Best Red Roof stay I've had!

Floor in room very damaged and door left all the humidity come into room causing the floor to always stay wet Door weather stripping almost none existent or in really poor condition

I really don't have any complaints.

Will I left my charger in the room?But the staff found it and was kind enough to hold on to it until I was able to return and pick it up I really don't have any complaints.

The bed was extremely hard. Felt like I was sleeping on a rock. He took me all night to get comfortable just asleep. But it was nice other than that. Oh, yeah, there was no trash can in the room.

Staff stating i didn't pay and I have the proof

The room smelled like mildew after a recent rain. I worried about my clothes smelling like mildew after leaving so I kept most in the suitcase and closed it. There were holes in the duvet cover and the room felt dirty. Mattress was stiff and the pillows were generally flat. Very uncomfortable the first night and I hardly slept. Room was not cleaned daily. There was no soap or shampoo in the unit. I had to buy my own. Bathroom tissue is one ply and towels were old and rough. There was a coffee maker in the room with no cap on water reservoir and no coffee to make. Outside trash cans were overflowing and there was a cigar wrapper outside my door when I left after the first night. The TV remote was missing the back cover. The bedside outlet was loose and hanging partially out. Loveseat was old and felt dirty. I had to brush my feet off before putting on socks in the morning. The complex appears to be rented out to others on a long term basis so there were ashtrays and objects outside of the rooms and it felt like I was at a Section 8 apartment complex versus a hotel. People were yelling at 2 am, slamming doors, and cursing. It was not a pleasant experience and I will not be returning. Really more of a 1-star experience, but I am being generous with a 2 as at least it was low priced which I realized the reason for after staying 2 nights. If you are on a tight budget it keeps the rain off your head for a night, but otherwise poorly managed and would not recommend!

The price People around who lives there. They have dogs, and they don't clean their waste on the gardens. This people also are very loud at night and everywhere smells a Marijuana. We stay almost a week and they never clean our room

Before you book a hotel that is non refundable, read the reviews. There is a reason these hotels are non refundable. They need the money because the service is so bad.

Room was just what i needed for my stay. Only bad thing is my key card quit working twice and had to go to office to get fixed; inconvenient...

The room smelled old and damp. There were dogs barking at all hours of the day. This was a difficult stay and not very comfortable.

There was a weird smell that never dissipated and all my clothes and bags smelled like it for weeks after. The bed was horribly uncomfortable

stayed for a week with my bf… was okay. wasn’t the cleanest but it’s good for the price. they do take 18+ guests. NO BUGS thank GOD.. room had clean bed with sheets, fresh towels, but microwave didn’t work. smelled a little funny but honestly just smelled like old house. not too far from stores, easy 5 min drive. truthfully i give it a 4/5 for the price. budget friendly if you need somewhere quick to crash

There were roaches in my room as well we stayed 4 days and never had housekeeping. We had to go down and get our own toilet paper. We had to go down and get our own clean towels and we had to take our own trash out.

The toilet was filthy, the furniture all tatty and outdated and the room was very dirty, they clean where they can see only. The toilet roll holder was broken (no spool) didn’t matter though as there wasn’t even any toilet paper in the bathroom and I searched everywhere. The bath tub had not been cleaned and it was very tatty as per the rest of the room. The bed linen was covered in stains and spots I didn’t even get undressed to sleep I left my clothes on. I tried to address these issues with the front desk and basically was told if you’re not happy go somewhere else. Very rude people indeed. They were Indian or Pakistani very very poor English and they hid behind “I don’t understand”. DO NOT STAY HERE! you’re better off sleeping in your car or truck.

I liked the place but the ppl upstairs were so loud noises l could not sleep. The 5 days l was there l asked for another room...

The staff was rude and told me to deal with it. Aftet i requested a refund they lied and said they refunded the money but to this day they never gave me back my money. Straight scammers!!!!!

We got there and were told they had given our room away and had cancelled our reservation. We were given no warning. Just found out at in the middle of the night we had no room.

The place is a little older which i didnt mind but the room smelled , bed looked like someone had already been in it so I felt uncomfortable..one of the beds had holes in it, furniture didnt look clean, was dusty, chipped furniture and floors. The people on the property were ok stayed to themselves and didnt bother anyone else . some said hi and bye and others talked. Not to bad for to say its close to the freeway. Wasnt very noisy. But even if i paid $60 I would like to still be in something clean!!!

I showed up at 2:35 and was told I couldn’t check in till 3. No problem I waited but then they didn’t have the type of room I requested and paid for so I made a concession to stay in a different room. There are alot of “long term” residents at this motel. It was noisy till 4a bc of tenants. My comforter had excessive burn holes from cigarettes;but it was $45 so I should’ve expected all this

If you’re thinking about staying here, don’t. This room was terrible. It smelled like urine and mold, there was no extra lock on the door, window shade did not fully go down. It did not feel safe. Further the woman checking me in Seemed genuinely surprised I was not paying with cash. I got a very suspicious vibe from this place.

Fast check in. Lady wasn’t very welcoming though. Rooms look great and are clean and stocked. Area is safe around hotel with the exception of loiterers from the hotel

No body bothers me

The area seemed unsafe to me when I was there there were cops all in the parking lot don't know what was going on just didn't seem safe. Although the staff was very helpful and nice overall property was nice the only disadvantage is water pressure in the shower was horrible and hot and cold was reversed on my shower took a moment to figure that out

While there was police station close - the area did not seem safe. There was one car parked outside that was up on cement blocks. The linens were very thin and worn. No remote to the TV and when I called the front desk, they stated that I had to come to the office to pick one up and probably someone stole the remote. Person in the next room was smoking although it was non smoking. I would not recommend.

This is a case of you get what you pay for. The hotel offers and inexpensive choice of places to stay. The room was online with the cost. It’s older and no frills but it has everything you need and is clean. I would recommend for anyone traveling on a budget.

Nice place for the most part. Not in a ghetto run down area, no outside traffic, and it's quiet. Pissed me off when they continuously told me I had to close my door. I'm in a smoking room with my pet I don't want my pet and healing all the smoke. I pay for the room why can't I have it open? Annoying as hell. But overall, nice place for nice price.

Bed was very uncomfortable. I was unable to sleep. Room was clean and they clean accord to COVID guidelines. It has a strong odor of pinesol.

Room smelled like marijuana, staff gave me a can of apple febreez to use so room then smelled like apple scented marijuana. I asked for another pillow, she said when someone is available to go to storage she will get them to bring me one this was at 6:30pm. It is now 8:30am no pillow.

I didnt like the fact that the person in the next room was up after midnight playing loud music and yelling. At one point they were making life threatening threats to whoever they were talking to.

This place is terrible! The floors had cracks and filled holes. I tripped when my shoe got caught in the cracked floor. The walls were dirty, the lighting was bad; no light bulbs in the lamps. The room reeked of smoke. I left around midnight since I couldn't stand the smell anymore. Creepy men wandering around and I didn't feel at all safe because there was no safety latch on the door. This place shouldn't even be listed as an option on this site. It will bring down your ratings for sure!

The price was affordable, but you get what you pay for. Not much good to say. We would not stay there again and would not recommend it.

The room was okay until I ran the water and the sink would not drain whatsoever and yet when it was time to take a shower there was no shower curtain and so the whole floor got wet the toilet got wet the towels did not soak up the water that was on the floor I called front desk and he said there was nothing he could do about it

Telephone didn't work and I couldn't get a wake up call. Kept me worried all night.
