Room was clean, staff very friendly, bed was comfortable. The only negative was the halls were very warm.

Our stay was ok. The breakfast was the best part - You can make waffles in the shape of Texas! We stayed on the 2nd floor and constantly heard kids running in the hallway. No biggie, we just turned the TV up. The reason I rated the stay 3 stars is because our room never got cleaned. Luckily, we are tidy people. We did not have towels the next day and I had to go downstairs to the reception desk ti request after several phone calls. Yet and still we did not receive towels. I ended up finally seeing housekeeping in the hallway and was able to get towels. This was 10 mi s before we had to check out. The toilet seemed to make noises all night but we just closed the door.

Room condition was ok, mini fridge though not so great it has only a 2 hour “on” button which was frustrating as I had to keep getting up to turn on throughout the night for my sons milk to be kept cold. Breakfast was 1 hour from closing and they had no eggs nor a microwave for food to heat up as some needed to warm up. Everything was scattered around, butter for waffles over with bagels as well as syrup with eggs and what not.

The wall mounted toiletries had two body washes and one conditioner - no shampoo option. It would also be nice to have two bath rugs in a large bathroom - one for the shower and one for the sink. The room had two digital clocks - set to two significantly different times.

I enjoyed the stay but the hotel is a bit outdated for the price tier. I was made to place a $150 incidental fee. The hold was on my account for over 5 days and it was a major inconvenience to me. I also wish they had more than one waffle maker. Most of my breakfast was spent waiting in line after accidentally skipped me.

The breakfast was very poor no plates to put the food on the dried up ham look like it had been there for three days the sausage there were only one or two pieces of sausage available. It was very sparse and not advertising.

The water was shut off, so was unable to shower. I was considering extending my stay, but after talkng with the front desk, I decided to just leave.

It was good, we had a little problem with our air conditioning in our room, but they were able to get us accommodated and switch to another room quickly. The pool was needing some attention, but they called their pool guys. Hopefully, it’s fixed now.

I stayed for 4 days, there is no coffee machine working, TV not working and NO iron board is provided. They didn't check the things before alloting a room to customer. After I reported also they didn't make TV to work. Bad service. Felt very much discomfort which I never ever had in any place.

The staff are very welcoming and attentive, and our stay here was great. Love that they provide breakfast in the mornings. Overall great service and will definitely recommend.

Staff were wonderful and very accommodating. It was a fun and wild weekend. We had to change rooms due to my disability but there was no fuss and very quick.

My daughter and I really enjoyed your front desk staff this weekend beginning with Ky and her accommodating services. There was an issue with the bathroom light fixture, and she assigned us another wonderful room without hesitation. We met with the other ladies the rest of the weekend and everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend staying at this facility.

The room that we paid for was not the room that we were given. I had tried to speak to the general manager, multiple times and got the runaround, yet he manages to leave me a voicemail.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, but the included breakfast buffet was paltry and not up to standard. There were very few options to choose from. The pancakes were cold and rubbery and the rest of the offerings were just "OK."

Nothing They wasted about 2 hours of my checkin after driving the whole day, because they gave a 1 bed room while I booked a 2 bed. I was with family and when I asked where half of us will sleep they said that was not their problem, but between me and booking.com as I choose booking.com to pay less on my stay and the booking.com system picked up the wrong room for my stay, not hotels fault according to them. After 2 calls of about 30 min each with booking.com support, my wife and little one went up to the wrong 1 bed room the provided the keys just to use the bathroom while I was at front desk trying to figure this out, and she saw a used condom besides the bed. She started crying facing this nightmare. When I told I will sue them, all out of a miracle the 2 beds correct room came available. They still insisted it was not their fault, but booking.com system. Not even an apology, upgrade, NOTHING. If I did not receive a feedback on this, I will just delete my account and blacklist Fairfield in my life.

Only complaint was that the hot water in the shower was non existent. For a stay in the winter guests need hot showers. I did let the front desk know when I checked out.

my truck was vandalized at this location being followed to this location from another hotel where my truck had been vandalized and i had to report it to the police only to arrive at this hotel and have the same thing happen in the same day. Both locations, someone was tampering with the grill on my truck

Elevators and WiFi not operational last 3 days of visit and no accommodation made even though I use a cane. Having use stairs for 3 days and no WiFi. Understand storm knocked out service but shouldn’t take 3 days to repair.

We chose this hotel because it's a smoke & pet free property. We have severe allergies. We weren't disappointed. Our room was very clean and modern. No smells, animal, smoke or musty. The a/c unit worked perfectly. The rooms are sound-proofed, so it was very quiet. We just heard a bit of noise in the hallway & from the guests staying in the room above us. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of variety. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and we're greeted with a kind smile as we checked in. The front doors lock at night, so it felt very safe. There was security in the parking lot overnight to watch the vehicles. Overall, it was a great hotel! We'll be back.

We checked in and were assigned a room. Upon entry of the room there was an extremely strong odor of marijuana and rust in the shower. We asked to switch rooms. The next room was decent and didn't have those lingering odors and the shower was acceptable. We stayed two nights and were pleased with the continental breakfast as well as the exercise room. The GM was in the second morning and let us pick a complimentary snack as an apology for the first room. Overall we were satisfied.

The hotel did not have hot water. They told us about an hour after we checked in and in two days did not get it resolved. No concessions were made for the inconvenience.

I booked a specific room with a couch and was giving a tiny room with a door that didn’t lock when seeking help I was told nothing could be done due to booking though Expedia. The breakfast was absolutely horrible. Stale , super limited, no waffles, English muffins tasted expired.

I had a lot of trouble connecting to the wifi, the refrigerator was either broken or barely working, and right outside my window, a noisy business started lots of loud activity around 7:30 am. The front desk person was very, very nice however. She deserves a raise for her attitude alone.

Unfortunately the bathroom and coffee maker outlets did not work, one of the two florescent lights next to the bathroom mirror was missing - I reported to front desk upon arrival (3 night stay) and again on 2nd day. Unfortunately nothing was ever done to fix during my stay - especially the bathroom mirror light would have been helpful. Otherwise great stay and would book again.

I was in town for a trade show. This hotel was awesome ESPECIALLY the front desk staff. Everything was great and very clean. I will stay here again.

Breakfast was great. The bed was great. The employees were courteous. I did have a problem with the lighting in the bathroom. It was very dark. The light in the shower worked and was nice and bright; but the mirror lights and light on the ceiling were not working. I practically put on my makeup in the dark. Besides that minor issue, it was a great stay.

Tub was stopped up so nasty water was in the tub instead of them switching my room like i'd ask instead we had to wait and one person not shower til the next day. then matinance comes to fix the problem but we we're left with a nasty tub.

Always a go to when we go to the races or an event on the same side of town. Convenient and quiet. Staff is very accommodating and easy to speak with. Highly recommend.

Great hotel, the guy who greated at check in was very inviting and pleasant. The atmosphere was nice. Smelled good in the lobby and the elevators. The room was very nice and clean and spacious. Only one thing i can say i was not pleased with were the sheets on the bed were not soft and cozy, they were scratchy and hard. But my ovrrall stay was great.

The property was quiet and had plenty of parking. The room was spacious and the beds are comfortable. All of the workers where really professional. Jose did an excellent job during check-in.

We booked the hotel through expedia and they have accepted the reservation. When we have reached over there around 10PM, they have mentioned that they have stopped accepting the reservations through expedia since morning. They didn’t allot us any room and we were like not sure where to go at the moment. This is unacceptable from them. They should have intimated us earlier

It was very, very clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good (bacon, sausage, eggs, eggs with potatoes, pancakes). There was no problems at all and I would definitely stay here again!

The night clerk was horrible. She gave no explanation of why she scanned my card twice or why she was scanning it to begin with. No smile, no friendliness. She seemed irritated.

The cleanliness of this hotel left much to be desired. During our four night stay, the one working elevator was never cleaned. There were dirty hand streaks and drips of food? all over the walls, the carpet was never vacuumed. The fitness room floor was also filthy. I took one look at the floor and skipped my workout. The breakfast area was very clean. I’m not sure why other areas were totally neglected. I hope management reads this and makes changes.

Room was only cleaned 1 time during our 5 day stay in the hotel despite several days of calling and directly speaking to people at lobby to clean the room. We were running out of toilet papers and have to keep on reusing soiled towels. We never place do not disturb sign outside our room, so can't make it at as an excuse. We spoke to manager Ky during our stay and after we left. She apologizes, but can't avoid the fact that we had bad experience in the hotel. We have been staying on Marriot branded hotels around the world for years, and this is probably the most disappointing experience we had.

I was charged two times for my room. The male with spiked hair was rude on every time I made contact with him. He charged me after I paid at the time of booking. When I came down one the evening of second day to get towels because my room had not been serviced he gave me two large towels reluctantly. Then when I brought the towels back down that were dirty ; some due to my 5 year old granddaughter nose bleeding during the night. I was still not given washcloths. I had also asked for a pillowcase due to her pillowcase being bloody. He was rude. I came back to ask for toilet paper. He said the hotel doesn’t supply tissues. I then asked you don’t supply tissue to wipe my backside with. He then went to get a roll of toilet tissue. Last week I stay in the Crowne Plaza in Baton Rouge Louisiana for 4 days. The service was great. This is the only hotel that I have booked with with hotels.com as a travel nurse that I have received bad treatment from the staff since becoming a member.

The Front Desk clerk was unable to check us in. She had to get someone to assist. The whole process took more than 30 minutes 😒.

Staff was great. But 15 mins after I arrived back to the hotel my vehicle was broken into. They broke my window and broke my bed cover. And stolen items from me. We parked right in front of the hotel in sight of the front desk.

The guy is real nice and helps alot , one of the girls is ok she does her job but girl manager is always with a face doesnt greet or talk ... everything was better when Gloria was there she kept everything good speciallh the pool iam regular every weekend 2-3 nights im there from april-june its lile another home but now thag Gloria is gone its not the same
