Clean, comfortable, spacious room. A building nearby kept playing music and it was noticeable from the room. Also the doors had issues locking for a bit, took a while to figure it out. They have deadbolts though so all good.

Location The guy at the front desk is rude and the room had gnats bad rooms are expensive and they’re part of the Wyndham program but have Stipulations on how you can use your points with the rooms.

Room was good size. The pillow covers had stains on them. The coffee maker was also very dirty. They provided 2 cups, sugar and creamer but no coffee. So what's the use of sugar and creamer the hotel can explain it better. The breakfast was good enough to start your morning

Our room has three big beds and looks clean. everything is good. We didn’t try free breakfast. Staffs are nice. Location is very convenient. Napkins are ultra thin (probably facial tissues) Our family is closed by so we brought napkins, cups and plates since the room doesn’t have any.

There was a front desk older gentleman, had no customer service what so ever. One day we had to call because we forgot our step stool to enter the van, the first time he hung up on me without us finishing our conversation and then I called back and his question was "what do you want me to do with it" verse we will hold it at the front, or would you like it in your room or a simple, we retrieved it. 2nd encounter: We did not ask for housekeeping, however when the housekeeping lady was passing by, we asked for towels and soap apparently, she complained to the front desk and he told us "we were being too high maintenence". They advertise breakfast. The morning after our check in, we got there and for hot food there was nothing. We were told to wait 5 mins (he was the only one attending breakfast and the front desk) and then just came out with susage links. Unfortunately for the rest of our days there, we had to go buy breakfast. Deceiving: The picture they have on this site. Is NOT the room we got. Which is one of the reasons we booked and breakfast and location. The room was clean and all the amenities were the same but that's it. The room ABSOLUTELY DID NOT LOOK LIKE YOUR LISTED PICTURE!! If only room rooms are updated and they gave us a room other that what we booked for, they should have expressed-this is not a remodeled room- they did not. There was also a very mild smell, they may be needing to change their carpets very soon. We did not complain about any of this, as we only arrived to the rooms late and we're gone early in the mornings. But you should definitely get what you pay for. The woman who checked is in was very nice and accommodating. There was also another younger gentleman who we encounter during checkout, he was also very nice. I wish I would have taken pictures but there was nothing Inspiring to photograph.

I work in the area and need a place to stay when jobs last longer than a a couple days. This is the only hotel I will go to. Staff is professional, the internet is decent for getting work done, the area is safe and convenient: Walmart is across the street, Starbucks is walking distance, easy access to freeway, free parking unlike hotels next to hobby airport. Yet it is within 5 minutes from Hobby airport. Felt safe. The parking lot is well lit and no vagrants. Rooms are clean. My only issue is that the shower head stream is very weak- it’s probably one of those water saving ones. Other than that no complaints. Breakfast is ok and typical for the price point. Bed is super comfortable and supportive. TV is about 43 inches lots of channels. If I am ever in the area this hotel is my first choice. Other hotels near hobby will buckle and dime you for ridiculous charges like internet and parking- this hotel is a good value.

5 of us stayed in the 3 bed suite. There were at least 3 roaches. The pictures did not give motel, which it is. The beds were so hard, my back ached at 30 years old. There were multiple black stains in the bottom of the shower, unsure of what that was. It just did not give $120 a night.

Door would not shut properly, base board falling off, fridge barely cooled, TV barely worked, beds not very comfortable. I expected a lot more for the cost.

O.k. Breakfast with good choices location and outside a little run down, but inside snazzy clean and recently renovated.

The front desk attendants were nice and welcoming. The room needs to be rutinley maintenanced. A outlet didnt work. The room AC unit thermostat wasnt working properly. The free breakfast looked like it was from the gas station across the road.

The rooms that had 3 queen beds were upstairs and no elevator. We wished that they were identified as such. The breakfast was a very limited selection.

The 3bed studio was good for families and was half clean but there are three issues that need immediate attention.1st issue the room smelled bad we had to spray two cans of Lysol every where for 2days.2nd issue we found live lizards in the bathroom harmless but could still do without.3rd issue the breakfast was very limited.when I looked online it showed waffle maker but was not there when we went for breakfast.there was only small amount of eggs and sausages.the room and lobby/dinning area were nice.and the maid was extremely helpful as we did not have enough toilet paper.this is a good hotel for the price.And we will stay again but please fix these issues.

This is a motel, not a hotel and no way are the reviews as high as they are shown on the site. I was double charged, the room smells like vapes and my throat hurts because he had to turn the ac on when we arrived into Texas! I cannot believe I paid this much for a place that should be 60$ out the door.

When we arrived to check in the front desk, seemed like we were inconveniencing them the room. The carpet was sticky. It was clean… Breakfast in the morning was terrible… Powdered eggs it was just gross. I asked them for some soap and shampoo and it was like I was inconveniencing them again… They were not hospitable. It might’ve been the culture difference, but I will never stay at this facilities again… I do not recommend…

Checked in on line. Easy quick customer svc at the check in desk to get my key, but they fail to tell me to get out at 11 am. My reservation on line said if I wanted to check out after 1pm to pay an extra fee. But I was told it apply to checking out between 11-1pm. Other then that room was clean,, cozy beds, clean bath, we had ,3 queen bed room, it is super big, comfortable and didn't feel crowed... Nice stay

Lets start by saying this is an inn, not a hotel. The room had a terrible smell, and the service was far from good. We asked if it was safe to drink tap water, and they said they didn't know, insisting it wasn't their responsibility to know. I would never stay here again!

It’s not worth almost $100 for one night. Didn’t have a blanket on my bed and had to leave a $50 deposit in cash

For the free breakfast there was warm Tang, the little party weanie’s and they weren’t in any type of sauce and an empty canister that appeared to possibly have had scrambled eggs in it. Two story facility with no elevator.

The bottom sheet on the bed is not a fitted sheet. Its more of a flat sheet.

We arrived early and planned on checking our bags till the room was ready. They do not have a bag check. Said we could just leave are bags in the lobby. I don’t think so. I had to end up paying $25.00 to get in the room early because we did not want to sit in the lobby for three hours. Then they asked for that in cash, which I thought was odd. Outside of hotel was run down. Inside was newer remodeled but not upkept the best. We had all had to use the bathroom as we had been in the car/uber since we left port in Galveston and there bathrooms were closed off and out of order. Had to walk all the way across the street to Walmart. Really don’t know how they can have a business without working toilets. Also no elevators. Only two floors but when your mom has a two bad hips it makes it difficult and six people with all two bags of luggage each was not fun. Room had a kitchen but nothing to cook or eat off of. What is the point of a kitchen then. Only positive is beds were comfortable and room was large. Area around not great. Hotel had bullet proof glass. Would not stay again.

Only problem was the bed in the accessible room was not an accessible height and a wheelchair user needs to be able to transfer safely into the bed. The bathroom height of sink , toilet and tub was at an accessible height however there should be a grab bar outside the tub and grab bars on both sides of the tub. This problem is not at this property but too many to count as I travel throughout the United States and find that the hotel and motel industry needs to up their game by not just getting by when it comes to their accessible rooms.

Not the best area but the property was clean. An elevator would be nice for the 2nd floor when lugging up and down the stairs with luggage.

The room had stains on the floor that looked like blood stains. So we had to leave right after checking in due to family emergency back home. I was told no to a refund because I signed the paperwork

I used to stay here a lot but it has went down hill the shower heads are dirty so the water can barely comes out the rooms just seemed like they were not as clean the washer does not work and there were roaches in the room i let the lady at the front desk know that i saw them she told me they dont have bugs i showed her the picture i took and she told me she would change the room in the morning i disagreed and asked for a refund so she said she would call the manager and let me know what he says she called and told me that she can not give me a refund because i booked with Expedia and i could change my room so i did an hour later i saw another 1 in that room

The microwave didn’t work. Only one very small bar of soap for 2 guests. Cockroaches inside the room. Eggs at breakfast were cold and sausage was just room temperature. Didn’t look like it was cooked enough. Room on line advertised to have grab bars in tub but none were there.

Bed experience overall. Had a reservation for three nights but did not stay, only one night and was not able to sleep due to all the loud steps upstairs, found a big roach in the morning. Went to speak to clerk asked if I can get a refund he responded they had just fumigated the place!!!! He was a bit reluctant but then agreed to give my refund.

Staying at the Baymont has been one of the cleanest, nicest, and most comfortable hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. The room was spotless—no bugs, a clean tub, and even the corners were pristine. Both the microwave and refrigerator were clean and fully functional. There were plenty of towels, and the huge bed, combined with an air conditioner so cold I eventually had to switch to heat, made the stay even better. The hotel staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful, and the parking area was well-lit. Conveniently located, this hotel is close to shopping, gas stations, restaurants, and anything else you might need. Best of all, despite being on a busy street, it was remarkably quiet. If I could have stayed longer I would have. I highly reccommend.

This property was very unprofessionally managed by people that should not be in the hospitality business and have no idea of what a hotel should provide in this country. Everyday I had to fight for additional towels and go to two or three different people to get the towels. Then they would take away the extra towels everyday when they cleaned our room. Everyday I had to come back to a sweltering hot room because they would turn off our air conditioning when they clean the room... Everyday. The staff was difficult and unhelpful and I noticed them arguing with patrons on several occasions. Our first room had several large bugs and they offered to spray for the bugs while we were still in the room. We asked for a different room and they did appease us on that note. Our second room was bigger and nicer and cleaner than the first. Regardless of the price, you should not stay at this hotel and you should find one with much higher ratings.

This is a nice clean safe place with a super great bed. Walking distance from Walmart and Ross. Fantastic check in experience by the manager of the facility. Would stay here again the next time.

First of all its a motel. As soon as we walked in the room and looked around, it didnt smell clean, the bathroom had a bug on the floor that ants were eating. An ant somehow ended up on my leg when I sat on the bed. There was someones flossing pic on the floor and the corners were filthy. It probably hadnt been swept in a long time. There was a small spider on the mattress. I went to get some lysol to clean but thats not our job. So we checked out. I was told to call the manager the next day. Someone else answered and told us we could not get any money back. I called the third party booking and they tried calling the manager. Denied refund. I called the manager again the next day. He said he could give me back part of one nights stay (20% of the total paid) since the booking agent got their commission already. I was dealing with this for the next week after I came back. And I was there as an MD Anderson patient.

We ordered a room with 2 queen beds and got one king instead and they were unable to give us the room we reserved.

Terrible hotel.

Towels were stained, bed sheet was stained and discolored. The room itself was spacious and the beds were comfortable.

Our side mirror was missing from our vehicle. When we came out of the room. We brought the complaint to the person at the desk who kept claiming manager was too busy to look at the cameras. I doubt the cameras even work. You get what you pay for.

There was absolutely nothing good about this stay. I felt unsafe and was afraid to park my car in the lot. I have stayed at Wyndhams in the past several times and this one did not have the look or feel of others. The breakfast was not edible and when I asked about what was available he put out some scrambled eggs and frozen biscuits. There was nothing edible except cold cereal and yogurt. The instant coffee was disgusting. The coffee in the room was much better. The kitchenette did not have any pans, dishes, or even silverware to do your own cooking. You had to bring down your own dirty towels to get replaced with clean ones. There is no elevator so luggage was no fun getting up the stairs. In addition it was very painful as I have a knee injury. When i mentioned at the conclusion of my stay that this is not what i expected out of a wyndham, the man at the front desk told me that the hotel was filled up with displaced and homeless people due to the floods. For that reason alone i would never of booked or stayed here. Never will stay here again and you shouldnt either.

My check in time was 2pm. I arrived around 4 and went to my room. The floor was so wet from just being moped that I slipped and fell- lower back and ankle is starting to hurt. I tried getting a refund and was told I’d have to speak to the manager on Monday- which is a holiday.

We had the triple queen room. The beds were very comfortable! There was plenty of space for us to spread out. It was in a quiet area. The carpet was plush & the room felt newly remodeled. The manager & staff clearly take pride in providing excellent service & a comfortable place to stay. The breakfast was a decent continental spread as well. It was well priced & we would stay here again.

The room was fine, but the breakfast was terrible. The sausage links were actually frozen, and there was a very limited selection.
