How clean it was and how friendly and courteous the night front desk gentleman was when I arrived. It would be nice if they had an actual hot breakfast bar there to eat. Could have better lighting in the rooms, they could be brighter in bedroom area.

The room, but the staff was rude. I went to the front desk to ask for a blanket, because thebed only had a sheet. I was tild by the front desk clerk, he wasnt getting me one tonight, maybe tomorrow

They claim to have renovated but the core is still a dump. All the major fixtures like the bathtubs are old and busted. - There are roaches everywhere! - They claim to have free breakfast but it is just unbranded 1inch muffins with no expiry date or indication of its origin or ingredients. - We PAID for a King room with a kitchenette, when we arrived we were told only rooms with double beds have kitchenettes - Wifi signal strength was next to none - The a/c in our room did not work well, even on its coldest setting. - The property smells like sewage as other reviews have indicated - The towels are absolutely gross, they are old, bad colored, thin and ragged. On our last day we came in and parked and the guy by the front desk came out and shooed us away, as if we were flies, out of a parking space, claiming it was his personal space. (There are no markings or signs indicating such). This a hole in the wall, hidden behind an oil change station, neither the parking lot nor the office can be seen from the main road and you can rent rooms by the hour. That should give you an idea of where youre going. Lets not even get into the remarkably nasty customer service.

Check-in was a breeze, we got parking right in front of our door. The first night was rough because there were lots of people coming in and out at all hours throughout the night and the walls are thin. The person upstairs was constantly stomping around all night but left the next morning so the second night we got good sleep. The beds however are way too soft for our taste making them uncomfortable. The room was nice and very clean. The bathroom has a very bright light up mirror that is great for getting ready. I'd probably recommend slower days to stay rather than busy like Friday.

What i didn't like there was a homeless camp right next-door the facility was very infested with roaches And many people staying there seemed questionable most definitely not a place i would recommend to a family .... But if you need a bed for yourself for a night or two in a pinch and for cheap sure...

I was good until all of a sudden I had a very loud friend come over and instead of telling me that my friend was very loud they just made me leave the next day it was crazy I liked it until that happened

Rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Overall for a one night stay, it was all I needed.

Not all the lights worked, shower leaked and the main door had at least an inch to short for the door you could see daylight from under it!

I can’t say enough great things about this hotel. I was greatly surprised at how well the room was kept up. I didn’t expect it to be so clean and well adorned because it was so economical. The bathroom was gorgeous and they even had toothbrushes and floss for guests. I loved the huge shower and the great water pressure. I wanted to stay there another night, but it would have delayed me too much.

Room was better than I expected

Look elsewhere so we slept with our heads at the foot of the bed. Needless to say we did not sleep well! Got up next morning to use the bathroom and they were more all over my slippers. Don’t know if anyone experienced the same issue. When you pay to have somewhere to rest and your room Is like this, money just gone cause it’s no refund. Do not stay here!!

it was convenient for a work trip- didn’t spend much time in my room. fridge didn’t work but i had what i needed. breakfast options are non existent but i was content

The facility is set back from the road so it’s quiet. I arrived super early and the staff was accommodating in allowing me an early check in. I didn’t get to stay the night due to being recalled for work but I got a good shower and a long nap. The facility appears to be recently updated with fresh paint, newer lvp floors, furniture and the bed was comfy. The grounds were clean and well kept with a gazebo/picnic table and a grill available for use. You hear “Palace Inn” and you think inexpensive, seedy motel, this was inexpensive but not the seedy motel you would expect to find. Very pleased and would stay here again.

Pretty good property could use a few upgrades, but overall pretty good. Lots of mention prices are really good. Staff is also very friendly and kind.

Bed needs a heavier comforter.

Front desk was usually vacant and had to wait 15 minutes to check in and no one was there to check out. If you have a truck parking is inconvenient and the water always sounded like it was running.

I always Love staying at this location.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. On the third day housekeeping did not come to our room. When i went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper the employee refused to give me any and was unapologeticabout it. He went as far as to tell me to use one of the dirty towels that were left in the room if it was such a big deal. We had to check out and leave the hotel early because we couldn't use the restroom. We will never stay there again.

Don't expect personalized service like a big hotel, but it's excellent in its own space, flawlessly meeting all the basic expectations from a limited services budget hotel. I found it good value for money. Book online for best deals.

Shower worked Great with lots of hot water. TV worked flawlessly as did fridge and Microwave.Highly, Highly recommend if you want a low cost but want a GREAT sleep. Only downside is the Breakfast which is very basic and is only available from 6-9 am and I wish the bath towels were longer and thicker. But this is really trying hard to find a flaw

Well maintained facility. Clean rooms. Bed comfortable but could have used a blanket. Walk in shower was large and plenty of water pressure. Only big disappointment was no real breakfast food. Also coffee wasn’t freshly brewed. Went elsewhere to eat.

The area was close to where I wanted to be. There were a lot of food choices available. Loved the fact it was small and a bit hidden from the main road. However, there was no "Do No Disturb" signs to hang on the door. As a consequence, the cleaning staff just came into the rooms, not even an announcement they were entering. While I appreciated the fresh towels and the emptying of trash, I preferred not to have my privacy invaded. Also, unable to get extra towels because there was no one available till the next day. Maybe this was just because my family and I were from out of town. I will look for other accommodations next time I'm in town.

Room was tons of unfinished fixes with patched work . My shower had a huge crack from one side to the other and was fixed with tape. The corners of every wall were not finished with tape and float just had the metal corner bead . If you held towels to light, you can seen stained in them.

This place was a joke! Very missed leading! Especially when it came to breakfast! No hot meals were provided. Judt cold cereal. Extremely limited on what little that was given. A waste of money!

This place was terrible. The man at the desk is very unfriendly. We asked for more pillows 3 times, never got any. Our whole trip! I was told breakfast was included, which is was, however was horrible. They had a jug of milk to use and cereal dispenser s. I felt very unwelcome and very unsafe

Nobody dont told me are an industry in neighbor and this company work in 0-24. The working machines was horryble noisy. The guy on reception one night slammed the door next to my room. when the guests screamed at night, no one told them.Terrible place.

The receptionist lacks any customer service skills, no greeting, very soft spoken, and hard to understand through the separating grill and barrier. Also at the time of payment they demanded to know my PIN over the grill. It wouldn’t be a problem if I was allowed to enter the PIN directly into the POS machine. Instead of disclosing my PIN i was given the option to pay in cash. This was inconvenient.
