room smelled bad, and overall we didnt loke it. It was dark, smelly and when the housekeeper "cleaned our room" did not pickup any paper if any on the floor, just changed our towels, mafe the bed and took the trash out. Nothing else, we didnt have an extra toilet paper, needed to ask for one. Etc.

    Hampton Inn in Canada is a good name and have great hotels but this one looked like it slapped the name on it but did not have the same standards. We stayed in a suite with a kitchenette and the drinking glasses had lip marks on it and food caked on it, meaning they never were cleaned before we came. The shower drain was slightly clogged so water built up around your feet. The elevator was scary and old, made crazy sounds, but it works. For the price I paid I would expect better quality from that hotel chain. Disappointed.

    The staff was very approachable and courteous but I think Dai'quon deserves recognition. She was pleasant and cordial at check in and throughout our stay. The surrounding area has many options for eating and shopping. The room itself was a little dirty, end tables by the bed not wiped down. Also, the blinds in the room were inoperable and stayed closed throughout our stay. Finally, it seems there was some repairs being made and workers in the hall could be heard in the room.

    The shuttle from the airport took over an hour to pick us up. The hotel is doing some renovation but there is construction dirt beyond what is reasonable in the hallway. The room also was not clean and had various broken parts, i.e. curtains, lights. It was okay for an overnight before a cruise, but not very enjoyable otherwise.

    Convenient hotel in a good area; you can get groceries, gas and decent food nearby, also close to a couple of plazas with clothing stores. Free parking and breakfast are a plus. Only negatives: kitchen and bathroom not stocked for the number of people in the room (3 towels and incomplete eating utensils for a room of 5); breakfast schedule is a little tight on weekdays (6-9am); room and bathroom doors are loud/creaky.

    Bed was super comfortable, room was bigger than expected, the sofa was comfortable ,there was a big freezer. If you like ice bring your own ice trays . (There is possibly ice machines but I’m not sure) . It was nice to have our own kitchen . Bring your own pan to cook if you are planning to stay for a while .There is pods and cutlery. The water pressure in the shower was not as good but everything else was perfect ! AC worked properly. Hard Rock Cafe is only 30 mins drive from the hotel ! And you don’t have to pay extra for the parking . I look at different hotels in the area and this one checked all my boxes ! Amazing I would stay again !

The complimentary airport shuttle was very nice, though the driver did not speak very good English so was hard to understand. We did not use the pool but compared to the neighboring pool we could see it looked dirty and the area very bare.

    Each time I stay at this property, the staff so helpful and friendly. Hotel not only smell clean but was clean. Breakfast was delicious.

    However my room specifically smelt old. Like a wet carpet. I had to spray my perfume around the room while I was there. The stay was only 3 nights so I tried to make it work since I wasn’t there most of the time. Overall the smell of the room was the issue, everything else was good, especially for the price.

    Traveling with a group of 11 people. Arrived early from our cruise and asked for an early check-in and was told I would have to pay an additional fee. Then I was told that they would charge me for only mine but ened up changing me for all 4. I asko asked for a late check out and was charged for that as well. It was a very hot day and the pool area was open. Upon entering the pool area we realized that the water was very dirty and murky. I went inside to ask the staff and was told that it had rained in the morning and that's why the water looked that way. We cold not see the pool bottom however, the hotel next door had a same size pool and that one looked completely clear. We went in the pool and noticed the the filtration system was not working and the water seemed to be over chlorinated for compensation. Finally, the rooms were neat upon arrival but the entry floors and bathroom floors were sticky. The counter tops aslo contained a kind of stcky film. Perhaps the cleaning reagents or the are not rinsig the rags after each clean.

    This Hampton Inn is a beautiful well kept hotel right near Dania Pointe shopping and restaurants. Parking was free. Upon checking in I received two bottles of water and with delicious cookies for guests. The staff was accommodating and allowed me to keep my car under the overhang to unload during a terrible rainstorm. I will be staying here again.

    This stay was completely different from our first and unfortunately we've decided we wont be returning. Its the simple things that make a difference. For example we got a suite for 6 days and couldn't even get 2 complimentary waters (which we did get on our last stay without even asking) , we watched another guest check in a day or two after us and he received it with a smile go figure. Some of the staff seemed passive aggressive during the few interactions we had. Overall we just didn't feel welcomed or valued! We tried not to let it ruin our anniversary trip but it was hard to bypass honestly!

    Stayed here the night before a cruise. Location is pretty good. Short drive from airport with a shuttle that will pick you up. A couple restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast. Room was alright, could use an update but was fine for one night.

    Overall, the property was fine. It’s location was ideal to several eating options for Travelers. The only negative was that the floor/carpet was really dirty. It felt grimy and greasy on our feet.

    I was only at the hotel for a few hours after the end of our cruise before my flight home. Front desk was able to get us a room early, super friendly at check in. Pool was nice, bed was comfy, room was clean, bathrooms are big and all of the staff were very friendly.

    The FD rep was good. The room smelled like someone smoked in there, which was bad for my son. The kitchen leaks. The TV didn’t have an option to log into apps, like Netflix. The phone on the desk did not have a cord. The breakfast wad not good at all.

    Exceptional service, the room was very clean the towels were very fresh smelling and looked fresh & clean, the breakfast was outstanding ! I recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the Ft Lauderdale area ! I will definitely stay here again without a doubt it was close to lots of restaurants ,shopping center a huge movie theater. Very close proximity the I 95 North & South Exit Ramps the pool was open for use and it was crystal clear

    I’ve been coming here for 20+ years and it’s always a pleasure to stay here. The receptionists are always so accommodating, namely, Virnesha (hoping I am spelling it correctly). The coffee and breakfast is always fantastic and clean rooms. Can’t wait to go again later in the year!

    At check in the staff on duty were very friendly. They gave us bottled water (I think because we were in a suite). We needed more blankets for the pull out sofa bed and through the text message service I was able to communicate this very easily. Blankets were delivered within a timely fashion. Lots of restaurants nearby. My kids and I walked to a dessert place and felt safe. Room super spacious, I’m sad we were only staying one night. Beds comfortable and shower water pressure was perfect! Breakfast was awesome! Staff working breakfast were happy to help with questions and made it a very pleasant stay!
