We loved our clean room, The Beach view from our room & location of the property. I enjoyed having a front & back door leading straight to our car! We plan on returning and would like to Make Diane Oceanfront Suites our yearly vacation Stay!

Location was the positive, as well as Mercy at the front desk was amazing. I am going to be honest, the location was amazing and so convenient as well as the chairs and tables out front. Mercy was amazing also when I called the front desk on check in day, the lady the second day, not so friendly. Our room had a few dead bugs, was not cleanest, it seems as if it was like broomed and not cleaned under anything. Floors had stuff sticking to our feet soon as we walked in before we even left the room at all. The back door to the alley way door didn’t have a cover and it was SO bright at night from the lights. Wish it would’ve been a better experience because the location and patio is so perfect. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend due to cleanliness.

Great property!! Right in the middle of the boardwalk and steps away from the sand and restaurants. Great beds and linens. Nice to have a kitchenet with good size frig, coffee pot and a few dishes. Shower was nice with shop and shampoo/conditioner provided. They brought in clean towels daily and dumped the trash. Nice to have the lay out chairs right outside the door. There are chairs and picnic tables and more lay out chairs on the main level. The lights do stay on all night outside so if you don't like a lot of light this may be a problem but that is the only thing I could find. It didn't bother me! We will definitely be back. Loved the little area at Hollywood Beach! Don't worry about a car. Use Ubers because parking is expensive and hard to find. We did the train from Miami airport to the Hollywood Station ($3.25) and it worked out great. Front desk staff was very helpful.

It is definitely oceanfront, however people can walk passed your room, those staying there. So you really need the blinds drawn all the time Very tatty and not like the 5 stars booking.com reports! dining table rusty. When drawing the curtains at night, the light still comes in as the outside lights are left on. The drawers were broken. No tumble dryer as reported in the description! No separate 2nd bedroom as described. Very small bathroom. More like a 2 star apartment. We moved elsewhere after 1 night!

The location was great, the room was nice. The balcony’s were swept every morning and the staff at the front desk was great House keeping could have been better. I don’t know what their job duties include but we only had our trash pulled and towels changed. Our floors were not cleaned once and our bedding was never changed nor were the beds ever made unless we did it ourself. I had to clean the floors myself because I couldn’t stand how dirty they were. Our second day there we had to track down a house keeper because it was nearly 3pm and we still didn’t have clean towels. I had left the sign on the door that we needed cleaning services and someone took the sign off the door but didn’t actually clean our room. Our room also had a lot of ants crawling all over the dresser in front of the window. I liked the hotel itself but for the price I paid I was not impressed with house keeping. I felt like our balcony was kept cleaner than our room. The person who cleaned the outside was great.

Perfect location in the middle of the boardwalk, right on the beach. Very clean. The property advertises WiFi internet but, in fact, it’s only available outside the unit on the deck. I had to get some work done but couldn’t do it in the unit. I came outside but there are no electric outlets on the deck. Checked with the front desk and the manager. They confirmed that the internet is only provided outside and they are working on making it happen in the unit. So for my stay it was a major problem.

Had a wonderful stay! The trip was exactly what I needed for a relaxing little getaway. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. All appliances were new. The hotel is right on the beach, with very comfortable lounge chairs on the balcony and patio. The staff was excellent-friendly and attentive. Overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend! I will definitely come back here again!

The room was nice. Kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, pot and pan, utensils. You can get an electric stove top from the front desk. The bed and pillows so comfy. Great shower with body wash, shampoo & conditioner. No blow dryer. Efficient air conditioner. The location is excellent! Right on the boardwalk and close to all the good places. My only complaint was part of the toilet hadn’t been cleaned. But that was minor. Overall great place and we will stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Diane Oceanfront Suites. We had an amazing room, facing the ocean, and we enjoyed sitting on the deck, and exploring the broadwalk. The staff was also great - we arrived a few hours before our check-in time and they let us store our luggage in their office while we waited for our room to be ready. The guy at the front desk was very friendly and our stay was perfect. We hope to get there again someday, we were only there 1 night before a cruise and that was a mistake - we should have booked at least 3 nights here, it was so enjoyable and we felt sad when it was time to go as 1 night was not enough.

Parking is pretty expensive

1st time writing a negative review. We had booked 2 rooms. When we arrived we noticed that beds in both rooms had been well made but with dirty sheets and bathroom had not been cleaned. There was even a room key from previous booking on the nightstand. I had read great reviews about this hotel and was counting down the days till our trip. We were all very disapointed:( On a positive note, the hotel is at a perfect location. Room staff was very kind.

The motel was run down. They nickeled and dimed for every expense. Multiple people also told us they had no hot water. The same was true as to water pressure. Chairs in the room are rusted on the legs. Bathroom door literally falling apart.

Arrrived at 6:30. Office was closed. Had to call two different numbers to get some one to check us in. Mercy was very nice but the o we/manager guy was kinda rude. Place is not nearly a 3 star hotel. It’s more a 2 star motel.

Location excellent, great balcony views and walking to bars, restaurants and shopping. Room was nice but was not the cleaniest. Shower was dirty, shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers were empty. We did mention it . If we were staying longer, i would have complained and made them bleach it down. But we only stayed a short time. Beds were fine and the rest of the room was fine. I would definitely stay again but check the cleanliness upon checking in.

The property is on oceanfront and the view is very nice. It looks like the patio was taken over by smokers. I am allergic to cigarette and I have never smoked; therefore we did not enjoy the patio or the nice lounge chairs there.

Great view to the ocean from the diwnsstairs or upstairs. The place was very clean which I loved. In the kitchen you will find a coffee pot; coffee filters but NO COFFEE to brew. I get up very early and it would have been so nice to enjoy the ocean view as you sip a cup of coffee.

I will never stay anywhere else in Hollywood Beach! The Diane Oceanfront Suites is the perfect location to access the boardwalk, beach, local restaurants and stores. If you don't like sand, you can relax on the deck and watch the waves. The staff was extremely helpful in my late arrival and providing the key to the room. The room was cold, clean and comfortable! The beds were amazing and extra towels were provided upon request. Beach chairs were also available for rental and worked out great. I highly recommend the Diane Oceanfront Suites for your next beach vacation!

I've stayed here 3x in the last 3 months. It's a wonderful location. No resort fee and right on the board walk. The lounge chairs outside are very nice to just sit and relax viewing the boardwalk on ocean. always very clean and comfortable.

We liked that this property was right on the boardwalk and access directly to beach, shops, and places to eat! For our group it was nice to have one King bed and Queen bed in the same room along with the kitchen area! Parking availability was the biggest negative for us, but it wasn’t terrible just very few spots and crowded but happy we did have a place to park .

I would have to say that I am very particular about the places that I choose to stay. The staff was more than accommodating. It was clean. It was close to everything. I was very impressed. I recommend this literally right next to the ocean on the boardwalk perfect family owned and operated. They knew my name when I checked in. They called me when my room was ready. They knew my name when I checked out I will go there again. It was so nice. My stay not even long enough. I ended up booking another night because I didn’t wanna leave.

A Hidden Gem this place is. Mercedes is wonderful. She was very helpful and always had a smile. The place is right on the boardwalk!! Great people watching and plenty of shops and restaurants. The fact that this place has a kitchenette makes it easy to save a few dollars (especially on adult beverages) We will definitely be back!

Nice little gem in the heart of Hollywood Beach. Room to beach water barefoot in 30 seconds. Room to public exercise and public fronton courts in 5 minutes. Looking forward to staying here again.

There was some issue w the tv but w such a view who cares. There was also some hardware that seem to be flimsy but again beiing feets away fr the sand , sandwich, and sun who care. We were booked for Monday through Saturday, June 16-21. We needed to stay Sunday night as well and when we called to request the change on Saturday at noon you were able to add an extra day to our trip and were gracious in doing so! Our stay was just as we had planned and hoped for until our last night. Around 10 p.m. a very large (20-30) people decided to have a party on the first floor porch area directly outside of our room. The party lasted until at least 1 a.m. There is no one manning the desk after 9 p.m. so there was no one to report too or stop the party in the first place. There was no way we could even determine if the people on the porch were guests or not. There really needs to be someone on duty to nip these problems in the bud. I am aware there is an emergency number but I would have had to leave my room, walk through the party to the office area to get the number. The number needs to be posted in the room too. Besides that, I don’t think a loud party constitutes an emergency, just an inconvenience. Please consider 24 hour staffing at least on the weekends.

The Best Experience At A Hotel I Have Ever Had!! Rebooked!!!

The Diane is a great location on the beach, the staff were great, and the rooms were spacious and clean. My only complaint is that because the doors are frosted glass light without a shade the parking lot light shines into the room at night. The kitchen is convenient but it does not have a stove. Nonetheless, this is a great property and I would rent here again.

We loved just about everything. Assigned parking right at front door was amazing and being right on boardwalk was the best. My only complaint was being awakened at 3am wuth loud latin music from other hotel guests on front patio area. The hotel itself is immaculate and convenient in every way and we will definitely return.

Amazing location, friendly staff and perfect for kids. We had our 20 month old twin boys with us and it was so nice to be right on the beach. Being able to go to and from the beach when the babies needed changing or someone wanted to eat without having to pack up and leave was a huge plus. Very clean place!

5 star for the room itself, comfortable bed, ceiling fan,full size fridge, microwave, sink, and dishes to use. Food options all in walking distance so no need for uber eats and veiws of the ocean. Would stay again for sure. No pool but the ocean was our pool

Absolutely loved our stay! It’s such a great location practically right on the beach. The staff are wonderful and accommodating. Our room was supplied with some dishes, dish soap, dish towels, iron and a broom. There were shades on window and door. We had to purchase some paper towels and beach cups. It’s best to also purchase cheap beach chairs at Walmart. The parking is located right behind the building, once you get your pass you will have the same spot. You can suntan on balcony but for full sun better on beach. The people watching from room is great. We gave less stars for cleanliness only because we never had our room cleaned throughout our stay but were offered many additional towels. To be fair we could have asked instead of just flipping sign. I think a little more attention to detail when cleaning like scuffs on the wall and dirt accumulation in some areas like smudged glass or corners of bathroom would really help the ratings as these are things that travellers have time to see during their stay. Otherwise we loved The Oceanfront Suites and will definitely make the effort to return!

Good overall experience. The place is clean and nice. It was recently updated and you cant get any closer to the beach. The front desk people were super nice. They have parking at a reasonable cost in the back of the property. We'd stay here again.

Amazing location! Comfortable beds, quiet (even with it being loud outside). Only downside was cleanliness. I get it, being right on the beach is tough with sand, but overall it could have been cleaner. They did have a broom and dustpan in room, but a cordless vac would have been much appreciated. Would stay again.

The only thing I didn’t like was I was surprised that we had to pay for parking. It was $35 per night or $20 if you paid cash. That being said, I would stay there again because all the rooms are oceanfront with lounge chairs outside the rooms.

My complaint is that I reserved and paid for a second floor unit for the better view and some extra privacy. When I arrived she (one woman working the desk) gave me a lower level unit. When I complained she offered no help, was very very rude. I just wanted what I reserved and paid for. She was playing on her phone which also was irritating as Im standing there with my family and all my bags in the heat. When her replacement arrived I tried to reason with her as well. She was just as bad. Good room and location. Horrible front desk personnel. I will avoid for that reason as there are many options along that area.

Diane oceanfront Suites is a Phenomenal family friendly spot. Greeted with a smile by Mercy! Felt welcomed immediately. Centrally located on Hollywood beach boardwalk, shops, restaurants few miles in each direction. My door opened to a balcony right on the Boardwalk. Back door opened to very easy parking. The suite was spacious and clean (just as pictured) I will be returning very soon! Highly recommend!

The hotel is very nice and great location but with it being next to Nick's restaurant it can get very loud throughout the evening. There were a lot of cops standing watch over rowdy crowds from Thursday - Saturday night.

Concerned because of reviews we has read about noise, SO GLAD we took a chance. It's an older property, but updated. Can't beat the location. Great to get out and walk the Broadwalk.. So many food options and the beach is right there, out your window. And right across the Broadwalk! Loved it!

This place is just one of my favorites. Everything about it I love. I will keep coming back year after year. The service that Merci gives you while staying there is just over and beyond. She goes out of her way to help you with everything. It just makes it so comfortable knowing everyone working there is so friendly.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The location was fantastic, steps from the beach. The room was very clean. Having our own fridge was great. The ability to park right outside the door was amazing. I would caution potential guests that there are multiple bars/restaurants next to the hotel and some of them play loud music late into the night. If that will bother you, this hotel might not be the ideal choice. Personally, we didn't mind. This room would be IDEAL for Spring Breakers!

I only wish we had more time to spend here, as the location and view were wonderful. Room was basic, but very clean. Only thing missing might be a pool, however you are literally steps from the ocean. Restaurants are plentiful and steps away, plus there's a wonderful patio with chairs and tables for guests to enjoy.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived hours before our check-in time and we were able to keep our stuff in the office. Additionally, they got us into our room early and we were able to thoroughly enjoy our first day. The area is generally loud, as this location is in the heart of HB, but it didn't bother us at all. We wanted to be where all the action is. Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend this beautiful little hotel. We will definitely be back!

I've been wanting to stay here for years! They did a renovation in 2019(?) and this year I finally got to stay. The front desk staff was very helpful and allowed us to check out a little later at no charge. They also allowed us to store our luggage in the office because our flight was in the evening. They also called a taxi for us. The room was clean, spacious, and all of the rooms faced the ocean. Wonderful location.

This is a unique property right on Hollywood Beach! Very convenient and nice!

3 star motel but cannot beat the location as all rooms are beach/ocean front. Rooms though renovated in last 7 yrs still had signs of neglect ie shower tiles broken and the towels were all mismatched - old and newer. Old with rips even so does staff not see that?

We loved that this property was right on Broadwalk in Hollywood Beach. Our balcony was shared but overlooked the ocean and had chairs and loungers to sit on. The room was spacious with two beds, table/ chairs and refrigerator, microwave, sink and dishes. Being centrally located made it easy to walk to many bars and restaurants. It was noisy in the evenings sometimes just because you’re near the nightlife. Would stay there again

Pretty basic hotel but great location on the beach, clean, and convenient.

Great ocean views clean but the area was so noisy at night ! Bars were blaring past 1 am. Doors slamming in nearby units . Parking was difficult and costly and other guests parked me in ! Rude!

Our stay was excellent!! The location of the hotel was phenomenal and overall it was a great stay!!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Diane Oceanfront Suites. It was clean and convenient to so many things on the boardwalk. We would return.

Excellent location. Room cleaning everyday. Was very happy with the stay. Only downside is not having an option for washer dryer when you travel with kids. But otherwise, an excellent place overall.

Great location and staff, would book again. There was a thin coat of sand on the floors that was never cleaned up during our stay ( I think the daily service of the room didn’t include floor and bathroom cleaning).

Our small family loved the location right next to the shopping/food district. The staff was warm and accommodating. The room was spacious with all the needed amenities. If you are very sensitive to noise maybe choose the Northern side of the facility because there is a bar open until 4 a.m. on one side. By the way that bar has great food.
