There was nothing I can say I “liked” but the mirror in the room. That’s it. The breakfast was bare minimum, only two hot items. I never received an ice bucket for my room. The microwave in my room didn’t work. Went to the front lobby just for them not to know where a microwave was. The chair and curtains in my room were torn. The remote control to the tv was missing buttons and looked like a dog chewed on it. Stains in the floor plus a baby roach crawled up my wall in the bathroom…. I just don’t understand how this hotel is under Wyndham

Breakfast didn’t open until 7 which is later than I was expecting so I wasn’t able to use. WiFi was out the whole stay. Front staff kept phone disconnected. When it was connected, didn’t work. Homeless people lounging outside and in lobby. Saw a roach in the room. Leaving this review so I keep an account of where I wouldn’t stay again

The hotel was ok, we stayed for 2-nights and our room wasn't cleaned, hallways smells like cigarettes and marijuana. The breakfast was mediocre with limited variety, tv didn’t work and lots of foot traffic outside.

The hotel was fully booked and not near enough parking. I was disappointed in the breakfast. It was small and not much of a selection and it closed by 9am so we missed it one morning. The neighborhood was not the best and at night there were homeless people walking around near. I had my teen daughter with me as well. The price for 2 nights was very reasonable and the staff was pleasant.

When I arrived at your property on Friday night, your systems were down and the front desk clerk required all guests to pay in cash. I left, went to the ATM to get enough cash for the stay as well as the required $100 deposit. The next day, I noticed that my credit card was charged for the visit. I spoke to the front desk clerk about this and he said, “my credit card would be refunded in 3-5 business days.” I shared with him that this was unacceptable! Please refund the cash since you charged the card. He told me, “he wasn’t going to do it!” I told him that he needs to fix it. Reluctantly, on Sunday he gave me the cash refund. Also, he showed no accountability and gave no apology for this. He kept blaming his colleague for the mistake. After, checking out this morning, I noticed that my card was charged again for the same stay. Essentially, I was charged three times. Lastly, the young lady at front desk is constantly on her phone. She does not look up to acknowledge you. I stood there twice for a good 60 seconds while she was on her phone and she did not look up until I said, hello.

The staff were okay… The hotel was okay glad I only slept there and went and explored during the day. Halls smelt like weed and when we got there pictures were fallen off the walls and had to get a new room got to our new room and the tv did not have an HDMI cord so then we had to wait for them to see if they had one finally gave up and almost left due to everything not being right. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel I was honestly glad to get out of there

This hotel building conditions is fairly new. Modern concept as shown on photos. The room conditions are 3 stars holiday inn standards. It is very clean. The gym is good. The room rate is very competitive. The continental breakfast is very basic.

Pictures aren't close ot how it looks in person, it's very run down and not maintained, the building elevator smelled constantly like weed.

Room was excellent very nice except all 3 lamps were not working mini fridge was not working and neither was the tv i informed the front desk they said maintenance was not on site, they were out of towels aswell made me wait a whole day before getting any after me constantly having to go ask, their excuse was it was a full house. They were out of rooms. The properly itself was nice.

Upon entering the room I tripped on a loose floor tile near the bathroom door. I discovered there are actually two loose floor tiles. Additionally when I went to close the curtain before I went to bed, I stepped into a really soft spot on the floor, near the wall by the AC unit. I am assuming that it is likely due to moisture from the HVAC. Lastly, I woke this morning to discover small roaches in the bathroom. There were several, on the wall, on the sink surface and in the sink, as well as in the shower. I decided to check out of my two night reservation

When I arrived the hotel smelled like cesspool and it was very humid. The receptionist Arriane tells us that all their amenities are not available. She states that the elevator was not working, the pool was closed down, there was no available breakfast at all, and no A/C. She states that they are giving back refunds but if we check in the refund wouldn’t be available. So I decided not to stay at the Ramada due to all these inconvenience. I triple checked with the receptionist( Arriane) that if there was anything further I had to do so I can cancel and not be charged. She told me I didn’t have to do anything that canceling wouldn’t be necessary and I wouldn’t be charged. A day later I get charged when I never stayed at the hotel. This has been the most unpleasant and unorganized service I’ve ever experienced. I do not recommend staying or even thinking about staying at the Ramada.

However, when we attempted to check in, we were told the elevator was out of order (strike two). We made our way up the stairs to our second-floor room, and at first glance, it seemed clean… until we turned on the lights. Roaches. Crawling on the walls. Crawling on the chair. It was absolutely disgusting. We turned around and left immediately. This hotel needs to be shut down and professionally fumigated. I would never recommend it to anyone. P.S. Don’t be fooled by the hotel next door; it’s just as bad.

I checked in late last night and the staff wasn’t very friendly, their were people hanging out smoking on the property. Once inside the building the stench of something died reeked on the second floor. Upon entering the room I was greeted with roaches in the room, and bathroom. The room wasn’t very clean. The towels were dirty and crunchy. I have a small child and I’m utterly disgusted and disappointed. I will never stay at this hotel again nor will I recommend anyone else to stay here. The aesthetics looks good but don’t be fooled.

Hotel was quite old. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Could have been cleaner. Once checked in I had to call for room service to change bedding which I forgot to take a picture of. The bathtub still had hair and stains in it. There was a baby roach coming out of the juicer in the breakfast room as I was about to get apple juice. I was too disgusted to snap that photo and scurried out of there fast. Let me just say be ware. Otherwise customer service was excellent!! Probably won't return but it was an experience

We decided to book at this hotel because it was a newer built hotel. However, it does not seem like the hotel have been unkept because the carpet needed to be shampooed, the beds were not comfortable and we got twin sized pillows for our king sized bed. The water pressure was very weak. Also, the breakfast offered only a few items like cereal and a ton of carbs. The only thing we enjoyed about this hotel is the location because it was about 15 minutes away from China town. We don’t plan on coming back to this hotel.

Property smelled stuffy. Virtually everytime we centered the property it smelled of marijuana. Included in the photos hanging on the wall was a huge marijuana leave picture. Towels were dirty, no water pressure in the lavatory. In my son’s room the sink was clogged. Splashed urine on the floor on and around the toilet. Limited coffee and fresh fruit at breakfast. After a couple of nights we checked out early but couldn’t reach Expedia for comment. “High Volume of calls”. We asked about refund but hotel desk couldn’t assist till maybe later as she needed to ask her manager who wouldn’t be available till later. She was friendly and apologetic though.

The room itself was nice, no problems there. The outside area was pretty sketchy with trespassing signs and “hide your belongings” signs for your car. There was a heavy marijuana smell from our neighboring room throughout the night. The price fits the bill.

I have been staying there since 2021. It seems as though they are not cleaning the carpets, I was in room 304 , you could smell the carpet as you enter and you could see the soil on it.
