    When I was booking my stay, it said it had breakfast available but when I reached there was none. We had to dine out in a restaurant nearby. Hotel smells like weed, furniture/bedding was broken, dirty, and not well set. The only good thing I can about this place is that the water pressure of the shower was good. Other than that horrible stay.

    No solution was provided. Customer service was useless. We were forced to leave while exhausted and upset. A refund does not fix the wasted time, effort, and ruined expectations. This is unacceptable and extremely poor hotel management. Terrible experience.

    This property is old and sits in the middle of abandoned buildings. We didn’t feel safe parking let alone staying there. We ended up leaving and staying at the Marriott.

    Dont reserve here at this hotel and really need it. This hotel is unaccountable and unreliable. Reviews also point to a alleged possible roach issue. I had to call to get my refund after being unaccommodated because they chose to extend the previous guest stay rather than honor a 2.5 week reserved and paid room. Called me 30 minutes after check-in while I was working, to tell me they are booked and cant help. No apologies, no recommendations, no offer of a lesser valued room, no accommodation for inconvenience. Just poor service to the umpteenth degree. Really horrible customer service and hospitality as well!

    VERY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! I LIVE ALMOST 8 HOURS AWAY FROM HOUSTON AND WHEN I WAS ONLY 5 MINUTES FROM THE HOTEL THE MANAGER/OWNER/WORKER WHOEVER HE WAS CALLED ME AND ADVISED HE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE ME OR MY FAMILY WITH THE ROOM I BOOKED DAYS BEFORE HE SAID HE COULD ONLY PROVIDE ME WITH A 1 BEDROOM WHEN I BOOKED A 2 BEDROOM.     The rooms were infested with roaches. I did not stay in the hotel. I immediately returned to the front desk so that I could request a full refund and notify them that my family and I would not be staying on their property. I only received a partial refund due to their cancellation policy. The rooms we uninhabitable, but they still did not provide a full refund. I will not ever visit their location again. I do no recommend this hotel. Very disappointed.

    Stay: Friday noon – Monday morning (3 nights) • No Housekeeping: Not once during my entire stay did housekeeping service my room. Trash piled up and towels went unchanged. I had to repeatedly go to the front desk to ask for clean towels, which is unacceptable for a multi-night stay. By Sunday night the trash can was overflowing, and since no one came, I requested assistance. The manager guy handed me a trash bag and expected me to replace it myself. (Yes, really.) I ended up placing the full garbage bag outside my door to avoid attracting bugs – and it’s a good thing, because I had already spotted roaches in my room earlier. • Dirty Bedding at Check-In: On arrival, I discovered a stained comforter on the bed. I reported it immediately. Management/front desk lady’s response was baffling: she acknowledged the stain but actually asked if I “still wanted to keep it” on the bed. Of course I didn’t! When I pulled back the sheets, I found small food crumbs inside the blanket, meaning the bedding hadn’t been properly cleaned. By the end of this stay, I felt more stressed than relaxed. Basic amenities (like a clean room, fresh towels, working TV, & trash removal were nonexistent.

    Elevator was not working and i had to switch from 2nd floor room with 2 beds to a 1st room with 1 bed, where i could constantly here people getting in and out of cars. They need to make customers aware before we arrive so we can make better arrangements.

    The BAD.The pool was locked the hole time. And the patio was a wreck none of the appliances worked fire pit, BBq pit ext. It was very noisy most people that were staying there where living there. It has a lot of late night traffic people fight and a lot of slamming doors. I would not stay again.

    The place was good. But the staff was extremely cheap. No utensils to use, provided 1 small shower soap a day. No towels. I stayed for a full week and no one cleaned the room. Getting fresh towels, toilet paper and tissue was a big issue. One of the lady in the front desk that worn glasses was marvelous and kind of lenient.

    No drinking water in the entire facility 24hrs complimentary coffee is just for namesake. It was old coffee in a flask always lying there 2-3 cops were there in our floor all the time. Was really worrisome. Check in process was horrible. Had to go 3 times up and down from 3rd floor to get room access issue resolved.     upon checking in we had just came off a long cruise, therefore had a decent amount of luggage.. the luggage trolly had all 4 flat tires and was extremely difficult to push, the next thing is the entire 2nd floor reeked of cigarette smoke, once we got into our room & got situated i realized our window doesn’t lock so I attempted to call the front desk where I found out our room phone does not work, they came up and just drilled the window shut, they said they would move us to a new room if they couldn’t fix the window, since they drilled the window shut they considered that being fixed. I pre paid for my hotel, when I arrived at the property they needed a credit card for the damage deposit. They charged me for the damage deposit twice and also charged my credit card for the entire stay again, I had 3 charges on my card from the property which the manager did refund me after I brought it up to them. Also the water pressure is horrendous, I needed to use a face cloth to get the soap off my body as the water had 0 pressure. Management said it was due to utilities maintenance that had taken place and they never came back to fix the issue

    Upon arrival, we were taken to a room that had a strong smell of mildew and, to our dismay, roaches in the corner. Despite being advertised as a non-smoking hotel, the entire establishment reeked of smoke and marijuana, making it hard to feel comfortable. Additionally, the rooms appeared not to have been cleaned properly after the previous guests. We found a used towel in the restroom, which is simply unacceptable. Overall, my stay was disappointing due to the cleanliness issues and unpleasant odors. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

    Kitchen in the room was nice and the restroom had been remodeled as well. However.... The room floor was uneven in some areas, the door handle for the bathroom fell off, the chair in the room was old and broken, the carpet where the AC unit sits was soaked due to the condensation, not a real breakfast which was an upset because thats why we booked it and should list it as a continental breakfast. Would not stay here again.

    Pillows smelled like vomit, when the air conditioner would kick in, it smelled like urine. It was disgusting. The room had an ironing board and no iron, when i asked for an iron at the front desk, I was told there wasn't any. I asked for extra towels because we were a party of 5 and the room only had 2, I was also told there wasn't any available. This was the worst experience we have ever had at any hotel we've stayed at. I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU STAY HERE!!!!

    Suite I booked was definitely not as pictured. Upon arrival, hotel looks worn down, not in the best part of town. At check in they did not verify my ID nor asked for a card to be put on file (I paid ahead but still thought that was weird). The room itself was missing cabinet doors, had terrible lighting and the TV in the living room did not work. There was a weird smell but I had some febreeze so once I sprayed it, the smell was bearable. Still tried to give it a chance.. got to the separate bedroom and there were hairs between the sheets, stains on the pillow cases and some kind of powder? on the bed (that they couldn’t say what it was) so I called the front desk and asked for new linen. Receptionist said she would just change the room, perfect. Room they put us in was a regular room w a door that had been propped open (was not locked/shut we just opened the door), not the suite I booked so I went back and asked her about it. She said “yeah it’s a suite”, when I told her it was not she went up to verify it herself. She came back and said I couldn’t book a suite (which I did and received the first time) because they were exclusive to members, which I am, and more expensive, I obviously knew that because I booked the room. She said I could check out and she’d let her manager know the next day, she did not. He had no clue what I was talking about when I called the following day. Overall average/below average rooms/building that doesn’t feel the safest but may work for you

    The front desk lady helped change my room from a king suite with a recliner chair to a full double bed suite with no extra charge which was nice. The overall stay was okay but room service did not come to our room not once to take our trash, give us clean towels or any of the sorts. The breakfast consisted of pastries, oatmeal, coffee, and a waffle maker so nothing fantastic. There was a $50 deposit that I didn’t know about. Maybe it was my fault for not doing my research but I was not aware. I didn’t complain about it since yes you will get that deposit money back to your card eventually but I was taken back on spending more money towards the room. The room was kind of laid out weird the tv was in a hard to see corner of the room, the ac was right next to the bed which did not allow the air to circulate at all. You could only feel it next to my bed which was a little annoying throughout the night I would wake up cloggy. The lighting in the room was also terrible, it was orange dim lighting. The only white lighting was in the bathroom. Overall the stay was okay but little things added up to make it a little annoying.

TV was super hard to set up have to go down to the front desk several times because, mind u we didn’t have a phone. We run out of towels at least twice.     As far as for comfort and cleanliness it was good, front desk was a little cold and short, it might be due that she was there all day and tired but who knows, then she lets me know that she needed to charge me $50 extra to pt a hold on my card until i checked out the following day, I was really disappointed in the options they gave for breakfast.     Very close to highway, LOUD traffic noise all night long. One towel for a family of 3 and no they do not have extra towels downstairs. gave me small pool towels as backup. Breakfast is first come first served ! Empty at 7:30 and request to refill cereal was non-apolitical response - first come first serve, no refills. Oh and no refunds it seems, no call back from manager even after explicit request at checkout. AVOID at all Costs

    Rooms are big and clean and the wifi worked great. The only thing they need is better service in front desk. They don't smile at all and not that very helpful. But everything else was good 👍

    They double charged for the room! When asked about it they denied it, even when showed the charges on both cards. Very inconvenient and they did not show any concern. Do not stay here

    First of all, the hotel is very nice and comfortable, but the night we entered the hotel, they said that we cannot see the reservation because they received the money late from Expedia.we said we paid to hotels.com nut they said you must pay again to us.. They kept us waiting for about an hour and a half. We talked to hotels.com customer services twice and were very exhausted. We stayed for 4 more nights, but to avoid the same problem, we went directly to the hotel. We paid. This is not a good situation for your agency. I thought you should know. Thank you.

    Nothing. We had a leak in the bathroom ceiling and they didn't clean or fix anything like they said they would. I would not recommend nor will I ever stay there again. I didn't like the fact that they lied about their service. Not only to booking.com but to us, we paid our money and we simply got ripped off.

    Rooms are nothing like what is advertised. Bathtub and mirror in 1 room was dirty. Sofa & chairs dirty, broken window, curtains filthy & stained. cigarette burn holes on blanket, there was a waded up dirty washcloth on top of clean towels. We left!!!

    nothing smells cigarette from hallway, unprofessional co workers, they never welcome there customers a smile, u will regret once u enter. roches timing on bed and on the floor. bathroom don’t have any towels and soap and many more. looks like a homeless hotel to me.
