The area was scary and sketchy. No real lobby to speak of and its in a very unsafe location. I pulled into the lot and shortly thereafter, left to find a different hotel. People loitering and the front desk was behind glass. So that was a huge NO. I didn't feel safe and would not leave my car outside either, especially if there is anything in it.

It was a very nice and clean facility . Felt very safe and comfortable. The parking area was very lit at night and the security gate closed at night at far end. Staff were extremely polite and informative of the area.

There were a few issues: The noise from the road woke me up many times. For anyone going there, bring earplugs. The AC was super noisy. Thankfully it was a cool night and I turned it off. (Since we areive late i didn't ask for it to be repaired). Finally, the curtains bled light considerably and there was a flood light right outside the room.

Friendly check in. The room is clean. The sheets had some burn holes in them, the bathroom door handle wasn't in the best shape. Pretty standard motel, nothing fancy, but not a horrible place to stay.

The hotel is in a good quiet area. Everything needed is nearby. The staff was very nice. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Breakfast could be better. Definitely plan on staying again when in the area.

Room was quiet despite fronting to a busy road; made for a very pleasant stay! Vending machine was inoperable and no water option at breakfast.

I think because the hotel is so clean and it was a motel, there were definitely some different characters there but the hotel staff was super helpful making sure disturbances were kept to a minimum

The rooms were so clean and house keeping comes everyday. Though it is a motel they truly do their best to make you feel comfortable. The check in process was simple and easy

Location its self, leaves much to be desired. Not the hotels fault. The room, while I felt was actually pretty clean, was lacking. The fan in the bathroom was hanging out of the ceiling. One of the vanity lights didnt work. There was no coffee maker.

Stayed here on our transition to move to Houston from Chicago . Enough space to live here for.3 weeks as we searched to buy a house . Breakfast was scarce, but coffee and banana were.plentiful.

Online it said NON SMOKING ROOM AND A SWIMMING POOL BUT THE ROOM WAS SMOKING AND NOOO POOL!

The manager was very friendly and helpful. We had 3 kids under 5, we ask to be changed to downstairs and he didn't hesitate to charge our room. The rooms were clean as well as the exterior of the property. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Price & service .

The rooms were good for the price. The staff was friendly and helped correct a problem. One of the rooms smelled badly of cigarette smoke. We went to inform the gentleman upfront and he moved us promptly. The one thing that upset us, is that they had a sign saying they had complimentary breakfast and they did not. If we would have know this we would have purchased something for our two toddlers the night before. They like to eat as soon as they wake-up.

But the nicest family runs it and they care. I returned because of the clean wooden floors, the room was spotless, and the microwave /refrigerator are handy. The owner knows me and remembers me after several months. They work hard and care about their clients. That is nice these days.

Me and my wife had to get a hotel unexpectedly. Because our AC went out is like 90° in our house. We stayed only one night very clean room. He was very excellent very comfortable. People were very nice at check in was very helpful. I would recommend to stay in this hotel again because it was a nice hotel.

This place is well kept. The only issue is its really busy and can be loud sometimes.

This is a wonderful value for the experience. Extremely clean, very quiet at night and not far from 290. Over the past two years I started out shopping price and now the experiences have been consistently good and I just book here. it is can't get a better experience for such an affordable rate.

We came to a funeral from Washington just to be woken up at 1am-3am by someone with very loud music. There was no breakfast neither.

Extremely unhappy with the experience at this hotel. We paid for the room with the full kitchenette and when we arrived, there were NO kitchen utensils and nothing to cook with. Luckily we had friend close by nice enough to let us borrow theirs. When I called the front seat the person on duty told me “I am not sure if the room is supposed to have that, I will ask my manager when they come in around 7-8pm they will call you” we checked in at 4pm. We never received a call or the items “missing” Also one of the knobs on the stove was missing, the guy working at the time was nice enough to fix it. The room was decent. There was no “do not disturb” sign so room service did knock every time.

This place is great if you're just looking for a clean and comfortable place to stay for a night or two. Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was so very comfortable! Toiletries were included, but modest so bring your own. Only complaints: you can hear your neighbors every step/move and people in and out of parking lots/stairs all hours of the night. The breakfast was not good... watered down coffee, vending machine snacks, and warm OJ in the 'fridge'. Did not even try the waffles.

It was very clean and there is a convenient little grocery store next door that also serves hot food. The cook out area was very nice also.

I got here at almost midnight n the check in was quick n simple the night attendant even helped me with my luggage very friendly and welcoming the room is very clean n very spacious super quiet, room has fridge microwave and ac works great space available to park 18 wheeler and bobtails definitely would stay here again

My stay at this hotel was everything that I expected and more the room was completely clean and the bed was really comfortable and the main thing the price was reasonable.

Property looks like it was recently renovated. Very nice and clean. Room was comfortable. Bathroom has beautiful walk-in shower with waterfall showerhead.

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Location is safe, secured behind a wall with security and front desk open 24/7. Mexican Market across the street in case you forgot something or want something to nibble on.

It was a rundown motel, in a shady area, and very far from freeways. We checked in late and our room was very smoky for non-smoking room. Woke up around 6am to heavy smoke and cigarettes which kept us up from coughing. Turned out that they had the cigarettes waste in front of our room so people are hanging out there to smoke. I asked for another room where no ashtray in front downstairs but the next three nights we had to deal with people above us stamping around all nights. Beds are comfy but pillows are too soft. Shower and WIFI are weak. Breakfast and coffee were a joke. Only good thing was the front desk very helpful and accommodating.

I liked the cleanliness, the space, the location and mostly the price! The breakfast isn't fancy but if your kids like cereal, yogurt, juice or waffles, you're set. I would definitely stay again.

Was a Great and comfortable stay.

The service was good and the room was in good shape and clean. My only complaint would be that both rooms next to us were constantly smoking outside and that's all you would smell when you opened the door. The traffic on 529 made it a little hard to get in and out of the property.

Booked this place due to it's proximity to my family. This place looks new and is well placed due to it's proximity to many decent restaurants nearby. However, they could spruce up their complimentary breakfast slightly so that there isn't a feeling of 'trying to get rid of old items'. There were a few cockroaches in the breakfast area (which is also the check in place coincidentally), but I'm guessing that's just due to Houston weather and is quite the norm. Rate could be priced a bit lower. Overall, It's a decent stay for short visits. Would stay here again.

we had to book it without seeing it in person, so I wasn't expecting much. I was very impressed! the room was huge. the bed was huge. it was very clean and pretty. they came in every day and kept it so. they had a lot of little extras, like a free toothbrush, and the soaps were nicer than you usually get in a hotel. the people were friendly and polite. and they had a lovely little waterfall. all in all, a really great hotel! I would have expected to pay much more for such a nice place.

Everything was great! My only issue was there was a strange smell to the three pillows they give you on the bed. Other then that this place is great.

One draw back, was the wifi wasn't working great, but staff brought me a cable to plug into my laptop. That was the only issue I had
