The hotel over all was just okay. The room was clean and the amenities sufficient. The staff just wasn't very friendly. The breakfast person, wasn't very nice and helpful at all. Kind of disappointed...won't be back.

This is one of worst hotels we have stayed at. It is not well maintained. Window blinds have stain and holes / torn. Air conditioning vent has broken grills. It is ok to have broken vent grills; at least realign the broken parts and make it look nice. The door frame has some damage. I think, hotel management needs to visit other hotels to have some base line of what a hotel should look. Initially the wifi didn't work for us. I had to work with the front desk and tried different options. It started working for no apparent reason later. Breakfast was ok. Parking was good. Another example on lack of maintenance was the elevators. One of the cars was in repair. That was ok. The working elevator car was old and had very confusing buttons. The button for the floor 2 didn't light up to indicate it had been pressed so we pressed other button-looking squares nearby to try. In addition, the button has to be pressed really to register. I finally figured it out by pressing other floor's buttons that lighted up so that I at least know which part to press hard on. Luckily we only need to stay there for one day to attend an activity nearby.

Had decent parking, this is an older Hampton Inn rooms were clean. Check out was at noon we had a do not disturb sign but the housekeeping was banging on our door at 9:30. I personally would not stay at this hotel again

I was in town to see an Astros game. This hotel was a short 15 minute drive to the stadium but it had free nightly parking unlike hotels downtown. It has nice rooms and breakfast so a lot of bang for your buck. The staff, La niece and April were very accommodating and gave service with a smile. If I’m ever in the Houston area again, I will definitely stay here again.

There was no water in the entire hotel when we woke up Sunday morning. Couldn't shower before church, brushed our teeth dry. No accomadation made (free bottled water). One of the two elevators was out of order. I've stayed at Hampton many times, this was the most disappointing.

Towels were dirty. Towels were stained. Disgusting. Sofa was dirty. Window Curtains didn’t close.

Breakfast was great and there were plenty of choices. The morning staff kept it clean and well stocked. The pool doors were turned off so u had to walk around to the front doors to get back in the hotel. The night staff was no where to be found most of the time. Regular coffee only is available in the morning u can get decaf anytime. There was no pool towels available.

Offered free refreshments on Wednesday nights for some program they have going on (not sure if that is ongoing or just temporary). Place was stocked with lots of towels and all amenities needed to make the stay comfortable. A lot of fast food, alcohol, grocery stores, gas stations/convenient stores within 5 mins drive. 25 min drive from Houston Airport depending on traffic. 15-20 min drive to downtown Houston. Breakfast offered. Gym was nice and clean. Gated parking made feel safe parking. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!~ Everything was great. Definitely recommend a stay here. Receptionist was really nice and professional. Parking was always available. Gym was clean and vented. No complaints

The very professional and courteous lady by the name of Twila truly made my check in the most memorable and pleasurable experience that I have experienced traveling this country with business. She was more than kind, very helpful and even gave me some pointers on where to park. You don’t encounter that kind of kindness very often nowadays, but she definitely created a good rapport and initial meet and greet to which I am appreciated. She makes this place definitely a place. I will stay visit again.

This hotel is an easy slide in from the highway. The rooms are well equipped, the beds are comfortable and pillows plentiful. Air conditioning was ice cold and the staff was friendly and helpful. This was an excellent start to a cross-country trek. When back in town I would definitely consider stopping again.

I will definitely stay there again on my next work trip. Very convenient and close to my work site also.

Customer service was great! The breakfast was also great but felt rushed. The workers literally closed the area at 10am. I understand there is a time schedule but there weren’t many guests eating and they could have closed the area more subtle not so abruptly.

This is a great property. My only complaint was that they turned the water off for several hours an the TV were not working due to the hurricane. I feel as though some type of compensation should have been offered. Which we paid through a third party so the hotel was not able to offer us any compensation.

I had a horrible experience at this hotel. During my stay, my car was vandalized in the hotel parking lot. Two windows were broken, and several tools I had inside were stolen. When I reported the incident to the hotel management, they were completely unhelpful and refused to offer any refund or compensation for the damage and theft. The lack of security and the hotel's indifference to such a serious issue forced me to change hotels. This entire ordeal was incredibly stressful and costly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away for your own safety and peace of mind.

Poor communication I flew in from out of state didn’t tell me they didn’t have any power so I had to find somewhere to stay that charged me three times the amount that the place was worth

In addition to price gouging, the hotel's TV service was not working and I was not notified until I arrived for checkin. On top of that, I was given a form to sign saying that if I canceled my stay due to no TV service, i would be charged for the night anyway. I was charged almost double the usual price. I will be filling a complaint with the attorney General as well as leave a review on the hotel's website.

The young lady that checked me in was very sweet and respectful. That’s always a plus.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing. Our only issue was with the pool which was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay. It was very green so we didn’t bother getting in. The hot tub was decent, but there was some white flakes of some sort floating around that a bit annoying.

1st room smelled like wet dog, The lady switched me rooms which was better. The furniture was completely beat up and the worst part was the so called hot tub spa, it was ice cold and they told me it hasn’t been on for months not to mention it was nasty dirty anyway.

My room 328 - the shower drain is clogged up so you have to stand in water. The commode is not secure to the floor and the toilet seat is only being held on by 1 fastener and is very loose. for the higher price Hampton charges there are better options in the area.

The breakfast time frame was until 10:00 am. Most places I have stayed ended at 9:00 am. Proximity to Minute Maid Stadium. Staff while they were very friendly, while checking in the person rattled off aspects of my stay in a perfunctory rapid fashion, where I had to stop and ask her to repeat or clarify what she was telling me. Overall very quiet and enjoyable stay.

This hotel location suited my needs very well. I felt safe. The property is very clean. The rate was very reasonable.

One thing that was a bit aggravating was I booked our room for four people and there was only two washcloths and two towels. Other than that I was pleased with cleanliness and breakfast. I would stay there again in the future.

I traveled to a destination for family vacation and stayed at Hampton inns along the way & back. This was the only Hampton during my travels that was not up to par. Cleanliness was mediocre.

I stayed there only a few hours. 11/26/2021 There were bed bugs on the bed. I informed the receptionist and she wanted pictures. I told her I can get them. She actually walked to the room for a inspection. She saw the bedbug and blood stain on a sheet. She said she can get me a new room and I discussed the issue with my friend. We decided to leave and the receptionist said the supervisor should be calling me the next morning. I expect a refund for the inconvenience.

Whenni woke up in the early morning to use the restroom, there were bugs crawling around the shower. So we could not take a shower and I did not feel.comfortable staying any longer as I do not want to brings and bugs home with me. We checked out at 6 am although we we were not planning on do so. It was unacceptable.

The police officer made me feel better about staying there. The location isn’t good at all. I opened my curtains to see someone backyard less than 10 ft away.

I would definitely recommend this facility the staff is very friendly and it is a very close distance to downtown! My son left his jewelry and the front desk clerk went up to our room an hour after check in and made sure we found it, The General Manager is very hands on and I thanked him and told him I would be back!! Very affordable and Lyft or Uber is about $15 to anywhere downtown which saves money on concert events!! Keep up good work staff!!
