Nothing Dirty, dead roaches. In the microwave and mini fridge beds were uncomfortable sheets were dirty itchy hot water barley work trash behind the bed

I requested a room on the first floor because I carry a lot of tools and luggage with me. They said no and put me on the second floor several times in the night. I had a cockroach crawl onto me well in my bed worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

The room wasn't accessible because the shower chair didn't fit in the bathtub and the tub didn't have a stopper, the shower was broken. This motel 6 wasn't comfortable for me because of my handicap and the lack of accessibility amenities in the room. I only stayed two nights. The room wasn't cleaned well had blonde hair in the tub, my first room had bugs just not comfortable.

Everyone here is wonderful from the front desk to housekeeping! No complaints from me!

It just looked like our room was wiped down , was not cleaned properly, the bathroom was the worst , we were looking to go to the mall and thought it was closer even the 7/11 that was out of business so we had to walk further just for a corner store . And we paid to be there till 11am no reason they should be calling at 10:30 am atleast call AT 11 that’s the time we paid for it was very busy alot of activity going on ppl were not considerate of being loud and making noise right in front of our door we had to look out the window multiple times for them to leave my rate over all is a 4 for the room commute and the things we expected and didn’t have

My stay was fine , checking in/out was easy and very quick. However the guy in the front seemed to get jittery or irritated within a certain timeframe of our interaction. Also the bed were great and comfortable and clean but there were roaches and certain parts of the bathroom that weren’t clean.

I have stayed at the property multiple times but this time I received a room that smelled like pee and the a/c was broken

Large Clean rooms

Good price, professional customer service. Downside: 10:30 am wakeup call that I didnt ask for. Floor hadnt been mopped because a sticky substance (like dried up juice) was in the doorway and by the bathroom door and the final flaw was the one dead beetle behind the mattress and the one on the floor. BUT it was not a bedbug. So it was a minor creep out. Overall, the room served its purpose.

don't know how to accept credit card or debit card no maid service as long as you rent room

Well, the property grounds were well-maintained and they had a nice little dog park. The room itself on the surface was decently clean, I did find there to be a few roaches scarring around. The property is set off of 1960 which is a very busy road. You are forced to go one way making leaving the property at any time of pain. The staff couldn’t have cared to say two words to me even when I engaged first and said good morning. but in the end for the price, it was a decent hotel. Let’s say the higher end of the low end.

There were roaches crawling on couch and inside the mini fridge. Called service desk and basically said he had no other rooms and I can just check out and go somewhere else. No apologies or anything.

Very clean and like new room with very comfortable bed ..Also was in a safe place and was very quiet at night .. I was in town to work and for the great price I will be staying there Everytime I'm in the area for work . Plus the location is great because anything u need is very very close .

Hotel was unprepared for our arrival. Reserved room was not available. Substitute room had not been cleaned. Wife noticed and was not pleased. Convenient location for our visits. We have stayed here before, but are unlikely to do so again.

This is a no-frills motel off of FM 1960 near Willowbrook. The room was clean and tidy same for the bathroom. Good working TV. The only complaint is that the room did not have a TV station guide to know which channels to locate movie channel. And it would be nice if the motel provided at least a basic Continental breakfast for guests.

Pretty sure they have bed bugs. My children and I all woke up being bit by something.

Nothing about this place is worth reporting. There is no way this facility is up to any state code. I've switched rooms three times in less than 12 hours. I ended up leaving.

Overall good until our last day was out of water for almost 12 hours. The office told us when we called that they were working on it nothing more or less. They didn’t even care to let there guess to know if we didn’t call we would have been out of luck knowing and that’s ridiculous spend all that money and can’t let us know nothing that’s beyond me. Like It was supposed to okay.. not trying to accommodate anyone or nothing but have the never to call when it’s time to check out to leave. I must admit last stay was the most horrible drag out night.

All this property needs is a paint freshener in the room. Everything worked and was clean and comfortable, with lots of towels. One extra lamp would have been great, as the room was a little bit dark. Coffee in the lobby would also be nice, but you can’t have everything with such a good rate.

Excellent Services and very clean rooms

The rooms ive had in the past have always been very clean and comfortable. However, my most recent stay had a couple cleanliness issues, which i had yet to encounter in previous stays. The floor was sticky and when my son walked around bare foot on the floor, within a couple hours, his feet were black on the bottom from the floors not being clean. I kept my flip flops on. The bottom of the shower had also not been clean. The place was busy because of 4th of July so i was placed in a smoking room (i didnt mind, but i dont smoke) and the comforter had a few burn holes. Aside from that, the bed was clean and comfortable. There were roaches mentioned in other reviews, but in all of my stays, ive never seen any. Including this time. And believe me, i looked. That is a huge dealbreaker for me. The location is safe and quiet, the parking lot is well lit, and doesnt get a lot of foot traffic. Its right by tons of food and shopping options, but youll need to drive to get there or get delivery, unless you dont mind walking a bit. If you bring a dog, there's not a lot of places to take them to poo aside from a few small patches of grass between here and the property next door. Anyway, i recommend this place.

The sheets had stains from sexual intercourse on them we called and they said that we couldn’t receive new sheets until the morning so we had to sleep cold

Roaches greeted me at the door once I came in the room. There was roaches on the floor, on the bed and in the bathroom!

The room was gross. Dirty stained walls, chairs and bad stuffy odor. The one white sheet was clean. I always remove the comforter. The towels appeared dirty so I just used my own. Also the door didn't lock from inside. Relatively quiet but thin walls and the outside surroundings were clean.

Definitely had the little roaches and stained towels as I read in the previous reviews. The bed appeared clean to the naked eye, but hey it’s a motel 6.

I stayed property before and this was the first time I saw the small roaches.

Everything was really great. Only problem is don't forget your shampoo. You will have to use the little bitty bar soap they give you.

Not bad for price. Did not like that the maids came into room after we had left the room later in the day. Usually they don't bother until you check out unless its for an extended stay.

The hotel was closed die to power loss and they wouldnt even let me check in. We couldnt stay at the hotel and ive been trying to get a full refund for days. Expedia sold me a room that wasn’t available..... I want a refund

There was a power outage and there wasn't any prior notification sent to me before i arrived there to find this out.

Stay away from this property. Not helpful front desk was the first sign. The towels were paper thin. The white stains were on the couch and carpet floor. Broken bathroom door and no toilet tissue holder. I will not stay at this hotel ever again.
